During a "Welfare Check" Midland (TX) SWAT Cops Kill Latino Man in his Home who Refused to Take Medication

From [HERE] Midland, TX — Rosendo Gino Rodriquez, 49, was shot dead in an altercation Monday while Midland Police were conducting a routine welfare check.

The Midland County mental health unit was conducting a regular welfare check at a home on the 2700 block of Washington Street, when things went sour. According to the Midland police, Rodriquez became “aggressive” during the welfare check.

The term aggressive is used loosely by the MPD, as they claim he acted out said “aggression” by running away from them, back into his house, and barricading himself in a room.

The Free Thought Project would like to clarify the definition of aggressive for the MPD: ready or likely to attack or confront; characterized by or resulting from aggression.

A person running in their house and locking themselves in a room is hardly an act of aggression. However, the MPD treated it as such and responded with its SWAT team, BearCat armored vehicle and bomb squad robot with a camera to gain a look inside the home, as well as a DPS helicopter.

Police claimed that after Rodriquez went inside, they may have heard gunshots. However no gun was found, nor evidence of any shots. Family members say their father had not been on medication. Monday’s welfare check was intended to talk the man into taking his medication.

Rodriquez, whose family has been trying to get him help, was likely distraught by this heavy onslaught of police presence and became quite fearful, locking himself in his bathroom with a machete.

Expect Racism from Racist System: NYC Prepares for Riots Following Eric Garner Grand Jury Decision

From [HERE] ONE week after violence in Ferguson, New York is anxiously bracing for a separate grand jury decision in another racially charged case involving a white police officer and the death of an African-American.

Eric Garner, a 43-year-old father-of-six, died after being placed in a chokehold by white New York Police Department officer Daniel Pantaleo while being arrested on suspicion of selling illegal, untaxed cigarettes in Staten Island on July 17.

Cellphone footage of the confrontation showed Garner, who has asthma, complaining “I can’t breathe” after being bundled onto the ground by several police officers before falling unconscious. Garner was declared dead at a local hospital.

A New York medical examiner ruled the death a homicide caused in part by the chokehold used during the arrest.

A grand jury in New York has been hearing evidence in the Garner case since September and reportedly heard from its final witness last week. A decision over whether or not to charge the officers involved could be imminent, according to local media reports.

New York authorities are preparing to deal with an outbreak of the sort of violence which erupted in Ferguson, Missouri last week after a grand jury decided not to charge a white police officer over the shooting of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown. Protests against the Ferguson decision rippled across the United States, including several demonstrations in New York.

In the History of Law Enforcement How Many Unarmed White People Have Been Killed by Black Cops? NONE. [White Cleveland Cops Claim they are Denied Equal Treatment Under the Law - file suit]

Anon asks: "Q: What is collective power?

A: Collective power is the institutions and systems that benefit one group at the expense of another group, and allow one group to dominate another group in all areas of human activity.

For example, when a white policeman shoots an unarmed black man (50 times), his fellow officers, the police chief, internal affairs, the union, the media, the prosecutor, the judge, and the jury will support, defend, and finance that white police officer’s “right” to shoot (murder) an unarmed black person. That is white collective power.

It is rare for a white police officer to be punished for using excessive force against a black man, woman, or child. It is just as rare for a black police officer to use excessive force against a white person.

In fact, the authors were unable to find a single instance of a black police officer shooting or killing an unarmed white person in the history of modern law enforcement. This is not surprising but it is absolute proof that the black individual operating within a system of white supremacy cannot mistreat whites even if he or she is wearing a uniform, a badge, and carrying a gun." From [ThinkProgress] Less than a week after twelve-year-old Tamir Rice was fatally shot by Cleveland police officers who thought Rice’s toy gun was real, nine other members of the Cleveland Police Department filed a lawsuit that accuses the department of discriminating against non-African American officers who used deadly force.

