From [HERE] and [HERE] A Texas hospital system’s mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for employees can stand after a federal judge on Saturday dismissed a closely watched lawsuit from workers refusing to get the shot.

Southern District of Texas Judge Lynn Hughes made his decision days after Houston Methodist Hospital suspended 178 workers for not getting vaccinated by a June 7 deadline.

The court’s pre-trial ruling was made without the benefit of receiving testimony or other actual evidence.

The hospital system’s policies were not coercion against staff, Hughes said. They were a choice the hospital system made “to keep staff, patients, and their families safer.”

The 117 suing workers, including plaintiff Jennifer Bridges, a nurse for almost seven years at the hospital system, had their own choices to make, the judge said. Bridges and other plaintiffs had every right to accept or refuse the vaccine. “If she refuses, she will simply need to work somewhere else,” the decision said.

Hughes wrote that employers could impose consequences for noncompliance on all sorts of rules, far beyond vaccination.

“If a worker refuses an assignment, changed office, earlier start time, or other directive, he may be properly fired. Every employment includes limits on the worker’s behavior in exchange for his remuneration. That is all part of the bargain.”

But Jared Woodfill, the lawyer for the suing workers, vowed to appeal the case all the way up to the Supreme Court. “This is just one battle in a larger war to protect the rights of employees … All of my clients continue to be committed to fighting this unjust policy.” [MORE]

The complaint states “None of the currently available experimental vaccines for COVID-19 has received final approval from the FDA. Rather, each one of the COVID-19 experimental vaccines is an unapproved product that has been granted EAU. The FDA refers to the COVID-19 experimental vaccine as “investigational products”, meaning they remain classified as experimental.“ It further explains:

It is undisputed that the vaccine being forced upon Plaintiffs is “unapproved”. Even though the FDA granted emergency use authorization for the Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna vaccines in December 2020, the clinical trials the FDA will rely upon to ultimately decide whether to license these and other COVID-19 experimental vaccines are still underway and are designed to last for approximately two (2) years to collect adequate data to establish if these vaccines are safe and effective enough for the FDA to approve. The abbreviated timelines for the emergency use applications and authorizations means there is much the FDA does not know about these products even as it authorizes them for emergency use, including their effectiveness against infection, death, and transmission of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that is allegedly the cause of the COVID disease. Given the uncertainty about the COVID-19 experimental vaccines, the FDA requires that each dose of the experimental vaccine shall have a label that states that the product is an emergency use authorization, that the EAU is explicit that each is “an investigational vaccine not licensed for any indication” and that all “promotional material relating to the Covid-19 Vaccine clearly and conspicuously…state that this product has not been approved or licensed by the FDA, but has been authorized for emergency use by FDA”.

The complaint also explains that the COVID “vaccine” has caused an extraordinarily high number of reports of illness to be reported in the VAERS system which under normal circumstances would cause it from being pulled off the market. It states;

In 1990, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting Systems (“VAERS”) was established as a national early warning system to detect possible safety problems in U.S. licensed vaccines. VAERS is a passive reporting system, meaning it relies on individuals to voluntarily send in reports of their experiences to CDC and FDA. VAERS is useful in detecting unusual or unexpected patterns of adverse event reporting that might indicate a possible safety problem with a vaccine. This way, VAERS can provide CDC and FDA with valuable information that additional work and evaluation is necessary to further assess a possible safety concern.

There were 4,434 death reports and over 12,619 serious injuries reported to the CDC's VAERS database from COVID-19 vaccines through May 10, 2021. By comparison, from July 1, 1997, until December 31, 2013, VAERS received 666 adult death reports.3 The flu vaccines are linked to 20–30 death reports a year, according to Dr. Peter McCullough, and those 20–30 death reports come with considerably more vaccines administered. Arguably, if the experimental vaccine was any other vaccine or drug, it would already have been removed from the market. Usually, a new drug is withdrawn after 50 deaths, which is not typical because the FDA has a strict approval process. The COVID-19 vaccines have been exempted from the approval process, instead being temporarily "authorized" for emergency use.

Thirty-five hundred plus (3,500 +) reports is 70 times the normal threshold for pulling a drug from the market. Although this is raw data, previous VAERS studies have shown that only 1-10% of vaccine-related deaths are reported to VAERS —or less. The COVID vaccines are adding a year's worth of VAERS reports every week. In just four months, more adverse reports were added to the VAERS database than any single vaccine has had cumulatively over the past 31 years. This is clearly a safety signal, further studies need to be done and Plaintiffs should not be forced to participate in these dangerous trials as a condition for employment. [MORE]

[Mostly White] Landlords in NYC Lose Suit: Covid Eviction Ban Remains in Effect for Mostly Non-White Tenants

From [HERE] Citing a 1905 Supreme Court decision regarding smallpox vaccination, a federal judge held that public health eclipses individuals’ challenges to legislative acts, and denied an attempt from New York landlords to block the state’s eviction ban during the Covid-19 pandemic.

U.S. District Judge Gary Brown consolidated the landlords’ motion for preliminary injunction with the merits of the case, ruling in favor of defendant Chief Administrative Judge Lawrence Marks and dismissing all other defendants — which included county sheriffs and other court officials — from the case.

At the top of his ruling, Brown pulled an excerpt from Jacobson v. Massachusetts, a Supreme Court ruling from 1905 that held that requiring smallpox vaccination does not violate the due process rights of an individual.

“Whatever may be thought of the expediency of this statute, it cannot be affirmed to be, beyond question, in palpable conflict with the Constitution. Nor, in view of the methods employed to stamp out the disease of smallpox, can anyone confidently assert that the means prescribed by the state to that end has no real or substantial relation to the protection of the public health and the public safety,” reads the ruling, as quoted by Brown.

In his 29-page order, Brown tossed out the plaintiffs’ allegations that the eviction moratorium is too vague, and that its requirement of landlords to provide tenants with a financial hardship declaration form constituted compelled speech

Tyrannolaw subjugates humanity to unyielding, despotic, blind and arbitrary authority—resulting in constraint, conformity and fear. From [HERE] and [MORE] The New Mexico Supreme Court heard arguments Wednesday on whether businesses which lost income due to Covid-19 shutdowns can seek compensation from the state under rules governing regulatory takings.

The high court took up a petition for writ of superintending control and emergency request for stay brought by the state involving plaintiffs in 20 lawsuits brought across the state. The plaintiffs claim business closures and restrictions brought under public health emergency orders constituted regulatory takings and thus the businesses are entitled to compensation under New Mexico’s Public Health Emergency Response Act.

At the heart of the dispute is the concept of a legal “taking.” Under the U.S. Constitution, a regulatory taking occurs when a government regulation limits the uses of private property to such a degree that the owners are deprived of the use or value of their property.

Although shelter in place orders may be necessary they are nevertheless Government seizures of people’s livelihoods and businesses that have forced indefinite closures and widespread layoffs. The government’s actions may be described as “uncompensated takings” that violate the Takings Clause of the 5th Amendment. That is, the government is legally obligated to properly compensate citizens for their tangible losses.

Because the orders would be characterized to effect an alleged regulatory (rather than physical) taking, a fact-intensive, multi-factor analysis applies. The Orders constitute a regulatory taking implemented for a recognized public purpose, and therefore the failure to pay just compensation contravenes the Takings Clause of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments. See Penn Central Transportation Co. v. City of New York, 438 U.S. 104 (1978); Lucas v. S.C. Coastal Council, 505 U.S. 1003 (1992); Horne v. Dep't of Agric., 576 U.S. 350, 135 S. Ct. 2419, 2426 (2015) (“Nothing in the text or history of the Takings Clause, or our precedents, suggests that the rule is any different when it comes to appropriation of personal property. The Government has a categorical duty to pay just compensation when it takes your car, just as when it takes your home.”). [MORE]

Chief Justice Michael Vigil Sr., Justices Barbara Vigil, Shannon Bacon, David Thomson, and retired Court of Appeals Judge Michael Bustamante heard initial statements by attorney Nicholas Sydow, representing the state, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham and state Secretary of Health Kathyleen Kunkel.

