UN Report says Systemic Racism against Africans and People of African Descent in Criminal Justice Systems Worldwide is Pervasive [a major goal of RWS is to Put Black People into Greater Confinement]

From [HERE] Systemic racism against Africans and people of African descent in criminal justice systems around the world is pervasive and deeply entrenched, the UN International Independent Expert Mechanism to Advance Racial Justice and Equality in Law Enforcement published a new report today.

The report identifies twelve key elements needed for criminal justice systems to eliminate racism and discrimination against Africans and people of African descent. These elements include the elimination of violations such as racial profiling or discrimination in access to bail and parole, and fundamental issues such as adequate training, the use of disaggregated data and the diversity and fair representation of Africans and people of African descent across the justice chain. Other highlighted promising practices include racial and cultural impact assessments, sentence reviews, and restorative justice measures with alternatives to incarceration.

“The overrepresentation of people of African descent in prisons and detention facilities across multiple countries is both a consequence and a symptom of systemic biases in criminal legal systems,” the report said. “Racial stereotypes falsely portraying Africans and people of African descent as inherently criminal not only influence individual decisions by police, judges and prosecutors but also distort entire justice systems.”

“The historical origins of many legal and law enforcement institutions – established during colonial rule or rooted in racially oppressive systems – continue to shape contemporary practices,” the report said. “These disparities are part of a pattern of institutional racism rooted in the enduring legacies of colonialism, enslavement and segregation.”

“All these violations are at high risk of continuing to increase in the current global context. We call on all States to implement these recommendations. We need to work together to overcome systemic racism against Africans and people of African descent in the criminal justice system,” Akua Kuenyehia, the Chair of the Expert Mechanism said.

LA County DA Charges 13 L.A. County Employees with Stealing Over $430,000 in Unemployment Benefits

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has charged 13 Los Angeles County employees from seven different agencies with felony grand theft for stealing a combined $437,383 in state unemployment benefits between 2020 and 2023.

“As government employees, we have an obligation to uphold the public’s trust,” Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman said. “When a civil servant steals from the government, that trust is broken. The scale of fraud in these cases is shocking, spanning seven different County agencies, including employees whose very job was to help the public determine whether they were eligible for public benefits. Most egregiously, these individuals allegedly claimed to be unemployed during the COVID pandemic when millions of Californians were legitimately in need of unemployment benefits. I thank Los Angeles County Auditor-Controller Oscar Valdez for his partnership and commitment to holding government employees accountable. Today, we are putting all government employees on notice: If you steal from taxpayers, you will be prosecuted.”

Each of the 13 Los Angeles County employees was charged with one felony count of grand theft and one lesser included misdemeanor offense.

While working for Los Angeles County and receiving County paychecks between 2020 and 2023, the defendants allegedly submitted fraudulent unemployment insurance claims to the California Employment Development Department in which they falsely claimed, under penalty of perjury, that they earned less than $600 per week during each two-week claim period. In fact, the employees earned more than $600 a week, making them ineligible for unemployment benefits. [MORE]

Rep Thomas Massie Claims the Capitol Police Planted the Pipe Bomb Outside the Capitol on January 6th and Implies that FBI and CIA are Covering it Up

Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY) challenges the FBI’s silence regarding allegations that Capitol Police officers were involved in planting pipe bombs on January 6, 2021. Massie emphasizes the need for accountability, stating that the FBI, CIA, and Capitol Police are implicated in this controversy, and he criticizes Trump administration figures, including FBI Director Kash Patel and Attorney General Pam Bondi, for their lack of response to the claims three days after the report emerged.

Massie’s remarks spotlight the intense scrutiny surrounding the events leading up to and during the Capitol riot, with forensic evidence suggesting a Capitol Police officer may have planted the explosives before resigning months later. This new information raises serious questions about the actions of law enforcement agencies and their oversight during a critical national incident, prompting a call for further investigation and transparency. First Steps Taken to Vote on Discharge Petition to Release Epstein Files. Blight House Probot says Supporting It "Would be a Hostile Act"

Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., the conservative firebrand who's clashed with Donald Trump and other GOP leaders, filed a discharge petition Tuesday to force a floor vote compelling the Justice Department to release all the files from the Jeffrey Epstein case.