In the suit, the plantiffs claim that the department treated non-African American officers involved in the 2012 shooting of two African Americans “substantially harsher” than African American officers involved in the same incidents. The lawsuit deals with the aftermath of a deadly November 2012 car chase. During the car chase, 13 police officers fired over 130 shots at a Chevrolet Malibu. Both people in the car were shot over 20 times and killed. Neither had a weapon. During an investigation of the car chase, it came out that officers had omitted events in their statements, misidentified the suspects and did not specify that police officers had fired shots. Earlier in November, the city settled a lawsuit over the incident for $3 million.

The officers alleged that the department’s practices place “onerous burdens on non-African American officers, including the plaintiffs, because of their race,” which violates their due process and equal protection under the law. The officers argue that as a result, they have lost wages and have suffered “impairment of their professional reputations, humiliation, emotional distress, mental anguish, and other serious damages.”

The officers’ share of the punishment was 3 days of administrative leave, followed by restricted duty for a period of time — typically 45 days — during which they say they were asked to do “menial and unpleasant tasks” and denied overtime pay. The nine officers were not allowed to return to active duty for 16 months due to media and political pressure, which hurt their ability to apply for promotions and denied them “a substantial amount of income,” the suit alleges. The suit also argues that the nine officers should not have been disciplined individually because Ohio’s attorney general Mike DeWine attributed the incident to systemic failure within the entire department.

While the city is on the hook for the $3 million settlement over the incident, individual officers in Cleveland paid about 1 percent of the settlement. A study in the NYU Law Review found that it is rare that individual police officers actually pay the plaintiffs in such lawsuits. The study found that individual police officers in New York City and Los Angeles paid .03 and .008 percent of settlement money to plaintiffs respectively.

Psychopathic White Cleveland Cops who Shot 12 yr Old Boy Refused to Give Him First Aid

The Psychopathic Racial Personality. By and large whites treat each other humanely but many function as psychopaths in their relations with non-whites. Psychopaths know the difference between right and wrong but 'simply ignore the concept of right and wrong. By ignoring this trait in White people (the lack of ethical and moral development) Blacks have made and are still making a tragic mistake in basing the worldwide Black liberation movement on moral suasion. It is pathological for Blacks to keep attempting to use moral suasion on a people who have no morality where race is the variable.' [MORE

From [MORE] The Cleveland officers who shot a 12-year-old boy holding a toy gun then failed to give him first aid for nearly four minutes. The boy was finally administered first aid when a detective and FBI agent arrived at the scene.

But it was too late. The boy, Tamir Rice, died after being transported to the hospital.

According to newly surveillance video, Rice was shot by the officers within two seconds of their arrival at the scene. The part of the video showing what happened afterward not was not released to the public.

When white Cleveland cops arrived on the scene information from the radio run was not corroborated ("there is guy with a gun," "pointing the gun at people." [MORE] and [MORE]) . 1) No "guy" or grown man was present - only a 12 yr old child. 2) There were no people around - the child was alone. 3) No gun was visible - the toy gun was in the childs pants and out of site when police arrived. When the cops arrived no crime was being committed in their presence and no visible danger was present. As such, there was no legal basis to order him to stop or to pull out their loaded weapons and point them at him in the first place. When they arrive they see a Black kid, alone. Watch for yourself.

A department spokesman told a local ABC station he “was unsure of the policy related to how and when officers are required to provide medical assistance.” The officers’ conduct is “under investigation.”

The officers believed that the 12-year-old Rice was a “black male” who appeared “about 20.”

The family is outspoken in their belief that their son’s death was avoidable, had the police officers acted appropriately. The U.S. Justice Department has an ongoing investigation into the Cleveland Police “over allegations of excessive and unreasonable deadly force.”

Ferguson Police Dept. is Now Minus One Racist Suspect Cop - Darren Wilson Resigns. [Question: will he have a hard time finding a job? Answer: No]

From [HERE] The white police officer a grand jury declined to indict last week in the fatal shooting of an unarmed black teenager has resigned from the this city’s Police Department, his lawyer said on Saturday night.

