Mortality Researcher Informs Canadian Lawmakers that COVID Injections Directly Caused Deaths and Turbo Cancers in Children and Adults. Data Shows 4,000 Excess Infant Deaths in the US from 2022 to 2024

From [HERE] Excess mortality researcher Denis Rancourt, Ph.D., on Tuesday told Canadian lawmakers that national mortality statistics show “screaming safety signals” following the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines — including increases in deaths among infants and children and increases in turbo cancers.

Testifying at Canada’s Allison Inquiry, Rancourt also argued that COVID-19-era government interventions — including lockdowns, isolating the elderly, closing businesses and withdrawing government support programs — also drove excess mortality during the pandemic.

Rancourt based his arguments on his analysis of official mortality data from Statistics Canada and in the U.S., the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). He described how COVID-19 vaccines directly harmed individuals, and how specific pandemic policies caused broader societal harm.

His presentation came on the opening day of the Allison Inquiry, a four-day hearing chaired by Canadian Member of Parliament Dean Allison. The inquiry collected testimony from 50 Canadians injured by COVID-19 vaccines, along with testimony from physicians, scientists and other witnesses.

4,000 excess infant deaths in the U.S. alone

Infant mortality had been declining in the U.S. before the pandemic. That trend reversed during the pandemic, according to Rancourt’s data — but not until 2022, nine months after COVID-19 vaccination was recommended for pregnant women.

Rancourt estimated the change represented approximately 4,000 excess infant deaths in the U.S. from 2022 to 2024.

He presented a similar case for Canada, although the raw numbers were much lower due to the smaller population. After Canada issued its vaccine guidance for pregnant women on May 28, 2021, he said mortality rose among infants, with a marked increase nine months after the recommendations.

He estimated there were 200 excess infant deaths in Canada during that time, with 10 excess pregnancy-related deaths.

Data show 2,000+ excess deaths among 1- to 4-year-olds in U.S.

Rancourt identified more than 2,000 excess deaths among children ages 1-4 in the U.S. between 2021 and 2024.

He attributed an initial increase in 2021 partly to the abrupt withdrawal of federal financial assistance in some states.

But Rancourt said the largest increase coincided with the June 17, 2022, authorization of COVID-19 vaccines for young children. Excess deaths peaked precisely with the vaccine rollout.

Canadian mortality data showed a similar age-specific pattern. Rancourt shared mortality trends for Canadian children ages 1-4, 5-9 and 10-14, showing each group experienced a pronounced increase during the year COVID-19 vaccines became available for that particular age group.

The spikes in excess mortality were “very sudden,” he said. The increases did not occur during the first two years of the pandemic, he emphasized.

“As soon as you vaccinated these age groups and not before, not when there was COVID, not in the first two years of the pandemic. But when you started vaccinating them, that is the signature that you see in the mortality [data],” Rancourt said. “It’s absolutely stunning.”

Two US vessels, eight oil tankers, and 10 other ships attempting to pass through the prohibited zone of the Strait of Hormuz have been targeted in the latest wave of Iran’s retaliatory operations amid the war of aggression against the country, according to the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC).

Black police officers help to disguise and maintain the system of racism white supremacy. As with Black judges, prosecutors and defense attorneys, the presence of Black cops is intended only to create the appearance of justice in a system of injustice. Black cops exist primarily to arrest, surveil and control Black people and provide a veneer of civility, inclusion, protection and service in a free range prison. A white Torrance police officer who at one time faced a criminal charge in the shooting death of a Black man inside a parked car has been reinstated within the department, months after the politically charged criminal case against him was dismissed.

Matthew Concannon — who was on paid administrative leave in connection to the Dec. 9, 2018, death of 23-year-old Christopher DeAndre Mitchell — returned this month to active duty within the Torrance Police Department, to serve as a sergeant in the department’s patrol bureau, according to department officials.

Matt Murphy, an attorney who represented Concannon in the earlier criminal proceedings, said the sergeant is “back at work because he is a model police officer and was exonerated of all wrongdoing. …

“This case had three and a half years of judicial process … and it was ultimately dismissed because our client (Concannon) is innocent,” Murphy said. “Both (former Los Angeles District Attorney) Jackie Lacy and (current Los Angeles District Attorney) Nathan Hochman should be commended for their commitment to justice for everyone, including police officers.”