The state argued closures mandated by public health orders do not constitute takings because they are by nature temporary and because property cannot be used in a manner that endangers public health and safety. “It’s not taking away property rights,” Sydow argued, “it’s ensuring that the property will not be used in a way that endangers the public health and safety.”

Further, Sydow said the very nature of the adaptive health orders, which expire in a matter of weeks and which in New Mexico have changed to reflect the best information about the spread and treatment of Covid-19, mean they are not arbitrary or capricious. He said the rules governing the operation of restaurants, close-contact businesses such as salons and others have altered as scientific understanding of how and when people are likely to spread Covid-19 has evolved.

When questioned by the justices, Sydow asserted if there is compensation to be offered to business owners, it should be determined by the Legislature, not by the courts, and offered to all businesses affected by the pandemic.

The plaintiffs’ attorney A. Blair Dunn of Western Agriculture, Resource and Business Advocates argued the closures did constitute a taking because the right to have property — and not have it taken by the government — is a fundamental liberty under the Bill of Rights. To interfere in the operation of private businesses without offering compensation, he argued, violates that liberty.

Asked by Senior Justice Barbara Vigil whether the closures might be covered under the police powers exception to regulatory takings — which says takings prompted by a danger to public health or safety aren’t entitled to compensation — Dunn argued that should be decided on a case-by-case basis in state courts rather than decided broadly in a single hearing. Different business models, he argued, might or might not offer different risks to the public.

“There isn’t some blanket, blank-check limitless exception to the use of police powers,” Dunn argued, “that removes this action by the government from any sort of analysis at the district court level.”

On rebuttal, Sydow brought the focus back to the matter of state law. “This court isn’t being asked to entertain a collective motion for summary judgment [against the individual lawsuits], but to determine as a matter of law that the public health orders cannot support takings claims.”

The justices will issue a ruling soon.

From [HERE] and [HERE] Baseball Hall of Famer Hank Aaron, former U.N. Ambassador and civil rights leader Andrew Young and former U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Louis Sullivan got vaccinated against COVID-19 in Georgia on January 4, 2021.

Within about two weeks Aaron was dead. Hank Aaron died of natural causes, according to the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s office today. No other details were provided.

Morehouse School of Medicine issued a statement, saying his death was not related to the vaccine.

“Baseball legend, businessman and philanthropist Henry “Hank” Aaron was a strong supporter of Morehouse School of Medicine. Our clinical team was honored to administer the Moderna Covid19 vaccine to Mr. Aaron and wife Billye Suber Aaron — along with more than 20 civil and human rights leaders — on Jan. 5, 2021. Each recipient was over the age of 75 and therefore part of Class 1A.”

“Mr. Aaron was a public health advocate and worked with us to help bridge the health equity gap in Atlanta and around the world. His passing was not related to the vaccine, nor did he experience any side effects from the immunization. He passed away peacefully in his sleep.” [MORE]

According to the Braves, he died peacefully in his sleep. [MORE] and [MORE]

Getting vaccinated "makes me feel wonderful," Aaron told The Associated Press. "I don't have any qualms about it at all, you know. I feel quite proud of myself for doing something like this. ... It's just a small thing that can help zillions of people in this country.''

Rolling up their sleeves to take the first of two doses, these octogenarians, their spouses and several other civil rights leaders who received the shots in a brand-new health clinic at the Morehouse School of Medicine acknowledged the legacy of mistrust that many African Americans have toward medical research, stemming from the infamous Tuskegee experiment in which U.S. health workers left syphilis untreated in Black men without their consent, making them suffer needlessly.

"I've been taking vaccines now for 88 years and I haven't been sick,'' Young said. "The truth of it is, Black folk have been living by shots, and just because they did something crazy and murderous and evil back in 1931, we're still thinking about that. We've got to get over that.''

Young told KSDK in Atlanta that Aaron "never had any reaction" to the shot before his death. "I talked to the fella who was his driver," Young told KSDK ... "And I said, 'Was Hank feeling any discomfort or any problem over the last few days?' And he said, 'No.'" [MORE] [Young is a broken down token, watch your front - BW]

It’s only right that if authorities use Hank Aaron to “propagendize” the safety of the COVID vaccine then authorities should be completely transparent about the precise, detailed cause of his death. Unverifiable, conclusive statements that Aaron’s vaccination and death are coincidence are insufficient. In fact, it is suspicious that authorities are so dogmatically dismissive and uncurious of whether there was any actual connection.

vaccine - toxin. Vaccines are pus -- decaying animal tissue and other foreign/toxic matter (allergens/antigens). Most vaccine, contain the mercury-based preservative and known neurotoxin thimerosal. Thimerosal (mercury acetate) in vaccines serve two purposes. First, it's a preservative, and second, it's an adjuvant, i.e., it irritates the immune system to catalyze it into creating 'search-and-destroy' antibodies to attack the injected dead or inactive viruses or bacteria in the vaccine. The body cannot excrete mercury, it accumulates and impairs brain development, sometimes even resulting in autism. (See: Squalene & Gull War Syndrome)

Contrary to Predictions, a New Brookings Institution Report says Africa Has Fared Better than Most of the World in Fighting COVID-19. Will Yurugu Richcraft and Socialist Distancing Cause a Reversal?

brookings africa covid partial.jpg

From [HERE] This week, the Africa Growth Initiative at Brookings released its annual Foresight Africa report, a detailed look at the top priorities for the continent and recommendations for African and global stakeholders to create and support a strong, sustainable, and successful Africa. These charts come from the new report, but are only a few of the many items that illustrate key challenges and opportunities for the continent. Click images to enlarge.

In his chapter on building a new public health infrastructure for Africa, John Nkengasong, director of the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, notes that Africa has experienced fewer cases and deaths from COVID-19 relative to richer parts of the world due in part to quick containment actions and coordination among governments. “However,” he says, “if we only look at SARS-CoV-2-related morbidity and mortality, we miss a large part of the pandemic’s impact and of the underlying vulnerabilities it exposes.”

africa brookings small graph.jpg
foresight_africa_2021_figure3_5.png

In their chapter on preserving gains in human development in Africa through and after the pandemic, Jakkie Cilliers (program head, African Futures & Innovation, Institute for Security Studies) and Stellah Kwasi (researcher, African Futures & Innovation, Institute for Security Studies) write that despite the apparently low direct mortality impact of COVID-19 in Africa, “many more Africans will likely suffer due to the impacts that follow reductions in health and other government expenditure,” and that a decade of development progress could be lost, especially on reducing extreme poverty. Nevertheless, Cilliers and Kwasi point to a number of factors that with the right policies and implementation could help Africa “leapfrog” in areas like education, health care, and economic inclusion and productivity.

In his chapter on how COVID-19 can bring the public and private sectors together in Africa, Edem Adzogenu, chairman of the Executive Committee of AfroChampions Initiative, observes that micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) provide 80% of youth employment on the continent, but are facing severe challenges during the pandemic. One in five of these businesses is going bankrupt, 40 million people are falling into extreme poverty, and foreign direct investment is declining. “For African economies to survive these shocks,” Adzogenu argues, “policymakers and private sector actors must work more closely together than ever before,” including working together to smoothly implement the African Continental Free Trade Area.

