According to media hoaxed “journalists” at the NY Times: “Frank R. James, who was accused of carrying out the worst attack on the New York subway system in years, pled guilty to terrorism in connection with an April shooting spree on a train in Brooklyn.

James, 63, appeared in U.S. District Court in Brooklyn and read aloud from a short statement confessing to the attack on a Manhattan-bound N train on April 12, for which he faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.

"I got on the subway train that was carrying people," said James, dressed in wrinkled khaki jail overalls and sitting at a table alongside his public defenders. "While I was on the train, I started shooting a firearm."

Judge William Kuntz accepted James' 11 guilty pleas, spoken in a voice that at times cracked. The judge ordered the government's probation department to complete a pre-sentencing report by July 4, but he did not set a date for sentencing.”

According the police/media: Just before 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 12, a man wearing a mask and an orange vest threw two smoke bombs and opened fire on a train car in Sunset Park. Images of smoke-filled train cars and subway platforms slick with blood flooded social media.

In the ensuing chaos, the shooter escaped and disappeared into the city, but he left behind an array of belongings on the train — including a gun, ammunition, bank cards and a key for a U-Haul — and a trail of video surveillance footage across Brooklyn, according to court filings.

The authorities soon identified Mr. James, who appeared to have planned an attack for days [did he plan to leave behind “an array of belongings on the train“] . He had reserved and paid for a U-Haul van in Philadelphia the week before and had driven it into Brooklyn before dawn that day. Authorities said he had parked the van in Brooklyn and then entered the subway.

Mr. James has been detained since his arrest at a jail in Brooklyn, just blocks from the subway station where the attack took place. [MORE] Mr. James, 63, faces a possible life sentence. [MORE]

Additionally a day after the incident he confessed to the crimes by calling the police tip line on himself! Yes, he snitched on himself (similar to unauthenticated “manifestos,” diaries, rap books, tweets or ISIS press releases containing admissions to the entire crime immediately found after other false flag ops).

Also, according to the NYPD there are 600 cameras where the attack took place. But all were broken or malfunctioned at the time of the attack according to the NYPD and Black Strawboss Eric Adams. [MORE]

ACCORDING TO COINCIDENCE THEORISTS, ALL 600 CAMERAS AROUND THE BROOKLYN SUBWAY STATION AT ISSUE BROKE DOWN AT THE SAME TIME which happened to be the same DAY as the “shooting spree.”

There is a pattern emerging in false flags; if the perpetrator(s) survives the alleged attack, there is never a real trial, and thus no evidence the incident occurred is ever established in any law forum. A real trial never takes place, nor can it – such is the nature of false flags. A real trial necessarily means an adversarial contest between the Government or private party and an accused defendant in which evidence is rigorously tested through the pre-trial and trial process.

Unrepresented trials (where a defendant has no attorney) function as the conclusion of the show in these false flag operations. Court theater helps cement the false event as real in the public mind. In reality, understand that when a non-attorney represents himself in a murder trial, it is an uncontested trial and an uncontested trial is not a meaningful trial at all. Such a contest is like you versus Mike Tyson in his prime at MSG - a slaughter, for those unfamiliar.

In the criminal context, ‘no trial’ means there is no contested, adversarial proceeding where the government must establish facts beyond a reasonable doubt with actual, admissible, authenticated evidence and credible witness testimony that is subject to; rigorous cross -examination, the rules of evidence, pre-trial discovery, pre-trial motions and Brady disclosures. The right to confront witnesses and cross examine them, which is the primary purpose of the 6th Amendment and essential to a meaningful criminal trial, is waived as a practical matter during pro-se trials. Such cross examination (in civil and criminal cases) on issues relevant to establishing guilt or liability frequently produces critical evidence and is the defense's tool to raise doubt and produce an acquittal or dismissal. In contrast to police allegations robotically parroted by the media, during a real trial witnesses and evidence are tested for their authenticity and veracity in an adversarial process.

