Sen. Kennedy Sidesteps Impeachment Endorsement

Sen. Edward M. Kennedy appearing Wednesday with law professors who want Congress to consider impeaching President Bush over the Iraqi prisoner abuse, declined to endorse the idea himself. Instead, Kennedy opted for a political plug.