It's one of the first House actions as lawmakers return to Washington from their five-week summer recess. And the issue is sure to dominate Capitol Hill this week, as sexual abuse survivors of Epstein — the convicted sex offender who took his own life in prison in 2019 — met with key lawmakers Tuesday and plan to hold a much-anticipated news conference Wednesday.

Massie and his Democratic co-author, Rep. Ro Khanna of California, said they will begin collecting signatures for their Epstein resolution starting Tuesday. They need at least 218 signatures — half the members of the House — to force a vote, and Khanna told NBC News he is certain that all 212 Democrats will sign on, along with at least six Republicans.

If they can secure the requisite 218 signatures, there is still an additional waiting period of seven legislative days before a vote can happen. Then the House speaker has two legislative days before he must call up the measure for a vote on the floor. So, the earliest a final vote could happen would be in two weeks.

Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., and other GOP leaders are opposed to the push, arguing that it’s not needed because the House Oversight Committee is investigating the matter and is in the process of reviewing a tranche of Epstein records.

But the discharge petition allows a majority of the House to circumvent leadership's wishes.

A White House official commented on the discharge petition Tuesday night, saying that supporting it would be viewed as “a hostile act.” [MORE]

The IsrAlien Holocaust Only Stopped in The Spectacle: The Media Conceals Reality as Gaza Endures Daily Bombings a Month into 'Cease Slaughter'

Israel’s two-year genocide is far from over.

On the ground, Israeli attacks and the humanitarian crisis they have caused continue.

Almost daily, explosions demolish large swathes of homes across the Gaza Strip. Shelling and gunfire continue to kill and wound people, while drones hover overhead broadcasting disturbing recordings.

Meanwhile, essential food items and medical supplies remain scarce amid an ongoing Israeli siege.

“The genocide has only stopped in the media,” said Jendiya.

“They’ve stopped talking about it, but for us, it’s still ongoing.” [MORE]

Trump Sold the Votary on "America First" but Governs on a Neocon Agenda for His Masters: Expanding Empire in the Middle East, Nigeria, Mexico and Venezuela - Discarding MAGA Whenever a Conflict Arises

From [HERE] "I would say yeah, I think so, yeah,” Trump responded when O’Donnell asked if Maduro’s “days were numbered.” So much for “no new wars.” That was the campaign trail; there’s not much that any of us naive voters can do about it now is there? Time to buckle up, sit back, and enjoy three more unyielding years of the new neocon cinema.

Trump’s take on Venezuela was only part of a string of interventionist comments that the 47th president made during his short interview with O’Donnell. Trump praised Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, calling him a “very talented guy” who wasn’t being treated appropriately. Trump added that Netanyahu is under trial, something he characterized as “very unfair,” before noting Trump and the U.S. government would “be involved” in helping Netanyahu however they could.

That’s right. Netanyahu, a man responsible for overseeing one of the bloodiest campaigns of the modern era, is the one who is getting “very unfair” treatment. Trump made no mention of the Palestinian people or the nearly 70,000 human beings estimated to have died in the Gaza Strip since Netanyahu began his nonstop campaign of starvation and death after the Hamas attack that ruthlessly snuffed out the lives of 1,200.

It’s worth pointing out that one wrong does not make another wrong right. Both Hamas and Israel have blood on their hands, but our president has chosen to only wash clean the blights of one fighting group while consistently attacking the other. This has made the U.S. and all 350 million of its citizens complicit in a war that is not our own. And Trump’s rhetoric has squarely placed our country on the side of the Israelis, despite public opinion running counter. “If they don't behave, they're going to be taken out immediately,” Trump said of Hamas during his 60 Minutes interview. No such comments were uttered about Netanyahu or the state of Israel.

