Court Blocks Much of New Jersey Law that Prevented Law Abiding Citizens from Possessing Guns in Public

From [HERE] A federal judge ruled on Monday that a central component of a new law that limited where handguns may be carried in New Jersey was unconstitutional, severely undercutting the state’s effort to create gun-free zones in public places where crowds gather.

In a sharply worded decision, Judge Renée Marie Bumb of the U.S. District Court of New Jersey concluded that a half-dozen restrictions in the legislation, adopted less than three weeks ago, were “so extensive and burdensome” that they rendered the right to “armed self-defense in public a nullity.”

New Jersey, like New York, established an extensive list of places where handgun owners were not permitted to carry weapons in response to a Supreme Court ruling in June that loosened restrictions on carrying guns in public.

Judge Bumb’s order at least temporarily blocks New Jersey from enforcing much of the new law, and immediately permits licensed handgun owners to carry weapons in nightclubs, theaters, arenas, concert halls, racetracks and museums, among other places, pending further court action.

“As plaintiffs lament, the challenged provisions force a person permitted to carry a firearm in New Jersey to ‘navigate a veritable minefield,’” wrote Judge Bumb, who was nominated to the lifetime position in 2006 by President George W. Bush.

“The court knows of no constitutional right that requires this much guesswork by individuals wanting to exercise such right,” she added.

Portions of the law that were not challenged in court, including rules that make it illegal to carry weapons into schools, day care centers and hospitals, remain in place. [MORE]

ER Doctors’ who Popped Up on Twitter Claiming They Witnessed Dozens of People Dying from COVID Everyday in Hospital Were Not Real People

From [HERE] As Revolver News reports, a pair of ‘E.R. doctors’ who claimed that they witnessed dozens of COVID deaths per shift were not even real people:

If you were on Twitter back when the COVID “fear mongering” was at its peak, you’ll likely remember the “Twitter doctors” who popped up, seemingly out of thin air, claiming they were losing hordes of patients to COVID every single day.

These so-called “doctors” whipped everyone into a fear frenzy. Their tweets would get tens of thousands of retweets and engagement daily.

The “doctors” posed as ER physicians and were part of the LGBTQ community in some way. They created this hellish/apocalyptic scenario that made it sound as if bodies were piling up in the streets.

Well, this probably won’t come as a huge surprise to you, but those popular “ER doctors” were fake.

The site quoted a bombshell report in the San Francisco Standard, which revealed the false flag operation.

“Last month, Dr. Robert Honeyman lost their sister to Covid. They wrote about it on Twitter and received dozens of condolences, over 4,000 retweets and 43,000 likes,” the outlet reported. “Exactly one month later, on Dec. 12, Honeyman wrote that another tragedy had befallen their family.”

“Sad to announce that my husband has entered a coma after being in hospital with Covid. The doctor is unsure if he will come out,” they tweeted. “This year has been the toughest of my life losing my sister to this virus. This is the first time in my life I don’t see light at the end of the tunnel.”

Once more, the condolences and well-wishes poured in — Americans are a compassionate lot, after all, regardless of what lying leftist Democrats often say. But again, none of this was true.

It was all fake.

“Honeyman wasn’t real,” the San Francisco Standard reported. “The transgender ‘Doctor of Sociology and Feminist studies’ with a ‘keen interest in poetry” who used they/them pronouns was, in fact, a stock photo described on DepositPhotos, a royalty-free image site, as ‘Smiling happy, handsome latino man outside—headshot portrait.’

“Their supposedly comatose husband, Dr. Patrick C. Honeyman, was also fake. His Twitter photo had been stolen from an insurance professional in Wayne, Indiana,” the outlet’s report noted further.

But it gets worse: The outlet noted that the two phony doctors, whose accounts continually urged caution about COVID-19 and pushed for lockdowns, masking, business closures, etc., were part of a larger network of at least four fake accounts that promoted alleged ties to the LGBTQ community. The accounts also posted heated criticisms of anyone who was viewed as not taking the pandemic seriously enough or who pushed back on the tyrannical measures.

And interestingly enough, the scam was uncovered by a liberal writer.

