In the video above a media hoaxed French probot attempts to fact check Google Gemini’s claim that Trump’s boat strikes were AI generated. Naturally, she attacks Google Gemini and not the substance of its claim. Ironically, the boat strikes are based on the unverified and uncorroborated hearsay claims of Mr. Trump and his authorities. Without any independent investigation, massa media merely parrots Trump’s claims - thereafter, various pundits discuss said unchallenged premise as if it were true. In other words, authority and the media would have us believe that the strikes have occurred simply because Trump said so. From [HERE] The suspect in the shooting of two National Guard members in Washington, DC, Rahmanullah Lakanwal, worked for a CIA-backed “Zero Unit” known as the Kandahar Strike Force (KSF) or the “03” unit, which has been implicated in war crimes against Afghan civilians.

Lakanwal, 29, arrived in the US in September 2021 as part of a program called “Operation Allies Welcome,” which brought tens of thousands of Afghan nationals into the US during and after the US withdrawal from Afghanistan, mainly people who worked with the US against the Taliban.

Lakanwal was granted asylum by the Trump administration earlier this year. His cooperation with the CIA has been confirmed by the spy agency’s director, John Ratcliffe, who said Lakanwal worked “with the US Government, including CIA, as a member of a partner force in Kandahar.”

The Zero Units worked under the National Directorate of Security (NDS), an intelligence service in the now-defunct US-backed Afghan government, formally known as the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

A former Afghan general under the previous US-backed government told CBS News that the “03 unit, also known as The Kandahar Strike Force, was under the special forces directorate of NDS. From [HERE] The United States is repatriating two alleged drug traffickers to Colombia and Ecuador after military forces attacked their vessel in the Caribbean Sea on Thursday, President Donald Trump said.

Facing questions about the legality of the strikes, the Trump administration has sought to justify the killing of more than two dozen since the operations began last month by claiming the U.S. is in “armed conflict” with Latin American drug cartels that are linked to Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro’s effort to dispatch drugs and criminals to the U.S.

Trump said two other alleged traffickers were killed in the strike, and the two survivors would be returned to their home countries “for detention and prosecution.”

Colombian President Gustavo Petro said the country received the Colombian national on Saturday, expressing relief he was alive and that any potential prosecution would be handled according to law. It was not immediately clear when the Ecuadorian national would be repatriated. They did not have serious injuries from the strike, said three people familiar with the matter, speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss a sensitive operation.

U.S. intelligence showed the boat was carrying fentanyl and other drugs, Trump said, without providing evidence and suggesting tens of thousands of American lives were saved by the interdiction.

It is yet unclear if the multinational crew of alleged drug traffickers has ties to Venezuelan criminals or terrorism groups. But the release of two detained suspects further undermines the administration’s justifications and suggests the crew was released to avoid extended legal scrutiny, experts said.

Colombian and Ecuadorian drug runners are focused on cocaine, experts say, while the vast majority of fentanyl bound for the U.S. is trafficked through Mexico.

The Ecuadorian Embassy in Washington, the State Department and the Pentagon did not respond to a request for comment.

In previous armed conflicts, such as the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, during which U.S. troops came in contact with enemy fighters and there were survivors, those fighters were taken prisoner. In drug interdictions that occurred before Trump began ordering armed strikes on boats, drug runners were detained by U.S. law enforcement and charged.

There is no congressional authorization for armed conflict in the region, and the legal basis to detain suspects is murky.

Off-loading the detainees and avoiding military or federal proceedings may have been the best option to avoid scrutiny of whether there is armed conflict in the first place, said Brian Finucane, a former State Department legal adviser for counterterrorism and military force operations.

If these cases had ended up in court, they may have required the administration to disclose sensitive intelligence and a possible lack of clarity around the boat’s cargo and occupants, said Finucane, now the senior adviser for U.S. programs at the International Crisis Group.

“I expect that smart lawyers in the administration may have finally pointed this out and convinced the administration not to pursue that option,” he said.

Since the strikes began in September, U.S. forces have killed at least 27 people, according to the administration — though officials have not provided evidence of drugs on board the vessels nor the identities of the victims. This was the first time there were survivors.

The boat strikes have coincided with a military buildup in the Caribbean, including U.S. warships, Special Operations personnel and fighter jets. The administration has taken an increasingly hostile stance toward Maduro, whom Trump has accused of sending drugs and violent criminals into the U.S. Washington doubled the bounty to up to $50 million for information leading to the arrest and or conviction of Maduro on violating U.S. drug laws.

The buildup of U.S. forces has fueled speculation that Trump is ultimately focused on removing Maduro from power to take control over the country’s vast oil reserves, which are the largest in the world.

Racist Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is facing questions after her department’s official X account reposted a TikTok video of a group of Black youths apparently threatening ICE agents that did not carry its original caption.

