Judge declares mistrial in Dillard's discrimination suit

A judge in Beaumont declared a mistrial Wednesday in a racial-profiling lawsuit against Dillard's department stores. State District Judge Milton Shuffield declared the mistrial and dismissed the jury on the day testimony was to begin in the civil trial of the lawsuit. He tells KFDM TV in Beaumont that "there might benew developments that the attorneys need to explore." [more]
