AIPAC’s Network Has Already Spent $67.2 Million to Purchase Puppeticians for the Midterm Elections

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee, or AIPAC, has been spending tens of millions of dollars on political races during the current election cycle, aiming to defeat progressive candidates who are critical of Israel and who express support for Palestinians. Many voters might not even be aware of this, because AIPAC-funded ads and mailers often omit any mention of Israel, even though fostering U.S. support for Israel and electing pro-Israel candidates are among the group’s driving aims.

AIPAC’s lobbying and electoral network has so far spent $67.2 million during the current election cycle, up from $29.3 million during the 2021-2022 cycle. These huge amounts of spending have been dedicated to trying to defeat candidates like Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan, Aisha Wahab in California, Melat Kiros in Colorado, and many others.

AIPAC has a range of affiliated and aligned Super PACs and other entities. Some of the most significant ones are AIPAC PAC, the group’s political action committee, which raises money to contribute directly to candidates; United Democracy Project, AIPAC’s super PAC, which raises and spends much more money on elections independently; and Democratic Majority for Israel (DMFI) PAC, which is aligned with AIPAC and specifically focuses on Democratic races. Netanyahu Deliberately Enabled Hamas October 7 Attack – victims

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been accused of deliberately aiding the October 7, 2023 Hamas massacre through years of preserving the group’s rule in Gaza, allowing it to grow stronger. He is also said to have deliberately ignored warning signs of an attack.

Families of Israelis killed or abducted in the attack unveiled a 12-page dossier on Tuesday arguing that it was not simply an intelligence failure, but the result of a long-running policy under successive Netanyahu governments.

The report cites repeated Israeli government decisions to reject strikes on Hamas leaders, facilitate Qatari funding for Gaza, and consistently dismiss warnings about the group’s growing capabilities, treating it instead as a “calculated risk” and useful counterweight to the Palestinian Authority.

“They attacked because they could. Israel’s governments, which held the reins of power for nearly two decades, allowed it,” the dossier claims. [MORE]

China Issues Warning After the US Acknowledges Deploying Weapons in Space as New Arms Race Intensifies

China has warned that the United States’ newly acknowledged deployment of weapons in orbit could trigger a global arms race, following Washington’s first public confirmation that it possesses operational “on-orbit space control weapons.” The disclosure by U.S. Air Force Secretary Troy Meink on September 14 represented the most direct public acknowledgement by a senior American official that the United States has placed weapons in space. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun responded by calling on Washington to halt its military expansion in outer space. “We urge the U.S. to stop expanding military build-up in outer space, and uphold global strategic stability with concrete actions,” Guo said, adding that China opposes efforts to weaponise space or turn it into a battlefield. [MORE]

US Africa Command Launches 82nd Airstrike in Somalia Of the Year

From [ANTIWAR] US Africa Command on Monday night announced that its forces launched another airstrike in Somalia, as the Trump administration continues its record-shattering bombing campaign in the country.

AFRICOM said the strike targeted al-Shabaab in the vicinity of Saacow, a village in Somalia’s southern Lower Juba region. The command offered no other details about the attack, as it stopped sharing casualty estimates and assessments of potential civilian harm last year.

“Specific details about units and assets will not be released to ensure continued operations security,” AFRICOM said in its press release.

Based on AFRICOM’s numbers, the attack marks at least the 82nd US airstrike in Somalia this year, though there are signs that the US is not announcing each strike in the country.

The US has also been conducting an air war against an ISIS affiliate in Somalia’s northeastern Puntland region, and Drop Site News recently reported that a US strike was carried out in the region on September 3, though it has not been claimed by AFRICOM. [more]

"The City Likes the Optics of Doing For Its Residents but They Don’t Actually Want To Do For Their Residents.” Apt Building Run by Baltimore Infested w/Mold, Lacks Hot Water and Has Broken Elevators

Suit says San Francisco Cops Unlawfully Broke Into and Raided “The Black Panther Apartments” after Unlawfully Surveilling the Occupants and Internet Servers of Complex Serving Low Income Tenants

From [HERE] The Black Panther Apartments has sued San Francisco over a May police raid on the West Oakland affordable housing complex, alleging officers smashed through the building’s entrance, detained and pushed staff members and conducted an unconstitutional search after the robbery suspect they were investigating was already in custody.

