White Kentucky Supreme Court Judge Runs Racist Commercial Vilifying Black Men

From [HERE] It's appalling that a justice on Kentucky's Supreme Court would resort to inflaming the basest racial fears and prejudice. But that is what Will T. Scott is doing — for the second election in a row.

The Judicial Campaign Conduct Committee has said a Scott commercial is false and misleading and appears to be "designed to appeal to racial prejudice." The ad repeatedly juxtaposes images of black convicted criminals with those of pregnant white women, even though the women have no connection to the cases mentioned in the ad.

Scott's ad, accusing his challenger, Appeals Court Judge Janet Stumbo, of siding with "criminals 59 percent of the time" when she was on the Supreme Court, "misrepresents the role of a judge or justice, which is to base decisions on the law and not take sides," the committee said. Also, the statistic cited by Scott excludes many cases in which Stumbo ruled. The committee also found that a newspaper ad by Scott about a fetal homicide ruling was false and misleading.

Israel's Trickle Down Policy to Get Rid of Unwanted Black Africans

In photo, an African migrant holds a free meal in Tel Aviv, Israel on Aug. 30. From [HERE] Measures taken by Israel to stem a flow of illegal African migrants coming across its desert border with Egypt have had a dramatic effect in recent months, reducing the influx of newcomers to a trickle, according to recent government figures and Israeli groups aiding the Africans.

The turnaround — after years of steadily swelling numbers of migrants whose presence had unsettled many Israelis — was hailed this week as a “success story” by a spokesman for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. However, advocates for the migrants accuse Israel of violating international law by turning back asylum seekers at its border without checking their refugee claims.

In a joint statement this week with Human Rights Watch, two aid groups said that the Israeli army has been blocking migrants at the frontier, in some cases pushing them back into Egypt, where the groups say the migrants are at risk of prolonged detention by the authorities, abuse by Bedouin traffickers and forcible return to their country of origin. The Israeli army said in a statement that it was acting to “prevent illegal infiltration” in accordance with “directives from the political echelon.”

The arrival of the Africans — some 60,000 have come to Israel since 2005, mostly from Eritrea and Sudan — provoked a violent backlash in Israel and posed a challenge to the government, which struggled to contain the influx, described by Netanyahu as a potential threat to Israel’s character as a Jewish state.

Black Man Wrongfully Convicted of Murder based on Coerced Confession, Fabricated Evidence to Sue LAPD after Serving 19 Years in Prison

In photo, Harold Hall, was freed after 19 years in prison for murders he did not commit. A court ruled Monday that he will be able to sue the Los Angeles Police Department over allegedly coercing his confession. From [HERE] “Some might call Harold Hall an unlucky fellow” (and some may simply acknowledge that Black people should not expect justice in the courtroom while the operating system of white supremacy is in place). With those words, the 9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals begins its opinion determining whether Hall may sue the City of Los Angeles and two police detectives who supposedly fabricated evidence and forced his confession — resulting in his imprisonment for 19 years. The facts here are beyond belief.

Harold Hall, 18, witnessed a drive-by shooting at 54th Street in Los Angeles (the 54th Street Shooting). The police persuaded Hall, who had no gang affiliation, to testify in the 54th Street murder case. The State needed Hall to identify triggerman “Ace Capone,” an infamous member of the Bloods gang. Long story short, Hall testified and Ace went to prison. Of course, Hall's life became in jeopardy and he had police protection for years. In fact, he developed a warm relationship with detective Dufort

Meanwhile, someone murdered Nola Duncan and David Rainey, (the Duncan-Rainey Murders). Hall lived near the crime scene, so he and other curious neighbors watched the crime scene investigation. That was his only connection to the crime. The police had reason to believe that someone else, one Art Powell, committed the crime, but consistent with Hall's bad luck (Blackness), the police did not investigate Powell.

Battleground snapshot, 8 days out - Expect Racism from White People Everyday

From Kos The latest numbers, from TPM's polling composites: Compared to last Wednesday, President Barack Obama has retaken the lead in Colorado and Virginia. Florida remains the flip of a GOTV operation, and North Carolina remains Mitt Romney's best bet. The official composite includes all the crap GOP pollsters, like Rasmussen et al. [MORE]

(in photo, Romney “baseball caps” are made in China [MORE])  By the hour liberals are checking the internet for the latest poll numbers or for the latest story that they predict/hope will topple Mittens and his White Party; only to be disappointed. No matter how inadequate he may be revealed to be, no statements, actions, video or anything else from the White Party customer base will change the minds of the selectorate. Many white people do not want a Black president.

