‘Growing Isolation’ as 77 Delegations Walk Out of Netanyahu’s UN Speech. Barbaric Terrorist said, "Israel Didn't Commit Genocide. Israel Prevented Genocide!"

From [HERE] Dozens of delegations have left the UN General Assembly hall shortly before Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech, amid growing international isolation of the occupying regime.

Footage which went viral on social media showed most delegations leaving the UN hall as Netanyahu took the podium on Thursday, while the premier appeared visibly uncomfortable, amid protesters’ slogans.

Israeli media reports said representatives of 77 countries were absent during Netanyahu’s address to the UNGA, with several delegations leaving shortly before it began, while others had not been seated from the beginning.

The mass walkout drew significant attention in the Israeli media, with Channel 14 describing it as “a spit in Israel’s face”, while Yedioth Ahronoth called it “the dramatic protest”.

Haaretz, meanwhile, slammed Netanyahu’s speech as repetitive and dull, saying it was mainly aimed at his right-wing base and US President Donald Trump, amid what it described as growing international isolation for the Israeli premier.

Meanwhile, the American daily newspaper The Washington Post described the departure as part of a “fierce global backlash” against Israeli crimes, while Britain’s Independent noted that Netanyahu was speaking to a single audience anyway.

The Guardian noted that Netanyahu vowed to “finish the job” in Gaza while delegations left the hall in protest.

Netanyahu’s speech took place as protesters were gathered outside the UN headquarters in New York, calling for an end to Israel’s genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, which has killed nearly 74,000 Palestinians and injured more than 175,000.

‘Netanyahu’s speech repetition of lies’

During his speech, Netanyahu denied that Israel committed genocide against Palestinians in Gaza, taking aim at one of his most high-profile US critics, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, who has called for the execution of the arrest warrant issued for Netanyahu by the International Criminal Court (ICC) over genocidal war crimes.

“To all those spreading these lies about my country and about our brave soldiers, whether they sit in this hall or in the office of the antisemitic mayor of New York, I say this: Shame on you!” Netanyahu said.

“Mr. Mamdani, you try to stop me from coming here. You try to silence me. Well, you can’t silence me,” Netanyahu added.

In response, Mamdani said Netanyahu’s “lies” in his speech cannot erase the ICC arrest warrant issued for him.

“As he has done time and again, prime minister Netanyahu used his speech to repeat baseless lies meant to sanitize his genocide of Palestinians," Mamdani said in a statement on Thursday.

"Yet no lie can change the fact that he remains the subject of an International Criminal Court arrest warrant alleging war crimes and crimes against humanity,” the mayor stressed.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and his former minister of military affairs Yoav Gallant over war crimes against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip in November 2024. [MORE]

US Army Rewards Lockheed Martin $1.2 Billion Contract for Short Range Ballistic Missiles

From [HERE] The U.S. Army awarded Lockheed Martin a $1.2 billion contract for its short-range ballistic missiles.

The indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract covers initial production and future orders of Increment 2 of the Precision Strike Missile, or PrSM, according to a Lockheed Martin announcement.

“This award marks an important step in delivering PrSM Increment 2 to the warfighter,” Dave Griser, Lockheed Martin vice president for precision fires, said in the announcement. “We’re ready to move from flight testing into production and provide the Army with an expanded long-range precision fires capability.”

PrSM is intended to replace the Army Tactical Missile System, first fielded in the early 1990s. It has a range of about 500 kilometers, versus about 300 kilometers for the ATACMS. PrSM can be launched from the M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System and the M270 Multiple Launch Rocket System. [MORE]

In Early 2021 Israel and Pfizer Knew COVID Shots Caused Fatal Heart Condition — But Waited Months Before Alerting Public, according to Peer Reviewed Study Using Gov Data

From [HERE] Pfizer and Israel’s Ministry of Health (MOH) knew in early 2021 about a significant “cardiac event” safety signal associated with Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine — but withheld the information from physicians and the public for several months, a new peer-reviewed study has found.

The authors of the study, published last week in EXCLI Journal, reviewed an MOH dataset containing 531 hospitalization records dating from March 2021 — just months after the rollout of the mRNA Pfizer-BioNTech shot — to May 2022.

The records included 67 deaths, including nine in patients under age 50. Two of the nine deaths were attributed to myocarditis, which can lead to cardiac arrhythmia and death.