In the alleged ‘Waukesha Christmas Parade Attack’ and ‘Charleston Church Massacre’ false flags both defendants “Darrell Brooks” and “Dylann Roof” respectively were unrepresented during their trials. As a result, no real pre-trial investigation or discovery by “the defense” took place. No meaningful jury selection occurred. No pre-trial motions were filed to exclude evidence, identification or statements. During “the trials” no skilled cross examination took place, no viable objections to hundreds of government requests and witness questions took place, there were no meaningful challenges to hundreds of government exhibits, foundations for evidence were improperly contested or were uncontested, authentication of social media evidence was unnecessary, any and all hearsay and double hearsay was admissible, no actual defenses were asserted, no witnesses testified on their behalf, no legitimate criminal defense or theory of the case was set forth, no effective closing was submitted and more. Such a performance by an attorney would be immediate grounds for a new trial and disbarment. As a result, no meaningful trial ever took place in either false flag episode.

In other false flags no real trial occurs due to guilty pleas (in criminal cases) and default judgments (in civil cases).

A guilty plea is just a guilty plea - it is not proof that anything happened in any criminal case. A guilty plea is a way to avoid an actual trial or avoid having to prove that a crime took place and that a particular individual committed it. Often, it saves time and tremendous resources. A plea is proof that a plea took place, but nothing more, it is an empty representation. For instance, a DUI plea isn’t the evidence that an individual was drunk driving. Evidence at trial such as field sobriety testing, breath tests, bodycam video, witness observations about demeanor, speech, gait, driving behavior and breath odor would be presented and challenged at a real trial. During a plea such allegations are just words on paper read out loud in court.

The guilty pleas in the Brooklyn Subway Terror Shooting and Parkland Massacre aren’t proof that said incidents actually occurred or that "Frank James" or “Nikolas Cruz” actually committed the crimes. In the Spectacle, the Dependent Media carries on as if “Nikolas Cruz” had a contested trial and was found guilty. In reality, he pled guilty last October to 17 counts of murder and 17 counts of attempted murder in the Parkland shooting. His plea triggered the “sentencing hearing” phase of his case, which only determined his sentence; specifically whether he would be put to death. Similarly, "Frank James" aka GOINTELBRO, pled guilty in the Brooklyn case. Now the court will schedule a sentencing hearing. However, as with the Parkland case if an actual, contested criminal trial took place the Government would have had the burden to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a crime took place and that Cruz or James respectfully committed it. That is, the Government would have had to show that the Parkland and Brooklyn false flags were real - with actual authenticated, admissible evidence and testimony subject to cross-examination, credibility determinations, investigation and inspection in an adversarial process before a jury who would decide on the merits. That never happened.

Similarly, in civil cases a default judgment may occur where a defendant fails to respond to a court order or respond to a pleading by a deadline. Under such circumstances the defendant would be in default and subject to the entry of a default judgment. Default judgments are a drastic action because they confront the judicial preference for disposition on the merits of the case. Like a guilty plea, a default judgment is a judgment without a trial. Default judgments also don’t prove that something happened - they just mean someone lost a lawsuit because they failed to comply with a court order or deadline.

As with the guilty pleas in the alleged Parkland and Brooklyn Subway incidents, default judgements against Alex Jones don’t prove that “Sandy Hoax” actually occurred or prove that he lied when he said it was a false flag. Jones failed to respond to court orders and deadlines in multiple defamation lawsuits, so he lost by default. Nothing more. If an actual, contested defamation trial had taken place it would have been the plaintiffs burden to actually demonstrate that Jones made false statements; not vice-versa. That means that during contested trial(s) the plaintiffs would have had to prove that Sandy Hook occurred - with actual, authenticated, admissible evidence and testimony subject to cross-examination, credibility determinations and inspection in an adversarial process before a jury who would decide the case on the merits. Once a default judgment was entered by the court in the Jones’ cases the only thing left for the jury to do was to determine the amount of damages for the alleged defamation. Jones only participated in that part of the proceeding - hearings on damages after liability was imposed by default.

