On Saturday, the Nation contributor Elie Mystal accurately asserted on MSNBC’s "The Cross Connection" with Tiffany Cross that Georgia's Republican candidate for Senate Herschel Walker was “unintelligent” and bereft of “independent thoughts.” He explained Republicans back Walker because he “is going to do what he’s told ... That’s what Republicans want from their negroes: to do what they’re told.” [MORE]

Probably all true. Walker was an excellent fullback but he is a shenanigger who obviously would handle matters important to Black life with frivolity. But in what ways are non—threatening rolebots like Kamala Harris and Cory Booker bucking the party line to advance Black people’s interests? Judge Brown was selected apparently for her lack of experience and her neutrality to Black criminal defendants, not her pro-Blackness or independent judicial philosophy. The democratic and republican parties are both plantations. Both parties also function as white parties - owned and run by elite whites who set the political agenda and messaging. Since the 1970’s Black politics has gone from being aggressively results oriented to being activity channelled into voting for the Democratic Party and its grimacing white liberal and black rolebotic or HNIC candidates. With regard to Blacks over the past 25-30 years Democratic party politics can be described as generic, symbolic politics carried out through the appointment, selection or election of Blacks to political positions on many levels. The goal of these SNAG’s, HNIC’s or Strawbosses is to vicariously empower Blacks solely by their existence or personality while delivering nothing of tangible value to Blacks and serving the needs of white Dems. Dumbocrat party politics and its “unintelligent” Black agendas have had no effect on the system of racism white supremacy. For example, in liberal cities like NYC, D.C., Oakland, Chicago and St Louis the quality of Black citizenship stays low, as Black people are; trained with a servant education, harmed and surveilled, stopped and searched by cops as they go about their daily business. There are only a few ways that Americans can meaningfully exercise their citizenship; enlisting in the military, running for national office, voting, serving on a jury and walking/driving (freedom of movement). Yet Black folks are routinely struck from juries, prevented from voting and subjected to policies such as stop, search and frisk rendering their 4th Amendment rights meaningless in reality. Black people in liberal cities own almost nothing in their communities, are underworked in McJobs, live in substandard housing and fill up the liberal criminal courts, jails and homeless shelters, etc.

Nelly Fuller correctly describes Blacks as “the powerless class.” He states "in a socio-material system dominated by elite racists, all major decisions involving Black people are made by elite racists. Elite racists are their bosses, their masters, and their major decision-makers.’ In urban areas Black people such as BOHICANs Muriel Bowser or Eric Adams may be on the face of things but elite racists are the underlying power controlling commerce, utilities, jobs and all important resources. Dr. Amos Wilson explains, ‘To live under the power of white people is to be created by white people. To be rewarded or punished by white people is to be created by white people. We are living under them as the result of the exercise of the power of white people over us. Therefore, if we wish to change this situation (i.e., the conditions under which we live), then we must change the power relationships. If we are to prevent ourselves from being created by white people and are to engage in the act of self creation, then we must change the power relations.’ [MORE] So, Mr. Mystal is only half-right. Does he think he is serving his own people when he cheerleads for white liberals? Consensual, voluntary master-servant relations, which are the gravamen of racism white supremacy, is something Black people can control and such relations must be destroyed at once.

Elite whites maintain both plantations for all people. Black people on these plantations (or free range prisons) are constantly under anxiety and forced into greater confinement. At any rate, all statists (Dems, GOP, libertarians, green) want and need a master to obey and to be responsible for them on their respective plantations. The real question is why have any master in the first place, why be on anybody’s plantation?

And this is true, even if that slave truly intends to be a kind and generous master . . . As long as the people believe in the myth of “authority,” every downfall of one tyrant will be followed by the creation and growth of a new tyrant.“

"Among those who vote Democrat or Republican – or for any other party – no one recognizes the underlying problem, and as a result, no one ever gets any closer to a solution. They remain slaves, because their thoughts and discussions are limited to the pointless question of who should be their master. They never consider – and dare not allow themselves to consider – the possibility that they should have no master at all. As a result, they focus entirely on political action of one kind or another, But the foundation of all political action is the belief in “authority,” which is the problem itself So the efforts of statists are, and always will be, doomed to fail.

Unfortunately, this is also true of the less mainstream, supposedly more pro-freedom “political movements,” including Constitutionalists, the Libertarian party, and others. As long as they think and act within the confines of the “government” game, their efforts are not only completely incapable of solving the problem but actually aggravate the problem by inadvertently legitimizing the system of domination and subjugation which wears the label of “government.”

The Rules of the Game

Even most people who claim to love liberty and to believe in “unalienable” rights allow the superstition of “authority” to drastically limit their effectiveness. Most of what such people do, in one way or another, consists of asking tyrants to change their “laws.” Whether activists campaign for or against a particular candidate, or lobby for or against a particular piece of “legislation,” they are merely reinforcing the assumption that obedience to authority is a moral imperative.

When activists try to convince politicians to decrease “taxes,” or repeal some “law,” those activists are implicitly admitting that they need permission from their masters in order to be free, And the man who “runs for office,” promising to fight for the people, is also implying that it is up to those in “government” to decide what the peasants will be allowed to do. As Daniel Webster put it, “There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern; they promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters.” Activists spend huge amounts of time, money and effort begging their masters to change their commands. Many even go out of their way to stress the fact that they are “working within the system,” and that they are not advocating anything “illegal.” This shows that, regardless of their displeasure with those in power, they still believe in the myth of “authority,” and will cooperate with “legal” injustice unless and until they can convince the masters to change the rules – to “legalize” justice. While the intended message of dissenters may be that they disapprove of what the masters are doing, the actual message that all political action sends to those in power is “We wish you would change your commands, but we will continue to obey whether you do or not.” The truth is, one who seeks to achieve freedom by petitioning those in power to give it to him has already failed, regardless of the response. To beg for the blessing of “authority” is to accept that the choice is the master’s alone to make, which means that the person is already, by definition, a slave.