Myocarditis was recorded in 71.6% of the hospitalization records involving patients under 30. Nearly two-thirds of those patients “had no meaningful medical history” before their diagnosis.

The deaths and injuries were reported to Israel’s MOH and to Pfizer. Yet, public health authorities in Israel, the U.S. and elsewhere downplayed the safety signal, reporting it “only after a delay of approximately three to four months.”

Even then, health authorities described most cases as “rare” or “mild” — and of less concern than the risk COVID-19 posed.

Karl Jablonowski, Ph.D., senior research scientist for Children’s Health Defense (CHD), said none of the myocarditis deaths are found in the U.S. government’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), even though Pfizer was obligated to report the deaths to VAERS.

“The bereaved and the injured are owed an answer,” Jablonowski said.

Steve Kirsch, founder of the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation, said the study’s findings are significant because they are based on “internal government data” instead of data from vaccine makers or from publicly available databases.

Kirsch said the data show that Israel’s MOH “was clearly more interested in protecting the manufacturers than the public.” [MORE]

The International Criminal Court Has Disregarded US Demands to Withdraw Arrest Warrants for Netanyahu and Other Barbaric Israeli Authorities for War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has taken no steps to withdraw arrest warrants or related applications concerning Israeli officials, despite mounting pressure and sanctions from the United States, Deputy Prosecutor Nazhat Shameem Khan has said.

“The case is still proceeding,” Khan told CNN in a weekend interview.

“We have taken no steps to try and withdraw any of those arrest warrant applications or the arrest warrants themselves, and the team continues to investigate in that situation.”

The ICC issued arrest warrants in November 2024 for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his then defence minister, Yoav Gallant, over alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Gaza since October 2023.

Since then, the US has imposed sanctions on most of the court's leadership, including the former chief prosecutor Karim Khan, the two deputy prosecutors, and nine judges including the court's president. [MORE]

Black Woman's Claim that a Co-Worker's Daily Use of 'Slave Language' (such as "I's," "You's," and "Yessum") Created a Hostile Work Environment Survives Summary Judgment, Allowed to Proceed by Court

From [HERE] An African American former office employee of a Michigan orthodontics practice may proceed with her hostile work environment claim partly alleging that a co-worker repeatedly used language in reference to slavery, a federal judge held in a split decision Monday.

The plaintiff in Vandyke v. Plymouth Orthodontics claimed that the co-worker, who worked with her at the practice's front desk, subjected her to certain language as a mockery of slavery — such as "I's," "You's," and "Yessum" — on a daily basis. She informed ownership of the conduct. The practice's owners prohibited the co-worker from using the alleged slurs but also concluded that "no racial animus or intent" existed.

However, the conduct eventually resumed. Meanwhile, the plaintiff also began to accrue absences that ownership viewed as excessive and causing strain for other employees. In response to the plaintiff's complaint about the renewed conduct, the owners installed a camera to monitor at the front desk.

Plymouth Orthodontics eventually fired the plaintiff after a string of absences that followed a formal warning. The plaintiff alleged several violations of both Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and Michigan state law, among which were discrimination on the basis of race, retaliation, hostile work environment and wrongful discharge.

Judge Brandy McMillion granted summary judgment to the practice on most of the employee's claims, holding that she failed to make a prima facie case of discrimination in part because she could not point to a similarly situated comparator who replaced her or who received more favorable treatment.

McMillion also pointed to the practice's record of the plaintiff's attendance issues, stating that no reasonable jury could find an inference of discrimination based on that record.

But the judge refused to grant summary judgment on the harassment and hostile work environment claims, holding that a jury should determine whether the co-worker's comments — taken together with statements made by two other employees — were racially offensive and whether they were so severe or pervasive as to create a hostile environment.

The court disagreed with the employer's characterization of the comments in question, finding that they included race-specific and derogatory terms recognized by other courts as referencing language used in the pre-Civil War South. Despite the practice's attempts to address the alleged conduct, McMillion noted that the conduct continued and therefore a reasonable jury could conclude that the practice had not effectively halted it.

The analysis in Vandyke constitutes an examination of what a hostile work environment looks like. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission defines such an environment as featuring harassment that is severe or pervasive enough that a reasonable person would consider it hostile, a description that excludes certain petty slights, annoyances and isolated incidents. St. Louis Settles Cortez Buford Lawsuit for $1.7M. Liar White Cop Shot Black Man 2X in the Back and Multiple Times in His Face. Claimed Black Man Pointed a Gun at Him but There Was No Light in Alley

From [HERE] A Black family is settling for nearly $1.7 million a wrongful death lawsuit against a white police officer who shot and killed a 24-year-old Black man in 2019.