“The fake doctors were uncovered by Joshua Gutterman Tranen, a self-described “gay writer” pursuing a master’s of fine arts at Bennington College. He saw Robert Honeyman’s tweet about their husband being in a coma, noticed people he followed also followed them, and thought that they might be part of the LGBTQ+ academic community,” the outlet reported.

“But after 10 minutes of googling, Gutterman Tranen concluded that Robert Honeyman’s photo was a stock image and their biography stretched boundaries of believability: an academic who left no traces on academic websites and had lost two family members to Covid in late 2022, despite masking and distancing,” the report stated.

Once again, social media was being used to push lies, false narratives, and propaganda, proving once again that the big tech companies are no doubt tied to the American deep state.

From [MERCOLA] In the video above,1,2 initially published in August 2021, professor Piers Robinson, Ph.D. — co-director of the Organization for Propaganda Studies, whose research specialty is organized persuasive communication and contemporary propaganda — speaks to Asia Pacific Today about propaganda in the age of COVID.

As noted by Robinson, COVID-19 is unquestionably the largest, most sophisticated propaganda operation in history. Psychological techniques were extensively used during 2020 to incite fear and panic in the population, while other persuasion strategies were used to get people to support and defend COVID measures such as masking, isolation, social distancing, lockdowns and jab mandates.

The Propaganda War

Indeed, propaganda is what allowed for draconian and unscientific COVID measures to be implemented in the first place. Without propaganda and simultaneous censorship of opposing views, little of what we've been through would have been possible.

As noted by Robinson, while the use of state propaganda could initially be justified as a necessary means to achieve a public health objective — protecting people from COVID-related illness and death — it quickly became apparent that this was not the case, and likely never was.

Today, three years in, it's quite evident that COVID is a psychological operation. For example, since 2022 at the latest, COVID has been nothing more than another endemic respiratory infection, much like the common cold, yet the pandemic has not been declared "over."

We now also have clear evidence that the COVID jabs don't prevent infection or spread of the virus, which negates the entire premise for vaccine passports, yet they're being pushed anyway. In short, COVID-19 was (and still is) a means to an end; to suspend and strip us of Constitutional rights and civil liberties, and to further social, political and financial restructuring objectives outside democratic processes.

A Propaganda Masterpiece

Another propaganda expert who has spoken about the overt use of propaganda to create and maintain the pandemic is professor Mark Crispin Miller, Ph.D., whom I interviewed in June 2021 about the academic censorship he experienced at New York University.

Ironically, it was his teaching students how to question and resist propaganda that brought on the curtailment of his academic freedom, after teaching this important subject for over 20 years. Like Robinson, Miller believes that what we've experienced over the past three years is a propaganda "masterpiece" of unequaled scale and sophistication.

It began with the outbreak of an unknown pathogen in China. Media showed images of people allegedly dropping dead in the streets. This has never happened anywhere else since then, which strongly suggests those images were misappropriated for one purpose — to spread fear.

According to Miller, the type of fearmongering used to propagate the belief that COVID-19 was a lethal threat was the most devastating ever used in propaganda history. What made the COVID propaganda so much more effective than any previous propaganda operation was the fact that a virus is the perfect enemy.

It's invisible, could be carried by anyone, including those you love the most, and could "get" you anywhere. As explained by Miller, in previous propaganda operations, the enemy was typically portrayed as having the ability to "infect" the people and the nation with its evil.

This was the case both with anti-communist propaganda and the "war on terror." Communism was likened to an infectious disease set to ravage the nation, and terrorists were likened to a pandemic that had to be controlled and combated. With COVID, the propaganda shifted to the thing of fear itself — an actual virus.

Despite a long-held understanding that asymptomatic infection doesn't exist, the propagandists even managed to convince the public that perfectly healthy people could spread the virus. It was a complete fiction, a scientific falsehood, which is how we know that the pandemic narrative was a psychological operation, yet people were so fearful, they didn't question it.

What Is Propaganda?

As noted by blogger and propaganda analyst Klark Barnes,3 if we want to be free, we must know what propaganda is and how it works. Classical rhetoric is about persuasion through argument. It appeals to logic. Propaganda, on the other hand, is a kind of subrational manipulation that appeal to our most basic instincts.