One who begs for lower “taxes” is implicitly agreeing that it is up to the politicians how much a man may keep of what he has earned. One who begs the politicians not to disarm him (via “gun control”) is, by doing so, conceding that it is up to the master whether to let the man be armed or not. In fact, those who lobby for politicians to respect any of the people’s “unalienable rights” do not believe in unalienable rights at all. Rights which require “government” approval are not unalienable, and are not even rights. They are privileges, granted or withheld at the whim of the master. And those who hold positions of power know that they have nothing to fear from people who do nothing but pathetically beg for freedom and justice, However loudly the dissenters talk about “demanding” their rights, the message they actually send is this: “We agree, master, that it is up to you what we may and may not do.”

That underlying message can be seen in all sorts of activities mistakenly imagined to be forms of resistance. For example, people often engage in protests in front of “government” buildings, carrying signs, chanting slogans, sometimes even engaging in violence, to express their displeasure with what the masters are doing. However, even such “protests,” for the most part, do little more than reinforce authoritarianism. Marches, sit-ins, protests, and so on, are designed to send a message to the masters, the goal being to convince the masters to change their evil ways. But that message still implies that it is up to the masters what the people may do, which becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy: when the people feel beholden to an “authority,” they are beholden to an “authority.” Those in “government” derive all of their power from the fact that their subjects imagine them to have power.

Legitimizing Oppression

The harder people try to work within any political system to achieve freedom, the more they will reinforce, in their own minds and the minds of anyone watching, that the “system” is legitimate. Petitioning politicians to change their “laws” implies that those “laws” matter, and should be obeyed. Nothing better shows the power of the belief in “authority” than the spectacle of a hundred million people begging a few hundred politicians for lower “taxes.” If the people truly understood that the fruits of a man’s labor are his own, they would never engage in such lunacy; they would simply stop surrendering their property to the political parasites. Their trained-in desire to have the approval of “authority” creates in them a mindset not unlike the mindset of a slave: they literally feel bad about keeping their own money and making their own choices without first getting the master’s permission to do so. Even when freedom is theirs for the taking, statists continue to grovel at the feet of megalomaniacs, begging for freedom, thus ensuring that they will never be free.

The truth is, one cannot believe in “authority” and be free, because accepting the myth of “government” is accepting one’s own obligation to obey a master, which means accepting one’s own enslavement. Sadly, many people believe that begging the master, via “political action,” is all they can do, So they forever engage in rituals which only legitimize the slave-master relationship, instead of simply disobeying the tyrants. The idea of disobeying “authority,” “breaking the law,” and being “criminals” is more disturbing to them than the idea of being a slave.[MORE]

From [HERE] A Chicago restaurant owner is speaking out after the city yanked his license amid a battle over whether the place was an eatery or a nightclub.

Fox Chicago reports Rashad Bailey opened Dinner and a Movie last year in Chicago’s Lincoln Park. The establishment served waffles, alcohol, movies and music catering to class reunions and birthday parties in a celebration of Black love and gatherings according to Bailey.

However, the location has been littered with complaints from neighbors about the noise and the restaurant has been the scene of several fights and a shooting that took place in June 2021.

The Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection revoked Dinner and a Movie’s business license last Friday after a months-long battle saying the restaurant acted more like a tavern and failed to take steps to correct nuisance complaints.

Bailey however says his business was targeted by police as soon as he opened.

“This year (during hearings with the city), I found out I had about 10 undercover officers in my restaurant within a week’s time of me opening with no incidents happening,” Bailey told Fox.

The Dinner and a Movie owner added the Chicago police have harassed his business by frequently showing up in large numbers unannounced. A video a month after the shooting took place shows police breaking into Dinner and a Movie after a shooting took place across the street. The restaurant, however, was closed when the shooting took place.

‘Bailey told Block Club Chicago the city’s business department began investigating the restaurant shortly after it opened for selling liquor beyond its license. At the time the department revoked Dinner and a Movie’s privileges to serve lunch and operate past midnight. Additionally, Bailey blamed the restaurant’s closing on neighbors who made fake complaints due to the restaurant’s large Black customer base.

Yelp reviews for the establishment say the restaurant had a small menu, security pat-downs at the entrance and a cover charge. Bailey said he is done fighting city hall and instead will leave the Windy City calling the situation racism.

“This is racism,” Bailey told Chicago Block Club. “They’re putting crime and the problems of the city on me. … They see Black music, Black people, and they think that’s the problem.”

[MORE] How does a reasonable, law-abiding non-white citizen living in a city run by elite white liberals measure the effectiveness of police? it seems logical to conclude that if a high number of crimes took place in Black neighborhoods then it means that police failed a high number of times to do their job of preventing crimes or protecting people in Black neighborhoods. If it occurs frequently it would seem then that police in general fail to do fulfill their perceived role of protecting Black people. Nevertheless, the Dependent media, which functions as “government media” in The Spectacle, always upholding authority, parroting police rationalizations no matter how ridiculous or factually unsupported and parroting facts from police perspective while assigning less credibility to civilian witnesses and perspectives, report crime numbers as if the police are helpless to do anything about crime. Often times the dependent media portrays cops as victims. We are made to believe that police are primarily engaged in actual police work and are aggressive crime fighters acting on behalf of people to fulfill their legal duty to Black citizens pursuant to the social contract, an agreement whereby citizens voluntarily agree to obey government authority in exchange for police protection and other services from the government.

Yet, in reality, crime data demonstrates that police don’t protect Black and Latino people and are not really involved in ‘police work’ in our communities. Rather, authorities use the perception and reality of crime to stalk, surveil, manage, control and kill Black and Latino people. Any beneficial “public service” provided by cops is random, incidental or done only under the most egregious or convenient circumstances and even then, it is done primarily to maintain manufactured public relations and provided on a compulsory, involuntary basis. Professor Alex Vitale states, “It is largely a liberal fantasy that the police exist to protect us from the bad guys. As the veteran police scholar David Bayley argues,

“The police do not prevent crime. This is one of the best kept secrets of modern life. Experts know it, the police know it, but the public does not know it. Yet the police pretend that they are society’s best defense against crime and continually argue that if they are given more resources, especially personnel, they will be able to protect communities against crime. This is a myth.”