The federal civil rights lawsuit, filed Sept. 15 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, accuses San Francisco police of unreasonable search and seizure, excessive force and other civil rights violations stemming from the May 21 operation at the 79-unit complex.

Plaintiffs 7th & Campbell LP, which owns The Black Panther Apartments, Resident Property Manager Misty Cross and security employee Shawn Johnson filed the lawsuit against the City and County of San Francisco and unnamed city employees.

The Black Panther Apartments is a 100% affordable housing development created for low- and extremely low-income residents, including people who have historically faced significant barriers to obtaining housing.

Beginning in July 2024, according to the lawsuit, the development expressly welcomed applications from formerly incarcerated people, except registered sex offenders, along with other economically and socially marginalized individuals and families. More than 7,000 people applied for its 79 residential units.

The complaint states that residents include foreign-born families and a substantial number of Black residents, including single mothers and young children. Many residents came to the complex after experiencing homelessness and living in shelters or vehicles.

The lawsuit alleges that the May 21 police operation followed approximately a month of SFPD surveillance of the building.

According to the complaint, officers told building personnel that SFPD had been watching the property for about 30 days. The lawsuit further alleges an officer acknowledged that police had accessed the building’s internet servers and the private server associated with Apartment 515 without the owners’ knowledge or consent or a warrant.

Those allegations have not been adjudicated, and the plaintiffs state that they do not yet possess all records concerning the surveillance, warrant application, police communications or planning of the operation. [MORE]

NAACP Proposes Changes to Ease Crowding in St Louis Jail as Liberal Prosecutors and Judges Fill It with Black People. The "City Justice Center" is 82% Black

The St. Louis City NAACP is calling for expanded pretrial services and diversion programs as the City Justice Center approaches its 860-person capacity. As of yesterday the jail population is 82% Black despite the city being only 41% Black.

The jail reported 852 people confined Wednesday. The NAACP, in a report submitted Monday to the U.S. Department of Justice, argues that supervised release, mental health and substance-use diversion and other alternatives could reduce the jail population and the need for additional space.

Mayor Cara Spencer said this week that the city lacks money for a new jail. Corrections Commissioner Nate Hayward said the city is hiring someone to work with judges to identify detainees who could qualify for pretrial release.

The NAACP also recommends expanded medical, recreational and educational space. [MORE]

“We Stopped you Because You're Ugly as Fuck.” Chicago Cops Suspended 5 Days for Illegal Stop and Search of 2 Black Children as 2nd Class Citizenship Enforced in Liberal City, Authorities Conceal Video

WHAT IS THE REMEDY FOR DESTROYING BLACK PEOPLE’S IMAGINARY 4th AMENDMENT RIGHTS? A Chicago police officer unlawfully stopped and searched a Black student walking home from the bus, telling him and the person he was with that they were targeted because they were “ugly as f---,” according to findings released by a watchdog group.

The Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) reviewed and analyzed body-camera video of the incident that unfolded after three officers stopped a male and a female around 1:50 p.m. on Dec. 10, 2024.

Police Officer Oscar Furlan and two colleagues were patrolling the Jackson Park neighborhood in an unmarked Chicago Police Department vehicle when they spotted the individuals who later reported the troubling encounter to COPA.

Furlan at first told the male that he was stopped because he looked “like you got some s--- on you.”

The pair, whose names and ages were redacted from the COPA report, told officers that they were on the way home from school and had just gotten off the bus, the report, released on Wednesday, says.

COPA said that during its investigation the officers “stated they stopped [the male] because they were in a high crime area, they observed [the male] walking with his hands in his pockets” and that he ignored one of the officers “when she asked him to remove his hands from his pockets.”

The male told the officers his hands were in his pockets because he was cold. The report said the temperature that day in Chicago was in the 30s. [MORE]

According to the COPA Final Summary Report:

On December 10, 2024, the Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) received a telephone complaint from (alleging misconduct by members of the Chicago Police Department (CPD). alleged that on December 10, 2024, Officers Kenneth Clay, Oscar Furlan, and Crystal Moreno (collectively “the officers”) improperly detained and searched also alleged the officers failed to issue her and an Investigatory Stop Receipt, and that they failed to complete an Investigatory Stop Report (ISR). Upon review of the evidence, COPA served an additional allegation that Officer Furlan engaged in an unjustified verbal altercation with by stating words to the effect of, “We stopped you because you are ugly as fuck.” Following its investigation, COPA reached sustained findings for the allegations relating to the detention and search of the officers’ failure to complete an ISR, and the verbal abuse by Officer Furlan.