MAKE IT LOOK RIGHT. From [HERE] As the economic effects of the coronavirus pandemic stretch into 2021, millions of renters in Baltimore and nationwide are bracing for the possibility of having to show up in housing court to avoid getting evicted. But unlike their landlords, only a small fraction of them will do so flanked by an attorney. Fewer than [blah blah]

In reality there are few legal defenses to a failure to pay rent in MD and in many other landlord friendly states. Here, instead of providing meaningful, tangible substantive help where it is needed, the government merely pretends to help in order to maintain the appearance of justice. Such appearances are necessary to maintain control over our perceptions and our belief in the system. Destroy the illusion yourself. Go to landlord and tenant court and watch the proceedings. ‘COVID Housing court’ is a conveyer belt where mostly smug, white, loud talking judges move through the docket at a quick pace (each “trial” for failure to pay rent is about 5-7 minutes) to get home early or rush back to chambers to sit around. Occasionally mannequin like attorneys appear and go through the motions to defend the tenant (checking for errors on the complaint). Thereafter, obedient citizen-renters are re-assured that they are indeed losers but they had there fair chance in court to be heard by their masters. Then they say “thank you” to his/her Highness and shuffle out the court to the curb. On behalf of the landlord the government officially says ‘Get the fuck out.’ Providing an eviction attorney in COVID court will make the tenant citizen feel more better about getting evicted and provide the illusion that the process was voluntary.

A Black Doctor Died of Covid After Accusing the White Doctors and Staff at Indiana University Health North Hospital of Racist Treatment (ignoring symptoms, requests for pain meds, disbelieving her)

NGHR TREATMENT FROM RACISTS. From [HERE] and [HERE] A Black physician died of Covid-19 weeks after she described a White doctor dismissing her pain and concerns about her treatment as she lay in an Indiana hospital.

Dr. Susan Moore passed away on Sunday due to complications from Covid-19, her son told the New York Times. The internist died about two weeks after she shared a video in which she accused a doctor at Indiana University Health North Hospital (IU North) of ignoring her complaints of pain and requests for medication because she was Black, even though she was both a patient and a doctor herself.

In a video that was posted earlier this month, she filmed herself from a hospital bed and recounted her experience at IU North. Moore said her doctor brushed off her symptoms, telling her, "You're not even short of breath."

"Yes, I am," Moore said in the video, which she shared on Facebook December 4.

She had to beg to receive remdesivir, she recalled in the video, the antiviral drug used to treat patients who are hospitalized for Covid-19 and are not in need of mechanical ventilation.

And despite her pain, the doctor told Moore he might send her home, she said, and he didn't feel comfortable giving her more narcotics.

"He made me feel like I was a drug addict," she said in the video. "And he knew I was a physician."

susan moore.jpg

Moore had also posted updates on her Facebook page along with the video.

Moore, who was an internist, said her pain was "adequately treated" only after she raised concerns about her treatment. She was later discharged from IU North, but returned to a different hospital less than 12 hours later, she wrote on her Facebook page.

"I put forth and I maintain if I was White, I wouldn't have to go through that," Moore said.

A spokesman for IU North confirmed to CNN that Moore was a patient at the hospital and that she was eventually discharged, but declined to say more about her, citing patient privacy.

"As an organization committed to equity an reducing racial disparities in healthcare, we take accusations of discrimination very seriously and investigate every allegation," the spokesman said.

Moore's story speaks to a broader issue of what experts call implicit racial bias in health care toward Black patients. Studies have shown that Black patients are in some situations prescribed less pain medication than their White counterparts. And a recent article in the New England Journal of Medicine attributed unequal treatment in part to "enduring racist cultural beliefs and practices."

The article cited a 2016 study that found half of White medical students and residents "held unfounded beliefs about intrinsic biologic differences between Black people and White people," falsely believing the pain of Black patients was less severe than White patients.

"Acceptance of this inequitable treatment as 'normal' is historically rooted in and supported by the belief that Black people are intrinsically disease-prone and, implicitly or explicitly, not deserving of high-quality care," the authors of the New England Journal of Medicine article wrote, comparing the issue of racism in medicine to racism in policing.

Racial disparities in medical treatment have been further underscored by Covid-19, which disproportionately impacts communities of color.

To a "majority of physicians, predominantly who are White in the United States, the perception is that African Americans do not need as much for pain," said Dr. Ala Stanford, a pediatric surgeon and the founder of the Black Doctors Covid-19 Consortium. [MORE]

From [HERE] In a city synonymous for half a decade with disaster, something remarkable happened in February 2019. A team of researchers reported that Flint’s homes—even the ones at the highest risk for undrinkable, lead-poisoned tap water—finally had clean water running through their pipes.

After years of painstaking cleanup and rebuilding, the study’s results were a sparkling capstone. Earlier tests already hinted at good news, and this one confirmed it: In the vast majority of such homes, lead levels were 5 parts per billion or better—far below even the strictest regulations in the country. Local news outlet MLive trumpeted the news, and Michigan’s Department of Environmental Quality tacked it to their ongoing list of promising signs that indicated the city’s potable present and future.

But a few weeks later, another, equally remarkable thing happened. As part of a United Nations-sponsored “World Water Day” celebration, the City of Flint parked 12 semitrailers stacked with pallets of bottled water on the city’s street corners, offering them to any city resident who could show an ID. People flocked to the pickup locations. They lined up their cars and popped their trunks to collect cases of water to use in their homes—water in bottles, from somewhere else, that they actually trusted.

The wariness wasn’t out of ignorance. Equally wary was Jim Ananich, a lifelong Flint resident and outgoing leader of the Democratic minority in the Michigan State Senate. Ananich wasn’t in line that day, but he understands why people were.

“I can’t tell somebody they should trust [claims that the water is safe], becauseI don’t trust them—and I have more information than most people,” said Ananich. “Science and logic would tell me that it should be OK, but people have lied to me.” [MORE]

Before Social Distancing, we were experiencing the effects of “Socialist Distancing”...the ever-widening separation between the “haves” (holders) and the “have-nots” (held-back) due to “monopoly capitalism” (centralization of credit in the hands of the State) which by wide academic recognition is the core attribute of communism / socialism, in fact, it is the 5th plank of the Communist Manifesto. The litmus test to any political system is what is used as “money” and who controls (monopolizes) its “issuance.” Labels just don’t cut it. Think deeper...learn to access the underlying reality behind the truth veneer you’ve been conditioned to hold or have been told. predictive programming – an ancient technique of downloading (marketing) an idea into the subconscious of the conditioned mass-mind (step-by-step) guiding (bringing) the duped victims into a desired or predetermined conclusion that they actually believe was consciously derived on their own. Predictive programming works down through the centuries like a charm. Everyone is standardized with the same indoctrination—conditioned under the same mis-education and disinformation. Since we all watch the same TV and download the same standardized education, it never occurs that we are getting conned, uploaded, downgraded, brain-chipped and ultimately faded from any memory of being an individual self. “Most folk’s beliefs and what they think is induced beliefs, it’s propagated into them through repetition as Bertrand Russell said. Just repetitive advertising and people start parroting it in their daily lives and it’s actually changing the structure of their mind into acceptance of something they don’t even perceive yet.” ~ Alan Watt. ACLU Study says Despite Protest, Stay in Place Orders and COVID, Blacks are Still Shot By Cops At the Same Rate [b/c Racists Believe the Murder of Black Males is Necessary for their Genetic Survival]

police kill black people.jpg

From [HERE] Despite stay-at-home orders amid the coronavirus pandemic and months of protests against police brutality, Americans were still shot by police at the same rate in 2020 as in previous years, according to a new American Civil Liberties Union report.

The report, published by the ACLU on Wednesday, shows that from 2015 to 2019, an average of 19.4 fatal police shootings occurred per week in the country over the first half of the year.

Despite the pandemic and months of anti-racism protests, the U.S. had the exact same average number of police shootings per week for the first half of 2020.

As of June 30, police officers had fatally shot 511 people, more than the 484 shot during the same period in 2019.

For the past five years, police have shot nearly 1,000 people per year, totaling at least 5,442 deaths from January 1, 2015, to June 30, 2020.

Demographic breakdowns of the fatalities show police shootings disproportionately impact Black Americans.