Justice Dept Charges 4 Louisville Officers who Murdered Breonna Taylor with Civil-Rights Crimes. Charging Document says Cops Knew They Had No Probable Cause and Falsified Affidavit for Warrant

From [HERE] The Justice Department has charged four current and former Louisville police officers in connection with the death of Breonna Taylor more than two years after she was fatally shotin her home during a botched police raid.

The officers face charges including civil-rights offenses, charges of excessive force, conspiracy and obstruction, Attorney General Merrick Garland said.

Ms. Taylor, a 26-year-old emergency-medical technician in Kentucky’s largest city, was asleep with her boyfriend in March 2020 when police, who had secured a no-knock warrant to search her home in connection with a drug case, forced entry into her apartment. Ms. Taylor’s boyfriend, thinking the officers were intruders, shot at them. Three Louisville officers responded by firing more than 30 bullets, at least six of which hit Ms. Taylor, one of them fatally, officials have said.

The charges announced Thursday say the officers falsified the affidavit used to obtain the search warrant, knowing they lacked probable cause for the search, among other offenses, Mr. Garland said.

“We allege that the defendants knew their actions and falsifying the affidavit could create a dangerous situation, and we allege these unlawful acts resulted in Ms. Taylor’s death,” Mr. Garland said.

From [HERE] A white police officer in Virginia should not be criminally charged but should be investigated for potential civil rights violations after he pepper-sprayed, struck and handcuffed a Black U.S. Army lieutenant during a 2020 traffic stop, a special prosecutor has determined.

The prosecutor's findings are the latest fallout from a confrontation involving two police officers and a uniformed military officer that drew outrage and national attention to the small town of Windsor, about 70 miles (113 kilometers) southeast of Richmond.

The man who was pulled over, Caron Nazario, was not charged with committing any crimes. Video of the December 2020 traffic stop surfaced in April 2021 after Nazario sued in federal court, alleging that his constitutional rights were violated. The images sparked outrage and served as a grim reminder to many Black Americans that a military uniform doesn’t necessarily protect against mistreatment by police.

In December, then-Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring's office sued the town, alleging that it operated in a way that discriminated against Black Americans.

One of the officers, Joe Gutierrez, was fired from the department. He was the target of the special prosecutor's criminal probe.

“Although I find the video very disturbing and frankly unsettling, Gutierrez's use of force to remove Nazario did not violate state law as he had given multiple commands for Nazario to exit the vehicle,” special prosecutor Anton Bell said in his report, dated July 29 and posted online by Nazario's attorneys.

“The problematic issue, however, were Gutierrez's statements throughout the entire ordeal, which would lead a reasonable person to wonder whether underlying bias was at the root of how and why Nazario was treated in like manner,” Bell wrote.

Bell's findings were first reported Monday by The Virginian-Pilot newspaper.

The incident began when Nazario was driving home from his duty station, according to his lawsuit. Officer Daniel Crocker radioed that he was attempting to stop a vehicle with no rear license plate and tinted windows.

Crocker said the driver was “eluding police” and he considered it a “high-risk traffic stop,” according to a report that's included in the lawsuit. One of Nazario's attorneys, Jonathan Arthur, later explained that Nazario was trying to stop in a well-lit area “for officer safety and out of respect for the officers.”

The other officer, Gutierrez, was driving by and decided to join the traffic stop, the lawsuit stated. By the time the two officers reached Nazario’s SUV, the license plate was visible in the rear.

When Nazario stopped at a well-lit gas station, the two officers immediately drew their guns and pointed them at Nazario, his lawsuit alleges. The officers then attempted to pull Nazario out of the vehicle while he continued to keep his hands in the air. Gutierrez pepper-sprayed Nazario multiple times as the officers yelled for him to get out.

At one point, Gutierrez told Nazario he was “fixin’ to ride the lightning,” a reference to the electric chair that was also a line from the movie “The Green Mile,” a film about a Black man facing execution, the lawsuit said.

Nazario got out and asked for a supervisor. Gutierrez responded with “knee-strikes” to his legs, knocking him to the ground, the lawsuit says. The two officers struck him multiple times, then handcuffed and interrogated him.

The traffic stop was captured on Nazario’s cellphone as well as the officer's body-worn cameras.

Tom Roberts, another attorney representing Nazario, told The Associated Press on Tuesday that a judge or a jury, not a special prosecutor, should have determined whether Gutierrez violated the law.

“I think that there’s sufficient evidence to show that he was intentional in his actions,” Roberts said. “And I believe that he exceeded any authority to use force, and therefore he committed assault and battery.”

Roberts said that would have been a misdemeanor offense, for which the statute of limitations is one year, well before the special prosecutor released his findings.

“All too often, when it comes to law enforcement violating the laws, we see our Commonwealth’s Attorneys fail to apply the same zeal at prosecuting law enforcement as they do with other offenders,” Roberts' firm said in a statement.

Judge Orders NYPD to Release Documents Pertaining to Its Use of Facial Recognition to Surveil Black Lives Matter Protestors

From [HERE] The New York Police Department will soon have to release thousands of documents pertaining to its use of facial recognition to monitor Black Lives Matter protests, according to a legal ruling from the New York Supreme Court.

The ruling is the result of a lawsuit filed by Amnesty International and the Surveillance Technology Oversight Project last summer. Through Freedom of Information Law requests, the organizations had asked the NYPD to release over 30 million documents pertaining to biometric surveillance activities; the police agency rejected the requests as unreasonably burdensome.

Lawyers representing both sides have been negotiating since the lawsuit was filed, and brought down the total number of documents to 2,700. New York Supreme Court Justice Lawrence Love has now determined that this number does, in fact, represent a reasonable request, and has asked Amnesty International and STOP to formally re-file their Freedom of Information Law request to cover the smaller number of documents.

