'Stop Resisting Nigger!' White Miami Overseers (officers) Choke Black teenager because he gave them a stare

("In the absence of white supremacy, niggers would not exist." [MORE]) From [HERE] A 14-year-old Black teenage boy was choked, slammed to the ground and arrested by white Miami police officers who claim the teen stared at them in a “dehumanizing” way.

Tremaine McMillian spent Memorial Day on the beach with his family. While he was ‘rough-housing’ with another teen on Haulover Beach, police drove by on an ATV and told him that his behavior was unacceptable.  They asked the boy where his parents where, and McMillian walked away.  The Miami-Dade police officers subsequently jumped off their ATVs to restrain the teen, claiming he gave them “dehumanizing stares” and “appeared threatening.” Maurissa Holmes, the mother of the boy, captured the incident on her cell phone. "A major strategy in the war against the Black collective is the killing of Black males. Black males are being killed daily, in ever-increasing numbers, across the country. Other non-white males also are being killed in ever-increasing numbers. These Black and other non-white males are being killed by white males in uniforms who have been authorized to carry guns. This particular form of murder and slaughter is called justifiable homicide.

Our Black collective today has no greater understanding of this war and the phenomenon of justifiable homicide than it did when Black males were being lynched and castrated daily, 100 years ago in the period of "Reconstruction," or reestablishment of white supremacy following the Civil War. Nor does the Black collective have a greater understanding of the current "open hunting season" on Black males than it did two and three decades ago.

Because we really do not understand what is going on, in our impotence and ignorance, in our powerlessness and frustration, we start getting mad, fussing, crying, rhyming, begging with picket signs, rioting in misdirection, hooping and hollering, moaning in our churches and preparing again to vote for any white man who smiles at us even though he lies to us. These behaviors are all absolutely useless. Such behaviors are in vain and will take us nowhere. They will all come to naught and the problem - the war - will simply continue and intensify." [MORE]

Black Man who Refused to become Muslim Snitch sues FBI over ‘months of torture on unspecified charges’

From [HERE] A US Muslim alleges he was held illegally for 106 days by FBI agents and was subjected to severe beatings. The plaintiff said he was abused when he refused to become an informant at the Portland Mosque he attended while living in the US. Yonas Fikre, a Black man of Eritrean descent has filed a lawsuit against the FBI for $30 million and several injunctions for his mistreatment in custody in 2011.

He is the fourth man from the Portland, Oregon, area to allege that the FBI detained and tortured him. The lawsuit accuses the FBI of torture and denial of citizenship rights. “We want this practice to be exposed and stopped,” said Tom Nelson, Fikre’s attorney.

The plaintiff alleges that the FBI took an interest in him when he moved from Portland in the US to Sudan to open an electronics retail business in 2009. Fikre claims he was summoned to the US embassy by a man claiming to be an official requiring advice on “how Americans might stay safe during a period of political turmoil in Sudan."

Upon arrival he was ushered into a small room where he was subjected to interrogation by FBI agents David Noordeloos and Jason Dundas for information on the worshippers at Portland’s largest Mosque, Masjid As-Saber. The agents sought to recruit Fikre as an informant at the Mosque, offering to take him off the American no-fly list in return and were angered when he refused, according to the plaintiff’s account.

Trial to begin for White Meriden Cop who Cracked Skull of Handcuffed, Compliant Latino Man (expect White Supremacy from white Judge & Jury)

Police Officer Evan Cossette is charged with police brutality and obstruction of justice charges following an investigation into a 2010 incident in which he shoved a handcuffed Latino prisoner, Pedro Temich into a jail cell, cracking the his skull on concrete. He then attempted to cover it up. Unbeknoest to Cossette a video tape shows Cossette entering the cell at least six times and moving the unconscious Temich around, twice propping him up against the bench and another time putting him back on the floor so that the man's handcuffs could be removed. [MORE]. The incident wasn't reported to police administrators until six weeks later. [MORE] Evan Cossette is the son of Police Chief Jeffry Cossette,

From [HERE] At least one emergency dispatcher, a toxicology expert, and several local police officers are expected to testify in the trial which begins Tuesday in U.S. District Court in New Haven. Judge Janet Bond Arterton, who is white, will preside over the case, which may last about a week.

A federal grand jury indicted Cossette in November on charges that he pushed prisoner Pedro Temich backwards onto a concrete bench in a holding cell. The videotape shows Cossette pushing the handcuffed prisoner, Pedro Temich, backward into the jail cell, causing Temich to cut open his head on a concrete bench. The indictment calls it a "firm shove" of the "compliant and handcuffed" Temich, causing him to fall back. Temich was taken to MidState Medical Center in Meriden and required 12 stitches in the back of his head.

Temich, who had been arrested on charges that he fled the scene of an accident, fell onto a concrete bench and lost consciousness. In the video, Cossette is seen repositioning the unconscious prisoner before medics arrive (6 times). [MORE]

Cossette was charged with using excessive force and falsifying a report on the incident. Cossette has pleaded not guilty and is on administrative leave. He faces up to 20 years in prison and $500,000 in fines if convicted. FBI special agent William Aldenberg attended a pre-trial conference last month and is expected to testify about the FBI’s investigation into the allegations against Cossette.