Default judgments and guilty pleas don’t provide evidence that things occurred in the real world, rather they are simply court mechanisms to move court dockets along. The fact that there was no trial only strengthens the doubt of persons who don’t blindly believe whatever the media and government say.

Allegations function as allegations and also proof in totalitarian systems - ‘who needs to actually prove a set of facts during an adversarial, contested trial when you have “belief” and dogma? Due to the contrived nature of the Subway Shooting Massacre narrative, the voluntary confession and the facts that; 600 subway cameras malfunctioned at the precise time of the attack, no one was killed, there is a lack of cell-phone video from people in one of the busiest cities in the country, people on video (crisis actors) are recorded doing unusual things in the midst of the attack, such as taking selfies, looking at their phones, mulling around and multiple persons appear to be pouring blood on the subway platform, persons uninjured suddenly appear to be injured etc, - this microwave terror case open and solved in less than 3 days feels synthetic and should be suspected as a false flag conducted by the government and media until proven otherwise.

Belief isn’t needed to come to such a conclusion- look at the attached videos. In contrast, belief is needed to conclude that an actual massacre occurred on the subway because the evidence has never been seen by the public. From [HERE] A jury found Darrell Brooks guilty of six counts of homicide for driving into a Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wis., last year.

The verdict, reached Wednesday, comes less than a year after Brooks allegedly plowed through police barricades and drove a red SUV along the local holiday parade route in November 2021, killing six people and injuring dozens of others. 

Prosecutors charged Brooks, a 40-year-old Milwaukee resident, with six counts of first-degree intentional homicide, as well as dozens of other charges related to recklessly endangering safety, in relation to the attack. The 12-member Waukesha County jury found Brooks guilty on all 76 counts Wednesday.

First-degree homicide in Wisconsin is classified as a Class A felony, which carries a penalty of life in prison. [MORE]

There is a clear pattern here with some false flags; Dylann Roof had an uncontested trial (no attorney during his criminal trial), the Parkland shooter had no actual trial because he pled guilty and then had a sentencing hearing (mischaracterized by media as a criminal trial) and Alex Jones’ multiple cases all concerned default judgements and damages hearings- not actual contested trials on the merits where the underlying event (the false flag) was established with findings of fact in an adversarial setting by a jury.

Thus, a real trial for this false flag didn’t take place. Nevertheless, the media carries on otherwise with its theater for your mind – intended to make you believe that the underlying event occurred without ever having to actually prove it.

During the week of Thanksgiving and after the conclusion of multiple race related criminal trials involving white male defendants, we were presented with Mr. “Darrel Brooks” or “Darrell Brooks” and his conduct in a 90% white city of Waukesha. At the time of the incident observe the common name and generic look in which he can be easily confused with many other middle-aged light skinned Black males with long dreadlocks covering much of his head and a beard concealing much of his face. Dood looks and sounds like police or an actor not a rapper. Is the driver on the grainy video actually “Darrel Brooks?” No one will ever know.

What’s missing is cell phone video evidence of the actual incident – although there were probably hundreds of people present with their cell phones recording the parade, there appear to be only a few videos [HERE] and [HERE] of the incident – which is not normal but very common in false flags. Like other false flags, Brooks’ alleged “intentional murder planning” is undermined by having no getaway plan, which we deduce due to the existence of a silly pre-arrest video from “a neighbor” – apparently “Darrel Brooks” planned to run people over during a holiday parade, crash the car, flee on foot and either catch an Uber to escape or outrun the police. Just days after the incident, the government completed its investigation and concluded he intentionally ran people over – probably based on his rap lyrics or an unproduced manifesto or diary perhaps to be released during the trial. Like other false flags, less than 7 days after the incident we had an open and shut case - no need for a trial anyway, allegations are the evidence to tyrants and their slaves.