Police organizations’ use of facial recognition technology during the Black Lives Matter protests of 2020 in particular helped to link biometric technologies to police misconduct, complicating perceptions of facial recognition and how it should be used by the state.

For its part, the NYPD has not helped the reputation of biometric tech, thanks to its use of Clearview AI’s controversial face matching platform, and its deception of the public on that matter. Clearview notoriously trawls the internet, including social media accounts, to collect face images that police can use for biometric matching. The NYPD had claimed that only a select few of its officers had trialed the system, before leaked documents revealed much more extensive use of Clearview’s system by the police force.

Recent developments have further complicated the image of law enforcement’s use of facial recognition. In Russia, state authorities used the technology this year to identify pro-democracy activists when organizing mass arrests. In the United States, law enforcement agencies used facial recognition in their efforts to identify participants in the January 6 Capitol Riots.

Quality of Black Citizenship Low in Liberal Chicago: Data Shows Cops Target Black Drivers, Search Their Cars and Conceal Data About It. So-Called 4th Amendment Right to Freedom Of Movement is Myth

From [HERE] West Sider Shelbert Ramsey never thought a simple traffic stop could leave him in a desperate legal fight to stay out of prison.

Ramsey, 37, was driving through West Garfield Park one afternoon last summer when he saw an old friend and pulled over briefly to say hello, he said. When he pulled away a few seconds later, he saw police lights flashing behind him.

“Their reason for pulling me over was for obstruction of traffic. There was no one behind me, no one around me. There was no traffic at all,” Ramsey said. “I feel they pulled me over illegally, and they were making up excuses [to search me].”

Ramsey said the officers asked him to get out of the car and searched the vehicle after claiming they had seen him buy heroin. But the arrest report makes no mention of an alleged drug buy and says no drugs were found.

Ramsey had a gun under his seat, which he said he carried for protection when he did overnight custodial work in a rough part of the West Side. He had a valid Firearm Owner Identification card that he had recently renewed, though his Concealed Carry License had been revoked without his knowledge when his FOID card had briefly lapsed during the pandemic, he said.

Officers found the lapsed concealed carry license when they ran Ramsey’s driver’s license and arrested him after they found the gun. He was jailed for three days and charged with unauthorized use of a weapon, a felony that carries a penalty of up to three years in prison. Prosecutors eventually dropped the case against Ramsey. But he said it was traumatizing to be arrested and incarcerated after a traffic stop that he felt happened only because he is Black.

“It’s terrible … because you’ve got these people who can really play with your life, take you from your family, your job and throw you in jail for nothing. Then when you get out of jail, you don’t have anything. You’ve got a record, and you can’t get anything,” Ramsey said.

According to data the Chicago Police Department is required to report to state regulators, traffic stops like this are extremely rare. The Police Department reported in 2021 that officers searched drivers in only about 1 percent of all traffic stops, and found weapons in one-tenth of 1 percent of those stops.

But Ramsey’s traffic stop and gun arrest weren’t reported to the state — and neither were thousands of other traffic stops that ended in gun possession arrests since 2014, according to an analysis by Block Club Chicago and Injustice Watch.

CPD reported finding weapons in only 388 traffic stops in 2021, according to data reported to the state as part of the Illinois Traffic Stop Study. But our analysis of gun arrests that year found that more than 2,300 people were arrested on gun charges and also cited for a minor traffic violation during the same encounter, indicating that the arrest likely started with a traffic stop.

Chicago police officials did not respond to specific questions about the data discrepancies sent on multiple occasions over the past several months. A Police Department spokesperson wrote in an emailed statement that the “Chicago Police Department is continuously working to strengthen its data collection and analysis. By improving our data collection, we can identify patterns that can help inform training and department policy development.”

The data discrepancies are coming to light at a time when the total number of traffic stops Chicago police reported to the state has risen exponentially, from just 85,000 in 2015 to more than 600,000 in 2019, before dipping again to about 350,000 per year since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Black drivers were pulled over at five times the rate of white drivers in 2021, according to the traffic stop study data.

But the underreported stops, searches and gun arrests suggest the impact of traffic stops is weighing even more heavily on Black drivers than the traffic stop study data suggest. About 85 percent of the adults arrested on gun possession charges and cited for a traffic violation in 2021 were Black.

Rickey Hendon, a former state senator who helped write the traffic stop study legislation, said the data discrepancies dangerously shroud the true racial disparities of the Chicago Police Department’s tactics.

“The purpose of [the study] was so we can see what was happening, and, if there’s a negative pattern that was unconstitutional, we could change it,” Hendon said. “How can regulators fix anything if they’re getting incorrect reports from the Chicago Police Department?”

Other police reform advocates warned the steep jump in traffic stops and the concurrent rise in traffic-stop-related gun arrests suggest Chicago police could be using pretextual traffic stops as a strategy to search people’s cars to crack down on guns, a practice with murky constitutional legitimacy that is obscured by the misrepresentations in the data of how officers are interacting with drivers, they said.

“What is clear is that some of these traffic stops are being used as nothing but a predicate to have contact with young men of color,” said Illinois ACLU spokesperson Ed Yohnka. 

Since 2015, the ACLU has closely followed the surge in traffic stops, which is widely thought to be an unintended result of a landmark ACLU settlement with the city that year that required more detailed reporting about pedestrian stops, which led to a decrease in those stops, also known as “stop-and-frisk.” But if officers are reporting only a small fraction of traffic stop arrests, it also means Chicago police leadership may be making strategic decisions based on wildly inaccurate data, Yohnka said. 

“If officers can seize guns in a traffic stop and then never report the traffic stop, the leadership has no way to form strategies to influence public safety because they have no idea what’s actually going on,” Yohnka said. The inaccurate data is “a missed opportunity of police management to see what’s going on the street and also a missed opportunity for the public to understand how they’re policed,” he said.

