/From [HERE] "I would say yeah, I think so, yeah,” Trump responded when O’Donnell asked if Maduro’s “days were numbered.” So much for “no new wars.” That was the campaign trail; there’s not much that any of us naive voters can do about it now is there? Time to buckle up, sit back, and enjoy three more unyielding years of the new neocon cinema.
Trump’s take on Venezuela was only part of a string of interventionist comments that the 47th president made during his short interview with O’Donnell. Trump praised Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, calling him a “very talented guy” who wasn’t being treated appropriately. Trump added that Netanyahu is under trial, something he characterized as “very unfair,” before noting Trump and the U.S. government would “be involved” in helping Netanyahu however they could.
That’s right. Netanyahu, a man responsible for overseeing one of the bloodiest campaigns of the modern era, is the one who is getting “very unfair” treatment. Trump made no mention of the Palestinian people or the nearly 70,000 human beings estimated to have died in the Gaza Strip since Netanyahu began his nonstop campaign of starvation and death after the Hamas attack that ruthlessly snuffed out the lives of 1,200.
It’s worth pointing out that one wrong does not make another wrong right. Both Hamas and Israel have blood on their hands, but our president has chosen to only wash clean the blights of one fighting group while consistently attacking the other. This has made the U.S. and all 350 million of its citizens complicit in a war that is not our own. And Trump’s rhetoric has squarely placed our country on the side of the Israelis, despite public opinion running counter. “If they don't behave, they're going to be taken out immediately,” Trump said of Hamas during his 60 Minutes interview. No such comments were uttered about Netanyahu or the state of Israel.
As Americans, our greatest battles lie here in the heartland, thousands of miles from Jerusalem, Tehran, the Gaza Strip, and the rest of the chaotic world out there. We, the people of America, have little interest spending our days debating the crimes against humanity perpetrated by Israel or Hamas or the ulterior motives of the mullahs and crown princes of the Muslim kingdoms. We have enough issues here, in Pennsylvania, Idaho, Missouri, and California. It is here, not in the Middle East, where Americans are struggling to afford rising grocery prices and unaffordable housing costs. These United States are where Trump and his administration’s aims should be focused, not between the Golan Heights and Tehran.
And yet when asked about such apparently trivial domestic issues by O’Donnell, Trump merely waved his hand and claimed that grocery prices, despite what our eyes and pocketbooks clearly tell us, are, in fact, falling; even if they aren’t, it is all President Biden’s fault. Nice. Nothing like a healthy dose of partisanship as the winter approaches. That’ll help the Walmart caste. Such is the MAGA that we have received: a shadow of the MAGA promised. A man who probably hasn’t visited a grocery store in decades, who has his run-around help do the shopping for him, lectures the rest of us about what reality in Middle America looks and feels like. And if you think I’m exaggerating the bleak outlook on the domestic front, look no further than essentially every major pollster not named Rasmussen, all of whom are suddenly finding Trump severely underwater on most issues, especially inflation and the economy.
In a CBS News/YouGov survey released Sunday that sampled 2,124 U.S. adults interviewed October 29–31, 2025, Trump posted personal record lows on the economy and inflation. On the economy, 62 percent of those surveyed disapprove of Trump’s handling of issues and 66 percent disapprove of his management of inflation. 51 percent of respondents said they felt “worse off” financially since Trump took office in January while only 18 percent responded that they felt “better off.”
During an appearance with the CNN host Jake Tapper on Sunday morning, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent did little to ward off those startling numbers from CBS. “There are sectors of the economy that are in recession,” Bessent said after admitting that the U.S. economy is “in a transition period.” Bessent argued that any worrisome data is the result of the Trump administration scaling back spending from the Biden years. But data from consumer-facing stocks finds large segments of the American economy down 20 percent on the year as only the hype behind AI companies continues to drive the Dow Jones Industrial Average into record. Mr. Trump’s refusals to enforce the congressional ban on TikTok, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the federal prohibition on extortion, the Anti-Deficiency Act, the Hatch Act, or the Leahy Amendments are some examples of his serial violations of law. Indeed, Mr. Trump has turned the United States into a police state in which any criticism of his stewardship of our liberties is treated and prosecuted as a felony.