Millions of Non-white people should understand this beacuse many of them wake up everyday hoping that white people will treat them as their equals. For the sake of your own mental health - please expect racism from all white people, every single day. If they are not racist, then be pleasantly surprised. Bear this in mind when dealing with police, election officials, teachers, loan officers, while shopping etc. Plan accordingly  - only then is change even possible. No amount of correct information to whites, moral suasion to whites or significant protest or singing will change white supremacy and the practice of racism.

Racism a a behavioral system for the survival of White people. Whites are overwhelmingly outnumbered on this planet which is 90% non-white (and steadily shrinking through assimilation with non-whites). This small collection of genetically recessive Whites are in fear of losing their domination over non-whites, all over the globe.

Racism infects Israeli society: Arab and African Israeli's (Non-Whites) Not Wanted

In photo, an Israeli protester speaks on a mega phone during a demonstration against African immigrants living in Israel, in the Mediterranean coastal city of Tel Aviv, on October 28, 2012. From [HERE] It’s no secret that Israel discriminates against its unwanted Arab-Israeli population. Indeed, Israel’s Foreign Minister, Avigdor Lieberman, once proposed stripping Arab-Israelis of their citizenship unless they swore allegiance to the Jewish state and, as we learned from the Palestinian papers leaked by Al Jazeera, Israel’s former foreign minister, Tzipi Livni, was all for annexing Arab-Israeli villages to a future Palestinian state.

A new poll conducted by Dialog shows that the majority of Jewish Israelis are in accord with their government’s racist leanings. Some 59 per cent of those polled said Jews should be given preference within the civil service; 49 per cent thought the state should ensure Jews receive a better treatment than Arabs and 42 per cent admitted that they would not want to live in the same apartment building as Arab-Israelis or send their children to schools with Arab pupils.

Most shocking is the view of 58 per cent who believe apartheid is already in effect, separating Israel’s Jewish and Arab citizens. For instance, Arabs are disproportionately represented in the Knesset and are locally governed by “municipalities of the minorities”.

White Man who Brutally Attacked Sikh cab driver Charged with Hate Crime in Auburn

From [HERE] A Federal Way man accused of viciously beating a Sikh cab driver while shouting anti-Muslim slurs now faces a hate crime charge. King County prosecutors contend Jamie W. Larson attacked the cab driver during an Oct. 17 ride after commenting on the man’s turban.  According to charging documents, Larson, 48, tore out chunks of the man’s beard during the assault, which also loosened one of the driver’s teeth.

“Two witnesses saw the attack which was described as savage, and the defendant continued his tirade after officers arrived,” Deputy Prosecutor Gretchen Holmgren told the court, noting that the cab driver was taken to a hospital following the 4:30 p.m. attack. The afternoon attack came after Auburn police called a cab to pick up Larson, who was apparently too intoxicated to drive or walk.

According to charging documents, the STITA Taxi driver arrived at the Auburn police station to retrieve Larson. During the drive to Larson’s Federal Way home, Larson began questioning the driver about his turban.

Larson then attacked the driver while making anti-Muslim comments, a Federal Way detective told the court. The driver was able to stop the car in the 1200 block of Southwest 301st Street, where police found him injured and Larson attempting to return to the parked taxi. During the attack, Larson pulled out parts of the driver’s beard and punched him repeatedly, according to charging documents. Police report the attack left the driver dazed and with a loose tooth.

Don’t Tell Anyone, but the Stimulus Worked

On the most basic level, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act is responsible for saving and creating 2.5 million jobs. The majority of economists agree that it helped the economy grow by as much as 3.8 percent, and kept the unemployment rate from reaching 12 percent.

The stimulus is the reason, in fact, that most Americans are better off than they were four years ago, when the economy was in serious danger of shutting down.

But the stimulus did far more than stimulate: it protected the most vulnerable from the recession’s heavy winds. Of the act’s $840 billion final cost, $1.5 billion went to rent subsidies and emergency housing that kept 1.2 million people under roofs. (That’s why the recession didn’t produce rampant homelessness.) It increased spending on food stamps, unemployment benefits and Medicaid, keeping at least seven million Americans from falling below the poverty line.

And as Mr. Grunwald shows, it made crucial investments in neglected economic sectors that are likely to pay off for decades. It jump-started the switch to electronic medical records, which will largely end the use of paper records by 2015. It poured more than $1 billion into comparative-effectiveness research on pharmaceuticals. It extended broadband Internet to thousands of rural communities. And it spent $90 billion on a huge variety of wind, solar and other clean energy projects that revived the industry. Republicans, of course, only want to talk about Solyndra, but most of the green investments have been quite successful, and renewable power output has doubled.

