Full Dylann Roof Confession. [An Uncontested Trial is Not a Real Trial]

From [HERE] Whether or not you believe the Dylann Roof episode was a "false flag" operation, it is clear that he is not having a real trial right now. A major difference between the Roof episode and other alleged "false operations" was going to be this criminal trial; usually the assailants are murdered or plead out so no public trial ever takes place.

However, no real trial is actually taking place in Roof's case. In a filing last week, Roof's defense lawyers wrote that “the sole issue” was “whether the federal death penalty will be inflicted.” [MORE] His attorneys did so after the Government refused to offer a non-death penalty guilty plea. [MORE]. Roof's defense team has conceded that he’s guilty and has, instead, tried to focus on sparing him the death penalty, according to the Associated Press. Thus, his "trial" is uncontested. 

On November 25, 2016, Roof was declared competent enough to stand trial.Three days later, a federal judge granted Roof's motion to represent himself. On December 4, 2016, Roof, in a handwritten request, asked the Judge to give him back his defense team for the guilt phase of his federal death penalty trial.On December 5, 2016, the Judge allowed Roof to hire back his lawyers for the guilt phase of his trial.On December 6, 2016, a federal judge denied a motion by Roof's defense team to delay Roof's trial [sought the delay because of blanket media coverage of the mistrial Monday in white cop's Michael Slager's separate murder case of an unarmed, fleeing Black man in the same city. A criminal trial is usually an adversarial contest between the Government and a defendant. It is an actual dispute over a set of facts - facts that are rigorously tested through the pre-trial and trial process. Since he has conceded all liability, Roof will not contest any of the essential facts in the case, object to the admissibility of evidence and the Government will have no problems authenticating any of its evidence for things such as Roof's murder plans journal/manifesto (a witness familiar with his handwriting would have to confirm that his writing in fact was in the journal) and show that Roof in fact created the Facebook page and made entries on it to demonstrate that it was "his" [things that may not be so easy to do during a contested trial]. Last week Roof's lawyers made no objections to the admissibility of the journal b/c he has conceded. [MORE] 

There will also be no meaningful cross examination on issues relevant to establishing guilt. The right to rigorously confront witnesses and cross examine them is the primary purpose of the 6th Amendment and essential to a fair trial. Roof has basically waived this right by admitting guilt. Cross frequently produces critical evidence in trials and is the defense's tool to raise doubt and produce an acquittal. Through cross, witnesses and evidence are tested for their authenticity. None of this will be applicable in Roof's case.

Pursuant to his defense strategy Roof also apparently will waive his right to refrain from testifying and testify to explain why he committed the murders. So, you will have to take his word for it. 

Government Rejects Plea & Seeks Death in Trial of White Man Accused of Murdering 9 Black People in Charleston Church

From [HERE] and [HERE] The government refused a plea offer from accused racist suspect Dylann Roof on Friday. Roof, the man charged with killing nine black church members attending Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, offered to plead guilty in exchange for a sentence of life in prison. Attorney General Loretta Lynch announced her decision in May to pursue the death penalty. "The nature of the alleged crime and the resulting harm compelled this decision," said Ms. Lynch. The critics for the Justice Department's decision have several arguments, including the efficacy and morality of the death penalty. William N. Nettles, previous United States attorney for South Carolina, says that a federal death penalty trial would be duplicative as the state is "both willing and able to address the issue." Roof is also facing a trial for capital crimes in state court beginning in January.

During a prayer service he is alleged to have killed nine African Americans, including senior pastor and state senator Clementa C. Pinckney, and injured one other person. After several people identified Roof as the main suspect, he became the center of a manhunt that ended the morning after the shooting with his arrest in Shelby, North Carolina. He later confessed that he committed the shooting in hopes of igniting a race war.