As Americans, our greatest battles lie here in the heartland, thousands of miles from Jerusalem, Tehran, the Gaza Strip, and the rest of the chaotic world out there. We, the people of America, have little interest spending our days debating the crimes against humanity perpetrated by Israel or Hamas or the ulterior motives of the mullahs and crown princes of the Muslim kingdoms. We have enough issues here, in Pennsylvania, Idaho, Missouri, and California. It is here, not in the Middle East, where Americans are struggling to afford rising grocery prices and unaffordable housing costs. These United States are where Trump and his administration’s aims should be focused, not between the Golan Heights and Tehran.

And yet when asked about such apparently trivial domestic issues by O’Donnell, Trump merely waved his hand and claimed that grocery prices, despite what our eyes and pocketbooks clearly tell us, are, in fact, falling; even if they aren’t, it is all President Biden’s fault. Nice. Nothing like a healthy dose of partisanship as the winter approaches. That’ll help the Walmart caste. Such is the MAGA that we have received: a shadow of the MAGA promised. A man who probably hasn’t visited a grocery store in decades, who has his run-around help do the shopping for him, lectures the rest of us about what reality in Middle America looks and feels like. And if you think I’m exaggerating the bleak outlook on the domestic front, look no further than essentially every major pollster not named Rasmussen, all of whom are suddenly finding Trump severely underwater on most issues, especially inflation and the economy.

In a CBS News/YouGov survey released Sunday that sampled 2,124 U.S. adults interviewed October 29–31, 2025, Trump posted personal record lows on the economy and inflation. On the economy, 62 percent of those surveyed disapprove of Trump’s handling of issues and 66 percent disapprove of his management of inflation. 51 percent of respondents said they felt “worse off” financially since Trump took office in January while only 18 percent responded that they felt “better off.”

During an appearance with the CNN host Jake Tapper on Sunday morning, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent did little to ward off those startling numbers from CBS. “There are sectors of the economy that are in recession,” Bessent said after admitting that the U.S. economy is “in a transition period.” Bessent argued that any worrisome data is the result of the Trump administration scaling back spending from the Biden years. But data from consumer-facing stocks finds large segments of the American economy down 20 percent on the year as only the hype behind AI companies continues to drive the Dow Jones Industrial Average into record. Trump/Bush's Language of Confronting Evil Abroad has become a Cover for Expanding State Power, Enriching Defense Contractors and Normalizing Surveillance

From [HERE] The U.S. government says its “war on terror” protects freedom. In practice, every new intervention narrows the perimeter of freedom at home. The language of confronting evil abroad has become a cover for expanding state power, channeling public money to defense contractors, and normalizing surveillance that would have been unthinkable a generation ago. The pattern is familiar: the more expansive the mission overseas, the more elastic the constraints on government at home.

The contradiction is starkest in Gaza. U.S. officials condemn terrorism but continue to arm and shield an ally whose campaign has killed tens of thousands and devastated the territory. Humanitarian agencies report mass displacement, widespread hunger, and a crippled health system. In the diplomatic arena, Washington has repeatedly vetoed U.N. Security Council resolutions calling for an immediate ceasefire even as it advances fresh weapons packages.

This moral blind spot is not confined to one conflict. During the Cold War, Washington funneled support to the Afghan mujahideen – a decision memorialized in official records – only to confront successor movements in later decades. In Syria, Kurdish-led forces became the principal U.S. partner against ISIS even as NATO ally Turkey labeled affiliated groups terrorists and pressed military campaigns against them. Definitions shift with alliances; the underlying violence does not.

The Iranian exile group known as the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK) offers another example of strategic elasticity. The group’s history includes attacks that killed U.S. citizens in 1970s Tehran, a fact acknowledged by U.S. government sources. Decades later, after an intense and well-funded lobbying effort, the State Department removed the MEK from its Foreign Terrorist Organization list in 2012.