The officer, Darren Wilson, who had worked in this department since 2011, submitted a resignation letter, said Neil J. Bruntrager, the lawyer. In the letter, Mr. Wilson said: “It was my hope to continue in police work, but the safety of other police officers and the community are of paramount importance to me. It is my hope that my resignation will allow the community to heal.” [MORE] The letter stated the following,

I, Darren Wilson, hereby resign my commission as a police officer with the City of Ferguson effective immediately. I have been told that my continued employment may put the residents and police officers of the City of Ferguson at risk, which is a circumstance I cannot allow. For obvious reasons, I wanted to wait until the grand jury made their decision before I officially made my decision to resign. It was my hope to continue in police work, but the safety of other police officers and the community are of paramount importance to me. It is my hope that my resignation will allow the community to heal. I would like to thank all of my supports and fellow officers throughout this process.

4th Amendment Rights for who? White Denver Cops Repeatedly Punch Latino Man in the Face to Remove Drugs from his Mouth, Slam Down Pregnant Girlfriend, Snatch & Erase Bystander Video and Concealed Public Video for Months

From [HERE] FOX31 Denver has confirmed that the FBI Public Corruption Unit is looking into the actions of a small group of Denver Police officers and if the department properly investigated a use of force incident.

The investigation stems from a series of FOX31 Denver reports into an incident which occurred Aug. 14 in a parking lot near 5th and Federal. The Denver Police Department’s internal affairs division is cooperating with the FBI looking at two main questions:

  1. Did officers use excessive force during the arrest of a suspected drug user?
  2. Did officers illegally search a witness’s electronic video files without his consent?
  3. Is this a system of white supremacy/racism?

Witness Levi Frasier, a white man, recorded the incident in which a uniformed officer punched David Flores repeatedly in the face. Police have said the officer, who was assisting with a drug sting, was trying to get the suspect to take narcotics out of his mouth.Officer Charles “Chris” Jones IV can be heard yelling at Flores to “spit the drugs out!” Jones then punched Flores in the face six times, causing visible injuries to his face and head.

Flores’ 7.5 months pregnant girlfriend, Mayra Lazos-Guerrero, tried to intervene on his behalf. She can be heard on video screaming at officers in Spanish for them to stop hurting him. When she approached the scrum, Jones did a leg sweep on her and she fell hard on her protruding stomach and face first into the asphalt.

Frasier has also said that a after he recorded the violent arrest on his tablet, police seized it. Frasier said, “I didn’t give it to them at all. I went back to the van and grabbed it and as I was walking up — it was taken out of my hand.”

“When he took it, I said ‘Hey! You can’t do that. You need a warrant for that!’” Frasier said. “It was very intimidating,” he said. “I have never been more nervous in my life for something I didn’t even know what was happening.”

Frasier claimed officers searched through his video files then returned the tablet and the video clip of the arrest was gone. Later on while back at his house, Frasier said he synched his tablet to an electronic cloud and retrieved the video.

White Cop's Story was “One Big Hollywood Fiction”: NYPD Found Liable in Fatal Shooting of Latino Teenager

From [HERE] and [HERE] In the hours after a Bronx teenager was shot and killed by a white New York City police sergeant on an October night in 2005, accounts of a tragedy crystallized into an orderly tale.

The police said that Leonel Disla, 19, had waved a long kitchen knife at two police officers before he was shot. The doubts of newspaper reporters were assuaged. Prosecutors declined to press charges. In the nine years since, the public record has not wavered: Mr. Disla, who was born in the Dominican Republic, had invited that fatal shot.

But this week, as tempers swirled on the streets of New York over police officers’ use of deadly force, that story began to erode. A six-person jury in Bronx Supreme Court on Tuesday unanimously found the city and Sgt. Robert Barnett liable in Mr. Disla’s death, casting doubt on whether the teenager had wielded a knife at all. [no photos of Barnett have been published by the white media]

A separate trial will determine what damages should be awarded to Mr. Disla’s family.