Trump Repeats the Myth-Information that 25,000 American Lives Are Saved for Each Boat That’s Bombed [assuming the attacks actually occurred]

From [HERE] President Trump on Wednesday claimed that for every boat the US bombs in the waters of Latin America, 25,000 American lives are saved, a blatant lie he’s used to justify the US bombing campaign in the region and push toward a regime change war in Venezuela.
“Every boat that we hit kills, think of this, if it gets through, kills 25,000 Americans plus … every time we hit a boat, we save 25,000 American lives,” the president said at the American Business Forum in Miami, Florida.
Trump and his top officials have justified the strikes and the extra-judicial executions at sea by pointing to overdoses in the United States, which, according to CDC data, killed 80,391 Americans in 2024, a decrease of 26.9% from the 110,037 deaths estimated in 2023.
The majority of the overdose deaths, 48,422, were caused by fentanyl or other synthetic opioids. While Trump has previously claimed the strikes are targeting fentanyl, the Pentagon has told Congress that all of the boats it has hit were allegedly smuggling cocaine, though the Department of War has not provided any evidence, either to the public or to Congress, to back up its claims about what the vessels are carrying.
Another false claim pushed by the Trump administration to justify the bombing campaign is the idea that the boats being targeted in the Caribbean were attempting to bring drugs to the US, but a US official has told Drop Site News that many of the vessels that have been struck “do not even have the requisite gasoline or motor capacity to reach US waters.”
A report from The Washington Post cited officials from the US and other countries who said the route the US was targeting near Venezuela is mainly used to smuggle cocaine and marijuana to Trinidad and Tobago, and from there, cocaine is shipped to Europe and West Africa.
Since the US began the bombing campaign in early September, it has blown up 17 boats, including nine in the Caribbean and eight in the Eastern Pacific Ocean, and has killed 66 people. The US has also continued its military buildup in the Caribbean, and according to The New York Times, Trump is considering several options for launching a war with Venezuela. [MORE]
Senate Votes Down Resolution to Block Trump from Starting a War With Venezuela

The resolution, led by Senators Tim Kaine (D-VA), Rand Paul (R-KY), and Adam Schiff (D-CA), failed to pass the chamber by a vote of 49-51, with just two Republicans, Paul and Lisa Murkowski (AK), supporting the bill.
Ahead of the vote, Trump administration officials were telling lawmakers that they currently didn’t have plans to bomb Venezuela, part of a strategy to discourage Republicans from supporting the War Powers Resolution. According to CNN, during the briefings, Trump officials still didn’t rule out potential future military action.
The Trump officials also said they currently lacked a legal justification to launch strikes on land in Venezuela, but a US official told CNN that the administration is seeking one from the Justice Department and doesn’t plan to ask Congress for authorization, a clear violation of the Constitution, which requires congressional approval for the Executive to launch a war.
President Trump has sent mixed messages on the potential for a war with Venezuela, and according to The Wall Street Journal, he has expressed reservations over the idea of launching strikes on the country. But the massive US military buildup in the Caribbean continues as a US aircraft carrier and its strike group are on their way to the region, and the administration has continued its illegal bombing campaign against alleged drug-running boats.
The New York Times reported on Tuesday that President Trump is considering potential major escalations that could lead to a full-blown war with Venezuela. They include bombing military targets inside the country, sending special operations forces to kill or capture Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, or sending a much larger force to capture airfields and oil infrastructure. Not that any of that matters in the least as this Yankee outlet tells us that “Venezuela’s supersonic anti-ship missiles are a real threat to American warships” while this report sings the praises of Maduro’s 5,000 Russian Igla-S surface to air missiles and the New York Times tells us that Trump, Bay of Pigs style, has an entire armada lurking off Venezuela’s coast in the “Global South” client state of Trinidad & Tobago (which lies within spitting distance of the Venezuelan coast) whilst also infiltrating an entire legion of CIA Special Forces terrorists into Venezuela to stir the pot. And into neighbouring Colombia as well as their President, who is now on Trump’s hit list, had the temerity to object to Trump’s Venezuelan criminality.
Not that the Yanks act alone as this report on America’s joint naval drills with mighty Trinidad & Tobago and this other excellent RT piece on Norway granting some war mongering Venezuelan nobody their Nobel Peace Prize shows, as does the recent elevation to sainthood of some Venezuelan medic which led to ungodly fist fights in the Vatican.