Endless war feeds on fear, and fear consolidates power. Drone warfare was sold as precise and surgical, yet senior commanders themselves warned that killing civilians can be counterproductive – the “insurgent math” that every innocent death creates new enemies. The broader empirical record is mixed, but even the optimistic studies concede a pattern of backlash risks and strategic tradeoffs that should caution against routine reliance on force. [MORE]

‘Congress = the Invertebrate Branch;’ Ralph Nader says GOP Puppeticans Created a Dictatorship by Surrendering Their Powers to Trump. Do Nothing While He Commits Murders

From [HERE] Dear Majority Leader Thune and House Speaker Johnson:

Under your leaderships, the wholesale surrender of constitutional powers of Congress to the White House has been appalling. You both took oaths to defend and preserve the Constitution under Article VI. In violation of your oaths, you are destroying the Constitution by dismantling the separation of powers—a structural bill of rights to arrest executive tyranny—in favor of limitless presidential authority indistinguishable from monarchy or Der Fuhrer.

You cannot claim ignorance. Among other assertions and actions, President Donald Trump proclaimed on July 23, 2019, “Then I have Article 2, where I have the right to do anything I want as president.” If there were any doubt about Mr. Trump’s belief in lawless presidential omnipotence, it should have been dispelled by Mr. Trump’s skepticism about honoring his oath of office on May 4, 2025. During an interview with NBC News’ Kristen Welker, Trump was questioned about a potential mass deportation program. When Welker asked, “Don’t you need to uphold the Constitution of the United States as president?” Trump responded, “I don’t know.”

On your watch, Congress has surrendered the war powers to Mr. Trump. It has surrendered the power of the purse to Mr. Trump. It has surrendered the treaty power to Mr. Trump. It has surrendered the oversight and confirmation powers to Mr. Trump. It has surrendered the power to legislate to Mr. Trump, including limitless discretion to jettison his constitutional obligation to take care that the laws be faithfully executed instead of being auctioned off to the highest bidder. Mr. Trump’s refusals to enforce the congressional ban on TikTok, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the federal prohibition on extortion, the Anti-Deficiency Act, the Hatch Act, or the Leahy Amendments are some examples of his serial violations of law. Indeed, Mr. Trump has turned the United States into a police state in which any criticism of his stewardship of our liberties is treated and prosecuted as a felony.

You both have idled as Mr. Trump has flouted the Domestic and Foreign Emoluments Clauses of the Constitution, putting the White House up for auction and lately, unlawfully paying for a giant ballroom with private contributions. You both have acquiesced while Mr. Trump has daily flouted the First Amendment’s protection of free speech and association, pressing to make American journalists echo chambers of his administration in the manner of Russian President Vladimir Putin and RT and Radio Sputnik.

Would you have acted as Mr. Trump has as President of the United States? Can you accept behavior that you would not tolerate if you occupied the White House?

You have turned Congress into a laughingstock as the Invertebrate Branch. We have no confidence that you will respond to our constitutional peril by impeaching and removing President Trump from office. Your entire careers betray the treacherous earmarks of the “summer soldier and sunshine patriot” as historians will highlight.

On July 4, 1776, nearly 250 years ago, the 56 signatories to the Declaration of Independence signed their death warrants to secure unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness under attack by King George III and his powerful military forces. President Trump has bested the King’s tyranny. He is exercising the power to assassinate any person or organization on the planet as a putative enemy of the United States. Trump’s assassinations may have started with suspected drug traffickers. His dress rehearsal was assisting Israeli assassinations throughout the Middle East. Mr. Trump has articulated no limiting principle that would preclude assassinating political opponents, active or retired, including Members of Congress. “Immunity, immunity, immunity,” in the words of Justice Sonya Sotomayor dissenting in Trump v. United States (July 1, 2024). The only uncertainty is where Members stand in the queue, unless impeachment is forthcoming by Congress without tarry. [MORE]

Trump Repeats the Myth-Information that 25,000 American Lives Are Saved for Each Boat That’s Bombed [assuming the attacks actually occurred]

From [HERE] President Trump on Wednesday claimed that for every boat the US bombs in the waters of Latin America, 25,000 American lives are saved, a blatant lie he’s used to justify the US bombing campaign in the region and push toward a regime change war in Venezuela.