Of those shot by police, 24% are Black, though Black people make up about 13% of the U.S. population, and 46% are white, though white people account for 60% of the U.S. population. The report explains

The killing of George Floyd by Minneapolis police officers on May 25, 2020 was horrific, but it was not unusual. People rose up in protest in streets across America not because such brutality was unprecedented, but because police violence — inflicted disproportionately on people of color — is and always has been woven into the daily fabric of American life. Police in the United States kill an obscene number of people every year. The actual number is not known because the data is not tracked, reported, collected, or analyzed in a systematic fashion. At minimum, we know that police kill more than 1,000 people annually.1 Even this conservative figure far exceeds the number of people killed by police in other wealthy countries.2 For perspective, police in America kill people at least three times the rate of their law enforcement counterparts in Canada, a wealthy country with the next highest rate of killing, and at least 16 times the rates of Germany and England.3

The epidemic of police violence has been directly and disproportionately targeted at Black people. Indeed, police have played a primary role in anti-Black violence since their inception as an institution. For example, a sociological study in 1933 of 100 lynchings found that white police officers had participated in at least half of all lynchings, and that in 90 percent of others, law enforcement stood by, complicit in their inaction, as mobs murdered Black people.4 Just as police are more likely to stop, frisk, arrest, and jail Black people than white people,5 they are more likely to shoot and kill Black people. One study found that young unarmed male victims of deadly force by police are 13 times more likely to be Black than white.6 At current levels of risk, Black men face about a one in 1,000 chance of being killed by police over the course of their lives. Stunningly, for young men of color, police use of force is now among the leading causes of death.7 Mirroring the lack of media attention often given to women and nonbinary people of color killed by the police,8 there is a dearth of research examining racial disparities in police killings among nonmale populations. However, some data indicates that although women are less likely than men to be killed by police overall, Black women and Native American/ Indigenous women are more likely to be killed by police than white women.9, 10 Furthermore, while police killings are higher in high-poverty areas than low-poverty areas for all racial groups, Black people who live in more affluent areas are almost as likely to be killed by police as white people who live in the poorest areas.11

The onset of the coronavirus pandemic, during which state governments have issued stay-at-home orders and imposed social distancing requirements, and many police departments have sought to minimize police-initiated contact with the public (by, among other measures, reducing the number of traffic and pedestrian stops),12 would suggest a reduction in police killings. This report examines whether unprecedented societal isolation combined with police departments relaxing routine enforcement corresponds to a decrease in the frequency with which the police fatally shoot people, and whether such force continues to be used disproportionately against Black, Brown, and Native American/ Indigenous people. As detailed in the following results section, we found that despite COVID-19, the rate of fatal police shootings has remained the same nationally. In some states, the rate has even increased. [MORE]

DR FRANCES CRESS WELSING EXPLAINED, “Within the historic framework of Western civilization and culture (the civilization and culture organized to prevent white genetic annihilation), all white peoples have the spoken or unspoken mandate to participate actively in their collective struggle for global white genetic survival. This specifically means, of necessity, the murder and slaughter of Black and other non-white males whenever it is felt within the white collective to be necessary and, therefore, justified.

Because Black males, of all non-white males, have the greatest potential to genetically annihilate the white collective, Black males will experience the greatest ferocity of white supremacy's attack through justifiable homicide. Because Black and other non-white males have the potential to produce white genetic annihilation through the use of their genitalia and because genetic annihilation is the most fundamental fear of the global white collective, this collective (consciously or unconsciously) evolved a "counter" weapon or system of weapons, that theoretically could achieve non-white genetic annihilation.“ [MORE]

Here We Go Again, Researchers for Authoritarians Claim Trained Dogs Can Sniff Out Covid-19 Infections with 94% accuracy

homeland security dog 23.jpg

From [HERE] Dogs have smell receptors up to 10,000 times more powerful and accurate than humans. That allows certain trained dogs to sniff out diseases like cancermalaria and viral infections.

Now, according to German researchers, trained dogs can sniff out coronavirus infections.

A new study, which was piloted by the University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover, the Hannover Medical School and the German Armed Forces found that, if properly trained, dogs were able to discriminate between human saliva samples infected with SARS-CoV-2 and non-infected samples with a 94% success rate overall.

The hope is this method of detection could be one day be used [on black & brown people] in public areas such as airports, sporting events and other mass gatherings (in addition to laboratory testing) to [niggerize them] help prevent future Covid-19 outbreaks, according to researchers. [MORE]

racism white supremacy chart.jpg

In reality dogs are used by government authorities to niggerize and harm Black and Brown people. WP writer Christy Lopex explains that ‘the US has a long history of racialized used of canine violence, from dogs used to hunt fleeing enslaved people and terrorize civil rights protesters, through the present dayRacial and ethnic disparities in police dog bites persist over time and across the country. Canine force reviews, like the decades-long examination of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, consistently show disparities; during one six-month period, their canines bit only black and Latinx people. In a nine-year nationwide study of emergency room visits for police K-9 bites, 42 percent of the approximately 33,000 bite victims were black.’

Lopez explains, ‘the extent to which we have normalized — and subsidized — police departments’ use of dogs to attack human beings should be chilling. The fact that we fawn over those same dogs at community events — without a thought of whose bodies those dogs have bitten — should be more chilling still. The “criminal apprehension” dogs used to find and bite whomever the police tell them to need to be part of the national conversation about ending unnecessary force. Police canines are bred and trained to ensure that their bite is far more severe than a normal dog bite. The pressure from a police canine bite has been likened by one court to the force of being run over by a car. For decades, the canine-industry contended that police dogs usually cause only minor injuries and bite for 10 to 15 seconds. That is bullshit. The era of body cams and cellphone recordings shows they often bite for much longer and cause significant injury.

Unlike normal dogs, police canines are trained to bite hard, use all their teeth and bite multiple times. Studies have found that over 3,500 police canine bitesannually result in emergency room visits, and that canine force results in a higher proportion of hospital visitations than any other type of police force. On rare occasions, police canines have killed people, including a suspected burglara likely trespasser and a homeless woman.

This level of violence cannot be justified by the threat posed. Police dogs routinely use force that unquestionably would be unlawful if used directly by a police officer. The dogs are overwhelmingly set on people suspected of crimes like burglary, car theft, trespassing, traffic violations or “fleeing” from the police, and often used during political protests and immigration raids.

Police canines also inevitably make mistakes, attacking innocent bystanders and their own handlers. A Justice Department attorney investigating the New Orleans Police Department observed a police dog bite its handler twice within a few hours. Canines also do not always stop biting even when ordered to do so. Indeed, at least one canine-industry certification standard passes a dog even if it re-bites and has to be ordered to stop four times. By the way, certification is not universally required.’

Farrakhan Warns Non-White People, 'Don't Let Them Vaccinate You With Their History of Treachery Through Vaccines. Don't Take Any COVID Medicines Until Black Experts Vouch for Its safety.'

COVID discussion begins at about 1:18:29

Minister Farrakhan said “death is not in the cards for me just yet.” From [HERE] The Final Call reports, “In a time of world crisis and widespread scoffing at religious obedience, Nation of Islam Minister Louis Farrakhan, resplendent in a white robe and fez embroidered with gold threads and bedecked with small gems, stepped into a beautiful garden to deliver a message of warning, guidance and instruction. “

“You want it to end, Mr. Trump, so you can go back to what was. But I’m here to tell you sir, you will never see what was again. That is over,” said the Minister. “We are under the judgement of God.”

farrakhan 2020.jpg

Min. Farrakhan warned African leaders and African people not to blindly accept Covid-19 cures from Caucasian people.

The history of White people shows they cannot be trusted, he said. Blacks and non-Whites have been subjected to medical experimentation from Whites, including gynecological techniques on slaves, smallpox in blankets to the Native Americans, a contaminated polio vaccine, and the infamous Tuskegee syphilis experiment, in which the U.S. Public Health Service purposely left syphilis untreated in Black men. The U.S. Public Health Service and Guatemalan government also infected and studied Guatemalan prisoners and mental patients with syphilis in the 1940s.