Human rights lawyers say the detainees include at least two civilians: a nurse abducted while still in his hospital scrubs and a young food vendor, both held for months without charge or trial. The men are represented by the Public Committee Against Torture in Israel (PCATI), whose lawyers say their clients endured severe abuse consistent with previously documented torture in Israeli prisons.
The detainees were transferred in January to the Rakefet complex, a subterranean prison near Ramla originally opened in the 1980s for "dangerous criminal offenders" but shuttered a few years later for being unfit for human confinement. Far-right Police Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir ordered its reopening following October 7, 2023.
All parts of the prison, the cells, a small exercise space, and even the meeting room for lawyers, are underground, meaning that detainees live entirely without natural light. Federal Court Restricts ICE use of force in Chicago
/US District Judge Sara Ellis on Friday ordered federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to limit use force, prohibiting riot-control weapons against journalists or protestors except under specific and narrow conditions. The preliminary injunction is the latest in an ongoing court battle that started with a class action suit alleging First Amendment violations, filed on October 6.
Under the terms of the latest order, ICE may only use force after giving at least two clear auditory warnings of a lawful crowd dispersal order, with time to comply. The order makes exceptions if the rapid use of force is necessary due to “exigent circumstances” (emergencies with a compelling need for immediate action).
The order came after Judge Ellis reviewed hundreds of hours of video footage of ICE activity in Chicago, stating that “the use of force shocks the conscience… The [Trump administration] would have people believe that the Chicagoland area is in a vice hold of violence, ransacked by rioters and attacked by agitators. That simply is untrue.”
She found that US Border Patrol Commander Gregory Bovino “admitted that he lied about whether a rock hit him before he deployed tear gas in Little Village.”
The preliminary injunction refers specifically to less-lethal shotguns, 40 mm Munitions Launchers, tear gas, chokeholds, and carotid restraints, among other weapons and uses of force. Judge Ellis also ordered all Federal agents in “Operation Midway Blitz” to wear visible and unique identification in at least two places on their uniforms. Agents must also wear and activate body cameras while engaged in enforcement activity.
During the hearing, Judge Ellis asked witnesses about how their experiences affected them, especially if the witnesses were reluctant to exercise their First Amendment rights. Leslie Cortez, a youth organizer in the Chicago suburb of Cicero, told Ellis, “I get really nervous because it just feels like I’m not safe. And I question my safety when I go out.” [MORE]

AI Drones Used in Gaza Now Surveilling Most Large American Cities (places primarily controlled by elite liberals)
/From [HERE] AI-powered quadcopter drones used by the IDF to commit genocide in Gaza are flying over American cities, surveilling protestors and automatically uploading millions of images to an evidence database.
The drones are made by a company called Skydio which in the last few years has gone from relative obscurity to quietly become a multi-billion dollar company and the largest drone manufacturer in the US.
The extent of Skydio drone usage across the US, and the extent to which their usage has grown in just a few years, is extraordinary. The company has contracts with more than 800 law enforcement and security agencies across the country, up from 320 in March last year, and their drones are being launched hundreds of times a day to monitor people in towns and cities across the country.
Skydio has extensive links with Israel. In the first weeks of the genocide the California-based company sent more than one hundred drones to the IDF with promises of more to come. How many more were delivered since that admission is unknown. Skydio has an office in Israel and partners with DefenceSync, a local military drone contractor operating as the middle man between drone manufacturers and the IDF. Skydio has also raised hundreds of millions of dollars from Israeli-American venture capitalists and from venture capital funds with extensive investments in Israel, including from Marc Andreessen’s firm Andreessen Horowitz, or a16z.
And now these drones, tested in genocide and refined on Palestinians, are swarming American cities.
According to my research, almost every large American city has signed a contract with Skydio in the last 18 months, including Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Diego, Cleveland and Jacksonville. Alabama Execution Witnesses Report Confirms Authorities Tortured Black Man Before Murdering Him: Nitrogen Gas Caused Anthony Boyd to Violently Thrash, Suffocate - Took More Than 225 “Agonized Breaths”

