Lawsuit Claims that ICE Race Soldier Cops ‘Terrorized our citizenry’ in Chicago (but doesn't include Chicago PD who routinely Niggerize law abiding Black People)

 Attorneys representing 15 clients who allege they were abused and wrongfully detained by federal immigration officers last year in Chicago announced Thursday they have initiated civil legal action against the Department of Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The filing seeks accountability from the two federal agencies stemming from the actions of immigration officers and agents during a two-month enforcement operation last year. Attorneys allege that the enforcement operation, dubbed “Operation Midway Blitz,” resulted in “widespread excessive force and civil rights violations.”

Because the allegations are being made against federal officers rather than local or state law enforcement, those seeking accountability from DHS and ICE cannot file civil lawsuits for at least six months, providing the federal government ample opportunity to respond to the individual claims.

Complaints have been filed through the Federal Tort Claims Act, which, in this case, involves allegations of excessive force used by federal immigration officers and agents, wrongful detention and other misconduct alleged by the 15 victims.

Among the law firms representing the claimants is Romanucci & Blantin, which is also representing the family of Renee Good, who was shot and killed by a federal law enforcement officer in Minneapolis in January.