Traffic Stops And Gun Arrests Both Up Sharply

At the same time the number of traffic stops by Chicago police has spiked, so has the number of gun possession arrests. In 2014, Chicago police arrested about 2,500 adults on gun possession charges. By 2020, gun arrests had more than doubled to over 5,500, with the vast majority of those considered nonviolent gun cases by prosecutors since the gun was never fired.

An increasing proportion of those arrests stem from traffic stops, according to our analysis of gun possession arrests with an accompanying traffic citation. This analysis likely understates how many people are arrested on gun charges after a traffic stop, since many drivers, including Ramsey, are never cited for the alleged traffic violation that prompted the stop. The stops and arrests disproportionately occur on the South and West sides.

“In my perspective, doing this job, there is a very, very clear pattern of selective [traffic] enforcement,” said Margaret Armalas, an assistant Cook County public defender who recently co-wrote an opinion piece criticizing Chicago police for their gun arrest strategy. ​”These are traffic stops that are only being enforced in communities of color. ‘Who has control of your food? Who has control of your electricity? Who has control of your water? Of your jobs? Who tells you what to wear when you go to work? Who tells you when to come to work...when to leave...when to go to lunch...how to speak...how to write...how to do this...how to do that...and how are these things taught, and how they are conditioned?"-- It is by reward and punishment. " You do this you get paid; you don't do this you don't get paid; you get a raise, you get docked. What do we have here?’

To live under the power of another people is to be created by that people. To be rewarded or punished by that people is to be created by that people. We are living under them as the result of the exercise of the power of another people over us. Therefore, if we wish to change this situation (i.e., the conditions under which we live), then we must change the power relationships. If we are to prevent ourselves from being created by another people and are to engage in the act of self creation, then we must change the power relations.’

Wilson also explained that the so-called Black bourgeoisie has no independent power on its own. Rather it maintains it status through its direct political and corporate ties to the Democratic party establishment. The “Niggerati” or Jack & Jill Blacks from the Moteasuh Tribe would rather in engage in fantasy discussions, such as talk about reparations and symbolic politics like the removal of statutes, than deal with the nuts and bolts work of economic development, the creation of sustainable independent communities and institutions and providing a real education to Black children that teaches them how to solve their communities problems and defend their group interests, not mere training to serve elite whites, dominate their own people and enhance the system of authority.

“This establishment strives strenuously to convince the Black electorate that every conceivable problem which confronts it can be resolved through voting heavily for Black and friendly White politicians. The Black media is ever quick to remind the Black electorate of the historical struggles necessary to achieve their right to vote. It indicts the community for its electoral apathy and seeks to evoke guilt feelings in those who do not participate in the electoral process — making such ritualistic participation emblematic of democracy and first-class citizenship. This is of special interest when it is realized that very few, if any, of the major political, economic and social goals achieved by Black America, including the Voting Rights Act, were accomplished through Black voting prowess. The ballot box has been a relatively impotent weapon in the achievement of major victories by the Black community. Suddenly vigorous protest and direct-action legal suits and extralegal processes such as boycotts, sit-ins, and the like, which were used so effectively by the community to achieve its sociopolitical ends and to fight injustice and oppression, have fallen far behind the election of Black politicians to achieve the same ends. The mystery of the Black media establishment's complicity with this type of political fraud — the electing of politicians to a bankrupt political system dominated by the ruling corporate elite whose values and aims are inimical to the cause of Black liberation; the election of Black politicians who are but pawns of the White Democratic Party machine and who seek to have the Black community identify its communal interest with the politicians' personal interests; the election of politicians who in no way are interested in developing a program for the economic emancipation and empowerment of the Black community, and who are not committed to the final overthrow of White supremacy, becomes clear when we recognize their bourgeois interests.” [MORE]

Hundreds of Communities Declared Racism a Public Health Crisis. What Result? [many Blacks Continue to Live in a Dream World where Singing, Marching and Chanting Will Solve Problems or Change Racists]

In reality, the alleged “resistance” is really very tame politics engaged in by obedient citizens also known as propagandhi. Elites have drawn the parameters of Black dissent by programming Blacks to believe that what is actually common sense and essentially conservative is somehow "radical" politics. Therefore, Blacks reject common sense in rejecting "the radical" or what is perceived as "radical." Consequently, law abiding or obedient Blacks will not pursue things that anyone else with common sense would pursue- because to do so would be revolutionary! The resisters are not resisting anything. They are expressing genuine, common sense outrage at an unaccountable system of white collective power: racist suspect jurors, judges, prosecutors, fellow cops, media and businesses that support, defend and finance a cop’s right to murder or harm Blacks. But what else?

From [HERE] Last year, dozens of communities rushed to declare racism a public health crisis amid the COVID-19 pandemic and nationwide protests against police brutality, both of which disproportionately affect people of color.

More than 200 cities, counties, local governments, public health and educational entities made such declarations since 2020, according to the American Public Health Association – up from just seven in 2019. (At least one city, Holyoke, Massachusetts, has rescinded its declaration.)

And the trend has continued as leaders in Chicago, Salt Lake City and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention made similar declarations.

Public health experts and local leaders heralded these declarations as important first steps in addressing the role racism plays in public health but warned that they required action. Although many of the declarations look similar, what steps communities took to address the systemic inequalities vary widely.