An informal definition of propaganda is "an organized attempt to get people to think or do something — or not think or do something." Propaganda can be true or false, or somewhere in between, and can be used for both good and ill. Public service ads encouraging you not to smoke, for example, are a form of benevolent propaganda.

The problem with propaganda is that it's inherently biased and one-sided, which can become outright dangerous if the other side is censored.

This is particularly true when it comes to medicine and health, and the censoring of COVID-19 treatment information and the potential hazards of the COVID shots is a perfect example of this. State propaganda and war propaganda also rely heavily on the incitement of fear and anger, which makes people behave in ways they normally wouldn't.

They Must Constantly Stir the Pot to Keep Fear Simmering

As noted by Barnes, media forecasts of other "imminent ordeals" are also a way "to keep widespread fear and anger simmering:"4

"The possible next acts include a cyber-attack ('by Russia'); a breakdown of the world supply chain, and consequent food shortages, or famine (likely to be blamed on Russia); a heightened 'climate crisis,' necessitating further lockdowns …

'[T]terrorist' attacks, by 'white supremacists' and angry blacks (portending war between the races); an 'alien attack' on Planet Earth, as in The War of the Worlds or Independence Day; and — of course — another plague or two, or three, caused by some further COVID 'variant,' smallpox … the Marburg virus, and/or whatever other pathogen, real or imaginary, might serve the same old purpose …

Such looming sequels to the COVID propaganda … would also each inflict a vast amount of further suffering on humanity — and so those of us who study propaganda critically, as public intellectuals, must speak out loud and clear, to set things right."

According to Barnes, setting things right involves, first and foremost, sharing the truth. Propaganda narratives that must be countered with careful and thorough analysis include but are not limited to:

Over the past three years, I've written many articles detailing all of these. But setting the record straight on individual propaganda topics is not enough. If we are to retain our freedoms, Barnes believes the public also needs to get much savvier about propaganda overall.

The Free Press Has Became a Propaganda Juggernaut

For decades, we had a free press that helped keep pro-industry advertising lies in check. Professional investigative journalists working for magazines, newspapers and broadcast outlets would write in-depth exposés, outing the truth behind deceptive advertising and countering industry propaganda with science, statistics and other documented facts.

As a result of the free press doing its job, ineffective or toxic products were often driven off the market. The answer that industry came up with for this problem was to control the press with advertising dollars. By becoming a major revenue stream, advertisers more or less automatically ended up controlling the content.

Even though media management and editors will deny it, if advertisers don't want you to speak about certain issues that might adversely impact their business, all they have to do is threaten to pull their ads.

At that point, you have to make a decision: Ditch the truth or ditch your income. Most news organizations will ditch the truth for payment, and simply will not run reports that might harm the bottom line of its advertisers. As explained by Barnes:5

"That real-life Ministry of Truth was not set up ex nihilo by some iron faction of totalitarian oligarchs but gradually took shape out of a corporate media cartel with interlocking boards, heavily dependent on the advertising revenues of Amazon, Big Pharma … and the media's own parent companies … with its assets closely managed by BlackRock, Vanguard and UBS …

[As] that vast commercial system has become more unified, it also has maintained, or even tightened, its covert relations with the military and 'intelligence community' …

And while the commercial media system has been thus corrupted top to bottom … the 'public' media and 'alternative' press — from NPR, PBS, the BBC and CBC … to nearly every single outlet on 'the left' — have also been absorbed into the juggernaut primarily by their funding through such sturdy CIA pass-throughs as the Ford Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, and the Open Society Institute …

[The] 'free press' … has been turned into a bio-fascist fear machine, its propaganda services assured by Bill Gates' 'strategic media partnerships,' and the concomitant 'fact-checking' operation that he also largely funds.

The propaganda gushing daily, hourly, from that system also has depended on the wisdom of such global PR firms as Weber Shandwick, Edelman and Hill+Knowlton Strategies … and, within the Fourth Estate, the rise … of 'journalists' prepared, in university, to be far less concerned with honest journalism than with … serving 'social justice.'"