During the colonial era and afterward, there have been experiments in Africa whether through uninformed consent or forced procedures. In the 1990s, there were complaints as the U.S. sought treatments or cures for AIDS and meningitis. Nearly 20,000 HIV-positive women in Zimbabwe were not informed about trials for development of the AIDS drug AZT. Pfizer lost several informed consent lawsuits after testing 200 children in Kano, Nigeria with an experimental drug to treat bacterial meningitis. Millions were paid to the Kano government and other payments made to four parents who lost children. South Africa tested different ways to kill Blacks under apartheid. Some believe AIDS is connected to oral polio vaccine research in the Congo, though other scientists insist it’s untrue. In the 1970s, the female contraceptive Depo-Provera was clinically tested on Black women in Zimbabwe. In the late 1800s to 1910s, Namibia, then known as German South-West Africa, saw doctors conduct forced sterilization on native Herero women and mixed race children.

In a 2017 study, Wemos, a Dutch group, outlined problems with clinical trials in Egypt, Kenya, Zimbabwe and South Africa. The “global pharmaceutical industry has increasingly been conducting clinical trials in low- and middle-income countries. In 2005, 40% of all clinical trials took place in emerging countries,” it said.

Africa and developing regions are hot spots for trials and research offering “faster and cheaper recruitment of clinical trial participants, weak health systems, and treatment-naïve, often medically illiterate populations with a wide range of diseases. Also, it is easier to bypass ethical rules and regulations because of lack of legislation and less stringent or weak monitoring,” the study states.

In April, French doctors came under fire for saying Covid-19 vaccine research should be targeted for Africa. “It may be provocative. Should we not do this study in Africa where there are no masks, no treatment or intensive care, a little bit like it’s been done for certain AIDS studies, where among prostitutes, we try things, because we know that they are highly exposed and don’t protect themselves?” said Jean-Paul Mira, head of the intensive care unit at the Cochin Hospital in Paris,” reported Al-Jazeerah.

Min. Farrakhan told Blacks in America and the Motherland not to take any Covid-19 medicines until Black experts vouch for its safety.

We need to call a meeting of Black epidemiologists, virologists, students of biology and chemistry to look at what they give us and we need to give ourselves something better, he said.

The Minister said he was speaking for the interests of Blacks, Latinos, Native Americans, and those who desire life.

The Minister also blasted the state of Florida, Cuban emigres and the U.S. for the blockade of Cuba and keeping away treatments that could help with Covid-19.

Pointing to rising infection rates in the Sunshine State, the Minister said he asked God to strike Florida with the disease as she prevented others from possible help. At Final Call press time, Florida’s Department of Health logged 6,336 additional Covid-19 cases, reporting 206,447 cases statewide and 3,778 deaths statewide. The Associated Press reported July 2 that 40 of 50 states reported rising numbers of coronavirus cases.

“Florida are you becoming the epicenter of the coronavirus? I asked God to do that. That I asked Him for,” said Min. Farrakhan. “I just want to show you, this man you see talking has power with God.”

Companies are plotting to give over seven billion people vaccinations, but Dr. Anthony Fauci and Bill and Melinda Gates want to rid the planet of billions of people, he warned. If you try to force vaccines on us, that’s war, he vowed.

The Minister spoke to a relatively small crowd of Nation of Islam laborers, Believers and special guests under a white tent.

Chairs were carefully spaced apart; masks were worn by everyone and social distancing was practiced. His message was webcast via the Nation of Islam website, The Final Call newspaper website, Revolt TV, WVON AM radio in Chicago, WPFW AM in Washington, D.C., Dr. Boyce Watkins’ media company and others. Believers, supporters and friends used Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and other digital means to share the webcast or distribute clips. Celebrities like Madonna shared images or information with millions of followers, often using #Farrakhan. The Minister’s address trended for several hours on Twitter and was heard globally.

As "Shelter in Place" Orders "Took" Citizens' Labor & Business Property w/o Just Compensation in Violation of the 5th Amendment at Least 12 “Legistraitors" Got Paid Off the COVID Rescue Program

From [HERE] At least a dozen lawmakers have ties to organizations that received federal coronavirus aid, according to newly released government data, showing how Washington insiders were both authors and beneficiaries of one of the biggest government programs in U.S. history.

Under pressure from Congress and outside groups, the Trump administration this week disclosed the names of some loan recipients in the $659 billion Paycheck Protection Program, launched in April to help allegedly small businesses keep Americans employed during the pandemic. Connections to lawmakers, and the organizations that work to influence them, were quickly apparent.

Among businesses that received money was a California hotel partially owned by the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and a shipping business started by Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao’s family. Chao is married to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

Car dealerships owned by at least three Republican House members — Reps. Roger Williams of Texas, Vern Buchanan of Florida and Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania — received money. So did fast-food franchises owned by Rep. Kevin Hern, R-Okla., a law firm owned by the husband of Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H., and the former law firm of Rep. Matt Cartwright, D-Pa., which employs his wife.

Money also flowed to a farming and equipment business owned by the family of Rep. Vicky Hartzler, R-Mo., and a regional casino company led by the husband of Rep. Susie Lee, D-Nev.

Members of Congress and their families are not barred from receiving loans under the Paycheck Protection Program, and there is no evidence they received special treatment. Loans were granted to Democrats and Republicans alike, something President Trump’s campaign mentioned when records showed donors to his campaign were among the earliest beneficiaries.

Hundreds of millions of dollars also flowed to political consultants, opposition research shops, law firms, advocacy organizations and trade associations whose work is based on influencing government and politics. [MORE]

Last year In a 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court held that the Takings Clause of the Fifth Amendment guarantees property owners a right to just compensation at the time a taking occurs. The majority opinion in Knick v. Township of Scott, Pennsylvania, et al, No. 17-647, explicitly overrules Williamson County Regional Planning Commission v. Hamilton Bank of Johnson City, 473 U. S. 172 (1985), which required plaintiffs to seek compensation in state courts first before bringing federal constitutional claims under the Fifth Amendment. [MORE]. This assumes that a Government has given you some Constitutional Rights or you and a government orderly believe that you have them.

Meanwhile governors across the country have issued executive orders mandating the closure of businesses they deem non-essential in an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19. Slowing the spread of COVID-19, in turn, benefits all the state’s residents. Thus, the owner of the closed business is made to sacrifice the use of his or her property for the good of the general public. Has the state thereby effected a taking under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments for which it must compensate the business owner?

There are good arguments for getting to yes.

A recent lawsuit makes such an argument and the complaint explains, ‘Without extending constitutionally required just compensation to Plaintiffs and those similarly situated, [shelter in place] Orders jeopardize the sustainability of many businesses and the livelihoods those businesses provide to individuals.’ [MORE]

Detroit is Surrounded by Water but Govt Water Shut Offs Ensure that a Large No of Black Residents Cannot Wash their Hands, Flush Toilets & Clean their homes, thereby Spreading COVID. Suit Filed

From [HERE] Detroit residents backed by the ACLU filed a federal class action Thursday accusing city and state officials of not having a plan in place for low-income residents who face water shutoffs during the coronavirus pandemic.

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan and water department supervisor Gary Brown are named as defendants in the 101-page lawsuit, and are alleged to have shown “deliberate indifference to the known risks of living without water service that could, did, and will cause harm to plaintiffs.”

The introduction of the complaint states as follows [annotations omitted]:

“Water is a human right and a basic necessity, especially in a time of pandemic. Access to safe, affordable water is critical to stop the spread of COVID- 19 and other bacterial or viral infections through frequent handwashing and cleaning. In Detroit, however, thousands of residents—who are predominantly and disproportionately Black—have suffered from the lack of water service in their homes for years. These residents, many of whom have had their water service temporarily restored during the pandemic, will risk losing their water service again when Detroit resumes its water shutoff policy. The lack of water places these residents and members of their communities, including schools, workplaces, and other shared spaces, at risk of contracting bodily illnesses, including COVID-19.