The official DHS account posted the video on Friday, which features an on-screen message that reads: “ICE We’re on the way. Word in the streets cartels put a $50k bounty on y’all.”

Noem herself claimed that drug cartels were placing bounties on agents’ heads in an interview with Fox and Friends earlier this month.

The department’s own comment in its post declared: “FAFO. If you threaten or lay hands on our law enforcement officers we will hunt you down and you will find out, really quick. We’ll see you cowards soon.”

However, social media users soon claimed to have tracked down the original version of the video and alleged it was first uploaded with an entirely different caption, in which the participants jokingly threaten Iran, not U.S. federal immigration agents.

The young man featured most prominently in the clip explained that he had been notified about the controversy the DHS post had stirred up and said: “I saw the caption and I was like, ‘I didn’t do that!’”

He continued: “I’ve still got the video saved in my drafts on TikTok. Here’s the messed-up part: the federal government is involved with something that I didn’t do. What?”

A DHS spokesperson has since told The Independent in response: “This young man posted violent threats of murder against our law enforcement. He then deleted it when he was called out and attempted to deny all wrongdoing. We have the receipts, and the internet is forever.

“DHS did not edit, change, use AI, or in any other manner or form alter this video. It was downloaded directly from this individual’s account on Friday, October 17th after it had already acquired over 40,000 likes and hundreds of comments urging individuals to target our ICE officers.

“The willful ignorance and intentional blindness by leading Democrats to the massive increase in violent rhetoric against our agents due to their actions is both disgusting and disappointing. Violence against our agents and officers MUST STOP.”

The DHS has received regular criticism this year for its social media output under Noem’s leadership, which has often seen it mix memes with aggressive posturing against undocumented migrants.

It received a savage response from the creators of South Park after it attempted to repurpose a still from a recent episode satirising ICE, the Trump administration and Noem herself, while the pop star Jess Glynn said she felt “sick” when one of her songs was used in a video about mass deportations.

Smoke and flames billowed from a Michigan church Sunday after, authorities said, a man rammed a truck into the building where worshipers gathered for a packed service. He then opened fire, killing two and injuring several others, police said.

Thomas Jacob Sanford, 40, of the nearby city of Burton, was identified by police as the only suspect in the attack on the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints building in Grand Blanc Township. Police chief William Renye said 10 gunshot victims were sent to local hospitals, two of whom died as of Sunday evening.

Police “neutralized” the suspect minutes after the attack began, according to Renye. Police did not respond to questions seeking to clarify how the suspect died.

A fire that began during the attack had engulfed the church before being contained Sunday. Renye said authorities may find additional victims as they scour the debris. [MORE]

He and his lady companion, who serves as his prop, did not give their names. They did not witness the event. The only reason they were on TV was to state propaganda. He also said he did not know the shooter but knew someone who did, and that person told him, "he's a stand up guy." This type of unverifiable hearsay from unknown or unidentified declarants is hallmark trait of false flaggotry. Of course, unknown or unidentified people have no credibility. What you see is what you get - these folks look like police wearing costumes. According to FUNKTIONARY the definition of slaves is "disarmed men and women."

It happened in Dallas on Wednesday. Officials investigating an attack on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility that killed one detainee and critically injured two others announced that they had recovered unspent ammunition, with at least one labeled “ANTI-ICE.”

Mass shooters left political messages on guns and ammunition associated with attacks on a Minneapolis Catholic school last month; a Nashville Christian school in 2023; a grocery store in Buffalo in 2022; a mosque in Christchurch, New Zealand, in 2019; and a high school in Parkland, Florida, in 2018. There were also marked shell casings in the killing of UnitedHealthcare’s CEO last year, and there were inscriptions in the case of Charlie Kirk’s fatal shooting earlier this year.”

Government authorities and media lie so much that if you unquestioningly believe anything they say, then you must want to be deceived - and you are the real problem. As explained by Osho, an enlightened zen master, “There are millions of people who are ready to be deceived, who are simply waiting for someone to come and deceive them - because of their beliefs, dogmas, because of their vicious desires, because of their greed.” It is no exaggeration to say belief in the media and government is necessary for any event where there are few first hand accounts and only partial video. Dead terrorists can't talk but authorities and their media probots want us to believe that these cold killers conveniently leave behind unauthenticated web pages, manifestos or crime diaries that contain complete confessions to crimes or they present us with other inculpatory, unverifiable hearsay from unknown persons or sources. Where the terrorist is still alive and captured government authorities generally issue an immediate press release or provide a full recorded, instant confession to the whole affair.