II. SUMMARY OF EVIDENCE

On December 10, 2024, at approximately 1:50 pm, the officers were on routine patrol in a

four-man unmarked CPD vehicle when they observed and walking near 75th Street and Jeffrey Avenue. Officer Moreno, who was in the front passenger seat, rolled down her window and asked to take his hands out of his pocket. The officers then exited their vehicle, and Officers Furlan and Moreno immediately grabbed and detained while telling him to take his hands out of his pockets. Officers Furlan and Moreno executed a brief pat down of outer clothing and pockets but no weapon or contraband was found and told the officers they had just gotten off a bus and were coming from school. Officer Furlan explained to that the officers stopped him because was walking “like you got some shit on you.”

After the brief detention and search concluded, and began to walk away. Simultaneously, Officer Moreno asked, “You don’t want no receipt for your stop? Okay,” in reference to an Investigatory Stop Receipt.11 As the officers walked back to their vehicle, Officer Furlan yelled at and “we stopped you because you are ugly as fuck.” [MORE]

Lawsuit Claims that ICE Race Soldier Cops ‘Terrorized our citizenry’ in Chicago (but doesn't include Chicago PD who routinely Niggerize law abiding Black People)

Attorneys representing 15 clients who allege they were abused and wrongfully detained by federal immigration officers last year in Chicago announced Thursday they have initiated civil legal action against the Department of Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The filing seeks accountability from the two federal agencies stemming from the actions of immigration officers and agents during a two-month enforcement operation last year. Attorneys allege that the enforcement operation, dubbed “Operation Midway Blitz,” resulted in “widespread excessive force and civil rights violations.”

Because the allegations are being made against federal officers rather than local or state law enforcement, those seeking accountability from DHS and ICE cannot file civil lawsuits for at least six months, providing the federal government ample opportunity to respond to the individual claims.

Complaints have been filed through the Federal Tort Claims Act, which, in this case, involves allegations of excessive force used by federal immigration officers and agents, wrongful detention and other misconduct alleged by the 15 victims.

Among the law firms representing the claimants is Romanucci & Blantin, which is also representing the family of Renee Good, who was shot and killed by a federal law enforcement officer in Minneapolis in January.

“The time has come, it is time (and) we will begin to hold ICE and this administration accountable for their wrongdoings in Operation Midway Blitz,” Antonio Romanucci, the founding partner of the Chicago firm, said Thursday at a news conference. [MORE]

Liar ICE Race Soldier Arrested and Charged with Assault, Lying about Shooting Latino Man

A federal immigration officer wanted on assault charges for shooting and wounding a Venezuelan man in Minneapolis was arrested there on Wednesday, eight months after a confrontation that became a flashpoint over U.S. President Donald Trump's deportation sweeps.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent Christian Castro was taken into custody by agents of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension in downtown Minneapolis and was booked into the Hennepin County jail on his outstanding arrest warrant, the agency said.

Castro had been released on bond from federal custody earlier this month, after an initial appearance in U.S. District Court in McAllen, Texas, on charges of lying to investigators about the circumstances of the Jan. 14 shooting. [MORE]

ICE Team Up with Local Cops to Make “Quieter Arrests” of Non-Whites who Entered the US to Seek Better Jobs, Living Conditions and Flee Oppression ("Immigration crime"): Data Shows National Surge

From [MarshallProject] After federal immigration agents ended their aggressive enforcement blitzes in the streets of Minneapolis and Chicago, President Donald Trump promised mass deportations with “a little bit of a softer touch.”

Less focused on targeted cities, this quieter approach has led to a surge in immigration arrests across the country.

Arrests began climbing gradually in March and by July had risen sharply. In nearly every state, arrests exceeded the number from the same period the year before. A Marshall Project analysis of Immigration and Customs Enforcement data published by the Deportation Data Project at UC Berkeley and UCLA found that in many places the surge in enforcement has been dramatic. Even without a focus on high-profile operations, immigration arrests more than doubled in 15 states and Washington, D.C.