Three days after the shooting, a website titled The Last Rhodesian was discovered and later confirmed by officials to be owned by Roof. The website contained photos of Roof posing with symbols of white supremacy and neo-Nazism, along with a manifesto in which he outlined his views towards blacks, among other peoples. He also claimed in the manifesto to have developed his racist views after reading about the 2012 shooting of Trayvon Martin and "black-on-white crime." [MORE]

Some believe the entire episode was a hoax.[MORE] However, unlike other events suspected as "false flag" operations, an actual criminal trial may answer lingering questions. According to the government, Roof visited slave plantations, cemeteries of his racist heroes and took various photos posing with confederate flags and such [see photo above]. [MORE]  

Jury selection for the trail is scheduled to resume on Monday after the delay due to a request for a competency hearing. US District Judge Richard Gergel released an order [PDF, text] that found Roof to be competent to stand trial. The closed competency hearing included the testimony of Dr. James C. Ballenger, one of the nation's "most renowned and respected psychologists." Last year Roof entered a temporary plea of not guilty. He faces 33 charges including federal hate crimes and firearms charges for killing and attempting to kill African-Americans based on race and in an effort to interfere with the victims right to exercise their religious beliefs.

President Hollande will eventually achieve his objective – being the first country in Europe with permanent Martial Law. He has already declared to extend the current State of Emergency for another three months, when it expires on 26 July.

“Odd that the ‘terrorists’ didn’t bother to drive 8 miles up the road to Monaco, where they would have found plenty of elites to run down!”

For some reason, “ISIS” has no interest in attacking people in power, including the people responsible for the war on Islam that has killed millions of Muslims since 9/11. Nor do they attack Israelis or Zionists.

Instead, they slaughter random civilians—almost all of them Muslim—and do everything they can to make Islam, and the concept of an “Islamic state” (a concept supported by a majority of Muslims worldwide) look bad.

Over 95% of ISIS’s victims, probably closer to 99%, are Muslim; attacks in places like France are statistically the exception. *The trucker, conveniently shot dead, will never be able to reveal who put him up to it. How hard would it have been to disable the truck, say by shooting out the tires, and then try to capture the “terrorist” alive so he could be interrogated and his network taken down?

There are ways of rendering people unconscious, or unable to fight, without killing them. For some reason, though, the authorities NEVER want to capture any “terrorists” alive.

From [HERE] What happened? – During last night’s celebration of the French National Holiday, around 11 PM, a speeding truck plowed into a crowd of thousands who were watching the fireworks along the Mediterranean Boulevard Anglais.

The driver of the truck, was simultaneously and indiscriminately shooting into the crowd. He was able to run for 2 kilometers before being stopped by police, which instantly shot and killed him.

All indications signal the Big Script of yet another false flag; yet again in France; a horrendous terror attack, killing hordes of people, spreading pain, misery, fear and outrage in France, Europe – the world over.

The young truck-driver was identified as a 31-year-old Frenchman, resident of Nizza, with Tunisian origins. As in previous cases, ‘coincidence’ has it that his identity papers were found in the truck.

The young man is instantly killed by the police. Dead people cannot talk. A pattern well known by now.

The man’s Tunisian roots may soon pin him to a terrorist Jihad group – if not de jure, then de facto, as the propaganda machine will spread the news and instill yet more Muslim hatred among the western population.

It is not clear how the truck was able to breach the barriers to the promenade closed for pedestrians and spectators during the 14th July celebration. According to eyewitnesses, it took the police and firemen about half an hour to get to the scene.

How is it possible that such a crowd is not ‘protected’ by patrolling police and military? And that in a country under effective Martial Law?

Sky News Reporter Makes Freudian Slip: Covering Up False Flag in France

Much has been made about the lack of blood in the video showing a French policeman allegedly shot in the head at point-blank range with an AK-47 assault rifle during the Charlie Hedbo attack.

The video continues to be removed and censored on YouTube and other platforms despite the lack of blood. Yet, countless videos of John F Kennedy’s head exploding from a long-distance shot remain on these
websites.

The mainstream media continues to push the story that this officer was killed by a head wound. One report by UK-based Sky News seems to admit having placed fake blood at the scene.

You don’t need to accept that this is some wild conspiracy to recognize when you’re being lied to.