That is, generally speaking, in false flag operations authorities want us to believe that a terrorist pre-meditated a carefully planned and timed crime that considered every detail except a getaway plan or a way to conceal their identity (wearing a mask). We are further told that despite all the rational and meticulous planning the criminal irrationally desired to get caught and then be killed in order to have their story told, which couldn’t be done another way. Unlike all other criminals, these cold killers are special because they also snitch on themselves without being asked a single question by police. Now, elites have added engraved bullet casings and messages written on guns into the false flag mix. For instance, the so-called Buffalo Supermarket killer wrote “nigger” on the gun he used to murder black shoppers. Right. New tools are necessary to deceive the public because “manifestos” (a word only law enforcement would use, no one used it before the Christopher Dorner episode) or crime diaries are difficult to authenticate. The falsity of the manifesto jeopardizes the entire false flag. For one thing, a writing cannot be authenticated as being from a particular person merely because it bears his name or is on is letterhead or website. The writing also must have distinctive characteristics with consistent internal patterns which would include its appearance, contents and peculiarities such as spelling or mispelling, use of jargon, punctuation, syntax, paragraph structure, etc. Like Dylann Roof’s manifesto, most manifestos appear to be written by multiple authors (agents) using various styles, grammar etc. and contain inconsistent content. Upon any scrutiny manifestos are revealed to be government fiction. Rather than deal with such “reality entanglement” authorities and their media will now use bullet casings and guns with messages on them, which they stupidly believe is more effective method to deceive the public.

President Trump’s Truth Social account posted a viral video from TikTok on Saturday in which a Trump voter named Elly May blamed the assassination of Republican political operative Charlie Kirk on the press, urging the president to push for legislation which would make “news corporations accountable for lying to the American people and spreading propaganda instead of truth.”

May frames the idea as a revisitation of the Smith-Mundt Act, but then goes on to describe authoritarian measures which have nothing to do with Smith-Mundt.

“President Trump, as a supporter who voted for you 3 times, I am hoping and praying that you will revisit what Barack Obama and Joe Biden got rid of back in 2013, which is the Smith-Mundt Act, which held news corporations accountable for lying to the American people and spreading propaganda instead of truth,” May says, adding:.

“I think instead of bringing it back as a Smith-Mundt Act, you name it the Charlie Kirk Act, make it a law, and you make it damn near impossible for these people to continue to lie to the American public, which has brought chaos, hatred, division, and anarchy all across this country. Fines out their ass which will damn near bankrupt their companies should they lie to the American people ever again.”

“Because of their constant lies, a man lost his life, because of the constant hateful rhetoric of calling him a fascist, and a Nazi, and a white supremacist, and a bigot. “Get this in front of Congress, get this passed as a law, and start holding these news corporations—be they right, left or center—accountable for their behavior,” May concludes.

May has been promoting a Change.org petition to “Enact the Charlie Kirk Act to Restore Media Accountability,” which as of this writing has tens of thousands of signatures.

“This amended act will hold media outlets, radio stations, educators, and content creators accountable for the false narratives and erroneous information they spread deliberately or irresponsibly,” the petition reads, proposing heavy fines for those deemed to be in violation.

A couple of issues with this.

Firstly, the Smith-Mundt Act had nothing to do with holding “news corporations accountable for lying to the American people;” it was a Cold War-era law which prohibited official U.S. government propaganda created by institutions like the State Department and the USAGM [U.S. Agency for Global Media] from being disseminated domestically.

This law was controversially revised under the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 in the name of combatting Al Qaeda propaganda campaigns in the United States.

Returning Smith-Mundt to its original iteration would be a fine idea. American right wingers tend to make a much bigger deal about the changes made under the Obama administration than is actually warranted — anyone who remembers the lead-up to the Iraq invasion knows the U.S. government had no trouble getting immensely consequential propaganda circulating throughout the American press prior to 2013.

But anything that inhibits the U.S. government’s ability to disseminate propaganda to Americans might be somewhat helpful, and couldn’t hurt.

But that isn’t what this “Charlie Kirk Act” push is advocating. Smith-Mundt placed restrictions on what the U.S. government is allowed to do with regard to propaganda, while the proposed “Charlie Kirk Act” would give the U.S. government sweeping new powers to decide what does and does not constitute propaganda and untruth and administer penalties accordingly.

One limits the U.S. government’s ability to manipulate public information, while the other explicitly expands it. Nobody anywhere is claiming that propaganda generated by the U.S. State Department or USAGM projects like Voice of America got Charlie Kirk assassinated by calling him a Nazi; they’re talking about creating a new law to stomp out the free speech of “media outlets, radio stations, educators, and content creators.”

The other issue is of course that giving the government the authority to penalize propaganda and lies means giving the government the authority to determine what constitutes propaganda and lies.

They could decide it’s a lie to say Israel is committing genocide in Gaza, for example, or that it’s propaganda to say the U.S. shouldn’t be waging a proxy war in Ukraine.

The “Charlie Kirk Act” is being pushed in the name of fighting propaganda, but it would actually be giving the U.S. government unprecedented authority over what Americans are permitted to say on any platform. [MORE]