Republican-led states and communities across the country offered up their own law enforcement agencies to help, from the Texas and Florida highway patrols to sheriffs departments in Ohio and local police in Missouri.

A Department of Homeland Security press release reported ICE made nearly 51,000 arrests in August, higher than any month on record.

“We call it the ‘shadow surge,’” said Jill Garvey, director of States at the Core, a nonprofit that supports grassroots organizations confronting authoritarian threats. “It’s this much quieter, but no less violent or deadly, enforcement.” [MORE]

NY Authorities are Detaining Prisoners Indefinitely in Solitary “Shit Rooms,” where They are Denied Running Water, Lights are Kept On 24/7 and are Forced to Defecate in a Bucket [49% Black, 23% White]

From [SOLITARYWATCH] In late May, guards at Green Haven Correctional Facility, in Dutchess County, locked Rahkeem Brown in a room in the prison’s medical unit. The room had a mattress on the floor and resembled a cell, he said, but its sole window didn’t open and there was no running water.

The guards had accused Brown of hiding contraband in his rectum, though they didn’t say what the contraband was, and Brown denied having anything. Still, he says they replaced his prison uniform with a hospital gown — which he said was stained and smelled like feces — gave him what he described as a “bucket,” and told him to pass the banned item and give it to them.

Brown says he spent the next eight days in the room, giving officers stool after stool. None had any foreign objects in them, but he says the guards told him the stool was always an “insufficient amount” and thus didn’t prove his innocence. They gave him cups of water, but it was barely enough to drink and clean himself. “You can’t shower, I got defecation all over my body,” he said. As the days passed, the room’s overhead lights never turned off.

“I was literally losing my mind in there,” Brown said.

Corrections officers keep incarcerated people in similar rooms across New York’s state prison system. According to a prison agency directive, officers can confine someone in one of the rooms if they have “probable cause” to believe they’ve swallowed contraband or inserted it into their rectal cavity. Officially called “special watch” or “contraband watch” rooms, they’re meant to facilitate the safe recovery of drugs, weapons, or other prohibited items that prisoners have hidden in their bodies.

Incarcerated people call them by a different name — “shit rooms” — and say they’re ripe for abuse.

“It is part and parcel of the torture, brutality, and abuse endemic to New York’s prisons,” said Jerome Wright, the formerly incarcerated co-director of the HALT Solitary Campaign, a New York-based advocacy group.

The rooms stirred up limited controversy in 2019, when a formerly incarcerated man sued Elmira Correctional Facility for holding him in a “defecation room” for 61 days. Officers claimed that X-rays showed a “razor-type weapon” in his rectum, but they never recovered one. (Federal district and appellatecourts dismissed the suit, asserting that the prison was maintaining “security.”)

Since then, the rooms have eluded public scrutiny, though prisoners have continued to allege mistreatment within them. In 2021, another man sued the state for keeping him in a watch room in Elmira for over two months without recovering any contraband; a court ruled in his favor, awarding him $6,390 for wrongful confinement. Yet another man claimed that officers at the now-closed Great Meadow Correctional Facility, in northeastern New York, locked him in a special watch room for five days with no food or water. He was hospitalized for dehydration, he alleged in a lawsuit — then locked back in the room for another week. (Officers said they later found drugs in the Great Meadow watch room; the man claimed they planted them. The prison agency denied the allegations in the lawsuit, which was ultimately dismissed on procedural grounds.)

In a statement, the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS), which runs the state prison system, said that “special watch is a security measure designed to prevent the introduction of dangerous contraband into correctional facilities and to protect incarcerated individuals, staff, and visitors.” It said that prisoners on special watch are given hygiene items and a basin of water to wash themselves, and that “lighting is maintained throughout the watch to facilitate continuous observation and ensure the safety and security of the individual and staff.”

Critics argue that the rooms are cruel overkill.

“It’s a completely inhumane practice,” said state Senator Julia Salazar, who heads her chamber’s corrections committee. While drugs remain a particularly serious safety issue in prisons, she said, the rooms are a misguided way of intercepting them.