Less than a week after it happened the media supplied us a ready made bio for “Darrell Brooks” containing info (faster than court pre-trial services) about childhood upbringing (not dissimilar to the readily found unauthenticated manifestos or diaries found in other false flag episodes), how his ex-girlfriend feels and a slick headshot photo (like ISIS press releases). The media has stated he is a rapist, depicted him as a serial criminal who is unreformable (because Blacks are inherently criminal) [MORE] and said he is a welfare recipient. We are told he is an auto-coon rapper (an unsigned artist of course “promoted” on a YouTube channel (formed days after the incident, probably by the government). In his video he apparently showcased the same Ford Escape he used to kill as a prop in a music video (an auto-coon rapper with a Ford Escape? Silly, only police think like this. Reminds BW of the “Black rapper” from SD allegedly found on the battlefield in Syria fighting for ISIS, confirmed of course by “his tweets”). The media also explained he hates Trump and white people (hate white folks? Although his conduct has been objectionable, there is no hate on display in court in hours of footage where he is clearly seeking approval from and trying to please the white judge and white courtroom staff, like a puppy, child or servant– this is beggar conduct, racists find it flattering). According to the media and the police, Brooks had a history of social media posts advocating for violence against white people, he rapped about being a "terrorist" and a "killer,” he was a "black nationalist” (when white people say that what does it mean? If it means living separate and apart from whites then could he do that in 90% white Waukesha?), a member of the Black Hebrew Israelites (is there a branch in Waukesha, which is 3% Black?), and believes in black supremacy (right, like a prisoner believing he is the warden) and so on [MORE]. SOME BULLSHIT From [HERE] A member of a group of grandmothers that performs at local parades testified in court on Thursday about the deaths and injuries the group’s members suffered in a crash at a Waukesha, Wisconsin, Christmas parade last fall, and a medical examiner gave emotional testimony about the autopsy of an eight-year-old killed in the crash.

Laura Thein described the “sisterhood” between the Milwaukee Dancing Grannies in her testimony at the homicide trial of Darrell Brooks, who is accused of driving an SUV into a parade just before Thanksgiving last year, killing six people, including three members and one volunteer with the Dancing Grannies. 

The group — membership of which requires only that one be a grandmother — was performing at the Christmas parade as part of its usual seasonal parade schedule, which involves costumed, choreographed dance routines in about 25 parades per year, according to their website.

Their pompom-heavy routine was interrupted that day, Thein said, by a commotion from behind her. All of a sudden, a red SUV drove near her and hit two members in front of her, one of whom initially survived but died later during surgery.

“It all happened so quick that I was still dancing,” Thein said.

During the week of Thanksgiving and after the conclusion of multiple race related criminal trials involving white male defendants, we are now presented with Mr. “Darrel Brooks” and his conduct in a 90% white city of Waukesha. At the time of the incident observe the common name and generic look in which he can be easily confused with many other middle-aged light skinned Black males with long dreadlocks covering much of his head and a beard concealing much of his face. Dood looks and sounds like police or an actor not a rapper. Is the driver on the grainy video actually “Darrel Brooks?” No one will ever know.

What’s missing is cell phone video evidence of the actual incident – although there were probably hundreds of people present with their cell phones recording the parade, there appear to be only a few videos [HERE] and [HERE] of the incident – which is not normal but common in false flags. Like other false flags, Brooks’ alleged “intentional murder planning” is undermined by having no getaway plan, which we deduce due to the existence of a silly pre-arrest video from “a neighbor” – apparently “Darrel Brooks” planned to run people over during a holiday parade, crash the car, flee on foot and then catch an Uber to escape. Just days after the incident, the government completed its investigation and concluded he intentionally ran people over – probably based on his rap lyrics or an unproduced manifesto or diary perhaps to be released during the trial. Like other false flags, less than 7 days after the incident we had an open and shut case - no need for a trial anyway.

Allegations are the proof in totalitarian systems - ‘who needs to actually prove an allegation in an adversarial trial when you have “beliefs” and dogma? As explained by Wilson, the myth of black violence serves important roles in justifying and rationalizing white supremacy and in supporting the white american ego and personality (fabrications). Thus, if Waukesha is a false flag, it is another easily believable delusion in conformance with Neuropeon and Neuropean beliefs and ego.