Americans don’t know most of this, and not just because Mitt Romney and his party denigrate the law as a boondoggle every five minutes. Democrats, so battered by the transformation of “stimulus” into a synonym for waste and fraud (of which there was little), have stopped using the word. Only four speakers at the Democratic convention even mentioned the recovery act, none using the word stimulus.

Mr. Obama himself didn’t bring it up at all. One of the biggest accomplishments of his first term — a clear illustration of the beneficial use of government power, in a law 50 percent larger (in constant dollars) than the original New Deal — and its author doesn’t even mention it in his most widely heard re-election speech. Such is the power of Republican misinformation, and Democratic timidity.

White Judge: "How Mandatory Minimums Forced Me to Send More Than 1,000 Nonviolent Drug Offenders to Federal Prison"

From [HERE] Growing up in blue collar Circle Pines, Minnesota, in the 1950s, raised by parents from the “Greatest Generation,” I dreamed only of becoming a civil rights lawyer. My passion for justice was hard-wired into my DNA. Never could I have imagined that by the end of my 50s, after nineteen years as one of 678 federal district court judges in the nation, I would have sent 1,092 of my fellow citizens to federal prison for mandatory minimum sentences ranging from sixty months to life without the possibility of release. The majority of these women, men and young adults are nonviolent drug addicts. Methamphetamine is their drug of choice. Crack cocaine is a distant second. Drug kingpins? Oh yes, I’ve sentenced them, too. But I can count them on one hand. While I’m extremely proud of my father’s service in World War II, I am greatly conflicted about my role in the “war on drugs.”

Black Man Exonerated after Serving 2 Years in Prison: Bad eyewitness ID + Incompetent Police + Prosecutor Misconduct = Racist Trial

From [HERE] and [HEREThe felony assault conviction of a Black man was reversed on Friday after a special investigation by the Brooklyn district attorney’s office revealed he was the victim of mistaken eyewitness testimony and innocent of the crime for which he had already served two years in prison. "I feel like somebody else," said Lawrence Williams, 36, who two years ago was slapped with a 10-year sentence for assault and has fought for exoneration ever since. "It's like an out of body experience for me to be free."

Williams was locked up at Rikers for three months as he awaited trial for the 2008 stickup over a gold chain. He then spent 26 months in an upstate prison. Private investigators managed to locate the real gunman, whose DNA matched a tee-shirt found at the scene.

The man, Taevon Hutchinson, confessed to the crime to private investigators in February 2012, then confirmed the confession to a police detective over the phone. But his current whereabouts are unknown. It's unclear whether he’ll be prosecuted for the shooting, sources said. Complicating matters, despite the exoneration, court papers say the victim "remains adamant" that he correctly fingered Williams.

Williams always claimed he was at his Staten Island home with his wife when the shooting took place inside a Coney Island tenement. Nobody seems to know how Williams became a suspect.

"Don't Re-Nig in 2012": White Party (GOP) Split on its “winning message of racism” and its "more nuanced position on rape.”

From [HERE] With less than two weeks to go until Election Day, there is a deep divide among Republican leaders over whether to emphasize misogyny or racism as the campaign’s closing theme.

In one camp is the Indiana Senate candidate Richard Mourdock, who says that his view that God is sometimes O.K. with rape is “gaining real traction with a key demographic: men who don’t like women very much.”

“I can’t tell you how many misogynists have come up to me at my rallies and said, ‘Thank you for saying what you said,’ ” he told reporters today. “I think they’re like, finally, someone’s taking a more nuanced position on rape.”

But in the other camp is the former New Hampshire governor John Sununu, who worries that the Republican Party’s emphasis on misogyny is threatening to drown out its “winning message of racism.”

“I understand the appeal of Mourdock’s anti-woman theme, but I worry that it’s going to overshadow our core value of racism, which is still our best shot at winning this thing,” he said. “In politics, you’ve got to dance with the one who brung you.”

Hoping to heal a possible rift with so little time left until Election Day, the R.N.C. chairman Reince Priebus said today that there is room for both views in today’s Republican Party: “Our ‘big tent’ message to voters should be this: come for the misogyny, stay for the racism.”

U.S. sues Mississippi officials over student arrests: "Police Department acts as taxi service" taking Black Youth from School to Prison

From [HERE] The U.S. Justice Department sued Mississippi state and local officials on Wednesday over what it called a "school-to-prison pipeline" that violates the rights of children, especially black and disabled youths.