“Now our client just wants to put this nightmare behind him and continue to serve his community,” Murphy added.

On December 9, 2018, two Torrance, California, police officers shot and killed 23-year-old Black man Christopher Deandre Mitchell while he was sitting in a car minding his own business. The cops claimed they saw his hands move toward what turned out to be an air rifle that was wedged between his legs.

Christopher Deandre Mitchell’s family have maintained that Mitchell did follow commands and was never a threat to the officers, who they say never gave him a chance to surrender. They claim he was asleep in the car when the cops approached him. Black Lives Matter Los Angeles organizer Sheila Bates said Monday that the officers unnecessarily escalated the situation despite Mitchell not threatening them in any way, and they opened fire within seconds of approaching him.

Officers fired three times at Mitchell. The shooting was captured on video by Concannon’s body-worn camera. Just 12 seconds passed from the time the officer activated his camera as he opened Mitchell’s car door to the time of the first shot.

In the video the white cops pretend to be threatened - as the Black man appears to be very calm and trying to comply with their confusing, excited commands. Mitchell speaks in a calm, non-threatening voice and appears to be apologizing to them for not understanding their disfluent commands or not complying fast enough. Police are not facing any imminent threat of deadly harm when they fatally shoot him - at least from a reasonable, non-racist point of view.

From [HERE] A Black man who was seen on video being beaten and wrongfully arrested by two NYPD officers at a liquor store in Brooklyn has filed a notice saying he plans to sue the department over the incident.

Timothy Brown told reporters Tuesday that he felt "humiliated, disrespected and embarrassed" by the arrest and will never be the same after the April 14 incident.

Brown, a home health aide and security guard, was buying wine at the liquor store after work when he was suddenly approached by two plainclothes detectives who allegedly seized him and brutally attacked him as other customers looked on in shock, according to the notice of claim that he filed with the city.

Authorities said the white officers were undercover to investigate complaints of drug sales in the Cobble Hill neighborhood, right across the street from the liquor store.

One of the cops “successfully purchased crack cocaine” on the street and arrested the suspect, according to the NYPD. Then the officers saw a man “who matched the description” of the dealer’s associate: “wearing a white shirt and green shorts,” an NYPD spokesperson said.

Following the violent arrest, investigators found that the man had no connection to the drug sale or the dealer, according to the NYPD. He was charged with resisting arrest and received an appearance ticket.

From [HERE] A white Aurora police officer who shot and killed a 37-year-old Black man during a traffic stop last year was indicted on second-degree murder and manslaughter charges, court records show.

Matthew Neely, 54, shot and killed Rajon Belt-Stubblefield, 37, Aug. 30 near East 6th Avenue and Billings Street. The case was referred to a grand jury earlier this year.

Neely was placed on unpaid administrative leave, Gabby Easterwood, a spokesperson for the Aurora police department said Monday morning.

Belt-Stubblefield’s family has claimed Neely’s actions were unnecessary and unjustifiable. 

“He was unnecessarily, unjustifiably, and unconstitutionally executed right before his son’s face,” Ben Crump, an attorney representing Belt Stubblefield’s family said during a news conference last September.

At around 7:31 p.m., the situation began as a traffic stop and crash along East 6th Avenue near Sable Boulevard, according to an Aurora police news release.

Police said an Aurora police officer, while working a DUI task force, attempted to stop a vehicle before it struck a car driving eastbound on East 6th Avenue, crossed a median then struck another vehicle traveling westbound. No motorists sustained any injuries, police said.

Police said the officer, after the crash, ordered the driver to step out of his vehicle. After a few commands, the man exited the vehicle, ignored the officer's commands, then engaged in a physical altercation, according to the police.

A viral video shows the Black man clearly unarmed, walking towards the officer in a fighting stance. Then suddenly—POP. POP. POP.

From [HERE] Relevant and reliable numbers reveal that under and throughout de Blasio’s two mayoral terms the NYPD resumed its aggressive, starkly biased tactics. To the surprise of no one, police practices during the single term of de Blasio’s successor, Eric Adams, not just persisted in targeting New Yorkers of color, but expanded their discriminatory impact.