One piece of evidence remains at issue ("at issue" only for racists/white supremacists who Don't want you to believe what you see! -bw): a widely viewed police surveillance video that shows Temich backing into the holding cell and Cossette shoving him thereafter repositioning the corpse (six times) as he lay motionless on the floor.

White Sacramento Cops Beat Unarmed Black Man to Death on Video

From [HERE] A Black man taken into custody by white Sacramento Police Officers has died, according to the police department. Video obtained by CBS13 of the arrest on the 8300 block of Folsom Boulevard shows a suspect being restrained by a male officer’s legs, while a female officer strikes him 10 times with a baton. Sacramento Police disclosed the death via Twitter.

According a statement from Sacramento Police Department, a Black man in his early 40s entered the Metro PCS store and made unintelligible statements to a female employee. She called 911 fearing for her safety. The man left the store, but went back in when officers arrived and attempted to barricade himself inside by trying to secure the front door. Officers say they forced the door open and when they tried to contact the man.

That’s where police say the violent struggle began. Officers then called for backup when one of the officers was physically overpowered.

According to the police press release, pepper spray and multiple baton strikes were used to free an officer that was in the suspect’s grasp. In addition, the release notes bystanders kicking the suspect, a security guard also using a baton on the suspect. All appear to be white. On the video, the Black man is not resisting arrest as he is beaten on over & over on the ground. The person who took the video said the police assault was unjustified.

Davie Cops (Fla.) Turn Police Dog Loose on Latino Man: "he refused to comply with orders"

From [HERE] A South Florida man claims Davie police used excessive force on him when an officer unleashed a police K-9 on him early Wednesday morning. Roger Alvarez, of Miami, said he and his cousin were working on the roof of a restaurant in a strip mall at 6890 Stirling Road. They were on the roof, moving exhaust fans, according to the restaurant's owner.

According to police, a woman living in an adjacent neighborhood thought the two were burglars and called 911. Davie Police Capt. Dale Engle said there has been a rash of business burglaries in the area. At about 2:40 a.m. Wednesday, police arrived at the strip mall. "We formed a perimeter around it," said Engle. "At that time we didn't know if we had a crime in progress."

Alvarez said he saw the officers on the ground and then saw a police officer with his K-9 on the roof. "They say, 'Stop, I'm going to release the dog,'" Alvarez recalled.

Police arrived on the scene with a dog and asked both men to show themselves. Alvarez said he did what he was told. "I got down on my knees, and he kept saying, 'Get down, Imma let the dog loose,' and I'm on my knees now, so I got down flat on my stomach," said Alvarez.

But, at some point, the dog was released and Alvarez was viciously bit. "He put the dog on him, and the dog is tearing his arm, and he is dragging him across the roof," said his co-worker, Ortiz. [MORE]

Judge says Police Shooting was 'more like an assassination than an arrest' - Orange County Deputies Shot at Unarmed Black Man 137 Times

Denali as Coffin. In photo, Torey Breedlove's car. Despite the lack of frontal damage, Deputies said Breedlove had rammed undercover vehicles while attempting to flee. Breedlove's body was pierced more than 20 times by officers' bullets, resulting in his death. In the lawsuit filed Breedlove's estate alleges the "quantity and manner" of the shots fired constitute "unconscionable conduct" against "an unarmed citizen.

From [HERE] An Orlando federal judge has likened the conduct of 10 deputies who killed suspected car thief Torey Breedlove in a hail of gunfire to an "execution" rather than an attempted arrest. Breedlove, a Black man, was killed three years ago by Orange County deputies who were waiting for him at an Orlando-area apartment complex. His estate filed suit, claiming the deputies used excessive force and violated Breedlove's civil rights.

The case has not yet gone to trial, but in his order, U.S. District Judge Gregory A. Presnell suggested the deputies acted "unreasonably." The judge also was careful to note, however, that by law, all evidence in the case must be viewed "in a light most favorable" to Breedlove's estate. The lawsuit stems from a Jan. 5, 2010 takedown that ultimately resulted in 137 shots being fired by deputies into a GMC Denali driven by 27-year-old Breedlove.

In September 2010 an Orange County grand jury ruled the shooting death was justified. "The shooting was justified," said State Attorney Lawson Lamar (racist suspect in photo). Attorney Natalie Jackson said the grand jury only heard "one side" of Breedlove's shooting, and called the Sheriff's Office policy governing the use of deadly force insufficient.

"A reasonable jury could conclude that Officers used excessive force under these circumstances," Presnell said in his order.

"A reasonable juror might also question why 137 shots were required to secure an unarmed suspect who drove a few dozen yards through a small parking lot, with a flat tire, at a relatively slow speed causing some minor fender-benders with unoccupied cars, and was pinned between two cars with his hands up."

"[T]he conduct at issue here is more akin to an execution than an attempt to arrest an unarmed suspect," Presnell wrote. No trial date has been set.