“Every boat that we hit kills, think of this, if it gets through, kills 25,000 Americans plus … every time we hit a boat, we save 25,000 American lives,” the president said at the American Business Forum in Miami, Florida.

Trump and his top officials have justified the strikes and the extra-judicial executions at sea by pointing to overdoses in the United States, which, according to CDC data, killed 80,391 Americans in 2024, a decrease of 26.9% from the 110,037 deaths estimated in 2023.

The majority of the overdose deaths, 48,422, were caused by fentanyl or other synthetic opioids. While Trump has previously claimed the strikes are targeting fentanyl, the Pentagon has told Congress that all of the boats it has hit were allegedly smuggling cocaine, though the Department of War has not provided any evidence, either to the public or to Congress, to back up its claims about what the vessels are carrying.

Another false claim pushed by the Trump administration to justify the bombing campaign is the idea that the boats being targeted in the Caribbean were attempting to bring drugs to the US, but a US official has told Drop Site News that many of the vessels that have been struck “do not even have the requisite gasoline or motor capacity to reach US waters.”

A report from The Washington Post cited officials from the US and other countries who said the route the US was targeting near Venezuela is mainly used to smuggle cocaine and marijuana to Trinidad and Tobago, and from there, cocaine is shipped to Europe and West Africa.

Since the US began the bombing campaign in early September, it has blown up 17 boats, including nine in the Caribbean and eight in the Eastern Pacific Ocean, and has killed 66 people. The US has also continued its military buildup in the Caribbean, and according to The New York Times, Trump is considering several options for launching a war with Venezuela. [MORE]

Senate Votes Down Resolution to Block Trump from Starting a War With Venezuela

From [HERE] The Senate on Thursday rejected a resolution to stop President Trump from launching an attack on Venezuela without authorization from Congress.

The resolution, led by Senators Tim Kaine (D-VA), Rand Paul (R-KY), and Adam Schiff (D-CA), failed to pass the chamber by a vote of 49-51, with just two Republicans, Paul and Lisa Murkowski (AK), supporting the bill.

Ahead of the vote, Trump administration officials were telling lawmakers that they currently didn’t have plans to bomb Venezuela, part of a strategy to discourage Republicans from supporting the War Powers Resolution. According to CNN, during the briefings, Trump officials still didn’t rule out potential future military action.

The Trump officials also said they currently lacked a legal justification to launch strikes on land in Venezuela, but a US official told CNN that the administration is seeking one from the Justice Department and doesn’t plan to ask Congress for authorization, a clear violation of the Constitution, which requires congressional approval for the Executive to launch a war.

President Trump has sent mixed messages on the potential for a war with Venezuela, and according to The Wall Street Journal, he has expressed reservations over the idea of launching strikes on the country. But the massive US military buildup in the Caribbean continues as a US aircraft carrier and its strike group are on their way to the region, and the administration has continued its illegal bombing campaign against alleged drug-running boats.

The New York Times reported on Tuesday that President Trump is considering potential major escalations that could lead to a full-blown war with Venezuela. They include bombing military targets inside the country, sending special operations forces to kill or capture Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, or sending a much larger force to capture airfields and oil infrastructure. Venezuela’s Main Problem is that it is Rich Not only in Oil and Gas but in a Wide Range of Other Precious Commodities the US has Always Wanted to Steal and Control

From [HERE] Venezuela’s main problem is that it is fabulously rich not only in oil and gas but in a wide range of other precious commodities and the United States has always wanted to control not only those resources but all similar riches throughout the Americas at least since the time of the 1823 Monroe Doctrine. Although we could rabbit on here about the CIA’s regime change record in Latin America, there is no point, as all of that should be as well known as should be the White House’s collusion with Latin America’s cocaine barons and the CIA’s murder by a thousand media cuts of journalist Gary Webb for exposing all of that.