2. Detroit has had a water affordability crisis for decades.1 While water is generally considered “affordable” when families spend no more than 2% to 2.5% of their household incomes for water services,2 low-income Detroit residents must pay an average of 10% of their household incomes on water,3 and some pay much more.4 As a result, many families in Detroit struggle to pay their water bills.

3. When customers’ water bills go unpaid, DWSD, a department of the City of Detroit, disconnects their service without first determining whether customers have the means to pay their bills. The looming resumption of water shutoffs will exacerbate an existing public health emergency in Detroit absent this Court’s intervention.

4. Between 2014 and 2019, more than 141,000 households in Detroit had their water service disconnected for non-payment.5 Some families live for years without water service in their homes after a disconnection by DWSD. Others are trapped in a cycle of water insecurity with repeated disconnections and reconnections. These water insecure families risk losing service at any time because of their inability to pay DWSD’s rates.

5. In 2014, Detroit disconnected water service to approximately 44,000 households for non-payment of bills.6 In 2018, Detroit disconnected water service from more than 16,000 households.7 In 2019, shutoffs rose again to a total of 23,473.8 As of January 2020, approximately 9,500 homes in Detroit were reportedly still without water service.9

6. Families without water service in their homes are susceptible to infection. Through the years, Detroit’s water shutoff policy has resulted in outbreaks of various forms of infectious diseases, as well as other threats to the health of affected families resulting from such things as the inability of people with diabetes to prepare medically necessary meals, the inability of parents to prepare infant formula, dehydration, and various other health consequences associated with the lack of water. Families without water service are also at risk of involvement with Child Protective Services, as the lack of running water is a factor in determining whether parents are providing a suitable home for their children.10 In many cases, individuals who live without water service in their homes have become carriers of disease, infecting others within their physical proximity. This has created a public health emergency in Detroit.

7. Despite repeated, consistent demands for remedial action by affected communities and their advocates, including Plaintiff People’s Water Board Coalition, Defendants’ response to this public health emergency has been woefully inadequate and appallingly weak. Defendants have failed to implement a program to ensure that Detroit’s water insecure population has long-term access to affordable water and Defendant Detroit has continued to employ water shutoffs as a collection method despite the known risks of living without water.

8. The public health emergency caused by Detroit’s water shutoff policy has been exacerbated by the current pandemic.

9. Water shutoffs disproportionately impact Detroit’s Black and low- income residents. Detroit is a predominantly Black city and has a significant population of impoverished residents. According to data reported by the U.S. Census Bureau, as of July 2019, the population of Detroit was 670,031.11 Approximately 79% of the city’s population is Black and nearly 15% is white.12 In Detroit, 36.4% of the population is impoverished.13 Black people comprise the largest percentage of impoverished or low-income residents of Detroit.14

10. Detroit is the epicenter of COVID-19 infections within Wayne County. As of May 15, 2020, Detroit’s confirmed cases were concentrated in predominantly Black and lower-income neighborhoods.15 According to the Brookings Institution, 90% of the city’s zip codes with the highest number of confirmed cases have populations that are at least 80% Black.16 Data compiled by the City of Detroit shows that Black people account for 82.1% of COVID-related deaths in the city.17 As of late May 2020, Wayne County had the fifth highest death toll from COVID-19 in the country.18

11. Since the COVID-19 crisis began, Defendants and other government officials have admonished members of the public to engage in regular handwashing to prevent infection and the spread of disease. Yet, through its water shutoff policy, Detroit has made handwashing a practical impossibility for thousands of families in the city for nearly 20 years.19

12. The arrival of COVID-19 signaled catastrophe for Detroit communities that were unable to engage in defensive or preventive handwashing and other cleaning measures because of the lack of water service in their homes. The rates of infection in Detroit outpaced all other regions in the State of Michigan as well as many regions throughout the country.

13. Through its Water Restart Plan and Governor Whitmer’s Executive Order (“EO”) 2020-28,20 Detroit has been required since March 2020 to halt its water shutoff policy and restore water service to all customers previously disconnected for non-payment. On July 8, 2020, Defendant Whitmer rescinded EO 2020-28 and replaced it with EO 2020-144, which requires the restoration of water service to customers for non-payment until December 31, 2020.21 However, Defendant Whitmer has not taken the actions necessary to ensure long-term water affordability and access in Detroit. In fact, EO 2020-144 specifies that it does not relieve a customer of the obligation to pay for water, prevent a public water supply from charging any customer for water service, or reduce the amount a resident may owe to a public water supply.

14. Additionally, while EO 2020-28 was in effect, she failed to ensure that municipalities like Detroit were in compliance with the order.

15. In June 2020, the Michigan Legislature passed a bill that will, among other appropriations, grant $25 million to water utility providers across the state to assist customers with arrearages and fees incurred during the COVID-19 pandemic.23 This assistance is limited to $700 per household.24 It provides no relief to customers for arrearages incurred prior to the COVID-19 pandemic or after December 2020, nor any long-term relief for Detroit’s water insecure population. Governor Whitmer signed the bill into law on July 1, 2020, but Defendant Detroit has not indicated whether it will participate in the program.

16. Defendants Detroit, Duggan, and Brown failed to fully comply with EO 2020-28 and restore water service to all customers previously disconnected for non- payment during the COVID-19 pandemic. Upon information and belief, some families in Detroit still lack water service as of the date of this filing, while the pandemic continues to threaten the health of city residents. Consequently, Defendants Detroit, Duggan, and Brown are also currently out of compliance with EO 2020-144, which replaced EO 2020-28. Further, Defendant Duggan has announced that Detroit will resume water shutoffs for customers who cannot keep up with their bill payments after the coronavirus crisis has passed.25

17. By creating conditions that contribute to and threaten the introduction of infectious disease by knowingly and purposefully preventing many Detroit residents from washing their hands, flushing their toilets, and cleaning their homes, Defendants have caused and continue to cause disastrous consequences for Plaintiffs and thousands of similarly situated individuals.

18. Plaintiffs bring this action for injunctive, declaratory, and compensatory relief under the Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, alleging that Defendants have violated their rights to substantive due process. In particular, Plaintiffs allege that Defendants deliberately and knowingly breached the constitutionally protected bodily integrity of Plaintiffs through their deliberate indifference to the known risks of living without water service that could, did, and will cause harm to Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs also allege Defendants Detroit, Duggan, and Brown have violated their rights to substantive due process under the Michigan Constitution of 1963 by these actions.

19. Plaintiffs also bring this action for injunctive, declaratory, and compensatory relief under the equal protection guarantees of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and the Michigan Constitution of 1963, alleging that Defendant Detroit has violated their equal protection rights by disconnecting the water service of predominately Black impoverished customers without first determining whether they have the ability to pay.

20. Plaintiffs further bring this action for injunctive, declaratory, and compensatory relief pursuant to the FHA and the ELCRA, alleging that Defendant Detroit’s water shutoff policy has a disproportionate and unjustified impact on Black residents.

From 21. January 2017 to July 2018, 95% of residential water shutoffs occurred in Census tracts with a population that was greater than 50% Black. Additionally, from January 2019 to January 2020, 96% of residential water shutoffs occurred in zip codes with a population greater than 50% Black. These disparities persist even when controlling for differences in income and the number of unoccupied homes in Detroit.

22. Defendant Detroit’s policy of disconnecting water service to customers for non-payment causes Black residents to disproportionately experience water shutoffs, forcing them to live without water service in their homes.

23. Through its water shutoff policy, Defendant Detroit discriminates against Black residents in violation of the FHA and ELCRA. [MORE]

Without the star (and meticulous record keeping) there was no way to tell who was a semite and who was not. The star enabled the police to pick up any Jew, anywhere, anytime. Seem familiar? [MORE]

From [HERE] Abiometric digital identity platform that “evolves just as you evolve” is set to be introduced in “low-income, remote communities” in West Africa thanks to a public-private partnership between the Bill Gates-backed GAVI vaccine alliance, Mastercard and the AI-powered “identity authentication” company, Trust Stamp.