Wrongful Death Lawsuit Filed against Dallas: Cop Shot Unarmed Black Man 9 Times. Said he was reaching in pockets - nothing in pockets

From [HERE] The family of an unarmed Black man killed by a Dallas police officer is suing the city in a wrongful death lawsuit that is expected to go to court this September. On Monday, former police officer Matthew Tate, attorneys for the city of Dallas and administrators with the Dallas Police Department sat down with some of the surviving family members of Tobias Mackey at the Federal Courthouse in Dallas for a private mediation hearing.

At the age of 25, Mackey was shot nine times by Tate on Oct. 29, 2010, when the officer said Mackey did not follow commands to show his hands. He was shot six times in his chest, three times in his hands, and the last shot to his head. [MORE] The suit claims that after being shot, Mackey said: “Why did you shoot me? I don’t have anything.” Tate then shot him again, at close range, the suit alleges.

Tate, a 3-year veteran of the police department, was investigating "drug activity" at the Cedar Garden Apartments at the time of the shooting. Mackey was visiting his mother. He said as Mackey approached him in a breezeway, he ordered the man to show him his hands. When he didn't, Tate opened fire, fatally shooting Mackey. Dallas police say Mackey started to reach in his pockets. He was unarmed, nothing was in his pockets. Eleven-year-old Xavier Collins (in photo below) was standing in a nearby breezeway and was shot in the arm. He made a full recovery.

Stephen Benavides, the Mackey family’s consultant confirmed “there were eye witness reports that the scene of the crime was tampered with, the body was removed, the blood was cleaned up, [and] that the residents of the apartment complex were forced back inside their complex.” Witnesses in the complex saw officers removing bullets and shell casings and moving Tobias Mackey's body before the investigators arrived. [MORE]

An internal investigation was conducted and, though Mackey was not the target of the investigation at the apartment complex and was unarmed at the time of the shooting, Tate was cleared of any wrongdoing and was not indicted by a grand jury. Tate resigned from the police department soon after.

Racist LAPD Shells Out $4.2 Million to 71 yr. old Latino Woman "Mistaken" for Christopher Dorner

Looks Just Like him though. From [HERE] The Latino women injured when Los Angeles police opened fire on them during the manhunt for ex-cop Christopher Dorner have reached a $4.2-million settlement with the city, City Atty. Carmen Trutanich told the LA Times. Margie Carranza, 47, and her mother, Emma Hernandez, 71, were delivering newspapers in Torrance on the morning of Feb. 7, when officers "mistook" their blue Toyota Tacoma for Dorner’s gray Nissan Titan.

The settlement, which allows both sides to avoid a trial, brings the Los Angeles Police Department nearer to closing what had been an embarrassing chapter in its search for Dorner. Hernandez was shot twice in the back and her daughter suffered hand injuries from flying debris when two officers opened fire on them.

This was no mistake. Police did not want this Black man alive and were given the green light to practice unbridled white supremacy. In this "emergency" climate (see Boston), white people get lathered up and anything goes. The Latino women were shot from the rear with over 20 bullets. Hernandez's attorney said, "the problem with the situation is it looked like the police had the goal of administering street justice and in so doing, didn't take the time to notice that these two older, small Latina women don't look like a large black man." [MORE] (Dorner was 6 foot 270lbs.)

Torrence Police also gunned down a black Honda truck on the same day. Cops purposely collided with the black truck and shot at the "Dorner clone." The driver was a baggage handler at LAX heading to the beach to go surfing, The Times reported. Avoiding bullets that had ripped through his windshield, David Perdue, a white man (in photo above)was not shot but suffered a concussion and a shoulder injury in the crash. [MORE]

Racism Instead of Evidence - nigger had to go, "manifesto" said so

Christopher Jordan Dorner is a former Black LAPD police officer and ex-United States Navy reservist who was a named suspect in the 2013 Southern California shootings, which left three people dead and two others wounded. He was alleged to have killed Monica Quan and Keith Lawrence, a couple recently engaged in Irving, CA. and a white Riverside Officer Michael Crain in Riverside, CA. No LAPD officers were killed. Said murders were the basis for the manhunt. (The fourth murder attributed to Dorner occurred before his alleged death during the chase into the cabin).  The large organized manhunt  spanned four U.S. states (California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico) and Mexico.

The LAPD has produced virtually no evidence linking him to any of the murders that led to the manhunt. The so-called (virtual/facebook) "manifesto" remains unauthenticated and apparently there is no proof that Dorner authored it. [MORE] and [MORE]

(Petitioning White Folks & 'Poking Holes in the Air with Signs' will not stop White Supremacy) Protest planned over Cleveland Police Execution of Black Couple

No gun or gun residue was found after an exhaustive search.

From [HERE] Cleveland community activists are planning to protest against what they see as the use of excessive force by city police after a review found 100 officers broke rules in a car chase in which an unarmed Black people - the driver and his passenger were shot dead.

According to Ohio’s attorney general, "leadership and communication failures" led to the chaotic police chase in Cleveland last fall that ended with 13 officers firing 137 rounds and killing the unarmed couple.