“The response is crazy and no longer about mitigating harm,” Salazar said. “They’ve really lost the thread.”

In 2023, Jayquan Griffin was in a recreation yard at Woodbourne Correctional Facility, in the Catskills, when a fellow prisoner punched him, breaking his jaw.

Officers took him to a hospital, where a CT scan revealed a metallic object in his “rectal area.” He later told medical providers that he had accidentally swallowed a razor blade that he had wrapped in plastic and stowed in his mouth. Prison records indicate that DOCCS staff were convinced that he had inserted the weapon into his rectum.

Whatever the case, guards then transported Griffin, still with a broken jaw and a razor in his body, to nearby Eastern Correctional Facility, and placed him in a special watch room, according to two lawsuits he filed against DOCCS and the state.

Griffin tried to pass the weapon, but couldn’t. He told guards that the razor wouldn’t come out, but they insisted that he defecate it. After a day, officers took him to another outside hospital for X-rays, which showed that the blade was still inside him, but left without getting him treatment and took him back to the defecation room. Although an Alabama Jury Rejected the Death Penalty for Jeffery Lee and Voted to Sentence Him to Life, Alabama Authorities are Scheduled to Murder the Black Man Tomorrow (9/17/26)

From [HERE] and [HERE] An Alabama jury rejected the death penalty for Jeffery Lee and decided that life imprisonment without parole is the appropriate punishment in his case. But the State nonetheless plans to execute Mr. Lee by lethal injection on September 17.

Mr. Lee’s Jury Chose Life Imprisonment

At Jeffery Lee’s capital trial in 2000, an Alabama jury voted 7-5 against the death penalty and chose a sentence of life imprisonment without parole. The trial judge overrode the jury’s verdict and sentenced Mr. Lee to death in 2000, relying on a unique Alabama practice that allowed judges to overrule jury verdicts in death penalty cases.

Alabama is the only state where judges overrode jury verdicts of life to impose the death penalty routinely—in more than 100 cases since 1976. As a result, nearly 20% of the people currently on Alabama’s death row were sentenced to death by elected judges even after their juries chose life imprisonment without parole.

Florida and Delaware—the only other states that permitted judge override—ended it in 2016. Alabama became the last state to abolish judge override on April 11, 2017, but did not apply the change retroactively to cases like Mr. Lee’s. [MORE]

Felony Murder: An On-Ramp for Extreme Sentencing. Analysis Finds that Felony Murder Laws Disproportionately Impact Black People

From [SENTENCING PROJECT] Felony murder laws compel harsh decades-long–or even life–sentences even when the person charged did not directly cause or intend the loss of life.

Murder typically refers to an intentional killing. But “felony murder” laws hold people like Mendoza liable for murder if they participated in certain felonies, such as a robbery, that resulted in someone’s death. These laws impose sentences associated with murder on people who neither intended to kill nor anticipated a death, and even on those who did not participate in the killing. As such, they violate the principle of proportional sentencing, which is supposed to punish crimes based on their severity. These excessively punitive outcomes violate widely shared perceptions of justice. With one in six people in U.S. prisons serving a life sentence, ending mass incarceration requires bold action to reduce extreme prison terms such as those prescribed for felony murder.3 These laws run counter to public safety, fiscal responsibility, and justice.

Although other countries have largely rejected the felony murder doctrine, 48 states, the District of Columbia, and the federal government still use these laws. The only two states that do not have felony murder laws are Hawaii and Kentucky. Seven states require some proof of intentionality regarding the killing to consider it murder,4 though the use of a gun—or mere knowledge of a co-defendant’s gun use—satisfies this requirement in some jurisdictions.5 In any case, all felony murder laws use the underlying felony to either a) treat as murder a killing that would not have otherwise been considered murder, or b) increase the gradation of murder, such as from second to first degree.