The Web of Players Silencing Truth

Indeed, as Barnes notes, advertising companies have likely played an important organizational role in the COVID propaganda. Another major one, which I suspect may have had a central role, is the Publicis Groupe. I detailed some of its many connections in "The Web of Players Trying to Silence Truth."

In summary, Publicis represents a long list of major companies within the technology, pharmaceutical and banking industries in more than 100 countries.6 These companies, in turn, have various partnerships with the U.S. government and global nongovernmental organizations (NGOs).

Publicis has ties to NewsGuard/HealthGuard, educational institutions, Big Tech companies like Google, Microsoft and Bing, the U.S. State Department and Department of Defense, global technocratic institutions like the World Health Organization, national and global NGOs like the Center for Countering Digital Hate. And, it dominates health websites like WebMD and Medscape.

Taken together, this explains how certain views can be so effectively erased. Publicis itself is also a partner of the World Economic Forum, which is leading the call for a "reset" of the global economy and our way of life. As such, Publicis appears to be coordinating the suppression of information that runs counter to the technocratic narrative.

The Art of the Great Lie

Marshall McLuhan once said,7 "Little lies don't need to be protected. But the great lies are protected by public incredulity." Basically, people will deny really big lies by saying "Come on, you're crazy, they wouldn't do that." It's far easier to call people "conspiracy theorists" than it is to face the possibility that what they're saying is true.

In a November 4, 2022, article,8 clinical and public health physician Dr. David Bell noted that the more divorced a lie is from reality, the more likely it is to succeed, thanks to the quirks of human nature and normal psychology:

"In a former role I had a boss who lied a lot. The lies were pure fantasy, but massive in scope and delivered with sincerity. They were very successful.

This success was based on the reluctance of most people to consider that someone in a position of authority in a humanitarian organization would completely ignore all semblance of reality. People assumed the claims must be true as fabricating information to that extent in those circumstances seemed to defy logic.

The principle of Really Big Lies is based on the lies being so divorced from reality that the listener will assume their own perception must be flawed, rather than doubt the claims of the person telling the lies. Only an insane or ridiculous person would make such outlandish claims, and a credible institution would not employ such a person.

Therefore, given that the institution is apparently credible, the statements must also be credible, and the listener's prior perception of reality was therefore flawed. Lesser lies, by contrast, are likely to be perceived as sufficiently close to known reality to be demonstrably wrong. Inventing truth can be more effective than bending it."

I believe this is precisely the strategy employed by Big Pharma, health agencies, government officials and the deep state propaganda arm over the past three years. Their claims have been so far from any semblance of reality, anyone aware of the facts has been left feeling more than a little crazy.

Unfortunately, while most humans have a moral and ethical compass, few end up following it when confronted by psychopaths in authority and the peer pressure to conform. As noted by Bell, good team players almost always end up supporting false narratives, and those who refuse to go along with what are clearly lies tend to be but a tiny minority.

Refusing False Narratives Has Real Consequences

As Bell correctly points out, over the past three years, health care workers, patients, researchers, academics and public health employees have been forced to embrace a long list of fantasy-based dogmas that are contradicted by prior public health orthodoxy.

But it's the sharp break from factual reality that makes it impossible to question them because, if you do, you're now questioning "the entire current hierarchy of public health," Bell says. To quote Dr. Anthony Fauci, you're not attacking him when you question his irrational flip-flopping, you're questioning science itself.

If you question these fantasy-based beliefs, you're a science-denier, and you're putting your employment and reputation at risk. And, unfortunately, those risks are not imaginary. Many doctors and scientists whose reputations and contributions to public health have been beyond reproach for decades have been stripped of their medical licenses and lost their jobs for speaking out against the reigning COVID narratives.

Transparency and Truth Are the Remedy

So, where do we go from here? How do we end the madness and return to reality-based public health? Bell believes that public health professionals who have misled the public will inevitably pay a heavy price for their betrayal. He writes:9

"Whilst growing their industry's finances, public health professionals are degrading themselves and betraying society. The betrayal, based on incessant lying, is something for which they will inevitably face consequences …

Eventually, even the most dedicated followers will begin to question the sense of putting on a mask at a restaurant door only to remove it 10 steps later, or vaccinating vast populations against a disease to which they are already immune whilst they die of other readily preventable diseases.