In photo, mostly white Cleveland police officers listen to their union president Jeffery Follmer speak to media at the CPPA hall on December 1, 2012. [MORE

All told, 47 of the 137 rounds fired by 13 Cleveland officers hit their targets -- 43-year-old Timothy Russell and 30-year-old Malissa Williams, according to the Cuyahoga County medical examiner. Dr. Thomas P. Gilson reported that 24 of the rounds riddled the head, neck, body and an arm of Williams, who was a passenger in the Chevrolet Malibu SS, and 23 rounds struck the head, neck and extremities of driver Timothy Russell. 12 of the 13 officers involved were white. [MORE]

Activist Kathy Coleman told Reuters on Thursday that residents plan a rally on Monday to demand police officers involved in the chase receive appropriate punishment and the city take action against the problem of excessive force. "People are saying some of the cops might only get a 10-day suspension," activist Kathy Coleman told Reuters. "We want them fired, prosecuted and brought to justice." (Expect white supremacy, if there is justice then be pleasantly surprised.)

New Orleans Police Investigate & Clear themselves: Video is Wrong. Cops Did Not Assault Unarmed Black Teens during "Curfew Check"

The above video was released last month showing a gang of white plainclothes overseers (officers) attacking two Black teenagers. Officers assaulted the youths because "they appeared to be in violation of curfew" during Mardi Gras. The video, which lacks audio, shows 17-year-old Sidney Newman and 18-year-old Ferdinand Hunt standing against a wall. The officers approach quickly as the boys appear to have their backs turned to the white men.  All the officers are wearing jeans and other casual attire - one has on a backwards baseball cap, another has beads around his neck. The officers tackle the teenagers to the ground and then pounce on them. [MORE

State Police say undercover officers did not use excessive force in the French Quarter take down of two teenagers. An internal investigation by State Police concludes there was no wrong-doing, and officers used minimal force. State Police concluded no one was struck, hit, or kicked; and no weapons were drawn.

WGNO News Reporter Darian Trotter asked, “What do you see in that video? I see an abuse of power,” King replied.

Danatus King is President of the New Orleans branch of the NAACP. He says the conclusion by State Police is baffling. “Any and all evidence that was relied upon by State Police should be released to the public so that the public can get a better understanding as to why the State Police came up with that conclusion,” King said.

In a statement, New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu weighs in saying, “Based on what I saw on the video tape, State Police did not handle the incident in the right way.” “Based on what I’ve seen, I believe it was wrong.”

Racist gangs took over LA County Sheriff's Department, deputies claim

Rt.com

Deputies at an LA county sheriff’s department allege that their superiors are members of white supremacist gangs and have taken extensive measures to hide at least one inmate from the FBI.

Two deputies at the LA County Sheriff’s Office have jointly filed a lawsuit alleging that the department hid an inmate from the FBI, covered up an incident involving a skinhead deputy, threatened to kill the deputies for exposing their gang involvement, and called them “race traitors” and “snitches”.

“An inappropriate relationship exists between certain LASD personnel and various inmate jail gangs, especially white supremacist,” states the complaint, which was filed by deputies Michael Rathbun and James Sexton.

“LASD personnel use these jail gangs as proxies or agents to retaliate against other LASD deputies and inmates. Within these inappropriate alliances, the gangs are given certain privileges that are otherwise legally precluded from them.” The deputies filed the suit in federal court against the LASD, Sheriff Leroy Baca, Undersheriff Paul Tanaka, Lt. Greg Thompson and “Detective Perkins”. The 39-page report outlines their alleged activities involving white supremacist gangs.

Lt. Thompson and Undersheriff Tanaka were allegedly part of a racist cop gang called “the Vikings”, the complaint states. Members of this police gang are required to have the group’s symbol tattooed on their bodies.

The deputies who filed the suit claim that they were ordered to transfer and hide an inmate from the FBI in August 2011 “in an effort to obstruct a federal investigation” . They claim that their superiors frequently ordered them “to engage in activities meant to ‘keep the FBI out of the jails.’” In February 2012, an informant told the deputies, who worked in an intelligence unit known as Operation Safe Jails (OSJ) that Deputy Joseph Britton was associated with a powerful white gang member while on duty as a law enforcement official. After OSJ members discovered that Sexton and Rathbun knew about Britton’s involvement, they threatened to harm the deputies if they didn’t keep quiet. The informant’s life was also threatened. When the ‘powerful gang member’ was moved to another prison, Sexton and Rathbun were accused of conspiring to make it happen.

"The OSJ team at Men's Central Jail refused to work or cooperate with Rathbun and Sexton. In fact, MCJ [Men's Central Jail] deputies accused Rathbun of 'fucking up their program' by moving the powerful white gang member from MCJ,” the complaint states.