Chancellor Williams and Welsing have both explained that most Blacks 'continue to live in a dream world where they believe that singing, marching, dancing, chanting, praying, releasing balloons in the air and making declarations will solve their problems.' [MORE] Elite whites remain in control by keeping Black people in a state of mental maladaptiveness - maintaining this mental state is a political, social necessity, Black people must be literal kept out of their minds - and they are. Using Crime to Justify Their Original Crime: Masters & Their Servants Find Hidden Meaning in the Murder of an 8yr Old Black Child [demographic crime has nothing to do w/the value of Black Lives]

Atlanta’s strawboss Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms stated, “We have talked about this movement that’s happening across America in this moment in time where we have the ears and interests of people across this country and across this globe who are saying they want to see change. But the difference in this moment in time and the Civil Rights movement, the Civil Rights movement -- it was a defined common enemy. So we’re fighting the enemy within when we are shooting each other up on our streets and the city. “You shot and killed a baby. And it wasn’t one shooter. There were at least two shooters. An 8-year-old baby. And you want people to take us seriously. And you don't want us to lose this movement, then we can't lose each other in this.” [MORE]

The mayor is not part of any “movement”, she works for the same government that simultaneously authorizes cops to treat Black people as their enemy and slaves. Sambo rolebot Keisha Lance Bottoms used this episode to stop protesters from occupying a burned down Wendy’s. She said the city had been negotiating with protesters about use of the Wendy’s site. “An 8-year-old baby has been killed, so the discussions have ended,” she said. However, thus far, no facts indicate that any protesters were involved in the murder of this child. Also, the incident apparently occurred in the driveway of a liquor store that was directly across the street from a Texaco - not at the Wendy’s, which is further down the road and across a divided highway. Nevertheless, the dependent media has been parroting government authorities’ false inferences that the child’s murder was somehow either connected to protest at the Wendy’s, or related to “the movement” or it was committed by a protester. Also, with the exception of a recent uptick in crime, crime rates remain at historic lows and are nowhere near where they were during the 1990’s. Over the past 25 years, crime in major cities fell 65 percent. [MORE] and [MORE]. Presently, crime in America’s 30 largest cities remains near historic lows. [MORE]. Atlanta Police Department statistics (which do not include last weekends numbers) indicate that violent crime, petty crime and arrests are down compared to 2019 levels at this time of the last year [see chart above]. According to APD figures there were 4 less murders by 6/27/19. As stated, in The Spectacle information is presented in accord with the appetite of the racist and or obedient listener and not in accord with reality.

In the face of consistently declining crime rates, especially in the past few years, Governments and racists have been struggling to justify the militarization of police, the large numbers of cops and the high cost of police budgets. Racists have been selling 'the fear of Blacks' to whites for decades to justify treating Blacks criminally. High crime was part of this old order [that many racists and mentacidal Blacks still cling to]. High crime was also indirectly used to justify the original crime, that is ongoing. The vested interests are in search of a new basis to justify over policed, heavily surveilled Black & Brown communities. With less crime around, it looks like a free range prison or plantation to those who have eyes to see. 

Dr. Blynd explains, 

Black-on-Black Crime - a psycho-political euphemism, unwittingly used and abused by African-Americans and deliberately by Caucasians, describing demographic criminal activity in general, as people commit violent crimes on people who live in closest proximity to them, and the violence mostly occurs by those and to those who are held hostage under chronic and cyclical economically disadvantaged circumstances and environments. Dr. Amos Wilson explains

"Alleged Black criminality, while evoking White American fear and loathing, reassures them of their vaunted self-worth, their assumed innately superior moral standing, of their self-congratulatory self-constraint in contrast with presumed Black American unworthiness, innate inferior moral standing, inherent criminality, lack of self-constraint and self-control.

White America's self-appreciation is enhanced as it insatiably feeds on overblown reports about Black criminality while denying its own incomparable criminal record, and its own racist-imperialist incubation and giving birth to the very same criminal forces which now threaten to destroy it.

Black criminals function as a negative reference group vital to maintaining the White American self-image. The Black criminal is used to support the White American community's self-serving, self-justifying judgments of itself. White America's preoccupation with Black criminality betrays its own need for reassurance; betrays its own basic insecurity regarding its projected moral purity. Consequently, the higher the incidence of reported Black criminality, the more exceptionally righteous White America feels itself to be. The more righteous it feels itself to be the more intensely and guiltlessly it promulgates and justifies its domination and exploitation of African peoples at home and abroad. [MORE]

He states, “Through projection the White community seeks to transform its evil, criminal, genocidal characteristics and intentions into good, law-abiding characteristics and intentions. Thus its evil becomes good. Once it projectively criminalizes the Black community it feels free to treat it criminally. Thus, to defend its own positive self-perception against knowledge  of its own criminality, the White community must falsely accuse the Black community of criminality. For the sake of its own positive self-perception, the White community needs to perceive the Black community as criminal, whether or not such is the case.”

MASTERS & THEIR SERVANTS = RACISTS & THEIR NGHRS. Conversely, when Black people believe such racist programming about themselves the product is a falsified consciousness. As stated by Amos Wilson,

"it is not so much that the European says we are inferior, and that we are this and that, and that the European maligns our character, et cetera: It is the belief on our part that what he says is true that makes us crazy. It is a crazy reaction to what he says, an insane and unthinking kind of approach to dealing with what he says about us, that maintains the craziness. [MORE] 

Such a consciousness is a political necessity to maintain RSW. No one can play master without servants. The system of racism white supremacy is based on cooperative control. This “group dynamic” concerns the consensual master/servant relations between white and black people. Whether racists are rich, poor, Democrat or Republican, they all seek master-servant relations with non-white people - said relations are the gravamen of the current operating system of racism white supremacy. Non-whites who indulge in such relations can be described as niggers within the meaning of FUNKTIONARY [see below].

This two way relationship is something Black people can control and is a main source of Black people’s problems, it must be destroyed. Amos Wilson explains,

'the white man’s so-called power, is to a great extent based upon the nature of the relationship he has with the Black man. We empower him by the nature of our own behavior and attitudes as a people. He cannot be what he is, unless we are, what we are. To a good extent, the European is our creation … yes. If we look at our behavior, we will see that to a good extent, it is our behavior, our values, our consciousness, the kind of personalities we’ve established in ourselves, our taste, our desires and needs; that maintains the European in its position.’  

The destruction of the master/servant relationship does not mean destroying white folks or not having relations with them. It means no longer engaging in master/servant relations with white people. Thereafter, relations with white people can be either at arms-length or non-existent. When a critical mass of individual, self-respecting Black people do so the voluntary nature of RSW would cease to exist, forcing change.