The program, which was first launched in late 2018, will see Trust Stamp’s digital identity platform integrated into the GAVI-Mastercard “Wellness Pass,” a digital vaccination record and identity system that is also linked to Mastercard’s click-to-play system that powered by its AI and machine learning technology called NuData. Mastercard, in addition to professing its commitment to promoting “centralized record keeping of childhood immunization” also describes itself as a leader toward a “World Beyond Cash,” and its partnership with GAVI marks a novel approach towards linking a biometric digital identity system, vaccination records, and a payment system into a single cohesive platform. The effort, since its launch nearly two years ago, has been funded via $3.8 million in GAVI donor funds in addition to a matched donation of the same amount by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

In early June, GAVI reported that Mastercard’s Wellness Pass program would be adapted in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Around a month later, Mastercard announced that Trust Stamp’s biometric identity platform would be integrated into Wellness Pass as Trust Stamp’s system is capable of providing biometric identity in areas of the world lacking internet access or cellular connectivity and also does not require knowledge of an individual’s legal name or identity to function. The Wellness Program involving GAVI, Mastercard, and Trust Stamp will soon be launched in West Africa and will be coupled with a Covid-19 vaccination program once a vaccine becomes available.

The push to implement biometrics as part of national ID registration systems has been ongoing for many years on the continent and has become a highly politicized issue in several African countries. Opposition to similar projects in Africa often revolves around the costs surrounding them, such as the biometric voter management system that the Electoral Commission of Ghana has been trying to implement ahead of their 2020 general election in December. Bright Simons, honorary VP of the IMANI policy think tank, has questioned the “budgetary allocation” for the new system, claiming that the “unnecessary registration of 17 million people all over again” represents millions of dollars “being blown for reasons that nobody can explain in this country.”

Masking ulterior motives

Trust Stamp’s biometric identity system, largely funded by Mastercard’s massive investment in the company in February, utilizes a technology it calls Evergreen Hash that creates an AI-generated “3D mask” based on a single photo of a person’s face, palm or fingerprint. Once this “mask” is created, much of the original data is discarded and encryption keys are created in place of a person’s name or other more traditional identifiers.

“Only a small percentage of the data that originally existed is in the hash,” Trust Stamp CEO Gareth Genner has stated. “What you have is something safer for storing because it can’t be used to directly identify you. No one would recognize you in this huge jumble of numbers.” The result, according to Genner, is an “irreversible non-personally identifiable information” system that “protects privacy, reduces potential for misuse and allows effective inclusion when there is no other form of legal record.”

Genner also explained in a recent press release that the unique “hash” is capable of “evolving” as a new hash with updated health information is created every time a child or individual gets a vaccine. Trust Stamp’s AI algorithms can accurately determine if different hashes belong to the same individual, meaning that “the hash evolves over time just as you evolve,” said Genner.

It is unclear how much the Wellness Pass initiative is motivated by public health concerns as opposed to free market considerations. Indeed, the GAVI alliance, largely funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates and Rockefeller Foundations, as well as allied governments and the vaccine industry, is principally concerned with improving “the health of markets for vaccines and other immunization products,” rather than the health of individuals, according to its own website. Similarly, Mastercard’s GAVI partnership is directly linked to its “World Beyond Cash” effort, which mainly bolsters its business model that has long depended on a reduction in the use of physical cash.

Dual use tyranny

Trust Stamp also shares this market-focused vision for its digital identity system as the company has stated that it is looking for new commercialization options for its Evergreen Hash technology, specifically with prison systems. Talks with private and public prison systems have revealed an interest in their utilization of Trust Stamp’s technology to provide identification for individuals on parole “without making them pay for pricey ankle bracelets that monitor their every move,” as Trust Stamp’s platform would ostensibly provide that same function but in a “touchless” and less expensive manner.

Trust Stamp’s interest in providing its technology to both COVID-19 response and to law enforcement is part of a growing trend where numerous companies providing digital solutions to  COVID-19 also offer the same solutions to prison systems and law enforcement for the purposes of surveillance and “predictive policing.”

During George Floyd’s Houston funeral there was a reference to the message of condolence sent to Mr Floyd's family by Ghana's President Nana Akufo-Addo. It was also mentioned that at the president's request, Mr Floyd's name had been permanently mounted on the wall of the Diasporan African Forum at the W.E.B. Du Bois Centre in Ghana's capital, Accra.

Also Akufo-Addo declared 2019, the 400th anniversary of the start of the transatlantic slave trade, “the Year of Return,” with a special invitation to all Africans in the diaspora, especially the descendants of slaves, to come to Ghana, either to visit or even to live permanently. [MORE]

A 14-minute audio purported to be from the President of Ghana, Akufo-Addo, warns Ghanaians to pay attention to an alleged extract from an article titled ‘Rockefeller Lockstep 2010’ on the Rockefeller website. According to AFP Factcheck the Ghana information minister said the claim that the president’s voice is on the recording it is “absolutely false.” [MORE] and [MORE] It clearly does not sound like him - as he has an english sounding accent [listen to his voice on this speech at the Harvard Kennedy School]. The speaker might be an African religious figure because at the end of it he discusses, ‘the role of the church in resisting evil.’

Like all conspiracy theories it relies upon your particular “beliefs,” anecdotal facts and lacks factual detail. As we know beliefs and dogma are dangerous. Nevertheless, the speech is compelling, interesting and provokes thought as it provides an alternative explanation to the official story presented in The Spectacle. Just because someone misidentified the speaker does not necessarily take away or add to its authenticity.

In the audio, the speaker references an alleged Rockefeller Foundation document from 2010 that detailed a simulated global outbreak, the required steps involved, the various phases required, the overall timeline and its expected outcomes.

In 2010 in a document entitled, “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development” the Rockefeller Foundation and the Global Business Network released a strategy toolkit based on various proposed, hypothetical scenarios that could affect the world. It is not known to BW whether this document is actually a Rockefeller Foundation document.

A scenario called “Lockstep” discussed a global pandemic affecting millions that required “the mandatory wearing of face masks to body-temperature checks at the entries to communal spaces like train stations and supermarkets.” Lockstep describes “A world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback.”

The scenario said it would occur in 2012 and the new influenza strain originated from wild geese. It states, “Even the most pandemic-prepared nations were quickly overwhelmed when the virus streaked around the world, infecting nearly 20 percent of the global population and killing 8 million in just seven months, the majority of them healthy young adults. The pandemic also had a deadly effect on economies: international mobility of both people and goods screeched to a halt, debilitating industries like tourism and breaking global supply chains. Even locally, normally bustling shops and office buildings sat empty for months, devoid of both employees and customers.“ Thereafter, a highly government controlled world results in which citizens willingly give up “some of their sovereignty — and their privacy — to more paternalistic states in exchange for greater safety and stability.” Subsequently, the extreme presence of government authority inhibited entrepreneurial activity and the majority of citizens grow tired and pushback against it. The scenario does not predict any end result other that conflict between people and governments.

However, overlooked by conspiracy buffs posting this audio is the fact that the speech describes a more detailed and distinct scenario than the Rockefeller scenario.

The speaker says a deadly virus was created at a Fort Detrick class 4 lab, which is a US Army Medical Command Installation operated. It is not clear exactly who else created the virus with the US Government but the speaker states that Bill Gates, George Soros and Anthony Faucci and The WHO are among the elites involved in its creation.

The virus was then transported and researched at the National Microbiology Lab in Winnipeg Canada. While there it was stolen and smuggled out by China and taken to China's only class 4 lab, the Wuhan Institute of Virology in Wuhan China. According to the speaker the goal was to create a narrative in which China could be blamed for creating the and releasing it by accident (a planned accident = a plandemic).