“At all relevant times, certain members of OSJ associated with, and cooperated with, certain jail gangs, including partaking in illicit activities. Sheriff Baca and/or Undersheriff Tanaka knew or should have known about these improper relationships, but took no action to stop it and implicitly ratified the improper conduct.” Tanaka allegedly encouraged deputy gangs within the LASD and directed them to “operate outside the confines of the law, in contravention of state and federal laws.” Those associated with the gang members continued to threaten and intimidate Sexton and Rathbun. One of the deputies says he turned to alcohol to cope with the pressure and eventually got caught driving under the influence. Unidentified department officials then tried to leak a video of his arrest to the media “to discredit Rathbun and ruin his life”, the complaint states. His misdemeanor DUI charge was eventually upgraded to a felony “without any notice”. The deputies also suffered verbal abuse from members of the LASD who were involved with the white supremacists, according to the lawsuit.

“LASD personnel, using jail gangs as their agents, labeled Rathbun and Sexton as ‘race traitors,” the complaint states.

After months of abuse and harassment, the deputies went to the FBI to complain about their superiors. Their actions were discovered by LASD personnel, who suspended Rathbun without pay as retaliation.

Rathbun and Sexton are now seeking damages for retaliation, malicious prosecution, constitutional violations, conspiracy and harassment. They have requested a jury trial and compensation for lost wages and benefits.

Anonymous responds to Omaha police brutality

Examiner

A very startling video catching the Omaha Police Dept. intimidating citizens prompted a call to action Thursday from a local Anonymous chapter demanding answers.

A wily neighbor with a cell phone camera can be a valuable thing these days, especially if you just so happen to be someone about to be unnecessarily brutalized and intimidated by your local police department.

That’s exactly what looks to have happened to a family from Omaha, NE recently, after a thoughtful neighbor decided it may be a good idea to start filming the situation unfolding in front of their house, from a second story window.

Just moments after turning on the camera that value came into focus as a very clear picture emerged of just how important it is Americans continue watching each others back by filming the police and all other state and federal officials.

With a bird’s eye view, the videographer was able to catch the horrific scene unfold as over-the-top officers brutalized and terrorized a family for asking questions and for, what has started to become a more frequent occurrence since the advent of the everyday cellphone camera, simply filming the officers becoming unnecessarily angry and aggressive.

While one man, posing no apparent threat, was violently thrown to the ground, choked and repeatedly punched in the face, his brother began arguing against the officer’s horrific actions and started recording the situation himself. Despite respecting another officer’s orders to keep his distance, the fact he kept recording the brutal attack must have been seen as justification to go after him as well.

As soon as back-up arrived, as if it was actually needed, the officers began to act as if the brother filming the action was also a threat to police and chased the man into his house, knocking over a wheel-chair bound woman in the process, sending her to the hospital.

Two men in the house were subsequently arrested, the phone-camera was confiscated (the likely reason for the second arrest) and all three men, helpless against a corrupt and tyrannical police force willing to disregard the basic rights of its local citizens, were taken to jail and charged with crimes they didn’t commit, including resisting arrest and assaulting an officer.

Not only have these actions sparked outrage around the country and the community where this took place, threatening to derail any sense of trust for the local police its citizens may have left, a local chapter of the Anonymous activist organization has decided to weigh in on the situation as well.

Organizations like Anonymous have risen to existence in recent years as a result of a noticeably lopsided justice system weighted toward state and federal employees, such as police, and a first video, released Tuesday, called attention to the absurdity of the officer’s actions and a demand for justice and the end to the routine victimization of innocent civilians in Omaha and around the country.

A second video however, uploaded to YouTube Thursday, put out the call for citizens to come together in response to the travesty that occurred last week in Omaha, with respect to a nationwide epidemic of police brutality and a system designed to allow for a large portion of that and other forms of common corruption to go publicly unaccounted for.

The video states that by doing things like ending the position of Police Auditor in Omaha three years ago, Omaha Mayor Jim Suttle placed the citizens in even more danger by further centralizing the power of police oversight into the hands of fewer, internal individuals.

The video’s narrator then went on to blast the Omaha PD’s response to last week’s policing debacle, where the police chief vowed to “get to the bottom” of the excessive force allegations, by pointing out the widespread nature of a problem that has existed with impunity for a long time and isn’t just an isolated incident as typically insinuated.

Hoping to inspire a change in the current structure "so future generations will be able to live free from fear of oppression by the Omaha Police Department," a march and rally in front of the OPD headquarters, at 505 S. 15th St. in Omaha, is scheduled for April 1st and is likely to be the first of many, largely depending on initial participation levels. Details can be found by listening to the video’s message or by visiting a page associated with the rally.

“This is a revolution,” the video says, “and at the end we want to be able to say we stopped police brutality and ended corruption.”

With already over 100 likes since joining Facebook Monday, “Anon Ops Omaha,” with publicly stated plans to hack the Omaha Police Department in response to last week’s brutality, the 1.7 TB data drop released with the first video Tuesday is promised to be the beginning of a sustained retaliation campaign against the police, ending only when the people begin to see justice and equality restored to policing agencies in Omaha and around the country.

Helping to spread this article and the message contained within therefore becomes an important aspect to the overall success of obtaining the goals Anonymous and millions around the country are hoping for.