This episode is similar to the Buffalo supermarket false flag massacre and the Charleston Hoax with Dylann Roof - a tale of a young racist filled with hatred for Blacks who spent months planning to murder black people in a church in South Carolina. Less than a week after it happened the media supplied us a ready made bio for “Darrell Brooks” containing info (faster than court pre-trial services) about childhood upbringing (not dissimilar to the readily found unauthenticated manifestos or diaries found in other false flag episodes), how his ex-girlfriend feels and a slick headshot photo (like ISIS press releases). The media has stated he is a rapist, depicted him as a serial criminal who is unreformable (because Blacks are inherently criminal) [MORE] and said he is a welfare recipient. We are told he is an auto-coon rapper (an unsigned artist of course “promoted” on a YouTube channel (formed days after the incident, probably by the government). In his video he apparently showcased the same Ford Escape he used to kill as a prop in a music video (an auto-coon rapper with a Ford Escape? Silly, only police think like this. Reminds BW of the “Black rapper” from SD allegedly found on the battlefield in Syria fighting for ISIS, confirmed of course by “his tweets”). The media also explained he hates Trump and white people (hate white folks? Although his conduct has been objectionable, there is no hate on display in court in hours of footage where he is clearly seeking approval from and trying to please the white judge and white courtroom staff, like a puppy, child or servant– this is beggar conduct, racists find it flattering). According to the media and the police, Brooks had a history of social media posts advocating for violence against white people, he rapped about being a "terrorist" and a "killer,” he was a "black nationalist” (when white people say that what does it mean? If it means living separate and apart from whites then could he do that in 90% white Waukesha?), a member of the Black Hebrew Israelites (is there a branch in Waukesha, which is 3% Black?), and believes in black supremacy (right, like a prisoner believing he is the warden) and so on [MORE]. Observe the common name and generic look in which he can be easily confused with many other middle-aged light skinned Black males with long dreadlocks covering much of his head and a beard concealing much of his face. Although the incident happened less than a week ago the dependent media has already supplied us a ready made bio containing info (faster than court pre-trial services and PO’s) about his childhood upbringing (not dissimilar to the readily found unauthenticated manifestos or diaries found in other false flag episodes), how his ex-girlfriend feels and a slick headshot photo (like ISIS press releases). The media has stated he is a rapist, depicted him as a serial criminal who is unreformable (because Blacks are inherently criminal) [MORE] and said he is a welfare recipient. We are told he is an auto-coon rapper (an unsigned artist of course and “promoted” on a YouTube channel formed over the past few days by another cop, SNAG or actress. Waukesha is 3% Black by the way) who raps about committing his crimes (snitching on yourself is not gangster) and he showcased the same Ford Escape he used as a weapon as a prop in a music video (an auto-coon rapper with a Ford Escape? Police issued. Reminds BW a little of the “Black rapper” from SD found on the battlefield in Syria who was fighting for ISIS, confirmed of course by tweets). The media explained he hates Trump and based on the generic profile he probably loves fried chicken, watermelon, collards, white woman, rims, cereal etc. Also, only after days the incident, the government concluded he intentionally ran people over – probably based on an upcoming custodial confession video or a rap diary perhaps. Like other false flags, less than 7 days after the incident we have an open and shut case - no need for a trial. All this leads the believer to believe that he ran people over because they were white. Like other false flags, Brooks’ alleged “intentional murder planning” is undermined by having no getaway plan, which we deduce due to the existence of a silly pre-arrest video from “a neighbor” – apparently “Darrel Brooks” planned to run people over during a holiday parade, crash the car, flee on foot and then catch an Uber to escape.

What’s missing is video evidence of the actual incident – although there were hundreds of people present with their cell phones recording the parade, there appear to be only a few videos [HERE] and [HERE] of the incident online – that is not normal.