NGHR - the consonant-letter-configuration for the ineffable (unmentionable) derogatory name ascribed to Afrikans, first by ignorant and degenerate Caucasians, then by us—especially here in racist Amerikkka. We use the unexpressed letters "NGFfR" to convey the reality that we cannot delete (erase) the name, nor can the name "Nigger" for which it represents, be rehabilitated or commandeered to a word of endearment (without dire consequence)—even between two Afrikans conscious of the damage and semantic baggage the name carries and the atrocities carried out from its dehumanizing effects without—and the psychological effects of self-hatred deep within. Using the "N-word" loosely among ourselves arms those who are our natural enemies the aided ability and added enmity to act out their madness upon us as we act-out (perpetuate) the self-hate buried within and behind the seemingly harmless expression that whenever spoken is exhumed and haunts us like a ghost off the Goree Island coast. The "brother" who playfully embraces you with a hug around the neck as he greets and speaks "My Nigga," is more likely (than not) the same one who will point a gun to your dome and pull the trigger. Supposedly though, you were his "Nigger," so now being a statistic only your survivors are left to go figure. Through the means of languacultural and literary exorcism the historical word "Nigger," whenever summoned by a writer, should now be written as "NGHR" to inform all others that you have consciously taken control over your use of the nefarious name and realizing that using it from now on will never be taken, given or accepted the same nor will it be spoken like its all just a harmless game. "NGHR" is alsc an acrostic for "Now Giving Honor Respectfully." That is, we are no longer giving the "N-word" circulation because its currency has always been spurious, inflammatory, "illegit" and strictly counterfeit.

ESPN Drops Jemele Hill, Kaepernick Starts Clothing Line = Elite Racists "Filter Out" Any Black Person They Perceive as Defiant to White Authority or Control in All Areas of People Activity

Hill, you may recall, was quietly moved off of Sports Center for tweeting that President Trump is a “white supremacist.” Since leaving “SportsCenter” earlier this year, she has barely worked, making a divorce the obvious conclusion. 

On September 11, 2017 Hill made a series of tweets critical of Dummy Trump. ESPN issued a statement saying Hill's comments "do not represent the position of ESPN. We have addressed this with Jemele and she recognizes her actions were inappropriate." Hill later clarified that she stood by her comments as representative of her personal beliefs; "My regret is that my comments and the public way I made them painted ESPN in an unfair light." Some criticized Hill's comments, including White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, who called them "a fireable offense by ESPN"; Trump criticized the network and demanded an apology. 

The White House called for Hill’s firing after she tweeted that President Trump was a “white supremacist.”

ThinkProgress reported exclusively in September that ESPN attempted to remove Hill from the air after her tweet about Trump but was thwarted after her co-host Michael Smith and others refused to go on the air without her.

On October 9, 2017, ESPN suspended Hill again for two weeks for a "second violation of our social media guidelines" for a series of tweets about racist suspect Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. Days before, Jones said that any Cowboys player who did not stand for the national anthem would not be allowed to play.

Hill was responding to angry fans who were encouraging the Cowboys’ star players to test Jones’ resolve. Hill countered that this was an unfair burden to put on the players and if fans objected, they should act. [MORE] See the offending tweets below:

Elite white media such as the Washington Post characterized her tweets as "urging a boycott" or "encouraging a boycott" as described by CNBC. lol. Hill later clarified that she was not advocating a boycott of Cowboy’s advertisers, but making the point that fans should not place the burden on the players alone.

Hill pointed out the hypocrisy of owners of losing NFL teams and a league filled with mediocre white quarterbacks that could not find a place on their roster for Kaepernick, a proven winner. 

She also supported Kaepernick's position about cops.

Kaepernick Rule. Let us not participate in any deception. Speaking out against acts of bigotry or the already unlawful use of excessive force by police is really not a radical thing to do. Complaining to the NBA demographic or to hip-hop fans about the illegal conduct of cops is not going out on a limb. Kaepernick made it plain that cops function as a modern day "slave patrol" to enforce an oppressive white over Black system. He took it there and took it work because the NFL is apart of that system. Said system has now disappeared or filtered him out of the NFL. Elite white media who protect & serve the same system that Mr. Kaepernick protested have now also disappeared Jemele Hill. From [HERE] The NYPD paid SNAG, Spike Lee more than $200,000 to help launch a new policing program aimed at improving relations with minority communities.

The department tapped the director in 2016 as a consultant for the campaign, a spokesman for the department’s nonprofit New York City Police Foundation confirmed Thursday. The contract with Lee’s advertising firm, Spike DDB, was for $219,113 — which was paid for by the Police Foundation.

“The Foundation approached and consulted several creative teams including the Spike DDB agency to help develop a public awareness campaign that would aim to strengthen the partnership between the NYPD and the communities it serves,” said spokesman Brady Littlefield. “We received tremendous input and ideas, and that process ultimately resulted in last spring’s neighborhood policing ad campaign.”

The partnership was revealed in the Police Foundation’s most recent tax filing covering some of 2016 and 2017. [MORE]

His latest project is a film called Black Klansman, it tells the allegedly true story of a black detective infiltrating a Colorado Springs chapter of the Ku Klux Klan. Not everyone is certain now is the best time for telling stories about heroic police officers. “Sorry to Bother You” writer-director Boots Riley took to Twitter the day after “BlacKkKlansman” opened to question the nature of the film’s narrative.

“After 40 years of cop shows and cop movies, did we really need one more movie where it’s supposed to be about racism but the cops are the actual heroes of the film and the most effective force against racism?” Riley asked. The director noted his tweet was a “rhetorical question,” indicating the answer is “no.” [MORE] “It’s a made up story in which the false parts of it to try to make a cop the protagonist in the fight against racist oppression,” he writes. “It’s being put while Black Lives Matter is a discussion, and this is not coincidental. There is a viewpoint behind it.”

“For Spike to come out with a movie where story points are fabricated in order to make a Black cop and his counterparts look like allies in the fight against racism is really disappointing, to put it very mildly.” [MORE] Was he also paid by the Government to make this film?