“We are Anonymous. We are legion. We do not forgive. We do not forget. Expect us.” -Anonymous

Bay Area Civil Rights Groups & Pastors Rally against Police Brutality

IndyBay.org

On a Sunday evening over 100 People gathered at the corner of Arthur & Strother where Mr. Jerel Stanfield was shot in the head, leg, and in the back, on Easter Sunday. The African America community came out to receive information on Cop Watch and Know Your Rights When Confronted by Police. Civil Right leader Rev. Floyd D. Harris Jr. said, "when Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer can laugh in a press conference while former city council member Jerry Duncan who was planning to run for Mayor of Fresno who said, “ Make no mistake about they are Terrorist (making reference to “ Black People “). They are much like terrorist like those people in Iraq who are blowing up innocent people". On August 29, 2007 Chief Jerry Dyer said he was launching Operation West Side with a simple approach to eliminate black gangs which means to MURDER them (http://www.youtube.com/watchv=nhnR8zlCjDM).

Rev. Harris said it’s business as usually with Fresno Police Department giving our kids a hot dog and a bounce house, pat them on head at the age of 5 years old, and then shoot them in the head or back when they get older. Rev. Harris said the black community has a constitutional right and human right to protest against police brutality, harassment, racial profiling, excessive force & deadly force. Pastor Paul Mc Coy from New Light for New Life Church of God said the solution is not just for our community but we must set the example for all community so we can hold each other accountable. We as a community and a neighborhood must understand what goes on, has a direct relationship with our daily behavior. The bible tells us “My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge” (Hosea 4v6). Where there is an absent of knowledge, destruction will fill the void. We destroy ourselves as well as those who live outside our neighborhoods, will destroy us.

Gloria Hernandez educated those gathered on the amounts of money we are losing as tax payers defending Chief Dyer while many city jobs are being lost or contracted out to private industries. The discrimination complaint filed by two deputy chiefs was settled prior to going to trial. The two deputy chiefs and their attorney won $100,000 while we the taxpayer paid Dyer’s Hollywood contracted attorney over $800.000 to quietly settle this case. If Dyer is not a racist or anti-woman or anti elderly cops then why did he not go to a jury trial? Gloria expressed concern that there are too many ongoing cases that the city quietly settles prior to going to court and the Department has 28 repeat shooters who feel free to kill because they carry a badge. (See Color lines online magazine April 2010.) Juan Avitia, National President of the Mexican-American Political Association (MAPA), supported the rally & made the point that police dressed up in ski masks & carrying military assault weapons descended into west Fresno armed with what appears to be a "tank" and ready for war. This is something never done in the more upscale parts of town. In addition, Avitia noted that the police continuously justify their actions with the defense that a suspect was "appearing to reach in his pants for what might have been a gun". Yet in the latest shooting the young black male was shot in the back. A young Mexican male also suffered on the east side of Fresno in 2012.

During the event on Sunday, black men and community members walked up to the microphone and said they saw everything that happen yet the Fresno Bee and the TV Stations are not printing the truth because they never talk to us and there is two sides to a story. The citizens are outraged at the Fresno Police Department in how they brought danger and a hostile environment to a quiet community on Easter Sunday. Easter Sunday is a historical day for African Americans and many others, faiths and family to enjoy. However, on this particular Easter Sunday, people were placed in the middle of gun fire by the Fresno Police Department who tried to execute Mr. Jerel Stanfield by shooting him in the head, leg, and in the back. In addition, chief Jerry Dyer appears to have over-reacted to "threat" to his officers by "gang members" and has launched an all out war on the community, including arming his officers in a paramilitary manner & terrorizing black & brown people under the claim that his officers were threatened.

The Fresno Police Department has a history of shooting and killing many people of color who have been unarmed. As to the latest situation, there were children who were playing and witnessed the Fresno Police shoot Mr. Stanfield in the head and past out. There was no counseling services offered to the children and family who witnessed this plan of execute by the Fresno Police. This history includes the deliberate hunting & killing of Joaquin Figueroa in 2006, a disturbing assassination by Fresno police officers that haunts our community to this day. Why do Fresno Police Shoot at citizens who have not shot at them? Why did the Fresno Police and the local Fresno Government call Black males and the Black community in Fresno a "Terrorist"? The Fresno Police Department does not have the right to be the JUDGE, JURY, AND EXECUTIONER

A Milwaukee police officer pleaded no contest Monday to four felonies and four misdemeanors stemming from his practice of conducting illegal strip searches and cavity searches on male suspects, but avoided conviction for sexual assault.

The felony convictions, for misconduct in public office, will cost Michael Vagnini his job as a police officer and could land him in prison, a sentence prosecutors will seek at a hearing in June.

Vagnini, 34, faced 25 criminal charges from the investigation. All the rest, including seven counts of sexual assault, were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

Assistant District Attorney Miriam Falk defended the arrangement, singling out criticism voiced by one defense lawyer in a Journal Sentinel article. She said the resolution of the case was not racist, discriminatory or insulting to the African-American community - a claim leveled by Robin Shellow, who represents one of the men searched by Vagnini. All the victims were black males.