Uncle Brother’s purpose here would be primarily to distract us and secondarily to make white people hate and fear Black people more than they already do. And so far its working - deluded white folks on Infowars, for instance, actually believe there is a competing system of Black supremacy somewhere on the planet. That is, there are powerful Black institutions or Black systems that might support or defend “Darrel Brooks” right to kill white people in accord with millions of Black individuals using their collective Black power (in banks, corporations, governments, media, hospitals, universities, think tanks, courts, police stations, juries etc) to control the lives of white people in all areas of people activity. Waukesha appears to be another story told by the dependent media in accordance with the appetite of the believer. Specifically, the appetite of the Neuropeon and Neuropean believer. As explained by Dr. Amos Wilson, “In the context of White American domination there is no innocent Black male, just Black male criminals who have not yet been detected, apprehended or convicted. Their mere presence inspires in White Americans, fears of being assaulted, raped, robbed, or some other indefinable dread of being criminally victimized. Fantasies of the sexual molestation of White females by rapacious Black males are common to the White American male and female consciousness, and are frequent themes of their literary, cinematic, and pornographic productions.”

Despite the facts that 1) nearly 99% of crimes committed against whites are committed by whites and 2) white people are totally unaffected by most street crime involving Black people, the dependent media nevertheless projects white people as the most frequent victims of street crime. As explained by Wilson, the myth of black violence serves important roles in justifying and rationalizing white supremacy and in supporting the white american ego and personality (fabrications). Thus, if Waukesha is a false flag, it is another easily believable delusion in conformance with Neuropeon and Neuropean beliefs and ego.

So far, this episode reminds BW most of the Charleston Hoax with Dylann Roof - a tale of a young racist filled with hatred for Blacks who spent months planning to murder black people in a church in South Carolina. The Dylann Roof incident presented Black people with a fear based narrative that was easy to perceive; racist-klan-nazi whites are around every corner, getting ready to murder Blacks at anytime. Said narrative concealed the reality that being a racist/white supremacist has little to do with membership in KKK, nazis or another clownish organization. There are different ways in which racists practice racism and while some racists may hate Black people, other racists may not have any hate towards Blacks but nevertheless seek to dominate them because the gravamen of racism white supremacy is master-servant relations not hate. Like the Roof case, perhaps we will also get a fake “trial” in which not a single objection is raised to statements and unautheticated evidence.

Mock Trial. After Presenting No Defense or Contesting Any Evidence Dylann Roof Found Guilty

From [HERE] and [HERE] Dylann S. Roof, so-called self-radicalized racist who killed nine black parishioners last year when he opened fire during a long-planned assault on Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church, was found guilty by a federal jury after an uncontested trial here on Thursday.

Mr. Roof, 22, stood, his hands at his side and his face emotionless, as a clerk read the verdict aloud in Federal District Court, where he had been charged with 33 counts, including hate crimes resulting in death.

Mr. Roof, whose lawyers conceded his guilt, will face the same jurors when they gather on Jan. 3 to decide whether he will be sentenced to death or life in prison without parole. The jury deliberated for only about two hours on Thursday afternoon. The jury was made up of nine whites and three blacks. [MORE]

The outcome seemed a foregone conclusion from the first minutes of the trial, which began on Dec. 7 and included a swift acknowledgment from the chief defense lawyer, David I. Bruck, that Mr. Roof was responsible for the “astonishing, horrible attack” on June 17, 2015.

Mr. Roof had confessed to investigators nearly 18 months earlier and revealed his purpose in his so-called blatantly racist manifesto that he allegedly published online. His choice of targets seemed intensely premeditated — according to the "manifesto" he scouted the church half a dozen times — although he also researched other black churches and a festival elsewhere in South Carolina before settling on Charleston because, he wrote, it is the “most historic city in my state.” However, he neglected to premeditate any get-away plan and planned to get caught. 

Prosecutors and defense lawyers agreed on the basic contours of Mr. Roof’s march toward racial animosity. He belonged to no hate groups and acted alone in Charleston, but they said he had been an avid consumer of racist materials online.

“You can easily give him way too much credit for thinking of this stuff if you don’t see where it came from,” Mr. Bruck said of Mr. Roof, who had declared in his writings that he had not been “raised in a racist home or environment.”

In a 53-minute closing argument, an assistant United States attorney, Nathan S. Williams, depicted Mr. Roof as “a man of hatred, a man who’s proven to be a coward and a man of immense racial ignorance.”