From [HERE] On October 23, 2025, Alabama executed Anthony Boyd, despite his unwavering claim of innocence and a fiery dissent authored by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, renewing the serious concerns that have been consistently raised about the state’s use of nitrogen gas. Justice Sotomayor, joined by Justices Kagan and Jackson, dissented from the Court’s October 23, 2025, denial of a stay of execution, writing that Alabama’s use of nitrogen gas “violates the Constitution by inflicting unnecessary suffering[.]” Justice Sotomayor noted seven people have been executed by nitrogen gas since the January 2024 execution of Kenneth Smith, and argued that the Court should have prevented Mr. Boyd from becoming the eighth.
“Boyd asks for the barest form of mercy: to die by firing squad, which would kill him in seconds, rather than by torturous suffocation lasting up to four minutes. The Constitution would grant him that grace. My colleagues do not. The Court thus turns its back on Boyd and on the Eighth Amendment’s guarantee against cruel and unusual punishment.”

In the Court’s dissent, Justice Sotomayor noted that Mr. Boyd would remain conscious for “up to seven full minutes of [] excruciating suffocation,” during which he would experience “intense psychological torment” while suffocating against the primal instinct to breathe. In fact, Mr. Boyd was conscious for more than twice that amount of time. Justice Sotomayor wrote that use of this method would amount to “superadded psychological torment” that “goes well beyond what is inherent in any constitutional method of execution.” Justice Sotomayor said the problems present in each of the state’s previous nitrogen gas executions — where each individual exhibited continued consciousness and intense shaking and thrashing — raised enough concern to question the constitutionality of nitrogen gas executions.
According to media witnesses, Mr. Boyd’s execution was the longest nitrogen gas execution thus far, taking nearly 40 minutes for Mr. Boyd’s time of death to be announced. Journalist Lee Hedgepeth, who has witnessed several nitrogen gas executions, took a detailed account of Mr. Boyd’s execution. At 5:50pm, correctional officers opened the curtains to the execution chamber, and Mr. Boyd spoke his last words.
“I didn’t kill anybody. I didn’t participate in killing anybody,” he said. “There is no justice in this state. It’s all political. It’s revenge motivated. It’s not about closure, because closure comes from within, not with an execution. There will be no justice in this state until we change this system. I want all my people to keep fighting. Let’s get it.”

Two minutes later, at 5:57, media witnesses reported that Mr. Boyd began to “violently react, thrashing against his restraints.” According to Mr. Hedgepeth, Mr. Boyd’s eyes rolled back, and he continued to convulse, lifting his legs from the gurney. By 6:00, Mr. Boyd’s movement steadied, but he “began a series of deep, agonized breaths that lasted for more than 15 minutes, each break shuddering Boyd’s restrained head and neck.” According to Mr. Hedgepeth’s account, Mr. Boyd gasped more than 225 times. From [HERE] A jury ordered the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department to pay $6.5 million in damages to the family of a man shot and killed by officers during Black Lives Matter protests in 2020, court records showed.
Jorge Gomez, then 25, was legally armed when four LVMPD officers shot and killed him during a protest on June 1, 2020, according to police.
Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson declined to file criminal charges against the four officers involved. Gomez’s family later filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the four officers and LVMPD.
On Monday, which marked day 10 of the trial, after deliberations, a jury awarded $6.5 million in damages to Gomez’s family.
On June 1, 2020, during the demonstrations, officers approached Gomez, one minute after reports that an officer was injured in another shooting in front of the Circus Circus Hotel and Casino on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip. Gomez was not involved in that shooting and was walking in front of the federal courthouse, according to a legal analysis by Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson.
Gomez’s family’s attorney had argued that the surveillance video, released during a public fact-finding review, contradicts Metro’s account because it shows Gomez was not pointing his gun at officers while he was running away.
Gomez’s family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the four officers, resulting in the trial.

