The Senate on Thursday voted against a war powers resolution aimed at limiting President Trump’s ability to conduct further attacks on Venezuela after two Republican senators withdrew their support for the legislation. Republican Senators Josh Hawley of Missouri and Todd Young of Indiana flipped under pressure from the Trump administration.