The man, Cortez Bufford, died four years after he settled another lawsuit against the same department for a traffic stop in which eight officers beat him up.

His parents, Tammy and Antoine Bufford, filed their federal suit in 2020 against St. Louis police Officer Lucas Roethlisberger and a host of other defendants, all of whom have since been dismissed from the case.

Roethlisberger shot and killed their son near a BP gas station in south St. Louis after chasing him down an alleyway.

The proposed settlement, filed Tuesday, spells out that of the $1,687,483, just more than $550,000 would go to attorneys' fees and another $136,000 would go toward other legal expenses. The Buffords would get about $998,000. The settlement is still subject to a judge’s approval.

The shooting happened Dec. 12, 2019, when Cortez Bufford and his friend Terrell Phillips went to the BP gas station on Bates Street in south St. Louis, the lawsuit says.

St. Louis officers were sitting across the street from the gas station when Bufford went inside the store and purchased cigarettes and a drink, the lawsuit says.

Surveillance footage shows Bufford wearing a "man bag," and officers said his gun was visible in the bag, a claim the Bufford family's lawyers disputed in the suit.

After making his purchase, Bufford walked to the side of the building to smoke a cigarette, the lawsuit says.

While standing there, the lawsuit says Roethlisberger pulled up behind Bufford and yelled, "Put your junk away."

The lawsuit does not explain what the officer was referring to.

Roethlisberger then got out of the car and started to run at Bufford without identifying himself or saying anything else, according to the lawsuit.

Bufford ran.

Roethlisberger drew his gun and gave chase.

Phillips, the man Bufford came there with, yelled that Roethlisberger "better not shoot him."

Roethlisberger holstered his gun.

Bufford ran down an alleyway and stopped at a fence, the lawsuit says.

Casings tell a different story

"Roethlisberger still had not identified himself, had not given any commands to Cortez, had not asked him to stop or otherwise even identified himself as a police officer," the suit says.

Bufford escaped and ran back toward the street. As he was crossing Bates Street, another officer hit Bufford with his police Tahoe, the suit says.

He was knocked down to the ground and an officer radioed that he saw Bufford had a gun. The officer and his passenger both said they could see an extended magazine protruding from Cortex's bag.

The lawsuit said this was proven to be false after the shooting, because the officer "couldn’t have seen Cortez, or whether Cortez had a gun," the lawsuit says.

After Bufford was hit by the car, he ran down a dark alley nearby, and Roethlisberger gave chase.

Roethlisberger said he went toward the alleyway and saw Bufford draw a pistol and point it at him, "despite the fact that there was no light in the alleyway."

"Roethlisberger claims that he was at the mouth of the alleyway, but a picture of shell casings tells a different story," the suit also says.

Roethlisberger fired twice. A 911 caller reported hearing the two shots, the lawsuit says.

Those shell casings were the farthest from Bufford's body. Roethlisberger then fired nine more shots as he walked down the alleyway, the lawsuit says.

Bufford was shot twice in the back and multiple times in his face, the suit says.

His finger was also shot and severed, without damaging the gun, the lawsuit says. Lawyers argued that this means Bufford was not holding the pistol when he was shot.

"These facts demonstrate that Defendant Roethlisberger walked into the alleyway, and then continued to approach Cortez as he fired his sidearm, and he was not fleeing as he said in his statement," the lawsuit says. "(Roethlisberger) did not fear for his life, he was the aggressor in this situation."

After the shooting, there is a video of Roethlisberger and another officer "throwing a heavy object between them," the suit says.

"A pistol is found and photographed that is covered in blood, but the blood appears smeared all over the pistol, including on top of the chamber, and also on bullets within the magazine of the pistol, this indicates that the gun was not chambered at the time it was covered with blood," the lawsuit says.

Bufford did not have blood on his hands, the suit says.

'We're red right now'

The 2019 shooting happened just four years after Bufford settled an excessive use-of-force lawsuit with the city for $20,000.

He'd been pulled over in April 2014 for an illegal U-turn and driving a car suspected in a recent "shots fired" incident, according to Post-Dispatch reporting.

The cop pulled Bufford out of his car, pushed him to the ground, and eight officers began to assault him, court records say.