The unanimous verdict, which came a day after a grand jury declined to indict a police officer in the death of an unarmed teenager in Ferguson, Mo., offered a stark reminder that even ironclad narratives of fatal police encounters can crumble. The Disla family’s pursuit of a lawsuit could presage the next steps for the family of Michael Brown, the teenager killed in Ferguson. [Expect racism. In the system of white supremacy/racism a "just" result is a random occurrence because actual justice cannot exist until the system of white supremacy is replaced with a system of justice. At any rate, a civil judgment is a private matter between two parties. And no public remedy is provided to the victims of white supremacy. If it happened to Leonel it can happen to you if you are non-white. To end racism, end white power.]

[guilty by his mere existence] Message to Black Males from White Cleveland Cops: If You Reach for your Waistband, We Can Execute You

Video Shows White Cleveland Cop Shot Black Boy in 2 Seconds. A police officer who shot and killed a 12-year-old boy outside a Cleveland recreation center fired within two seconds after the patrol car he was riding in pulled up next to the boy, a video released on Wednesday by the Cleveland police showed.

The video, which was made public at the request of the boy’s family, showed the boy, Tamir Rice, walking in the park with what resembled a weapon on Saturday before the police arrived. When the cops arrived police claimed the officer yelled at Tamir three times to show his hands, but the boy instead reached to his waistband for the object, which turned out to be a fake gun. Then the cop shot him. [MORE]

The 4th Amendment requires reasonable articulable suspicion in to order to Stop and Seize someone. When white Cleveland cops arrived information from the radio run was not corroborated.

To legally justify the stop and seizure all that matters is what the cops saw when they arrived, that is; the first hand knowledge they had in the present moment of a Stop- whats on the video prior to the shooting was not seen by the cops - because they were not there yet. Watch the video for yourself, slowly.

When whites watch this video they see a Black male - in other words they see external phenomenon that triggers jealously, hatred and fear. The mere presence of a Black male is enough to water these seeds of anger and ignorance that are just below the surface with them. These white cops and white journalists observing this video are in deep attachment to a wrong view. Would the white cops have this kind of reaction formation to a white child?

The Black Male as Inherently Criminal. The following is from Amos Wilson [HERE] "The perpetual domination of African Americans by White Americans psychically requires the White American criminalization of the African male, i.e., the White American perception of the African male as inherently criminal. In the context of White American domination there is no innocent Black male, just Black male criminals who have not yet been detected, apprehended or convicted. Their mere presence inspires in White Americans, fears of being assaulted, raped, robbed, or some other indefinable dread of being criminally victimized. Fantasies of the sexual molestation of White females by rapacious Black males are common to the White American male and female consciousness, and are frequent themes of their literary, cinematic, and pornographic productions.

For a very large percentage of White Americans, young Black males, sexual promiscuity, and criminality are synonymous. In the dominant White American consciousness the African male is existentially guilty, (i.e., he is guilty by his mere existence) for merely having the audacity of being alive. There is a pervasive feeling among many White Americans that their world would be much more secure if all young Black males were imprisoned, solitarily confined to their ghettos, or kept under constant surveillance. It is no quirky coincidence that such perceptions, feelings and attitudes toward African American males occur most prevalently within the context of White American dominance. Ultimately, criminality of the Black male regardless of its nature, truth or reality, resides in any act or attitude on the part of Black males which appears to White Americans to defy White American authority, control or dominance. It is White America which defines criminality and writes the criminal justice codes. It writes these codes not in the interest of justice as defined by its own moral code, but in the interest of maintaining, justifying and enforcing its continued dominance of the African American community." 2 Yr. Old Latino Child Hospitalized after Oxnard Cops Terrorize Wrong Family in No Knock Raid - Cops Threw Grenade into Bedroom

From [HERE] A 2-year-old Latino boy was burned and hospitalized after police threw an explosive device directly into his room during a “no-knock” raid on the wrong home, despite being told by the parents that there was an infant in the room, according to a lawsuit.

Jose and Paulina Salinas are suing the City of Oxnard and its police department, seeking damages for assault, battery, trespass, false imprisonment and infliction of emotional distress. According to Courthouse News, in their lawsuit, the Salinas family says they were sleeping on April 16, around 4 a.m., when they were awakened by scuffling footsteps and vehicles outside their condominium.