From [HERE] The mother of a Latino man left “irreparably damaged” when he was hit and dragged by a car last December filed a lawsuit Tuesday against West Valley City (Utah) police, alleging an officer shocked her son with a Taser, then ordered him to stay still on the dark street before impact.
The complaint argues that officers needlessly endangered Atonio Sivatia and states that it will cost more than $20 million to pay for the 24/7 care that he will now need for the rest of his life.
In a text message Tuesday, West Valley City police spokesperson Roxanne Vainuku stated: “We are aware of a lawsuit filed in this case and will begin the process of reviewing it.”
‘Do not move’
Sivatia, now 22, was struck shortly after someone called police early Dec. 6, 2020, to report a man yelling and pounding on the walls of an apartment complex near 4000 South and Redwood Road, the complaint states. West Valley City officer Ammon Fox arrived to find Sivatia, who had broken out a window at the complex. A witness later told police that Sivatia had tried to take his car.
Attorney Robert Sykes, who is representing Sivatia’s mother, said at a Tuesday news conference that Sivatia thought the car in question was an Uber that he had requested.
When Sivatia saw Fox, Sivatia ran toward Redwood Road — a major, seven-lane thoroughfare — and Fox chased after him, firing his Taser, the complaint states. The prongs hit Sivatia from behind as he was crossing the road. Stunned, he fell on his back.
According to a police report, officers thought Sivatia was suicidal and intentionally trying to get hit by cars, but Sykes said that was not true. Sivatia’s mother noted that he had been drinking at a friend’s house that night, but said he was not a regular drinker.
After Sivatia fell down, he told Fox, “I’m sorry,” the complaint states. Fox then told Sivatia to stay in the road, the complaint alleges.
“I’ve got traffic stopped, subject is down,” Fox can be heard saying on body camera footage that Sykes released Tuesday. But cars continue to drive by the scene as Fox speaks into his radio, the footage shows.
“Fox could have easily, at any time, directed Atonio to move onto the shoulder of the road,” the complaint argues. “Fox was aware of the grave danger because he could see multiple vehicles coming toward the point where Atonio lay, some of them barely missing Atonio.”
In the continued footage, Fox can be heard telling Sivatia, “Do not move or I will hit you again.” When Fox instructs Sivatia to keep his hands still, Sivatia replies, “Yes, sir.”
The complaint states another officer, James Williams, arrived shortly after, then conferred with Fox about arresting Sivatia.
As Williams walked toward Sivatia, a white sedan that had briefly stopped suddenly moved forward, trapping Sivatia underneath the car, then dragging him about 15 feet before the vehicle got stuck on Sivatia’s body, the complaint states. The car also hit Fox. Police reports state that the officer was “bruised but otherwise uninjured.”
The driver told police she was a nurse and performed CPR on Sivatia before medics arrived. She told officers she had been drinking. She wasn’t cited that night but was charged months later with a third-degree felony count of DUI. Charging documents state her blood alcohol content was 0.14, nearly three times the legal limit in Utah.
Sivatia survived but suffered a traumatic brain injury and can no longer walk, speak, hear or move, the complaint states.
The complaint argues that any reasonable officer would have “known with certainty that compelling a suspect, like Atonio, to lie on his back in a lane of highspeed traffic on Redwood Road at midnight would subject that suspect to a very high risk of catastrophic injury.”
According to the complaint, West Valley City Police Department policy bars officers from using a Taser on someone if they could be hurt after they are stunned and immobilized. It notes that officers are trained not to use a Taser for minor offenses and are taught to use their patrol cars to prevent traffic from hitting someone who may be in a roadway.
The complaint accuses Fox of federal excessive force violations for chasing Sivatia “recklessly, deliberately, and needlessly ... onto a busy, dark highway,” then using a Taser on him.
It also alleges that Fox and Williams infringed on Sivatia’s rights as a Utah citizen, including his rights against illegal search and seizure, excessive force and denial of due process.
“Had there been proper training,” the complaint alleges, “Atonio never would have been Tased on a busy roadway, and Williams or some other Officer would have blocked the southbound number 1 lane of traffic where Atonio was laying.”
The complaint seeks an unspecified amount of money for various damages, as well as legal fees.
“These consequences and damages will continue for the rest of Atonio’s life,” the complaint argues. “This includes life-long medical care, more surgeries, life-long assisted living care, and life-long loss of meaningful relationships with family and friends.”