The way out of this is simply to refuse to lie, or cover for the lies of others … [The] truth will catch up, one day, with those who don't … It is far better to leave early and live with dignity."

Summary

  • Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) safety signal analysis based on reports from Dec. 14, 2020 – July 29, 2022, for mRNA COVID-19 vaccines shows clear safety signals for death and a range of highly concerning thrombo-embolic, cardiac, neurological, hemorrhagic, hematological, immune-system and menstrual adverse events (AEs) among U.S. adults.

  • There were 770 different types of adverse events that showed safety signals in ages 18+, of which more than 500 (or 2/3) had a larger safety signal than myocarditis/pericarditis.

  • The CDC analysis shows that the number of serious adverse events reported in less than two years for mRNA COVID-19 vaccines is 5.5 times greater than all serious reports for vaccines given to adults in the U.S. since 2009 (~73,000 vs. ~13,000).

  • Twice as many mRNA COVID-19 vaccine reports were classified as serious compared to all other vaccines given to adults (11% vs. 5.5%). This meets the CDC definition of a safety signal.

  • There are 96 safety signals for 12-17 year-olds, which include: myocarditis, pericarditis, Bell’s Palsy, genital ulcerations, high blood pressure and heart rate, menstrual irregularities, cardiac valve incompetencies, pulmonary embolism, cardiac arrhythmias, thromboses, pericardial and pleural effusion, appendicitis and perforated appendix, immune thrombocytopenia, chest pain, increased troponin levels, being in intensive care and having anticoagulant therapy.

  • There are 66 safety signals for 5-11 year-olds, which include: myocarditis, pericarditis, ventricular dysfunction and cardiac valve incompetencies, pericardial and pleural effusion, chest pain, appendicitis and appendectomies, Kawasaki’s disease, menstrual irregularities, vitiligo and vaccine breakthrough infection.

  • The safety signals cannot be dismissed as due to “stimulated,” exaggerated, fraudulent or otherwise artificially inflated reporting, nor can they be dismissed due to the huge number of COVID-19 vaccines administered.

There are several reasons why, but the simplest one is this: the safety signal analysis does not depend on the number of reports, but whether or not some AEs are reported at a higher rate for these vaccines than for other non-COVID vaccines. Other reasons are discussed in the full post below.

  • In August 2022, the CDC told The Epoch Times that the results of their safety signal analysis “were generally consistent with EB [Empirical Bayesian] data mining [conducted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)], revealing no additional unexpected safety signals.”

So either the FDA’s data mining was consistent with the CDC’s method — meaning they “generally” found the same large number of highly alarming safety signals — or the signals they did find were expected. Or they were lying. We may never know because the FDA has refused to release their data mining results.

Introduction

Finally! Zachary Stieber at The Epoch Times managed to get the CDC to release the results of its VAERS safety signal monitoring for COVID-19 vaccines, and they paint a very alarming picture.

The analyses cover VAERS reports for mRNA COVID-19 vaccines from the period from the vaccine rollout on Dec. 14, 2020, through to the end of July 2022.

The CDC admitted to only having started its safety signal analysis on March 25, 2022 (coincidentally three days after a lawyer at Children’s Health Defense wrote to them reminding them about our Freedom of Information Act [FOIA] request for it).

Like me, you might be wondering why the CDC waited more than 15 months before doing its first safety signal analysis of VAERS, despite having said in a document posted to its website that it would begin in early 2021 — especially since VAERS is touted as our early warning vaccine safety system.

You might also wonder how they could insist all the while that the COVID-19 vaccines are being subjected to the most rigorous safety monitoring the world has ever known.

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin initiated the mandate in August 2021 and still supported it, as did President Joe Biden, while Congress decided to get rid of it by attaching it as an amendment to the NDAA, which Biden signed into law late last month.

“The NDAA requires that, not later than 30 days after enactment, the secretary of defense rescind the mandate that members of the armed forces be vaccinated against COVID-19," Cmdr. Nicole Schwegman, a Department of Defense spokeswoman, told the Washington Examiner on Thursday. "As a result, the department will rescind the mandate and is currently in the process of developing further guidance. During this process, we are pausing all actions related to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate."