The suit alleges that police officers in Meridian, Mississippi, routinely arrested students who were suspended from school, even when they had no probable cause to believe the students had committed a crime.

"We found that children have been incarcerated for being suspended from school for things like dress code violations or talking back to teachers," said Roy Austin, a senior civil rights official in the Justice Department.

The police department acted as little more than a "taxi service" between schools and a juvenile detention center 80 miles away, where students did not have access to lawyers or counselors, the suit says. The government brought the suit under a 1994 federal law that bans a pattern or practice that deprives people of their rights.

White Supremacy Superstar John Sununu’s History of Racial Remarks About Obama

From [HERE] On Thursday, Romney campaign co-chair advanced the theory that Gen. Colin Powell endorsed President Obama because he’s black. But this isn’t the first time Sununu or even Mitt Romney’s campaign have introduced Obama’s race into the election. The former New Hampshire governor has repeatedly suggested that Obama or his policies are “foreign,” European, and something less than American. Here are some of his greatest hits:

– Obama is foreign. Obama doesn’t understand the “American system” because “he spent his early years in Hawaii smoking something, spent the next set of years in Indonesia, another set of years in Indonesia, and, frankly, when he came to the U.S. he worked as a community organizer, which is a socialized structure.” [Fox News, 7/17/2012]

– Obama doesn’t know how to be an American. During a conference call, Sununu claimed, “The men and women all over America who have worked hard to build these businesses, their businesses, from the ground up is how our economy became the envy of the world. It is the American way. And I wish this president would learn how to be an American.” [Conference call, 7/17/2012]

– Obama is a lazy idiot. Sununu described Obama’s debate performance as “babbling,” “lazy,” and “disengaged,” and dismissed the possibility that he could do better in the future. “When you’re not that bright you can’t get better prepared.” [Fox News, 10/4/2012]

– Obama has no class, just wants to be cool. “That moment of using the B.S. word was kind of a self-defining moment for the president,” he told Sean Hannity. “No class, wants to be cool. Sacrifices the dignity of the presidency for appearing cool to a magazine that works for some of his base.” [Fox News, 10/25/2012]

Romney has never publicly rebuked Sununu’s racial remarks, though Sununu has previously issued retractions of some of his statements. With just 11 days before Election Day, he remains the campaign’s most prominent spokesperson and is even attacking Obama for dividing Americans along racial lines. During an appearance on Fox News on Thursday he complained that Obama has instituted “class warfare,” adding, “This guy has tried to create some racial divides.”

More "Post-Racial" White People Pretending to Be in Peril: "white chick" files suit over biscuits/customer service at McDonalds

From [HERE] In this edition of “Post-Racial White People Pretending To Be In Peril,” a White woman in Missouri has filed suit against the owner of a McDonald’s in St. Ann and employees of that franchise for what she describes as discrimination---all over a biscuit.

According to Courthouse News Service, Amber Gilleylen alleges that on November 30, 2011, she complained to Mickey D’s employee Tonya Wesley about her food and was met with the clap back. In her formal complaint, Gilleylen claims: "Tonya Wesley abusively yelled to the entire restaurant in a loud voice that 'the White chick has a problem with her biscuits.’”

Heavens no, she was called “the White chick” in a town with a population of 13,000---67 percent of which is White versus the 22 percent who are Black. How did she ever get through that day? Is your heart aching for Amber yet? Hold on to your nerves, it gets worse.

If Election 2012 was a sandwich Mittens would be the white bread: Obama trailing 60% to 37% Among White Voters

In video Neely Fuller Jr. on Obama and Illusions. "The Bait is for everybody."  From [HERE] Obama won in 2008 in part by raising his support among minority voters — and boosting the percentage of minorities who voted. But it also came by outperforming past Democratic candidates among whites.

In capturing 43 percent of the white vote for president, Obama performed better than any Democrat since Bill Clinton, who won 43 percent in a three-way split in 1996. Clinton’s effort had represented the best effort for a Democrat among white voters in two decades.

Those gains appear likely to be erased this year.

In a rapidly diversifying country, the percentage of the nation’s population that is white drops 2 percent every four years, said David Bositis, a senior research associate at the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies. And even among white voters, Republicans perform best among older voters, who will age out of the voting rolls in coming years. Without improving tallies with minorities, Bositis said, “I think this will be the peak for Republicans.” “The formula they have right now is a long-term loser,” he said.

Condi Rice Pours Cold Water on ‘Benghazi-Gate’

From [HERE] Former Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice broke with the majority of her party last night on Fox News, as she tried to hit the brakes on the right wing’s politicization of the recent attack in Libya.