When Jose Salinas drew the curtains of his bedroom window, he saw the barrel of a policeman’s gun pointed at him. Police broke the front windows of the home and set off three smoke bombs. Police then crashed through the front door with guns drawn, yelling, “Get down and put your hands to your head!

With laser-mounted guns pointed at them, Paulina and Jose Salinas were handcuffed and put to their knees. Their 10-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son were shoved into a corner.

As police approached one of the bedrooms, Paulina Salinas and her two older children told officers there was a 2-year-old in the room. Police ignored them, told them to cover their ears, and threw a smoke bomb into the room as 2-year-old Justin Salinas stood near the door.

When the smoke bomb detonated, shrapnel from the blast hit Justin in the foot, causing first-degree burns and glass cuts. The 2-year-old was brought the the hospital and treated for his injuries. [MORE]

When Manipulation Fails They Use Force: Racist Suspect Governor Triples the Number of National Guard Troops to Occupy Ferguson

From [HERE] Aiming to head off another night of looting and arson, racist suspect Governor Jay Nixon on Tuesday tripled the number of National Guard troops deployed to this St. Louis suburb, taking a harder line against the violence that erupted after a grand jury declined to indict Darren Wilson, a white police officer, in the fatal shooting of Michael Brown, an unarmed black teenager.

At an afternoon news conference, Mr. Nixon said that he had ordered the deployment of 2,200 National Guard soldiers to Ferguson. “Last night, criminals intent on lawlessness and destruction terrorized this community,” he said. “What they’ve gone through is unacceptable.”

Earlier, the white Mayor James W. Knowles III of Ferguson criticized the governor for not deploying the Guard quick enough to save some of the businesses that burned. Police officers were overwhelmed by the wave of violence Monday night after the grand jury’s decision was announced.

Jon Belmar, the white St. Louis County police chief, said demonstrators had set fire to at least a dozen buildings in and around Ferguson, and he estimated that he had heard about 150 gunshots. None of the shots, he said, were fired by the police. [MORE]

White Domination-Black Subordination

The manipulation of Afrikan American political and economic attitudes by the White ruling elite is designed to effectively secure, enhance and exercise power while not appearing to do so; while appearing to provide Blacks with power or options equal to that or those of Whites. The point of this type of manipulation is to win the acceptance by Blacks of the legitimacy of White power, its moral Integrity, its legitimating ideology, and the acceptance by Blacks of their obligation to obey the directive of White power while believing their obedience to be expressive of their own free and moral will. Only by basing their behavioral orientation on their own Afrikan history, culture, values, interests, consciousness and identity can Blacks prevent their behavioral manipulation by self-serving Whites and act under the influence, of their own self-generated enhanced power. White People and their Games: 12 Year Old Black Boy with toy gun Killed by Cleveland Cops after White Man tells 911 "there is a Guy with a pistol pointing it at everybody... like Desert Storm"

(unexcited utterance) White man calmly calls 911 talking about "Hi. How are you. [pause] I'm sitting in the park and there is a guy here pointing his gun at everybody. He is wearing a camouflage hat, like Desert  Storm." The caller knew what could happen, that's probably why he called. Listen for yourself. The actual radio run to police from dispatch was for a grown man wearing camouflage with a real gun pointing it at people in a public space. As in Nazi Germany, with regard to non-whites, especially Black males, White people function as an auxiliary police force. If Anything you do makes them feel  uncomfortable they will call the cops on you. Watch your back. Nazis were vastly outnumbered and there was no way they could have pulled off genocide without the help of German citizens [the non-Jewish ones].

From [HERE] Police determined that a 12-year-old Black boy was shot by a white officer outside a Cleveland rec center Saturday when they claimed he reached into his waistband for an airsoft gun. He was shot in the abdomen and taken to MetroHealth Medical Center with serious injuries. After surgery he died from his injuries on Sunday morning. [MORE]

Police say the weapon resembled a semi-automatic pistol. They said the orange safety indicator had been removed. They did release a photo of that airsoft gun to the media. The white media is very impressed with the toy gun - which was not visible to cops when they arrived.