Sources for the aforementioned “relevant and reliable” numbers are undeniable. The Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS), a New York State agency, for example, collects arrest statistics for every local police department in our state including the NYPD which performs the informative service of breaking down its arrest data by race. For instance, you can find not only the total number of petty larceny arrests, the second most common arrest in our city, but also the numbers for the white, Black, Latino, and Asian New Yorkers arrested on that charge in a given year.

So what numbers has DCJS reported over the years? The majority of arrests in New York City are for misdemeanors, and every year 87.5 to 88.5% of those arrests involve New Yorkers of color. For some arrests, such as for fare evasion and driving with a suspended license, the percentage of New Yorkers of color reaches well more than 90%. Each year more than 50% of felony arrests involve Black New Yorkers even though Black New Yorkers now make up less than 25% of our city’s population.

n addition, there are the findings of the Police Reform Organizing Project’s (PROP) Court Monitoring Project, a kind of misnomer since its work actually involves assessing NYPD arrest practices. Everyone the police arrest in New York City gets arraigned shortly thereafter in the criminal courts operating in the city’s five boroughs.

Since 2014 PROP representatives have observed more than 12,000 arraignments focused on recording the race and charges for each defendant. Our findings during de Blasio’s years was that roughly 89% of NYPD arrests involved New Yorkers of color. During Adams’ term, it was approximately 91%. During Mayor Mamdani’s first six months in office we observed 875 arraignments, more than 92% involving people of color.

These numbers represent the disappointing reality that our progressive, socialist mayor has chosen to stand silently on the sidelines regarding NYPD practices. Meanwhile, the police commissioner, first appointed by Adams, Jessica Tisch, who shares the former mayor’s values and views, operates as head coach calling all the plays. She has continued, for example, quality of life enforcement strategies, also known as “broken windows” policing, infamous for arresting residents of inner city communities of color for minor offenses that have been virtually decriminalized in mainly white neighborhoods.

Another instance of Tisch’s Adams-like approach to her job involves the department’s gang database. During his campaign, Mamdani talked about abolishing the database which has been widely criticized as advancing racial discrimination, with 98% of the people listed in the document are New Yorkers of color, contributing to the high arrest rates of Black and Latino men. The NAACP Legal Defense Fund has reported that Mamdani has backpedaled from his commitment to eliminate it and has allowed Tisch to take the lead on the issue.

So the stark racial bias of NYPD arrest practices persists. For the poor New Yorkers of color targeted, the hardship involves not just the arrest and what may be a short-lived loss of liberty, it’s the other outcomes that result. Eli Northrup, a public defender for years, who’s now the Democrats’ nominee to represent Manhattan’s West Side in the state Assembly, described the devastating collateral consequences in an interview with an online news source: “I mean, people had their children taken away. People lost their jobs. People lost their housing. I had clients deported.” [MORE]

The report found police officers in Maryland killed 143 people between 2015 and 2023, and in that time period, no officers were convicted in any of those cases. 28% were unarmed

In general, elite whites are their bosses, their masters, and their major decision-makers. Whatever a Black person gets, and/or is allowed to keep, is the result of decisions made by elite whites. This is the functional meaning of White Supremacy (Racism) that many people — particularly Black people — prefer not to acknowledge. Dr. Bobby Wright explains, 'everywhere one finds Whites and Blacks living in close proximity to each other, whether it is Chicago or Zimbabwe, the whites are in control. Yet Blacks rarely question this extraordinary universal phenomenon which defies every known statistical law of probability.' In liberal jurisdictions, such as Gary Indiana, elite white liberals control and own all major resources (such as banks, local mainstream media, real estate, utilities and large corporate resources etc), anything of material value and generally make all the meaningful decisions in regards to Black residents. As such, elite whites are the direct or indirect masters of Black people in all areas of people activity. This necessarily includes controlling and directing the power of the local government, funding its elected officials campaign coffers and controlling “choices” presented to the votary.