Falk said prosecutors interviewed or reviewed statements from dozens of witnesses and many victims - those both mentioned in the criminal complaint and others. She said the general feeling among the victims was that stopping Vagnini's conduct was the highest priority.

She also said that many of the victims would have been extremely reluctant to testify at trial, and that a jury might have found reasons not to convict Vagnini of the sexual assault charge.

As to the fact that Vagnini will not have to register as a sex offender, Falk said she doesn't believe he represents a risk to the general public because his offenses all occurred in the context of police work, during drug investigations. Moreover, she said, all the facts of the case remain part of the public record.

Vagnini's attorney, Michael Steinle, also urged Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Jeffrey Wagner to accept the plea agreement. He said his client would not have been convicted of sexual assault by a jury because he never had intent to sexually degrade the victims or derive his own sexual gratification from the searches.

All Vagnini really wanted to do, Steinle said, was stop crime.

"In his zeal" for that task, Vagnini "didn't cross all the T's and dot the I's," Steinle said.

Because of the felony convictions, he will not be able to carry a gun and serve as a police officer.

Vagnini regularly pulled over drivers on a pretense of not wearing a seat belt or of having darkly tinted windows and searched them without a legal reason, according to a motion filed by Falk, who is prosecuting the case against Vagnini and three other officers.

Vagnini conducted searches of men's anal and scrotal areas, often inserting his fingers into their rectums, according to the criminal complaint. Vagnini acknowledged performing one of the searches, and at least one suspect said Vagnini planted drugs on him.

State law and police procedures prohibit officers from conducting body cavity searches. Only medical personnel are allowed to perform them, and police must first obtain a search warrant.

The searches occurred on the street and in district stations over a period of two years.

Three other police officers charged with Vagnini - Jeffrey Dollhopf, Brian Kozelek and Jacob Knight - had their cases separated because they face fewer counts and were not charged with sexual assault. They are charged with misconduct in office and being parties to the crimes of illegal searches, based on their on-duty presence when prosecutors say Vagnini committed them.

Their trials remain scheduled for June 3. All are suspended with pay.

"They are putting white supremacist [cops] in our neighborhoods to kill our kids": White Prosecutor Confused about whether to Indict NYPD Officers who Shot Black Teen in back 4 Times

From [HERE] The mother of a Black teen gunned down by two Brooklyn police officers stepped out of a meeting with the district attorney, Charles Hynes (white man in photo below) Thursday to deliver harsh words for a department she believes is deeply racist.

Carol Gray, the mother of Kimani Gray, a 16 year-old of Guyanese and Jamaican descent who was shot to death by police in East Flatbush last month, argued the NYPD's treatment of communities of color is radically different than its practices in predominantly white neighborhoods.

"The community we come from, is like, these police officers, they're white supremacists," Gray told reporters outside district attorney Charles Hynes' Brooklyn office. "They have no value for black childrens' life. They don't know how they get along. They don't know how they get education. They don't know nothing about them. They are putting white supremacist [cops] in our neighborhoods to kill our kids." (see video below)

Gray said young people in her community are never addressed "like a real civilian" with "'Hello, how you doing?' or 'Can I speak to you for a minute?'" "No," she said. "It's never that."

Gray's son was shot late in the evening on March 9. Sgt. Mourad Mourad, 30, and Officer Jovaniel Cordova, 26, two plainclothes officers in an unmarked car, had spotted him with group of other young men gathered outside a home. According to the police department, Gray adjusted his waistband in a suspicious manner then broke away from the group as the officers approached. When the officers exited their vehicle, the police say Gray pointed a gun at them. He was shot seven times; three times in the front and four times in the back. A loaded .38 caliber pistol was found at the scene.

The police department's version of events has been called into question by members of the community. An eyewitnesses claims the Gray had nothing in his hands when he was shot, that the officers never identified themselves before opening fire and that they continued shooting as he lay on the ground. Several others have said Gray begged for mercy and help during the incident. The teen's death sparked a series of protests that on March 13 culminated in nearly 50 arrests, as scores of young people ran through the streets, some throwing bottles and bricks at police officers.

Undisclosed Settlement Reached in Suit Against White Orange County Cops who Shot Unarmed Black Marine to Death - had a Bible in his hand

Orange County has agreed to settle a lawsuit over the death of an unarmed Black Marine who was shot to death by a white sheriff's deputy after crashing his SUV through a high school gate.

The Orange County Register says federal court documents filed Thursday indicate supervisors have agreed to offer a settlement deal to the family of Sgt. Manuel Loggins Jr. The documents don't indicate the amount of money involved. [MORE]. Loggins was a career Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton. In photo, white Orange County prosecutors at a press conference in September 2012, who said white police acted "reasonably and with sufficient force given the circumstances" and declined to bring criminal charges. More on the "justifiable homicide" of non-whites by cops [HERE

It was an early February morning when Loggins drove with his two young daughters to the high school for a workout on the track and bible study. Driving his Chevy SUV he crashed through the school fence. He exited the car while his two daughters remained inside. He then walked onto the athletic field. He returned within minutes and walked to his car.