The Post-Dispatch reported in 2015 that while the beating was escalating, an officer is seen looking toward the camera and yelling, “Hold up. Hold up, y’all. Hold up. Hold up, everybody, hold up. We’re red right now, so if you guys are worried about cameras, just wait.”

"Red" was police slang for a running camera.

The officer turned off a dashboard camera in the middle of the arrest.

The assault garnered national attention, and Bufford sued in 2015. The settlement came later that year.

Roethlisberger, who still works for the St. Louis police department, has also found himself in the news over the years: He's been shot twice in the line of duty.

The first time was in 2010 during a traffic stop on Enright Avenue. The bullet severed his carotid artery, destabilizing his spine and causing a debilitating stroke, he said during a November 2024 court hearing.

He returned to work about nine months later, and he was honored as the department’s 2010 Officer of the Year.

The second shooting happened in February 2023 when he and another officer attempted to pull over a car near Soulard. The driver, Cortez Sipes, fled and crashed his truck. [MORE]

AI-Assisted U.S. Intelligence ‘Almost Started a War’ with China Over False Nuclear Deliveries to Iran

An artificial intelligence-assisted U.S. military intelligence report falsely claimed that a Chinese vessel in the Middle East was transporting components connected to a nuclear weapons program, nearly prompting American forces to intercept and board the ship during the war with Iran, according to a CNN investigation. Four people familiar with the episode told CNN that the intelligence report immediately raised alarms within the U.S. Armed Forces, which began preparing an operation against the Chinese vessel. Armed personnel were reportedly preparing to board the ship, while U.S. military aircraft were already in the air.

The operation was halted only after officials examined the underlying intelligence more closely and discovered that the report had been generated with assistance from an AI chatbot. The chatbot had incorrectly identified the material being carried by the vessel. CNN was unable to determine what the ship was actually carrying. One source described the resulting intelligence assessment as “entirely false,” while adding that it “almost started a war.” An American operation against a Chinese vessel could have created a direct confrontation between Washington and Beijing, potentially escalating well beyond the original incident. The incident occurred in the spring while U.S. forces were conducting military operations against Iran.

The episode reportedly began when an analyst associated with a U.S. special operations command examined intelligence concerning the ship’s manifest. The information originated with U.S. Special Operations Command Pacific in Hawaii. Rather than relying exclusively on conventional intelligence-analysis procedures, the analyst queried an AI chatbot about the information. According to CNN’s sources, the chatbot combined publicly available information with classified signals intelligence held by the U.S. government before reaching its erroneous conclusion about the ship’s cargo. The analyst subsequently used AI a second time to transform the findings into a standard intelligence report. [MORE]

Ben Crump says Racist Suspect DA Failed to Account for the Evidence of Blunt Force Trauma to the Back of Nolan Wells' Head and Body; NAACP Wants Release of Full Autopsy Report

From [HERE] The NAACP is asking for the release of the full autopsy report and investigative records in the death of Nolan Wells after a grand jury declined to bring any criminal indictments.

In a statement released Tuesday, NAACP General Counsel Kristen Clarke expressed deep concern over the grand jury’s decision, stating that the findings leave the community and Wells’ family without answers.

“The results of the grand jury investigation leave Nolan’s family and the public with far more questions than answers,” Clarke said. “Make no mistake, we will continue to stand with Nolan’s family and use every tool available in the quest to uncover the full truth surrounding his tragic death.”

Clarke called on prosecutors to keep the inquiry open and provide total transparency by making state records public.

“Nolan’s family deserves nothing less than a full, fair, and independent investigation that is exhaustive and leaves no stone unturned,” Clarke added. “We urge the District Attorney to continue the investigation, release the full autopsy report from the state’s medical examiner, and make the investigative file public.”

Civil rights attorney Ben Crump, who represents Wells’ family, also released a statement in response to the grand jury report, saying “Jackson County District Attorney Angel Myers McIlrath is attempting to close the chapter on Wells’ death without getting to the bottom of what caused the blunt force trauma to the back of his head and body.” [MORE]

Tesla Racial Discrimination Trial Underway - 'Racist company Profits from an army of production workers, many of whom are Black and Latino, working under egregious conditions'

A trial over car manufacturer Tesla’s alleged racially discriminatory employment practices begins Monday in Alameda County, California, according to Reuters.