There are no local governments in existence run by Black politicians on behalf of powerful Black elites, powerful Black corporations, powerful Black mainstream media or a powerful Black votary. It is fantasy for blacks to imagine that a black puppetician such as Muriel Bowser, the mayor of DC, is controlling D.C. on behalf of powerful Black interests who pull the strings behind the scenes or that powerful Black voters have concentrated their power into the white Mayor of Memphis and are really the ones calling the shots– especially when it is undisputed that those who own or control major real estate, industry, corporate businesses, banks, wealth and material resources are overwhelmingly elite whites.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is preparing to spend up to $20 million on electric shock gloves, an emerging technology already being deployed by police in public schools in Omaha, Nebraska. As of the 2023-2024 school year, Omaha Public Schools (OPS) has 80% “minority” enrollment, making it one of the most racially and ethnically varied districts in the state. [MORE] and [MORE]

ICE will equip officers with high-tech gloves capable of delivering electric shocks, according to documents published this week by the Department of Homeland Security. AP News first reported the plans.

These devices, dubbed G.L.O.V.E. (Generated Low Output Voltage Emitter), have already been deployed by law enforcement officials across the country. In May 2025, the city of Omaha, Nebraska, awarded the Omaha Police Department $65,924 for 40 units of the same electric shock gloves to be used in public schools, city documents show. 

“These gloves are being purchased for school resource officers as another use of force option with the goal of deescalating and preventing use of force situations,” according to correspondence from the police department to the city’s purchasing department.

‘The Green Revolution Failed Africa’ but it Made Bill Gates Richer and Increased Starvation

Twenty years ago, the Gates and Rockefeller foundations launched the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), promising agricultural transformation from improved seeds, synthetic fertilizers, mechanization and commercial markets.

These interventions, they said, would double crop yields and farmer incomes, and cut food insecurity in half in one of the world’s hungriest regions. To achieve these goals, they urged African governments to subsidize inputs, reform policies and court private investments.

Bill Gates became one of the idea’s leading promoters. He argued that the technologies behind the original Green Revolution — particularly “magic seeds” and the “magical innovation” of fertilizer — could lift millions of people out of poverty.

He described the approach as “creative capitalism” — using business incentives, corporate investment and government support to create new markets that raise farmer incomes and thereby reduce hunger.

Africa could avoid many of the problems of the earlier Green Revolution in Asia by pursuing what Gates called a “greener revolution,” one “guided by small-holder farmers, adapted to local circumstances and sustainable for the economy and the environment.”

Many African groups disagreed from the start, arguing that agroecological approaches would reduce hunger more by rebuilding soils, cutting farmers’ dependence on expensive inputs, diversifying crops and making farms more resilient to climate and economic shocks.

What does AGRA’s record show? 

Now, nearly 20 years of data are in, and AGRA’s results fall far short of its promises. They raise fundamental questions about AGRA, the Gates Foundation and their influence on African governments and institutions.

The AGRA effort drew more than $1.5 billion in donations (two-thirds from the Gates Foundation), as African governments spent an estimated $1 billion a year in subsidies for fertilizer and other inputs in AGRA’s target countries.

“The Green Revolution has failed Africa,” the Alliance for Food Sovereignty in Africa said in a new report. “Twenty years is long enough to judge the Green Revolution model by its results. The evidence does not justify another decade of the same priorities at greater scale.”

The report is based on an August working paper by Timothy A. Wise, senior research fellow at Tufts Global Development and Environment Institute, that reviews 18 years of United Nations and World Bank data from 2006 through 2024.

The analysis finds that across the 13 countries that were the focus of the AGRA effort, fertilizer use more than doubled and cultivated land expanded by 46% — yet yields for major staple foods increased by only 25%, far less than AGRA’s promised doubling.

Staple-crop yield growth was 1.2%, slightly slower than in the 12 years prior to AGRA, which saw 1.3% yield growth. It slowed even further in the most recent six years, to roughly 0.4% a year.

Over a thousand pages of internal university and U.S./Israeli military documents reveal a sweeping, decades-long program to sponsor military research collaborations with at least 30 U.S. universities, from Cornell to the University of California at San Diego, since at least 2009.

Projects are conducted in collaboration with the Israeli military and sometimes explicitly incorporate environmental conditions in Palestine into the work. One project designed fuel cells for “distributed sensor networks” tailored to the temperature and soil conditions of an Israeli border that could monitor “potential terrorist activity” for “border security.”