Roughly 8,400 troops have been separated over their refusal to get the shot.

"The health and readiness of our force are crucial to the department's ability to defend our nation, and Secretary Austin continues to encourage all of our service members, civilian employees, and contractor personnel to get vaccinated and boosted to ensure the readiness of our total force," she explained. According to media hoaxed “journalists” at the NY Times: “Frank R. James, who was accused of carrying out the worst attack on the New York subway system in years, pled guilty to terrorism in connection with an April shooting spree on a train in Brooklyn.

James, 63, appeared in U.S. District Court in Brooklyn and read aloud from a short statement confessing to the attack on a Manhattan-bound N train on April 12, for which he faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.

"I got on the subway train that was carrying people," said James, dressed in wrinkled khaki jail overalls and sitting at a table alongside his public defenders. "While I was on the train, I started shooting a firearm."

Judge William Kuntz accepted James' 11 guilty pleas, spoken in a voice that at times cracked. The judge ordered the government's probation department to complete a pre-sentencing report by July 4, but he did not set a date for sentencing.”

According the police/media: Just before 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 12, a man wearing a mask and an orange vest threw two smoke bombs and opened fire on a train car in Sunset Park. Images of smoke-filled train cars and subway platforms slick with blood flooded social media.

In the ensuing chaos, the shooter escaped and disappeared into the city, but he left behind an array of belongings on the train — including a gun, ammunition, bank cards and a key for a U-Haul — and a trail of video surveillance footage across Brooklyn, according to court filings.

The authorities soon identified Mr. James, who appeared to have planned an attack for days [did he plan to leave behind “an array of belongings on the train“] . He had reserved and paid for a U-Haul van in Philadelphia the week before and had driven it into Brooklyn before dawn that day. Authorities said he had parked the van in Brooklyn and then entered the subway.

Mr. James has been detained since his arrest at a jail in Brooklyn, just blocks from the subway station where the attack took place. [MORE] Mr. James, 63, faces a possible life sentence. [MORE]

Additionally a day after the incident he confessed to the crimes by calling the police tip line on himself! Yes, he snitched on himself (similar to unauthenticated “manifestos,” diaries, rap books, tweets or ISIS press releases containing admissions to the entire crime immediately found after other false flag ops).

Also, according to the NYPD there are 600 cameras where the attack took place. But all were broken or malfunctioned at the time of the attack according to the NYPD and Black Strawboss Eric Adams. [MORE]

ACCORDING TO COINCIDENCE THEORISTS, ALL 600 CAMERAS AROUND THE BROOKLYN SUBWAY STATION AT ISSUE BROKE DOWN AT THE SAME TIME which happened to be the same DAY as the “shooting spree.”

There is a pattern emerging in false flags; if the perpetrator(s) survives the alleged attack, there is never a real trial, and thus no evidence the incident occurred is ever established in any law forum. A real trial never takes place, nor can it – such is the nature of false flags. A real trial necessarily means an adversarial contest between the Government or private party and an accused defendant in which evidence is rigorously tested through the pre-trial and trial process.

Unrepresented trials (where a defendant has no attorney) function as the conclusion of the show in these false flag operations. Court theater helps cement the false event as real in the public mind. In reality, understand that when a non-attorney represents himself in a murder trial, it is an uncontested trial and an uncontested trial is not a meaningful trial at all. Such a contest is like you versus Mike Tyson in his prime at MSG - a slaughter, for those unfamiliar.

In the criminal context, ‘no trial’ means there is no contested, adversarial proceeding where the government must establish facts beyond a reasonable doubt with actual, admissible, authenticated evidence and credible witness testimony that is subject to; rigorous cross -examination, the rules of evidence, pre-trial discovery, pre-trial motions and Brady disclosures. The right to confront witnesses and cross examine them, which is the primary purpose of the 6th Amendment and essential to a meaningful criminal trial, is waived as a practical matter during pro-se trials. Such cross examination (in civil and criminal cases) on issues relevant to establishing guilt or liability frequently produces critical evidence and is the defense's tool to raise doubt and produce an acquittal or dismissal. In contrast to police allegations robotically parroted by the media, during a real trial witnesses and evidence are tested for their authenticity and veracity in an adversarial process.

