Senate Committee Passes Anti-Gang Bill

We have railed several times against the "anti-gang bill ", S. 1735, co-sponsored by Sen. Diane Feinstein (D-CA) and Orrin Hatch (R-UT). ( Here too .) So has the ACLU .