The prosecutor’s voice often rose in outrage, and the jurors were again shown photographs of the carnage Mr. Roof left behind: blood, bodies, and bullet-scarred tables. “He must be held accountable for each and every action he took in that church,” Mr. Williams urged.

Mr. Roof has said he intends to represent himself during the penalty phase, so Mr. Bruck, as he has done throughout the trial, did his best on Thursday to suggest that his client was unstable, and thus not fully accountable.

Mr. Bruck, who called no witnesses, peppered his closing argument with words like “abnormal,” “delusional,” and “suicidal.” Mr. Roof told the F.B.I. in a confession shortly after being arrested that he had saved ammunition to kill himself if, as he expected, he confronted the police when he left Emanuel.

The government's tale went as follows, 

The Wednesday night assault on the oldest A.M.E. congregation in the South began less than an hour after Mr. Roof entered through an unlocked side door and took a seat at a weekly Bible study meeting. The congregants, including the church’s pastor, the Rev. Clementa C. Pinckney, were studying the parable of the sower. When the congregants closed their eyes for a familiar benediction, the sound of gunfire roared through the fellowship hall.

When they looked up, they saw Mr. Roof holding a semiautomatic pistol he had bought about two months earlier and concealed in a pack on his waist. Mr. Pinckney was the first wounded, and the churchgoers began diving below the room’s circular tables. Mr. Roof kept firing, striking the victims at least 60 times. One photo showed a table bearing an opened Bible, a study sheet and an empty magazine.

The three survivors were Ms. Sanders, Ms. Sheppard and Ms. Sanders’s 11-year-old granddaughter. During turns on the witness stand, Ms. Sanders and Ms. Sheppard described the havoc that turned a house of worship into a blood-soaked scene.

Ms. Sheppard told jurors that Mr. Roof had approached her and asked whether she was wounded. She was not. “I’m going to leave you to tell the story,” Mr. Roof replied, according to Ms. Sheppard.

Mr. Roof was arrested the next morning in Shelby, N.C., where F.B.I. agents questioned him for about two hours and began to piece together his descent into racist thinking and how, over the course of six months, he planned his assault.

But before Mr. Roof spoke of his beliefs, which he had detailed in a handwritten journal and an online manifesto, he admitted to the attack. “I did it,” Mr. Roof said. The manifesto was never updated and appears to be written by multiple authors. [MORE]

The confession served as the centerpiece of the prosecution’s case. Prosecutors also introduced an array of technical evidence, such as phone records and GPS data, to demonstrate Mr. Roof’s premeditation and document his views on race.

The trial featured six days of testimony from 30 prosecution witnesses, including a recorded confession and excerpts from Roof's journal, and it painted a picture of a young man filled with racial hatred who spent months planning to murder black people.

No one testified on behalf of Roof. Apparently, Mr. Roof's defense lawyer did not make a single objection during the entire "trial." 

During closing argument Roof's attorney argued Roof was a suicidal, impressionable loner who never grasped the gravity of what he did. However, if his defense attorney wanted to mitigate or minimize Roof's criminal responsibility for the murders it could have offered expert testimony or other evidence to explain the undue influence older adults or racist materials had upon Roof. With no apparent defense strategy, Roof could have also changed his plea from "not guilty" to guilty prior to trial. The trial seem to serve no purpose for Roof. If he intended to do a "slow plea" in front of the jury then Roof could have testified to explain himself. But he didn't. 

Defense attorney David Bruck conceded in his closing argument Thursday that Roof killed the victims and even praised the FBI investigation. 

Due to the contrived nature of the evidence (immediate, volunteered full confession, murder plans journal, unauthenticated facebook page, a familiar, convenient narrative, immaculately planned murders without a get-away-plan, etc) many believe that the entire episode was a false flag operation conducted by the government [public servants (police) murder Black people all the time. The generic narrative keeps people polarized, misdirected and fearful]. This uncontested trial will probably do little to dispel many of the false flag theories out there.