In the alleged ‘Waukesha Christmas Parade Attack’ and ‘Charleston Church Massacre’ false flags both defendants “Darrell Brooks” and “Dylann Roof” respectively were unrepresented during their trials. As a result, no real pre-trial investigation or discovery by “the defense” took place. No meaningful jury selection occurred. No pre-trial motions were filed to exclude evidence, identification or statements. During “the trials” no skilled cross examination took place, no viable objections to hundreds of government requests and witness questions took place, there were no meaningful challenges to hundreds of government exhibits, foundations for evidence were improperly contested or were uncontested, authentication of social media evidence was unnecessary, any and all hearsay and double hearsay was admissible, no actual defenses were asserted, no witnesses testified on their behalf, no legitimate criminal defense or theory of the case was set forth, no effective closing was submitted and more. Such a performance by an attorney would be immediate grounds for a new trial and disbarment. As a result, no meaningful trial ever took place in either false flag episode.

In other false flags no real trial occurs due to guilty pleas (in criminal cases) and default judgments (in civil cases).

A guilty plea is just a guilty plea - it is not proof that anything happened in any criminal case. A guilty plea is a way to avoid an actual trial or avoid having to prove that a crime took place and that a particular individual committed it. Often, it saves time and tremendous resources. A plea is proof that a plea took place, but nothing more, it is an empty representation. For instance, a DUI plea isn’t the evidence that an individual was drunk driving. Evidence at trial such as field sobriety testing, breath tests, bodycam video, witness observations about demeanor, speech, gait, driving behavior and breath odor would be presented and challenged at a real trial. During a plea such allegations are just words on paper read out loud in court.

The guilty pleas in the Brooklyn Subway Terror Shooting and Parkland Massacre aren’t proof that said incidents actually occurred or that "Frank James" or “Nikolas Cruz” actually committed the crimes. In the Spectacle, the Dependent Media carries on as if “Nikolas Cruz” had a contested trial and was found guilty. In reality, he pled guilty last October to 17 counts of murder and 17 counts of attempted murder in the Parkland shooting. His plea triggered the “sentencing hearing” phase of his case, which only determined his sentence; specifically whether he would be put to death. Similarly, "Frank James" aka GOINTELBRO, pled guilty in the Brooklyn case. Now the court will schedule a sentencing hearing. However, as with the Parkland case if an actual, contested criminal trial took place the Government would have had the burden to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a crime took place and that Cruz or James respectfully committed it. That is, the Government would have had to show that the Parkland and Brooklyn false flags were real - with actual authenticated, admissible evidence and testimony subject to cross-examination, credibility determinations, investigation and inspection in an adversarial process before a jury who would decide on the merits. That never happened.

Similarly, in civil cases a default judgment may occur where a defendant fails to respond to a court order or respond to a pleading by a deadline. Under such circumstances the defendant would be in default and subject to the entry of a default judgment. Default judgments are a drastic action because they confront the judicial preference for disposition on the merits of the case. Like a guilty plea, a default judgment is a judgment without a trial. Default judgments also don’t prove that something happened - they just mean someone lost a lawsuit because they failed to comply with a court order or deadline.

As with the guilty pleas in the alleged Parkland and Brooklyn Subway incidents, default judgements against Alex Jones don’t prove that “Sandy Hoax” actually occurred or prove that he lied when he said it was a false flag. Jones failed to respond to court orders and deadlines in multiple defamation lawsuits, so he lost by default. Nothing more. If an actual, contested defamation trial had taken place it would have been the plaintiffs burden to actually demonstrate that Jones made false statements; not vice-versa. That means that during contested trial(s) the plaintiffs would have had to prove that Sandy Hook occurred - with actual, authenticated, admissible evidence and testimony subject to cross-examination, credibility determinations and inspection in an adversarial process before a jury who would decide the case on the merits. Once a default judgment was entered by the court in the Jones’ cases the only thing left for the jury to do was to determine the amount of damages for the alleged defamation. Jones only participated in that part of the proceeding - hearings on damages after liability was imposed by default.