Key Findings

This report evaluates the legal and empirical foundation, and failings, of the felony murder rule, profiles impacted individuals, and highlights recent reform efforts in 13 jurisdictions. Key findings include:

  1. Felony murder laws widen the net of extreme sentencing and are counterproductive to public safety.

  • For felony murder convictions for adults, 10 states and the federal system mandate LWOP sentences, 11 states mandate LWOP in some cases, and 18 states and Washington, DC make LWOP a sentencing option. Four states permit or require a virtual life sentence of 50 years or longer for some or all felony murder convictions.6 About half of U.S. states allow executions of people convicted of felony murder.7

  • In Pennsylvania and Michigan, one quarter of people serving LWOP were convicted of felony murder as of 2019—over 1,000 people in each state.  In 2026, Pennsylvania’s State Supreme Court invalidated mandatory LWOP sentences for this offense.8

  • Felony murder laws have not significantly reduced felonies nor lowered the number of felonies that become deadly.

  • The extreme prison sentences associated with felony murder laws add upward pressure on the entire sentencing structure.

  • Felony murder laws spend taxpayer dollars on incarcerating people who pose no danger to the community and divert resources away from effective investments that promote public safety.

2. Felony murder laws have particularly adverse impacts on people of color, young people, and women.

  • In Pennsylvania in 2020, 80% of imprisoned individuals with a felony murder conviction were people of color and 70% were African American.9

  • Felony murder laws ignore the cognitive vulnerabilities of youth and emerging adults by assuming that they recognize the remote consequences of their own actions—and those of others in their group. In Pennsylvania, nearly three-quarters of people serving LWOP for felony murder in 2019 were age 25 or younger at the time of their offense, as were over half of Minnesotans charged with aiding and abetting felony murder in recent years.10

  • An exploratory survey in California found that 72% of women but only 55% of men serving a life sentence for felony murder were not the perpetrators of the homicide.11 The California Coalition for Women Prisoners reports that the majority of their members convicted of felony murder were accomplices navigating intimate partner violence at the time of the offense and were criminalized for acts of survival. Voter Turnout is Not the Problem: The Black Caucus Kicks off “New Effort” to Beg Sleeping Toms to Vote for Dumbocrats While Delivering Nothing of Tangible Value to Black Communities

From [HERE] The Congressional Black Caucus Institute is launching a new campaign seeking to turn out low-propensity Black voters and rural voters across the South ahead of the midterm elections.

The multimillion-dollar “SO VOTE” initiative, which is debuting Tuesday on National Voter Registration Day, seeks to go beyond traditional ad campaigns to connect with voters.

The outreach will include a national tour of historically Black colleges and universities and partnerships with local and ground organizations, including Black fraternities and sororities and groups such as When We All Vote and Black Voters Matter.

South Carolina Rep. James E. Clyburn, who is leading the initiative along with Mississippi Rep. Bennie Thompson, former Louisiana Rep. Cedric L. Richmond and former Housing and Urban Development Secretary Marcia L. Fudge, said Democrats’ message was strong but their messaging “stinks.”

Ralph Nader: 'Why Can’t Dumbocrats Outshine a Dangerous, Unstable, Delusional, Egomaniacal Trump?'

In his rambling and incoherent remarks for nearly two hours over two nights before a knee-jerk crowd in Dallas last week, Trump provided ample evidence that he is a dangerously unstable, delusional, egomaniacal, and megalomaniacal personality. He pushed for this unusual midterm GOP convention to shore up his dwindling faithful followers and get out the votes in what is likely to be a losing midterm election for Republicans in the House and maybe the Senate on November 3, 2026.

That is, if Trump fails to steal the election, as a 22 single-spaced-page account published by the Washington Spectator documented in alarming detail (See Dancing in the Dark, Part 4 by Mark Medish and Joel McCleary).

CNN reported that Trump brazenly urged his followers “to ‘cheat like hell’ to help Republicans keep control of Congress… and asked supporters to treat November’s elections as if he were on the ballot.”

Trump certainly lied like hell as he repeated again and again his standard lies about the Trump economy and the United States’ standing in the world. He lied about the number of illegal aliens entering the U.S. and the crimes they have committed during the Democratic administration. He lied about “bringing food prices and almost every other item rapidly coming down,” … “no tax on Social Security,” “the U.S. is producing more oil and gas than Russia and Saudi Arabia combined,” “sixty-five billion barrels [of oil] in Venezuela are ours,” “raking in trillions of dollars in tariffs” “making [America] richer than we ever thought,” “we now pay the lowest prices in the entire world for prescription drugs,” labeled the Democrats “communists” when he extorted companies to give the federal government part ownership as he courts and praises two communist dictators – Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korea’s Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.