When the deputy approached Loggins, he saw something in his hand he couldn’t make out. When Sandberg asked Loggins to put his hands up Loggins ignored him, and then tried to drive away. He shifted the vehicle into drive, whereupon the deputy fired three shots at him. The deputy stated he was in fear for the girls' lives, thinking Loggins would flee recklessly. His daughters 9 and 14, were in the backseat. They were not shot.  A toxicology report done on Loggins after his death found no drugs or alcohol in his system. That object that Loggins was holding in his hand turned out not to be a weapon. It was a bible.

His daughters were held (questioned) for approximately 13 hours - at which time their pregnant mother was refused admittance by white cops to comfort the children, who witnessed the killing [MORE].

Brian Dunn, the attorney for the Loggins family, said the evidence doesn't add up.  "Why did he draw a gun in the first place?" Dunn said of Sandberg's actions. "All you had was a man who disobeyed him." [MORE] In photo, face of white jesus found in bird poop on a car windshield in NE Ohio.[MORE]

White Meriden Police Officer Accused of Cracking Skull of Handcuffed, Compliant Latino Man Wants Video Excluded in Trial

Police Officer Evan Cossette is presently charged with police brutality and obstruction of justice charges following an investigation into a 2010 incident in which he shoved a handcuffed Latino prisoner, Pedro Temich into a jail cell, cracking the his skull on concrete. [MORE]

Now with the support of his fellow white officers & the police union he is trying to convince a white judge to exclude the video of his crime. He is the son of Police Chief Jeffry Cossette. More on white collective power [HERE]

From [HERE] Police Officer Evan Cossette, accused of excessive force for his treatment of a Latino prisoner in lockup, is trying to prevent prosecutors from using a video of the incident as evidence during his trial, saying the recording was altered to leave out key moments of the confrontation.

A lawyer for Cossette asked a federal judge in New Haven last week to bar the video from evidence. Cossette has pleaded not guilty to charges of brutality and obstruction of justice. Jury selection is set to begin May 7. The trial starts May 28.

"I felt they were doing me like a slave. I thought I was dead." Nappy Roots Rapper Suing Cops For Police Brutality

Enstarz

Ex-Nappy Roots rapper R. Prophet has threatened to file a lawsuit against cops who arrested him earlier in the week and repeatedly tased him.

Prophet was arrested on Saturday April 20 by Kentucky State Police for disorderly conduct. He tried to inform the police of his celebrity by yelling, ""I'm R. Prophet!!!" However, cops believed that he was yelling that he was a prophet and the situation quickly escalated.

"Kentucky State Police say they had to tase the ex-Nappy Roots rapper multiple times for resisting arrest," TMZ reported.

" ... and again for kicking out the back window of a police cruiser. The photos tell the story of the struggle."

Prophet, who was born Kenneth Ryan Anthony, told a different version of events to the entertainment site. He said he fully cooperated and there was no justification for his treatment.

"I felt they were doing me like a slave.  I thought I was dead."

Prophet said that at one point, he was taken into the back of a car again. At this point, he alleged being pepper strayed and tasered again. He believed he be driven somewhere and killed. The cops continued to deny the use of excessive force.

"The trooper who arrested Prophet tells TMZ, the rapper was highly intoxicated, walked directly into traffic and was a danger to himself and others," the site reported.

On Thursday, Prophet called into TMZ Live and declared his arrest was due to racial profiling. He said the driver of his car was arrested for DUI at a police checkpoint that night and was taken to a nearby police station. However, Prophet was left in the car. He was wondering how he would get home when a cop ordered him out.

"[The officer] said , 'Step out of the car sir,' ... so I stepped out of the car. Next thing I know I was getting handcuffed ... and the officer pulls out ... his little electrocuting gun, they call it a taser or whatever."

He acknowledged drinking but denied any wrongdoing.

"Prophet says he plans to unleash a legal nightmare on the cops ... right after he clears his name with the judge," the site said.

R. Prophet tweeted thanks to his supporters and stressed why he had to take the matter to court.

"Police Brutality has to stop now! It's bigger than a BLACK and WHITE issue- IT'S A HUMAN ISSUE!!", he tweeted.

(right. and we suppose that the black and white "issue" is just a centuries old coincidence? Racist white people function as psychopaths in their relations with non-whites. Like Chuck D. said, "it is high time to cut the leash." His attitutude is the essence of the original and continuing white supremacy deception: now matter how bad this rapper brother got beat and deprived of his fundamental rights he still does not SEE white supremacy. He is an enemy, a target because he is non-white. No other reason. Ultimately, like most non-whites he is a believer in the deception. To him "democracy", "the system," "justice" and "freedom" are attainable realities for non-whites that are present in this system. We just need to get rid of some bad cops and adjust the system here and there. 'Most white people are ok including the cops - this is not a white supremacy system.'

Dr. Welsing explains, "Failing to comprehend the environmental context of the white supremacy system and its ultimate goal of white genetic survival, Black people also fail to grasp the deeper sense of what actually is occurring in front of our eyes." [MORE])