According to police, two officers responded to the scene and ordered the boy to raise his hands. They claimed he refused and reached for a gun in his waistband. The toy gun was in his waistband, he was not holding in it. An officer fired two shots, striking the boy once, officials said. [MORE] The police chief said there was no confrontation between the boy and the cops and he did not threaten the officers with the gun or otherwise. See video above.  In other words, when the white cops arrived the boy was playing, no gun was visible and there was no danger that was imminent.

Union officials (more white folks) say the officers acted responsibly, and the boy had what appeared to be a gun. One officer involved was taken to Fairview Hospital for treatment of an injury to his ankle. The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office (more white folks) was on scene for the investigation. [MORE]

Wisconsin Police Force Investigates Itself & Concludes that Violent Arrest of Black Woman was Definitely Consistent with Policy of Racism

What is white collective power? From [HERE] The Superior Police Department has wrapped up their internal investigation into the actions of Officer George Gothner following a controversial arrest in the Keyport Lounge parking lot.

Following a month long internal investigation, the Superior Police Department has determined that Officer George Gothner's use of force was justified following the violent arrest of Natasha Lancour in the Keyport Lounge parking lot on January 5. Also, last month a white Bayfield County prosecutor decided that no charges would be filed against the white cop. [MORE]

The internal investigation focused on two issues:

First- was the force used making the arrest reasonable and consistent with policy? More on the policy of white supremacy [HERE].

Superior Police Chief Charles LaGesse says the use of force was both reasonable and consistent with the policies of the department and the training provided by the State of Wisconsin. He says the finding is based on a review of the arrest conducted by the Wisconsin Department of Justice.

NYPD Cops Enter Housing Project with 9mm Guns Drawn on "Routine Check" - Fatally Shoot Unarmed Black Man - then Offered No Medical Assistance

" They didn’t identify themselves at all. They just shot.” From [HERE] A rookie NYPD officer “accidentally” shot and killed an unarmed African-American man in a staircase in a New York apartment block. It happened as Ferguson is tensely waiting for a grand jury decision on a police officer who shot Michael Brown.

Akai Gurley, 28, and his girlfriend Melissa Butler were entering a staircase on the seventh floor in Pink House project in Brooklyn late Thursday evening when two policemen came down from the eighth floor. Peter Liang and his partner, Shaun Landau were doing a top-to-bottom patrol. Liang, a rookie on probationary assignment, fired a shot in Gurley’s chest without a warning, Butler said.

“They didn’t present themselves or nothing and shot him,” Butler told DNAinfo New York. “As soon as he came in, the police opened the [door to the] eighth-floor staircase. They didn’t identify themselves at all. They just shot.”

Gurley and Butler tried to go down the stairs but reached only the fifth floor where Gurley lost consciousness. There a neighbor called an ambulance. Butler says the policemen did not come to help nor called the ambulance. Gurley, who has a 2-year-old son, was pronounced dead on arrival to hospital.

The New York police commissioner, William J. Bratton, announced that the shooting was accidental and that the victim, Akai Gurley, had done nothing to provoke a confrontation with the officers.

The episode promised to bring scrutiny to a longtime police practice of officers drawing their weapons when patrolling stairwells in housing projects. The shooting occurred in the Louis H. Pink Houses in the East New York neighborhood.

Racial gap in U.S. arrest rates: 'Staggering disparity' Caused by White Supremacy/Racism

The USA Today observes that Blacks are far more likely to be arrested than any other racial group in the USA. Then the white publication goes on to deceive and decontextualize reality; pretending to not know what is the cause of this obvious disparity. Racism/White Supremacy.

There is a war going on right now against Black people.  A major goal of the white supremacy system is the greater confinement of large numbers of non-white people. According to Neely Fuller, racist white people make certain that non-white people exist under conditions that will most likely cause them to do things that give the Racists an "excuse" to put them in Greater Confinement."