The speaker says it was planned that governments would ‘downplay the human-to-human transmission for as long as possible to allow the research strain to spread on a global scale before any country can lockdown/respond to avoid initial infection. Once a country has seed infection in place, lockdown incoming/outgoing travel but keep the transmission within the country spreading for as long as possible. Once enough people in a country/region are infected, enact forced quarantines/isolation for that area and expand the lockdown regions slowly over time. Over-hype the mortality rate by tying the research strain to deaths that have little to nothing to do with the actual virus to keep the fear and compliance at a maximum (if anyone dies for ANY reason and is found they have COVID consider it a COVID death & if anyone is thought to of MAYBE had symptoms of COVID to assume they have COVID and consider it a COVID death).’

He explains that the purpose of government stay in place and quarantine orders is to cause unrest and weaken the populations immune system.

The speaker states people’s immune system will weaken due to lack of interaction with other people. Governments and media will downplay and attack any potential "treatments and continue to echo that only a "cure" is viable to fight this virus (aka a vaccine). They will continue to drag out the quarantine over and over and over again in intervals causing more and more people to eventually stand up and protest or defy them. Eventually end the phase 1 quarantine once they get enough public push-back (June 2020), and publicly state that they still think it's "too early" to end the isolation but are going to do it anyways. Due to the isolation people will be susceptible to the virus and spread when quarantines are lifted or defied. Also, to "pad" the mortality rate and hype the upcoming phase 2 lockdown people will die from standard illnesses at a higher rate than normal due to having highly weakened immune systems - but such deaths will be attributed to the virus.

Eventually enact phase 2 quarantines (~Oct-Nov 2020) on a even more extreme level and blame the protesters (mostly people who don't trust their government already for the cause of the "larger" 2nd wave (He says ‘we told you so, it was too early, this is all your fault cause you needed a hair cut, your freedoms have consequences...).’

-Enforce the phase 2 quarantine at a much more extreme level, increasing the penalty for defiance (replace fines with jail time).deem ALL travel as non-essential, increase checkpoints (including military assistance), increase tracking/tracing of the population (mandatory apps), take over control of food/gas (large scale shortages) so that people can only get access to essential products/services if they are FIRST given permission.anyone who defy's them appear as public enemy #1 to those who are willing to submit.

-Keep the phase 2 lockdown in place for a much longer period of time than the phase 1 lockdown, continuing to destroy the global economy, further degrade the supply chain, and further amplify the food shortages, and alike.

-Quell any public outrage using extreme actions/force and make anyone who defy's them appear as public enemy #1 to those who are willing to submit

After a rather long phase 2 lockdown (6+ months), roll-out the vaccination program + vaccine certification and make it mandatory for everyone (giving priority access to those that submitted from the start), and have those that are for it attack those that are against it saying they are a threat and the cause of all the problems (we can't go back to normal until EVERYONE takes the vaccine... people defying them are hurting our way of life and therefore are the enemy).

-If the majority of people go along with the agenda then let those people enter the new system (new normal) while limiting the minority that defy the agenda's ability to work/travel/live.

-If the majority of people go against the agenda then release the weaponized SARS/HIV/MERS tribrid strain as phase 3, a virus with a 30%+ mortality rate as a final scare to push the minority to quickly become the majority and give a final "we told you so" to those that didn't listen.

Enact the new economy model which is based on human behavior and willingness to submit to government authority using food/water/shelter and other essentials as a weapon of enforcement of the new economic system. Basically do what the government wants and get rewarded (gain credits/score and gain more access to things you need to survive) or go against what the government wants and get penalized (lose credits/score and lose access to things you need to survive).

It must cannibalistically sacrifice the vitality, autonomy, and if need be, the life of the African American community while posing as its benefactor and savior. Politico states, “A new tremor is threatening to shake minority communities as protests over racial injustice sweep the country: A wave of evictions as a federal moratorium on kicking people out of their rental units expires.

The ban on evictions — which applies to rentals that are backed by the government — expires in a matter of weeks. On top of that, the federal boost to unemployment benefits that many laid-off workers have used to pay their rent is set to end July 31.

Black and Latino people are twice as likely to rent as white people, so they would be most endangered if the protection from removal is ended. [In fact, 74 % of white households live in homes they own, only about 44% of black households and 49% of Latino households do, according to census data [see further down in this article]. Therefore, Blacks & Latinos are also most likely to rent from white owners - the folks planning to cause the mass eviction-white folks]. But there’s no relief in sight from Congress, with Republicans and Democrats not even expected to begin negotiating a new economic relief package until after the July Fourth holiday.

“How many people are going to be homeless?” Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) asked Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson at a hearing Tuesday at the Senate Banking Committee, his voice rising. “How many people are going to lose their homes, and what are you as an administration going to do about it?”

Carson did not provide an estimate of how many people stand to be evicted when the moratorium ends on July 24. A HUD spokesman said the agency “does not have these numbers available.”

The moratorium covers evictions, not rent payments, and nearly 26 million people will have trouble coming up with the rent by September amid the economic crisis caused by the pandemic, according to Zach Neumann of the COVID-19 Eviction Defense Project. Forty-four percent of black tenants said they have little or no confidence they would be able to meet their next rent payment, according to the latest snapshot from the census, conducted the last week of May. That and rising black unemployment could make for a combustible mix on the streets. The May 25 killing of George Floyd, a black man, at the hands of cops has sparked protests in cities around the country. Mass evictions this summer would almost surely fuel additional unrest.

“Think about it: People are still unemployed. If they’re being evicted, they’re going to be out in the streets anyway,” said Lisa Rice, president and CEO of the National Fair Housing Alliance. “If what you want is to get people back to work and not have people out in the streets protesting, then maybe you don’t want to kick them out of their houses.”

“Wall Street has bounced back, the stock markets are doing fine, rich folks are becoming more wealthy — the Jeff Bezos’s of the world are getting richer — and we’re getting evicted. It’s just a recipe for disaster,” she added.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told housing advocates on a call last week that the furor over Floyd’s death had brought new urgency to discussions of the racial disparities endemic in American life.

“One knee to the neck just explode[d] a tinderbox of other injustices that we must address, and one of them is housing,” Pelosi said. “Housing security is a matter of justice, as structural racism puts communities of color unfairly at risk of being rent-burdened or homeless.”

The congressionally mandated eviction plan applies to tenants in buildings with federally backed mortgages — covering just over 12 million of the nearly 44 million rental units in the country. Others may be covered by a patchwork of state and local moratoriums, but those are also starting to expire. Twelve states ended eviction protections in May, and the 8.2 million renters in New York will see their protections start to lapse on Aug. 20.

That gives a large advantage to white people: While about 74 percent of white households live in homes they own, only about 44 percent of black households and 49 percent of Latino households do, according to census data.

Black and Latino households also pay a higher share of their income on rent in most major metropolitan areas, according to a Zillow analysis.

although shelter in place orders may be necessary they are nevertheless Government seizures of people’s livelihoods and businesses that have forced indefinite closures and widespread layoffs. Within the meaning of the 5th Amendment the government’s actions are “uncompensated takings” that violate the so-called “Takings Clause.” That is, the government is legally obligated to properly compensate citizens for their tangible losses - and this does not mean some bullshit $1200 check. Housing advocates warn that landlords around the country are already preparing eviction proceedings to file the moment they’re allowed to proceed, even as more than 20 million Americans — including more than 1 in 6 black workers — remain out of work.

“Unless Congress intervenes soon, the coming tsunami of evictions and homelessness will disproportionately harm black and brown people,” said Diane Yentel, president and CEO of the National Low Income Housing Coalition.

About 40 percent of homeless people in the U.S. and over half of homeless families with children are black, even though just 13 percent of the population is black.

Rice said Floyd’s death was “just the straw that broke the camel’s back,” and that decades of redlining — the government practice of blocking off black neighborhoods on official maps to discourage mortgage lending — was one of the main underlying contributors to the current unrest. [MORE]