Had Venezuelan President Maduro been as complicit in the CIA’s cocaine running as Panama’s Noriega was before he fell out of favour and got banged up in a Yankee gulag, then Maduro would be on easy street but, because his cards have played out otherwise, a massive Yankee invasion fleet lurks off the Venezuelan coast with the same ill designs on Maduro as the Yanks have had on all other Latino democrats and/or autocrats who did not meekly toe their line.

Though Trump’s current casus belli is that Maduro is pumping tonnes of fentanyl into the States, there is no need for me to discredit that porkie as PBS, World Politics Review, the Orinoco Tribune and even the hard line New York Times are among the many media outlets that have easily debunked those claims, which are also contradicted by the recent extradition of Chinese fentanyl drug lord Zhi Dong Zhang from Mexico to the United States.

Not that any of that matters in the least as this Yankee outlet tells us that “Venezuela’s supersonic anti-ship missiles are a real threat to American warships” while this report sings the praises of Maduro’s 5,000 Russian Igla-S surface to air missiles and the New York Times tells us that Trump, Bay of Pigs style, has an entire armada lurking off Venezuela’s coast in the “Global South” client state of Trinidad & Tobago (which lies within spitting distance of the Venezuelan coast) whilst also infiltrating an entire legion of CIA Special Forces terrorists into Venezuela to stir the pot. And into neighbouring Colombia as well as their President, who is now on Trump’s hit list, had the temerity to object to Trump’s Venezuelan criminality.

Not that the Yanks act alone as this report on America’s joint naval drills with mighty Trinidad & Tobago and this other excellent RT piece on Norway granting some war mongering Venezuelan nobody their Nobel Peace Prize shows, as does the recent elevation to sainthood of some Venezuelan medic which led to ungodly fist fights in the Vatican.

To say that Maduro and Venezuelan civil society is cheesed off with Trinidad & Tobago is the mother of all understatements. Leave aside that Caracas has suspended its energy agreements with Port of Spain and recall that Trinidad & Tobago has one of the world’s weakest defence forces and that it its entire air force consists of two (2) Fairfield C26 Metroliners and four (4) AW139 choppers which are currently doing joint military drills with some 20% of the entire Yankee navy in what is nothing more than a flimsy fig leaf to shake down Venezuela on the pretext that Caracas and not crime-ridden Port of Spain is a lawless cocaine conduit.

Although Latin America has always been rich in treacherous, good for nothing, two headed snakes, the Yanks must take primary responsibility for turning it and countries like the Philippines historically affiliated to it over again and again; even Simón Bolívar, their supposed liberator, said as much when he lamented that trying to put Latin America on an even keel was like trying to control the ocean’s wildest currents.

Frankly, Latin America, its three power centres of Mexico, Brazil and Argentina in particular, remains a mess and it is no wonder that Uncle Sam continues to have the run of the place. How can China take any of these jokers seriously when 80 year old Nicaraguan nutter Daniel Ortega wants them to squander hundreds of billions of dollars and God knows how many lives blasting a Panama canal 2.0 through his fiefdom and certifiable Argentinian lunatic Javier Milei is squandering hundreds of billions more as fast as the Yanks can launder their money through that ponce’s (less than) good offices? Trump/Bush Threatens to Invade Resource-Rich Nigeria

From [HERE] On the heels of its threat to invade Venezuela, the Trump administration has announced it plans to intervene in oil- and mineral-rich Nigeria, ostensibly in response to an alleged massacre of Christians.

“If the Nigerian Government continues to allow the killing of Christians,” President Trump declared on his Truth social media, “the U.S.A. will immediately stop all aid and assistance to Nigeria, and may very well go into that now disgraced country, ‘guns-a-blazing,’ to completely wipe out the Islamic Terrorists who are committing these horrible atrocities… I am hereby instructing our Department of War to prepare for possible action” against the government of Bola Tinubu.