From [HERE] When it comes to racially lopsided arrests, the most remarkable thing about Ferguson, Mo., might be just how ordinary it is.

Police in Ferguson — which erupted into days of racially charged unrest after a white officer killed an unarmed black teen — arrest black people at a rate nearly three times higher than people of other races.

At least 1,581 other police departments across the USA arrest black people at rates even more skewed than in Ferguson, a USA TODAY analysis of arrest records shows. That includes departments in cities as large and diverse as Chicago and San Francisco and in the suburbs that encircle St. Louis, New York and Detroit.

Those disparities are easier to measure than they are to explain. They could be a reflection of biased policing; they could just as easily be a byproduct of the vast economic and educational gaps that persist across much of the USA — factors closely tied to crime rates. In other words, experts said, the fact that such disparities exist does little to explain their causes.

At least 70 departments scattered from Connecticut to California arrested black people at a rate 10 times higher than people who are not black, USA TODAY found.

Hamden Settles case: White Cop Repeatedly Punched Handcuffed Black Man in his Eye after Interrogation at Bus Stop. Cop said, "You people should be used to walking without shoes, get out of the vehicle!"

From [HERE] A Black man who sued Hamden and several white police officers for $2.5 million, after he was beaten severely and subjected to a racial insult during his arrest in 2010 settled for $60,000.

Anthony Randolph, who is black, filed the civil rights lawsuit in U.S. District Court in July against Hamden, police Officers Timothy Brown (racist suspect in photo) and Jennifer Gaynor, Sgt. Michael Sigmon and Capt. Ronald Smith.

The lawsuit was from an incident Aug. 24, 2010. Randolph was standing on Mix Avenue, waiting to take the late night bus after working at a nearby restaurant, according to the lawsuit.

It alleges a police cruiser approached him, with two white officers instructing him not to move and interrogating him about his whereabouts in the preceding hours. When Randolph said he had been working and was now headed home, Brown "physically grabbed the plaintiff by his arm, pushed him onto the hood of the cruiser and handcuffed both arms behind the plaintiff's back," the lawsuit states.

Police searched Randolph's body, removed his sneakers, put him in the cruiser and drove to the police department, according to the lawsuit. It claims Randolph was ordered to step out of the cruiser, and Randolph asked for his sneakers back because the pavement was wet due to prior rain.

It claims Brown said, "You people should be used to walking without shoes, get out of the vehicle!" and that the comment prompted laughter from Sigmon and Gaynor.

"The plaintiff was embarrassed and offended by the officers' comment and conduct," the lawsuit states.

Brown then forcibly pulled Randolph out of the cruiser, causing his handcuffs to tighten and hurt him. The lawsuit says Randolph "spat at" Brown "out of a feeling of disgust, humiliation and frustration caused by the comments and ridicule of Officer Brown and the other officers."

The lawsuit claims Brown then repeatedly punched Randolph in the eye, while Randolph was handcuffed, in the presence of Sigmon and Gaynor. Randolph fell facedown on the pavement from the force of the punches, and began bleeding profusely, according to the lawsuit.

During a Police "Welfare Check" Gang of White Allentown Cops Attack Latino Man Sitting on Steps Waiting for Bus

The Psychopathic Racial Personality From [HERE] Florencio Vazquez Jr. was waiting for a bus on the steps of a corner store at Sixth and Tilghman streets in the summer when white Allentown police officer Andrew Holveck approached him.

Holveck claimed that he was concerned that Vazquez was intoxicated to a degree that he was a danger to himself and others, the officer wrote in court papers, and began to ask him questions. In the video Vazquez appears to be quietly sitting on the steps of a house.

What should have been a routine check by Holveck quickly escalated into a violent arrest that left Vazquez with bruises and scrapes across his face and hands and psychological trauma, Vazquez alleges in an excessive force lawsuit filed against Allentown and Holveck in U.S. District Court.