Default judgments and guilty pleas don’t provide evidence that things occurred in the real world, rather they are simply court mechanisms to move court dockets along. The fact that there was no trial only strengthens the doubt of persons who don’t blindly believe whatever the media and government say.

Allegations function as allegations and also proof in totalitarian systems - ‘who needs to actually prove a set of facts during an adversarial, contested trial when you have “belief” and dogma? Almost like faith based COVID “vaccines:” they’re “vaccines” and are “safe” because the media said so and they know because the government and big pharma told them so (‘take our word for it and go check our science’). The media simply parrots the government or police version of events. For what reason would you ever question a police report? Anyone who questions the police or government narrative or who seeks actual details is considered a conspiracy theorist in totalitarian systems, such as the one you are confined in.

Due to the contrived nature of the Subway Shooting Massacre narrative, the voluntary confession and the facts that; 600 subway cameras malfunctioned at the precise time of the attack, no one was killed, there is a lack of cell-phone video from people in one of the busiest cities in the country, people on video (crisis actors) are recorded doing unusual things in the midst of the attack, such as taking selfies, looking at their phones, mulling around and multiple persons appear to be pouring blood on the subway platform, persons uninjured suddenly appear to be injured etc, - this microwave terror case open and solved in less than 3 days feels synthetic and should be suspected as a false flag conducted by the government and media until proven otherwise.

Belief isn’t needed to come to such a conclusion- look at the attached videos. In contrast, belief is needed to conclude that an actual massacre occurred on the subway because the evidence has never been seen by the public. We are instructed to believe cops and whatever emotional words the media put before our eyes but it takes no intelligence to believe. An actual, contested trial could resolve any doubt as to whether this fake looking bullshit ever took place - but in false flag productions authorities rely on dogma, belief and emotion.

Why would the government do such a thing? As undeceiver Larken Rose explains, authorities terrorize or create great fear in the citizenry in order convince them to voluntarily give authorities more control, more power over them and their lives. Authorities and their Dependent Media must constantly misrepresent reality so citizens always have a bogey-man or a perceived unsolvable problem to fear. Six days after Damar Hamlin had to be brought back to life after collapsing on the football field the Dependent Media and NFL have no public explanation for what happened. The doctors providing billion dollar medical care to Hamlin probably aren’t saying, ‘we don’t know.’

According to the WSJ, Hamlin is breathing on his own and talking, marking the second consecutive day of positive milestones in his recovery. Hamlin’s physicians said that his breathing tube was removed overnight and that he has been able to speak with his family and care team, according to the Bills, who said “he continues to progress remarkably in his recovery.” Hamlin also FaceTimed into a team meeting to talk to players and coaches. 

Yet no explanation from doctors about what happened. Instead media provide “cover stories” and “reality concealment” within the meaning of FUNKTIONARY. We get the corporate talking points about “the NFL brotherhood” and that Hamlin’s charity has raised a lot of money and that NFL players can wear T-shirts in support of the safety on Sunday and other happy news about his near death experience. From [HERE] Former NFL player Uchechukwu Nwaneri, who vociferously advocated for mandatory vaccines, died suddenly last Friday, with a coroner reporting he likely suffered a heart attack.

Nwanaeri, 38, was reportedly found dead at his home in West Lafayette, Ind., according to theLafayette Journal & Courier.

Nwaneri drove up from Georgia, police said, and he was at his wife’s West Lafayette’s house in the 2600 block of Willow Drive when he apparently collapsed, Costello said.

Nwaneri’s wife found him unresponsive in a bedroom in her house about 1 a.m. Friday and called 911, Costello said.

Tippecanoe County Coroner Carrie Costello told the Courier an autopsy on the former Jacksonville Jaguars lineman found no evidence of foul play and “Preliminary results indicate a possible heart attack, pending toxicology results.”

Nwaneri was vocal about his support for the Covid jab on social media and espoused support for mandatory vaccine schemes and vaccine passports, at one point saying, “MANDATE THE VACCINE. Jail anyone who refuses.”

Like a good citizen he took one for Uncle Brother’s team. Bye.