“If we attack, it will be fast, vicious, and sweet, just like the terrorist thugs attack our CHERISHED Christians!” the president continued. “ WARNING: THE NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT BETTER MOVE FAST!”

Pete Hegseth, the “Secretary of War” (or conversely, the “CEO of War”), posted to X on November 1.

“The killing of innocent Christians in Nigeria—and anywhere—must end immediately. The Department of War is preparing for action. Either the Nigerian Government protects Christians, or we will kill the Islamic Terrorists who are committing these horrible atrocities,” he wrote.

Senator Ted Cruz has introduced the Nigeria Religious Freedom Accountability Act of 2025. It proposes visa restrictions and asset freezes on Nigerian officials enforcing Sharia and blasphemy laws, in response to Trump’s designation of Nigeria as a Country of Particular Concern for religious persecution.

Nigerian Foreign Minister Yusuf Tuggar rejected the accusation and said the violence is the result of banditry, terrorism, and farmer-herder clashes between Muslims and Christians. Nigerian president Bola Tinubu went on X and insisted Nigeria safeguards the “freedom of religion and beliefs for all Nigerians” and is committed to working with the United States and international community on the “protection of communities of all faiths.”

“Rape in the Name of God:” Report Finds Uncivilized IsrAlien Soldiers Routinely Rape Palestinian Men

From [HERE] As I had remarked before, patterns of arousal—the commingling of serial killing and sex—are tied to psychopathy. The psychopathic fusion of lust and murder appears endemic among Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers.

Honed in rendition torture camps, sexual violence has become the coin of the Greater Israel realm. A glimpse into Sde Teiman, a torture rendition camp in Israel proper, revealed to the world that Israel has de facto systemized the practice of anally rupturing the bowels of Palestinian prisoners, most detained without charge.

Marquis de Sade, whose name is used to denote things sexually bent, was no murderer. The recognizable ancestor of the IDF is not the Marquis De Sade, a mere sexual deviant, but your common serial killer with added pathological paraphilia, and the ability to industrialize the scale of his crimes.

Paraphiliacs are said to enjoy exhibitionism or masochism or sadism, “in which sexual gratification is derived from activities or fantasies that are generally regarded as atypical or deviant. A paraphilic disorder is present when it causes … “actual or potential harm to others.”

After de Sade came out in Sde Teiman, “rape in the name of God” had become part of the settler and soldier lexicon of crime. From the West Bank, legendary British journalist Peter Oborne has filed detailed dispatches exposing Israel’s torture camps, into which thousands of young Palestinian men are disappearing, only to emerge unrecognized, physically deformed and mentally damaged. (Watch “EXPOSED: Israel’s Secret Torture Camps.”) “Nukhba” prisoners, the Israeli devils dub them. [MORE]

Rights groups reveal that Palestinians are being detained in a secret Israeli underground prison without charges, sunlight, or contact with families

From [HERE] "Israel" is detaining dozens of Palestinians from Gaza in a secret underground facility where they are denied sunlight, proper food, and any contact with the outside world, a report by The Guardian revealed.

Human rights lawyers say the detainees include at least two civilians: a nurse abducted while still in his hospital scrubs and a young food vendor, both held for months without charge or trial. The men are represented by the Public Committee Against Torture in Israel (PCATI), whose lawyers say their clients endured severe abuse consistent with previously documented torture in Israeli prisons.

The detainees were transferred in January to the Rakefet complex, a subterranean prison near Ramla originally opened in the 1980s for "dangerous criminal offenders" but shuttered a few years later for being unfit for human confinement. Far-right Police Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir ordered its reopening following October 7, 2023.