Allentown police surveillance video of the July 26 arrest released by Vazquez's attorney, Richard J. Orloski, shows the officer reacting as Vazquez slowly reaches into his right pocket for a cigarette. Holveck grabs Vazquez by the wrist and pulls him from the steps to the sidewalk behind a trash bin, which obscures the camera's view of all but Vazquez's right leg.

Then, two unidentified white police officers approach "to assist" Holveck in the arrest. One of the officers bends over behind the trash can and throws three punches toward Vazquez on the ground. With each punch, the unidentified officer's arm and elbow are seen popping up from behind the trash bin. Five officers, in all, responded to the scene.

Vazquez, 28, of the 500 block of North Penn Street in Allentown, was treated for his injuries, including a black eye and bruises to the left side of his face, at Sacred Heart Hospital.

He pleaded guilty last month to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to six months of probation. Charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and prowling were withdrawn, court records show.

Orloski said Tuesday he trying to find witnesses to this crime.

District Heights Cop who Paralyzed & Shot Handcuffed Black Man in the Back Sentenced to 5 years [no grand jury necessary for Black cops]

Black on Black Violence in Support of White Domination. From [HERE] A Maryland police officer who shot and paralyzed a handcuffed man fleeing his custody was sentenced to five years in prison, Prince George’s County prosecutors said Thursday.

Johnnie Riley, formerly an officer on the municipal District Heights Police Department, received the five-year sentence after he was convicted of first- and second-degree assault and misconduct in office for the 2012 shooting.

Riley had initially faced the more severe charges of attempted first- and second-degree murder, but Prince George’s County Circuit Court Judge Hassan El-Amin threw out the attempted first-degree murder charge and a jury acquitted him of attempted second-degree murder.

The charges stemmed from a traffic stop in 2012, in which Riley pulled over motorcycle driver Kalvin Kyle because the bike he was riding had been reported stolen. Riley handcuffed Mr. Kyle and placed him in the back of his police cruiser. Somehow, Mr. Kyle escaped from the back of the cruiser and began to run away.

Riley opened fire, shooting Mr. Kyle in the back and paralyzing him from the waist down. Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Angela Alsobrooks was dissatisfied with  the sentence.

Overseer NYPD Cops Charged with Assault for Beating & Hitting Defenseless Black Teen in the Face with a Gun during Violent Marijuana Arrest

From [HERE] and [HERE] "The video speaks for itself, doesn’t it?" Brooklyn District Attorney Kenneth Thompson said Wednesday about a brief video recording that led to two New York Police Department cops being charged in connection to the pistol-whipping assault of a 16-year-old Black boy. The boy, who was arrested for marijuana possession, ended up with broken teeth and bruises.

The officers charged in Brooklyn Supreme Court on Wednesday are David Afanador, 33, and Tyrane Isaac, 36, both nine-year veterans.

Officer David Afanador was charged with felony assault and misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a weapon and official misconduct and faces up to seven years in prison if convicted.  Officer Tyrane Isaac was charged with misdemeanor assault and official misconduct. If convicted, Isaac faces a significantly shorter prison term of one year behind bars.

"By beating a 16-year old boy with their gun and fist after he raised his hands apparently to surrender, these police officers not only violated his rights but also trampled on their sworn oath to serve, protect and uphold the law,” D.A. Kenneth Thompson said in a released statement.

The 82-second video of the teen's August 29 beating was captured by a local Crown Heights business. The tape shows the boy running before eventually stopping and raising his hands, after which he is pummeled and taken to the ground.

The footage captured via surveillance video shows Kahreem Tribble apprehended by police after a chase in Bedford-Stuyvesant on Aug. 29. It is unclear what transpired between the police and Tribble, but an officer is clearly seen punching Tribble in the face. It does not appear from the video that Tribble had a weapon. After the initial punch by the officer, Tribble is then shown with his hands in the air retreating backward and eventually collapsing to the ground.  As the video progresses, two officers are seen attacking Tribble, who is on the ground, and one officer is seen putting his gun back into his waist holster.