Spike Lee's politics always involve an appeal to the moral suasion of racists. His latest project apparently is no different. The poster for the movie states "infiltrate hate." Like many confused victims of racism/white supremacy Spike Lee does not discuss white supremacy as racism. He mostly complains that racism is about bad attitudes & behavior, mean words, stereotypes and inconveniences to Black people. Hence his goals are a moral quest for respect from racists and for more kinder & thoughtful white people - towards those ends he apparently seeks to reform racists with his movies - as they appear to be the indirect target of his messaging and activities. Asking master "to do the right thing" misses the point entirely. At this point in history said goals are entirely pathological and perhaps even a sign of a mental disorder. The master-servant relationship must be destroyed, not updated and refined. 

Dr. Blynd explains, "Racism is not individualistic, but institutional, cultural, economic, political, linguistic, self-perpetuating and systematic." White Supremacy is a power group dynamic involving the relationship between whites and Blacks in a vast system of unequal power. It is economic discrimination by one group over and against another for the purposes of subjugation and/or maintaining the imbalance of power through cooperative control, misinformation, indoctrination, genocide and oppression. With such a "socially engineered Black Consciousness" the use of force is not necessary to maintain the unequal balance of power between Blacks & whites. Dr. Amos Wilson explains, 

The threatened use of physical (police and military) force stands behind White power in all its deceptive metamorphoses. But more effective and deeply enduring than the use of physical force or the coercive threat to use it in maintaining the domination of White over Black, is the long-term use by Whites of harshly unrelenting psychic violence against the collective Black persona. For this violence more effectively neutralizes Black opposition to and possible overthrow of White domination than the preponderance of White military might. Psychic violence hobbles the most powerful of human weapons — the human mind and its productive creativity, ingenuity, innovativeness and vision. Moreover, it hobbies the human capacity to develop and press into service the social identity, social consciousness, unity and solidarity, and the cooperative social spirit which combined empower a race to overcome impossible odds posed by other hostile and apparently more powerful races of men. According to Wilson, " It is the White monopoly on psychic violence and their devastatingly ingenious use of it against the minds of Afrikan peoples which represent the greatest threat to Afrikan survival. Through unrelenting psy-ops elite racists have programmed Black people with a falsified Afrikan consciousness. He  explains,

'The final end of the violent White-instigated psychic assaults against the collective psyche of Blacks is to induce in them states of false consciousness, self-alienation and self-hatred so as to irreparably impair their capacity to overthrow their White oppressors through the mobilization of their human and material resources.

False consciousness, self-alienation and self-hatred are conjoining states of mind which motivate oppressed Blacks to engage in continuing self-defeating, self-destructive assaults against their own interests and against themselves. Consequently, by these means Blacks are unwittingly manipulated into forming alliances with their oppressors and exploiters in disempowering themselves and in empowering those who dominate and exploit them all the more.' Wilson explains that such a manufactured mind in a system of white supremacy "requires that Blacks involuntarily and obsessively deceive themselves. This collective self-deception, which is the benchmark of oppressed Black consciousness, is the main product of White-Black social power relations, motivated by anxiety and ignorance, founded on the denial and distortion of reality. [MORE]  Such a group mind makes it impossible for Blacks to become Endependent and/or have a unified group consciousness necessary to successfully build effective and independent Black organizations, businesses & political movements. To exist in a particular society you need a particular mind. When two NYPD cops spot me talking to a motorist they were in the process of extorting to meet their monthly quota they begin yelling at me from across the street to "go away" so they can feed on two different motorist at the same time.

Elites racists probably would not be able to maintain the falsified afrikan consciousness without the assistance of coin-operated SNAGs like Spike Lee. Here, he has worked as a paid consultant for the NYPD to create propaganda to deceive Black people. The commercial features two young Black men [who were the targeted demographic for the ads] voicing their perceptions of cops in a Government sponsored ad - that is, voicing their concerns and desires to a representative Government that is taking their input into account as a way of participating in a democracy, where none exists [another con game]. Thus Lee is pandering a false image of legitimacy to the NYPD, promoting the false concept of authority and hiding the reality of a corporate police state. 

To assist in the creation of such manipulation makes him a traitor and a SNAG -  he is the opposite of Kaepernick - he stands with his lawless oppressors who would choke his little ass to death in broad daylight in front of cameras & witnesses Eric Garner style and get away with it because that is the way "it" works - "authority" said so. Cops exist primarily to manage the behavior of Blacks & Latinos within a free-range prison controlled by Government. Their goal is to place you in greater confinement.  As Dr. Blynd observes, "people who are awake see cops as mercenary guards that remind us daily through acts of force, that we are simultaneously both enemies and slaves of the Corporate State - colonized, surveilled and patrolled by the desensitized and lobotomized drones of the colonizers." Their authority is not legitimate because none is - it is a main source of your oppression. It is rule through your coerced participation and nothing more. Any protection from cops is incidental and random - making us safe is not their goal.

And cops do not serve Black & Latino people. 'To expect the master to serve the slave and to expect power to be used solely for the benefit of the one being controlled, not the one in control - is ridiculous.'

Larken Rose explains, "In the United States there is a ruling class and a subject class, and the differences between them are many and obvious. One group commands, the other obeys. One group demands huge sums of money, the other group pays. One group tells the other group where they can live, where they can work, what they can eat, what they can drink, what they can drive, who they can work for, what work they can do, and so on. One group takes and spends trillions of dollars of what the other group earns. One group consists entirely of economic parasites, while the efforts of the other group produce all the wealth." In the context of the system of racism/white supremacy Blacks and Latinos would therefore be in the powerless class, a sub-group within the "subject class" or in the basement of power. 

In this system, it is patently obvious who commands and who obeys. [Black] people are not the “government,” by any stretch of the imagination, and it requires profound denial to believe otherwise. Nevertheless, propaganda and "predictive programming" have achieved such a result and maintain such beliefs in the falsified consciousness of oppressed Black people. Such a consciousness filled with stupid beliefs is the only thing that holds the system of racism/white supremacy together.