All parts of the prison, the cells, a small exercise space, and even the meeting room for lawyers, are underground, meaning that detainees live entirely without natural light. Once designed for 15 "high-risk prisoners", the facility now holds around 100 Palestinians, according to official data obtained by PCATI. [MORE]

Barbaric Israeli's Leaving Booby-Trapped Dolls, Hidden Bombs Inside Toys in Gaza to “Lure Children” in a “New Face of the Genocide”: Health Official

From [HERE] Israeli forces have left behind booby-trapped dolls and toys in Gaza, designed to lure children and harm returning civilians, according to a health official.

Dr. Munir Al-Bursh, Director General of Health Affairs in Gaza, said on Sunday that Israeli forces have left booby-trapped dolls and toys in several areas across the Gaza Strip, “luring Palestinian children in a new face of the ongoing genocide, even after the ceasefire.”

He added that the forces not only left behind destroyed homes, but also time bombs disguised as objects appealing to children.

He explained that unexploded remnants of rockets and shells are also still scattered among the rubble.

“Hospitals receive children every day with horrific injuries, torn bodies, amputated limbs, and faces that have lost their features, the result of children’s innocent curiosity toward those explosive toys,” he said.

US District Judge Sara Ellis on Friday ordered federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to limit use force, prohibiting riot-control weapons against journalists or protestors except under specific and narrow conditions.  The preliminary injunction is the latest in an ongoing court battle that started with a class action suit alleging First Amendment violations, filed on October 6.

Under the terms of the latest order, ICE may only use force after giving at least two clear auditory warnings of a lawful crowd dispersal order, with time to comply.  The order makes exceptions if the rapid use of force is necessary due to “exigent circumstances” (emergencies with a compelling need for immediate action).

The order came after Judge Ellis reviewed hundreds of hours of video footage of ICE activity in Chicago, stating that “the use of force shocks the conscience… The [Trump administration] would have people believe that the Chicagoland area is in a vice hold of violence, ransacked by rioters and attacked by agitators. That simply is untrue.”

She found that US Border Patrol Commander Gregory Bovino “admitted that he lied about whether a rock hit him before he deployed tear gas in Little Village.”

The preliminary injunction refers specifically to less-lethal shotguns, 40 mm Munitions Launchers, tear gas, chokeholds, and carotid restraints, among other weapons and uses of force.  Judge Ellis also ordered all Federal agents in “Operation Midway Blitz” to wear visible and unique identification in at least two places on their uniforms.  Agents must also wear and activate body cameras while engaged in enforcement activity.

During the hearing, Judge Ellis asked witnesses about how their experiences affected them, especially if the witnesses were reluctant to exercise their First Amendment rights.  Leslie Cortez, a youth organizer in the Chicago suburb of Cicero, told Ellis, “I get really nervous because it just feels like I’m not safe.  And I question my safety when I go out.” [MORE]

DC Jury Acquits Upper Crust White Guy who Threw a Sandwich at a Trump Race Soldier; Liar Cop Claimed 'He Could Smell Mustard and Onions,' But Photos Showed the Sandwich was Still in Its Wrapper

Jurors showed no appetite for the Justice Department's case against "sandwich guy," the D.C. resident who chucked a Subway sandwich at the chest of a federal officer, finding him not guilty Thursday after several hours of deliberations.

The jury — which feasted on sandwiches for lunch Thursday, according to a person familiar with jury lunches — deliberated the charges for several hours Wednesday and Thursday before delivering the verdict.

The resident, Sean Dunn, a former Justice Department paralegal, faced a single misdemeanor count after a federal grand jury rejected more serious charges over the encounter, which took place in the nightlife area of U Street in August.

Border Patrol Officer Greg Lairmore received two "gag gifts" related to the incident — a plush sandwich and a patch featuring a cartoon of Dunn throwing the sandwich with the words “Felony Footlong” — which the defense team argued showed this was not a serious event in his life.

Lairmore had testified that the sandwich “exploded all over” his chest and claimed he could smell mustard and onions. But a photo showed that the sandwich was still in its wrapper on the ground after it hit Lairmore in his bulletproof vest. [MORE]