The trial is scheduled to run until October 30 before state Superior Court Judge Peter Borkon and is one of multiple similar suits against Tesla. The case will proceed as a bench trial, meaning the judge, not a jury, will determine the outcome.

The 2022 complaint brought by the California Civil Rights Department (CRD) alleged rampant racial discrimination at the company’s Fremont factory outside of San Francisco. Plaintiffs claimed Black workers were continually subjected to racial slurs, work-floor segregation, intimidation, and retaliation at the hands of co-workers, supervisors, and managers. Management staff purportedly delegated Black workers more dangerous and labor-intensive work than non-Black co-workers, regularly denied promotion opportunities, and ignored, demoted or fired Black workers for filing complaints about disparate treatment.

As attorneys for the CRD explained:

[A] job at Tesla is often seen as a golden ticket. It is seen as a way for those without a technical background or a college degree to secure a job in tech, and a path to a career and a living wage. Yet Tesla’s brand … masks the reality of a company that profits from an army of production workers, many of whom are people of color, working under egregious conditions.

The suit also cited alleged emails from Tesla CEO Elon Musk in which, upon being notified of purported racial harassment, Musk suggested that “if someone is being a jerk to you, but sincerely apologizes, it is important to be thick-skinned and accept the apology.” [MORE]

Massa Media Continues to Parrot TrumpStein’s War Rhetoric While Iran Makes the Meal and Sets the Table: Mohamed Qalibaf says 'No Reopening of Hormuz Until US Meets Iran’s conditions"

From [HERE] Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf says the Strait of Hormuz will remain closed until the United States recognizes the Islamic Republic’s rights and meets its conditions for ending the war.

He made the remarks during a parliamentary session on Sunday, commemorating the Sacred Defense Week, which marks the start of an eight-year war imposed on Iran in the 1980s by then-Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein.

“Our messages have been conveyed clearly to the other side, and our conditions have been explained through mediators. The enemy knows full well that the path to deception and unilateral coercion is closed,” he said.

“Until these conditions are met, Iran’s legitimate rights are recognized, and the commitments made by the United States are fulfilled, there will be no prospect for returning to the previous negotiating framework and reopening the Strait of Hormuz.”

Iran restricted transit through the Strait of Hormuz, a strategic waterway responsible for a fifth of global oil demand, in response to the illegal US-Israeli aggression that began on February 28.

On June 17, Tehran and Washington signed the Pakistan-brokered Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), whose Article 5 places responsibility for reopening and managing the Strait squarely in Iran’s hands.

However, Washington attempted to undermine Iran’s sovereignty over the vital global energy chokepoint, resumed its airstrikes on Iran, and imposed a naval blockade in violation of the war-ending deal.

The unlawful US measures prompted Iran to declare the Strait of Hormuz closed to all traffic. [MORE]

Judge Orders DOJ to Turn Over FBI Notes Taken During Interview of a Woman Who Claimed Trump Sexually Assaulted Her When She was 14 Yrs Old after Jeffrey Epstein Introduced Them. Must Disclose by 9/24

From [HERE] A federal judge has ordered the Justice Department to turn over handwritten FBI notes from four interviews with a woman who said President Donald Trump tried to force her to perform oral sex after Jeffrey Epstein introduced them when she was a teenager.

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan directed the DOJ to submit redacted and unredacted versions of the notes by 11 a.m. on Sept. 24. FBI agents created the records during interviews in 2019 and later used them to prepare four formal interview reports that have since been released.

The order calls for a private court review of the disputed records before any decision on broader disclosure. The process allows Sullivan to examine the material while protecting sensitive information, including details that could identify victims.

The dispute stems from a lawsuit filed by journalist Katie Phang over DOJ’s compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act. The law requires the government to disclose unclassified records tied to its investigations of Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell while allowing certain victim information and other protected material to remain withheld.

DOJ argued that the handwritten notes were substantially similar to the typewritten interview reports and raised concerns about safely redacting victim information. Sullivan rejected the duplication argument, finding that the original notes and the later FBI summaries are separate records. Phang’s attorneys also identified nearly 100 examples of handwritten FBI interview notes the department had already produced.

Because the notes were written during the interviews, they could contain details or wording that did not appear in the FD-302 reports prepared afterward.

During the 2019 interviews, the woman told FBI agents that Epstein introduced her to Trump in New York or New Jersey in the 1980s when she was between 13 and 15 years old. She alleged that Trump tried to force her to perform oral sex during an encounter after the introduction. [MORE]