Host Greta Van Susteren asked Rice directly and repeatedly about a set of emails uncovered by Reuters. In what has been dubbed “Benghazi-Gate,” the conservative media has jumped on the emails as definitive proof that the Obama administration has been lying about what it knew and when in the aftermath of the Sept. 11 attack on a diplomatic mission in Benghazi. Rice’s response was likely not what Van Susteren expected:

RICE: But when things are unfolding very, very quickly, it’s not always easy to know what is really going on on the ground. And to my mind, the really important questions here are about how information was collected. Did the various agencies really coordinate and share intelligence in the way that we had hoped, with the reforms that were made after 9/11?

So there’s a big picture to be examined here. But we don’t have all of the pieces, and I think it’s easy to try and jump to conclusions about what might have happened here. It’s probably better to let the relevant bodies do their work.

How many Blacks & Latinos in Florida will be disenfranchised by the White Party's (GOP) war on voting? Enough to swing the election

From [HERE] You might think being responsible for arguably the worst election debacle in American history, in 2000, would have spurred Florida’s politicians to make the state the nation’s model for excellence in election administration. But in the past few years state Republicans, from Gov. Rick Scott on down, have worked tirelessly to come up with ways to limit the number of voters — overwhelmingly, Democratic voters – able to cast ballots on Nov. 6. And, with President Obama and Mitt Romney effectively tied for the state’s crucial 29 electoral votes, these restrictions could end up determining who wins the presidency. In 2000, the contest came down to 537 votes; the number of people who may already have been left out of the process or will be by election day dwarfs that number many times over.

In 2011, Republican Gov. Rick Scott and a compliant GOP-dominated state Legislature passed a law limiting early voting to a maximum of 96 hours over eight days. One effect of this was to eliminate early voting the Sunday before the election Why is that significant? African-American churches, it is well known, have made a tradition of going as a congregation to early voting sites to vote on that day.  In 2008, early voting lasted a total of 120 hours over 14 days and African-Americans utilized it in huge numbers: 54 percent of Florida’s black voters, overwhelmingly Obama supporters, voted early — twice the rate of white voters — and Obama won Florida.

A clue to Republican thinking was provided by a state senator, Michael Bennett, who made this argument in support of the early-voting law:  “We all want everybody to vote. But we want an informed voter … Voting is a privilege. How easy should it be? … Why would we make it any easier? I want ’em to fight for it. I want ’em to know what it’s like. I want them to go down there, and have to walk across town to go over and vote.”

Bleached, Whitewashed Media Dreaming of a White Presidency: 93% of Front-Page Election News Stories are Written by White Reporters

Dreaming of a white president [HERE] From [HERE] The latest infographic from 4th Estate shows that over 93% of front page print articles, covering the 2012 Presidential Election, were written by white reporters. The percentage of articles written by Asian American reporters is 3.3%, by black reporters is 2.9%, and Latino reporters is 0.7%.

The Dallas Morning News stands out as an exception where 18.8% of their front page stories were written by black reporters, according to 4th Estate. At three percent (3%), The New York Times has the highest percentage of front page stories written by Latinos. The Boston Globe had the highest percentage of front page articles written by Asian Americans at 11.5%. "The most striking under-representation of minorities in our data is that of Hispanic journalists, considering the Hispanic population stands at approximately 16.3% of the U.S. population (according to the 2010 Census)," the 4th Estate study noted.

“Romnography” for Dummies: Where’s the Persian Gulf? Epic Fail

From [HERE] “Syria is Iran’s only ally in the Arab world. It’s their route to the sea. It’s the route for them to arm Hezbollah in Lebanon, which threatens, of course, our ally, Israel. And so seeing Syria remove Assad is a very high priority for us” (Mitt Romney, presidential debate, October 23, 2012)

The Islamic Republic of Iran has an extensive maritime coastline bordering onto the Persian Gulf, the Gulf of Oman and Arabian Sea.

Iran is an ally of Syria but it does not have a border with Syria. For Iran’s commodity trade to reach the Mediterranean by land through Syria would require transit through Iraq (under US military occupation) and/or Turkey, a US ally and NATO stronghold.

Epic Fail, D+ Romney has a degree from Harvard. So much for University standards.

But let us analyze a more serious issue:

What are the potential geopolitical consequences of Mitt Romney’s sheer ignorance were he to become President and Commander in Chief of the United States of America?

One recall’s that George W. Bush at the height of his election campaign in 2000 thought the Taliban were a “rock group”:
