Top Dumbocrat Puppeticians Try to Stop or Delay Vote That Would Put Them on Record for Trump's Iran War

From [HERE] House Foreign Affairs Committee Democrats have been working behind the scenes to try to prevent a vote on Reps. Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie’s Iran war powers resolution – a measure that would require every member of Congress to go on the record about a potential U.S. war with Iran.

A top Democratic HFAC staffer, multiple sources with direct knowledge tell me, deliberately inflated projections of opposition to the bipartisan measure – warning of 20 to 40 Democratic defections – as part of a broader effort to dampen momentum and prevent the Iran war powers vote from advancing. Khanna and Massie had initially planned to force a vote on the resolution this week, but Democratic leadership is now saying they expect the vote to be delayed until next week or even later. The postponement comes as the Trump administration accelerates preparations for unauthorized military action, overseeing the largest U.S. military buildup in the region in years.

Khanna and Massie argue that Congress must weigh in before – not after – the U.S. is pulled into another regime change war in the Middle East. Their resolution would require explicit congressional authorization for any military action against Iran, a vote that could become one of the most consequential foreign policy decisions in recent congressional history. Massa Media Promotes the Delusion that the US Has a Right to Wage War on Iran and Control Who Runs the Country

From [HERE] The United States has no right to wage war on Iran, or to have a say who governs the country. The opinion pages of the New York Times and Washington Post, however, are offering facile humanitarian arguments for the US to escalate its attacks on Iran. These are based on the nonsensical assumption that the US wants to help brighten Iranians’ futures.

In two editorials addressing the possibility of the US undertaking a bombing and shooting war on Iran, the Washington Post expressed no opposition to such policies and endorsed economic warfare as well.

Crediting Trump with “the wisdom of distinguishing between an authoritarian regime and the people who suffer under its rule,” the first Post editorial (1/2/26) approvingly quoted Trump’s Truth Social promise (1/2/26) to Iranian protesters that the US “will come to their rescue…. We are locked and loaded and ready to go.”

For the Post, the problem was not that Trump was threatening to bomb a sovereign state, but that “airstrikes are, at best, a temporary solution”:

If the administration wants this time to be different, it will need to oversee a patient, sustained campaign of maximum pressure against the government…. The optimal strategy is to economically squeeze the regime as hard as possible at this moment of maximum vulnerability. More stringent enforcement of existing oil sanctions would go a long way…. Only 20% of US Adults Support Puppet Trump's War on Iran in Non-Representative Demockery: Poll

From [HERE] and [29 OTHER POLLS] A University of Maryland Critical Issues Poll released on 15 February revealed that a mere 21 percent of adults in the US support President Donald Trump's plans of war against Iran, while 49 percent of respondents oppose it.

The study was led by Shibley Telhami and conducted by SSRS between 5 and 9 February among 1,004 adults in the US.

When asked, “Do you favor or oppose the United States initiating an attack on Iran under the current circumstances?” 21 percent of respondents favored an attack, 49 percent opposed it, and 30 percent said they did not know.

Support was highest among Republicans at 40 percent, compared to 6 percent among Democrats and 21 percent among independents, while opposition reached 74 percent among Democrats, 51 percent among independents, and 25 percent among Republicans.

Asked whose interests would be most advanced by a war with Iran, 31 percent said the US, 35 percent said other parties, and 33 percent said they did not know. Among those naming other beneficiaries, 16 percent cited Israel, 11 percent the Iranian people, and three percent some Arab states. [MORE]

Puppet Trump Barks and Claps and Starts Unlawful War Against Iran but Can’t Explain Why to His Subjects. US Troops Blow Up School w/Over 100 Inside, Children and Adults Murdered ‘for their Own Good’

BORED OF PEACE. From [HERE] At least 115 people, almost all of them young girls, have been killed in an air strike on a primary school in southern Iran, according to the city’s governor.

The attack on Saturday morning hit Shajareh Tayyebeh school in the city of Minab, in Hormozgan province, as the United States and Israel began launching strikes on targets across Iran.

The victims were between seven and 12 years old, according to Iran's Tasnim and Fars news agencies.

A staff member at the Minab school, who asked not to be named, told Middle East Eye she remains in shock at the intensity of the attack.

Through tears, she said she used to watch the young girls playing at school every day. After today’s strikes, however, she saw their bodies lying on classroom benches and in different corners of the school.

She said she had stepped out of the school to take care of something when she suddenly heard a horrifying sound. Within seconds, a missile - or something like it - hit the school building.

After hearing the blast, she ran back towards the school and was faced with a scene she says she would never forget.

“I felt like I had gone mute. I couldn’t speak,” the staff member told MEE. “You could hear the sound of children crying and screaming.”

When rescue teams arrived, she said, they began to understand the scale of the disaster.

“We still don’t know how many are under the rubble. Some are even saying more than 100. Some of these small children are severely injured. Their parents have come to the school, and this place has turned into a house of mourning.”

The air strike on the school left many inside the building trapped beneath the rubble.

There were 170 female students at the school at the time of the attack. So far, at least 45 people have also been reported wounded.

Footage posted by Telegram accounts affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps appeared to show people digging through the rubble.

Smoke could be seen rising from surrounding buildings, while a wrecked car lay in the street. People were heard screaming and wailing; others appeared to be in shock. [MORE]

Thus, the paper offers advice on how to integrate bombing Iran into a broader effort to overthrow the country’s government in a hybrid war. Central to that project are the sanctions with which the Post is so thoroughly impressed. Such measures have “squeeze[d] the regime” by, for example, decimating “the government’s primary source of revenue, oil exports, limiting the state’s ability to provide for millions of impoverished Iranians through social safety nets” (CNN10/19/25).

That the US continues to apply the sanctions, knowing that they have these effects, demonstrates that it has no interest in, as the Post put it, “free[ing]” Iranians “from bondage.” [MORE]

'When The Government Claims the Power to Decide Whose Life Has Value and Whose Does Not—Who May Live and Who May Die in the Name of the "General Welfare"—It is No Longer Governing. It is Playing God'

BUT WHAT IS GOVERNING THOUGH? From [RON PAUL] When the government claims the power to decide whose life has value and whose does not—who may live and who may die in the name of “security,” “order,” or “efficiency”—it is no longer governing. It is playing god.

A government that acts as if freedoms—and life, in turn—are privileges granted by the state has abandoned the foundational principle that rights are inherent and inalienable.

We see it in a system that celebrates the sanctity of life before birth while expanding the machinery of death after birth—through executions carried out in the name of justice, militarized policing carried out in the name of order, indefinite detention carried out in the name of security, shoot-first enforcement regimes that treat civilians as threats rather than human beings, and endless wars driven by greed, profit and ego.

Nor are these executions limited to death chambers.

As the killing of Renée Good makes clear, the modern police state now carries out executions in the streets—without trial, without jury, and without meaningful accountability.

When government agents act as judge, jury, and executioner, the distinction between capital punishment and law enforcement violence collapses.

Both rest on the same premise: that the state has the moral authority to decide, unilaterally and irrevocably, that a human life is no longer worthy of protection.

We see it in a bureaucracy that has armed itself like an occupying force—federal agencies equipped with military-grade weapons, surveillance tools, and near-total immunity—while insisting that this concentration of power is necessary for our safety.

We see it in the normalization of state violence: no-knock raids, warrantless searches, armed enforcement actions carried out in residential neighborhoods, and the fatal shootings of U.S. citizens during domestic enforcement operations that resemble a military deployment more than civilian law enforcement.

Alex Pretti’s death was the foreseeable end result of a system that normalizes state violence, immunizes authority from accountability, and treats human life as collateral damage.

Once government is allowed to decide whose life matters, no life is safe. [MORE]

Puppet Trump's Rule by Force Doctrine Offers a Grim Choice for the world: Obey Authority to Remain Free

Given US President Donald Trump’s declarations that there would be no mass executions of protesters in Iran, and that the killings had stopped, it appears that Iran will for the moment be spared the Venezuela treatment or worse.

Yet even without military action in the form of targeted assassinations or bombing campaigns, it would be safer - especially for the Iranian regime - to consider such interventions as having only been put on hold, at best.

This sudden change of heart might simply be a sort of psy-op ploy to reassure Iran’s regime, encouraging the nation to lower its guard before an actual strike. It’s also possible that Trump was genuinely convinced to shelve that option, at least for awhile.

Many factors might have contributed to this about-face, including the resolute opposition of Trump’s regional allies; the still-fresh example of the Iraq disaster; the lack of preparation among the US and its regional allies for a major operation in Iran; the likely destabilising consequences for the region, especially Lebanon; the possibility of “mission creep”; the uncertainty over the ultimate outcome in Iran itself; and the lack of viable opposition figures. Palestinians in Israeli jails face ‘conditions unfit for human beings,’ state agency says

Recently revealed reports from the Public Defender’s Office of the Justice Ministry show that Palestinian security detainees held in Israeli prisons have suffered from severe and systematic violence from prison guards, deprivation of food, and medical neglect, while also having been subjected to unsanitary conditions that caused and exacerbated outbreaks of disease in the prisons.

Inspectors from the Public Defense Office who visited four prisons in 2024 documented seeing skeletal prisoners and witnessing physical evidence of beatings and medical neglect on the bodies of prisoners they interviewed.

The reports were made public after a year-long legal battle by the Association for Civil Rights in Israel (ACRI), which filed a freedom of information request to gain access to the documents, after the Justice Ministry refused to release them. [MORE]

Barbaric US and Israel Authorities are Preparing Land in Rafah to Corral Palestinians into an Area [plantation] Under Military Occupation and 24/7 Video and Biometric Surveillance

Israel is razing a strategic area of Rafah in southern Gaza, compacting the ground, and clearing rubble in a way that suggests the land is being prepared for the construction of new residential infrastructure, according to new research by Forensic Architecture. The findings, which are based on an analysis of satellite imagery, suggest that Israel is beginning to build infrastructure which may be used to house Palestinians and effectively contain them in an area under full Israeli military control.

Since the so-called ceasefire went into effect on October 10, Israel has engaged in widespread destruction of buildings and infrastructure across the more than 53% of Gaza that it occupies east of the yellow line. However, this pattern of Israeli activity—razing the land, compacting the ground, and clearing the rubble—is not visible at this scale anywhere else east of the yellow line. The activity is centered in an area around 1 square kilometer in Rafah at the intersection of the two military corridors. [MORE]

The U.S. military-led group supporting “stabilization efforts” in Gaza has put forward plans for a housing block for Palestinians in Gaza in an area under full Israel military control. According to materials circulated by the Civil-Military Coordination Center (CMCC) and obtained by Drop Site News, the “planned community,” if developed, would contain and control its residents through biometric surveillance, checkpoints, monitoring of purchases, and educational programs promoting normalization with Israel.

The CMCC was established by U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) on October 17, one week after Hamas and Israel agreed to an exchange of captives and a ceasefire was supposed to go into effect. The center, which is based in a large warehouse-style building in Kiryat Gat in southern Israel and involves dozens of countries and organizations, is supposed to “monitor implementation of the ceasefire” and “help facilitate the flow of humanitarian, logistical, and security assistance from international counterparts into Gaza,” according to CENTCOM. The Ruthlessness and Brutality of the US Government

From [HERE] I have long maintained that one of the big obstacles libertarians face in the achievement of a genuinely free society is the fact that most Americans honestly believe they are free. When people are convinced they are free, they have no reason to want to join up with us libertarians in our effort to establish a genuinely free society. Instead, they simply view libertarianism as a “weird” philosophy that purports to achieve what we already have — a free society.

One can only hope that the recent killings of 37-year-old Renée Good and 37-year-old Alex Pretti in Minneapolis, both of whom were regular American citizens, will enable at least some Americans to break through the inches-thick indoctrination that has encased their minds and that has convinced them that they live in a free society. After all, how can a society genuinely be considered free when the government wields the omnipotent power to kill anyone it wants?

And make no mistake about it: As we have seen, US officials have the omnipotent power to kill any American they want. That’s a harsh reality that so many Americans still do not want to accept. They’d rather remain convinced that they live under the same governmental structure on which our nation was founded, one in which the federal government’s powers were limited and restricted by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Obama NIH Authorities Promised Black Parents that their Children’s Brain Scan Data Would Be Kept Secret but the Agency Allowed It to Be Used for Research that Promoted White Supremacy Myths

From [HERE] Genetic researchers were seeking children for an ambitious, federally funded project to track brain development — a study that they told families could yield invaluable discoveries about DNA’s impact on behavior and disease.

They also promised that the children’s sensitive data would be closely guarded in the decade-long study, which got underway in 2015. Promotional materials included a cartoon of a Black child saying it felt good knowing that “scientists are taking steps to keep my information safe.”

The scientists did not keep it safe.

A group of fringe researchers thwarted safeguards at the National Institutes of Health and gained access to data from thousands of children. The researchers have used it to produce at least 16 papers purporting to find biological evidence for differences in intelligence between races, ranking ethnicities by I.Q. scores and suggesting Black people earn less because they are not very smart.

Mainstream geneticists have rejected their work as biased and unscientific. Yet by relying on genetic and other personal data from the prominent project, known as the Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development Study, the researchers gave their theories an air of analytical rigor…

The misuse of the children’s data has validated longstanding concerns that hundreds of thousands of Americans’ genetic information held by the N.I.H. could fall into the wrong hands. The agency grants widespread access to stimulate new medical discoveries. But critics say the N.I.H. has failed to address the risks that the data, even with personally identifiable details removed, could be misused in unethical research, for commercial purposes or by foreign adversaries.

At least 63 times since 2007, data from some of the 28 human genomic repositories that the N.I.H. controls was improperly released to researchers, used for unapproved purposes or made vulnerable to theft, according to government records reviewed by The New York Times. In dozens of cases, the N.I.H. suspended researchers’ access and demanded that compromised data be destroyed, but the agency relies heavily on good-faith pledges of compliance.

The misuse of the data for so-called race science is not the only example of a security failure involving the ABCD Study. [MORE]

A New Joint Center Report Finds Significantly High Unemployment (7.8 %) Rate Among Black Americans, using Blight House Data

The Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies has released a new report, “State of the Dream 2026: From Regression to Signs of a Black Recession,” examining the economic conditions facing Black communities in 2025.

Although the unemployment rate for Black Americans slightly improved from November to December, the unemployment rate for Black workers was 7.5 percent by the end of 2025. According to the Joint Center, if that unemployment rate was seen nationwide, it would indicate a recession. Overall unemployment among all Americans was 4.4 percent at the end of December. Unemployment rates among White Americans, Hispanic Americans, and Asian Americans were 3.8 percent, 4.9 percent, and 3.6 percent, respectively.

Year-end unemployment rates were slightly higher among Black women (7.8 percent) than Black men (7.2 percent). This could be due to the significant loss of federal jobs in 2025. Of the 271,000 federal jobs cut last year, an estimated 200,000 were held by Black women. While the overall unemployment rate for all young workers decreased from 9.9 percent in November to 9.2 percent in December, young Black workers unemployment rate decreased from 20.8 percent in November to 14.4 percent in December. Millions are Underemployed in McJobs. LISEP says ‘The Official Unemployment Rate is Deceptive.’ The Accurate Rate for Blacks is 29.6%, 28.5% for Latinos and 23.3% for Whites

Employment researchers are warning that the share of Americans who are only loosely attached to the labor force is on the rise, and that the true rate of unemployment may be far higher than official figures suggest.

A new report from the Ludwig Institute for Shared Economic Prosperity (LISEP) found that 25.2 percent of the U.S. workforce could now be classified as "functionally unemployed"—meaning jobless, seeking but unable to secure full-time employment or earning "poverty-level wages." This marks an increase from 24.8 percent in November and, as LISEP notes, represents the highest "True Rate of Employment"—or TRU—since June 2021.

"By accounting for underemployment and poverty-level wages, the TRU offers a more complete picture of our economic health."

According to the most-recent employment report from the Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), the economy added 50,000 jobs in December, following a gain of 56,000 the prior month. The unemployment rate, meanwhile, ticked down to 4.4 percent from a revised reading of 4.5 percent for November, while the total number of unemployed Americans remained broadly stable at 7.5 million.

While the headline unemployment rate has seen a notable jump from 4 percent last January, LISEP believes the official rates reported by the BLS are "deceiving" given the share of workers employed on extremely low wages or forced into reduced hours.

"If we continue to define success as solely having a job, even if that job is just for an hour or more every two weeks, without asking whether that job pays enough to support living above a poverty wage, we are effectively blinding ourselves to the very structural challenges that we would hope policymakers are trying to address," LISEP's chair previously told Newsweek.

By demographic, the group said the TRU rose 1.5 percent for both Black and Hispanic workers in December—now at 29.6 percent and 28.5 percent, respectively—while the rate for white workers dipped to 23.2 percent from 23.3 percent. Additionally, the share of men "functionally unemployed" increased 0.3 percentage points to 20.5 percent, while the rate for women rose to 30.3 percent from 30.1 percent. [MORE]

Drop Site's Analysis of ICE Cops Senseless Murder of Alex Pretti During Trump's "Immigration" Circus in MN

On Saturday, U.S. federal agents killed Alex Jeffrey Pretti in Minneapolis, Minnesota, shooting him multiple times at point blank range while pinned down prone on the ground and surrounded by officers along Nicollet Avenue. The Saturday killing—committed by a Customs and Border Protection agent—is the third shooting by U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) and CBP in as many weeks, and comes just one day after tens of thousands of Minneapolis residents took to the streets in subzero temperatures to protest the federal raids in Minnesota.

Close-up video footage, obtained by Drop Site, shows one agent push a person to the ground and then deploy a chemical irritant twice on the 37-year-old Pretti, who had gone to help the person pushed. Around eight agents then swarm and wrestle him to the ground. One of the officers then visibly unholstered his gun and fired multiple close-range gunshots at Pretti, a Minnesota resident who was reportedly on the scene as an observer. There are ten gunshots heard in all—at least five of them were fired at Pretti from a distance, while the person holding the camera shouts, “What the fuck did you just do?” [MORE]

The Funktionary defines as follows:

slaves – disarmed men and women. 2) men and women whose property (labor) and belongings (household goods) are taxed directly. 3) those who serve their own fears, their own petty and often self-destructive desires. stupidity – the inability to protect yourself from yourself. 2) a blockage in the desire and/or ability for a wo/man or child to receive, integrate and transmit new signals and symbols, i.e., contact, for one’s own experience. 3) the refusal to continuously re-interpret data that does not conform to one’s present lopsided perception or linear model (reality tunnel). 4) the worst of all misfortunes. 5) headful of wrong knowledge and of substantive things that are irrelevant to positive transformation of life and transmutation of consciousness. Stupidity, simply put, is the inability or unwillingness to learn. Stupidity (a neglected dimensional aspect of evil) does not come from a lack of intelligence, as stupid people imagine, it comes from renouncing or taking on life as it is; abdicating and abandoning one’s responsibility to one’s self while dismissing the possibility for realizing the True Self, i.e., authentic Self here and right now. “There is no sin except stupidity.” ~Oscar Wilde. “A belief is sheer stupidity. It means you don’t know, yet you are pretending. You are not deceiving others—you are deceiving yourself that you know. When you go to church, or go to the temple, what is your knowledge?” ~OSHO. Both sin and stupidity emerge from “missing the mark” like peeling off the bark— from the Tree of Knowledge. Stupidity is spending full-time on half-assed notions of empty promises. Overcome the rigidity of stupidity with the application of reality-based right knowledge. Right knowledge and appropriate behavior yield effective outcomes of self-liberation and collective empowerment when organized in such a way to achieve the desired outcome and the benefits that accrue. Just because you recognize stupidity doesn’t mean you have to get angry and crack the mirror. Caution: the object in your mirror is closer to stupendous than it appears. Never lose sight of what you lost at sea world. There is a huge difference between being foolish and being stupid. tyranny – the miscarriage of self-government. 2) the absence of ethical anarchy. In our system, tyranny must have an accomplice. The perpetrator by intent must be accommodated by the perpetrator by consent. The former initiates, the latter accommodates. Of all tyrannies, the greatest is the tyranny of the ego-mind. “If the government is allowed to place a tax on what is a natural right it can raise that tax to the point where that right has been effectively destroyed. That is tyranny.” Butcher’s Union Company v. Crescent City. “No man, no group, and no nation has the right to any man’s individual freedom. No matter how pure the motive, how great the emergency, how high the principle, such action is nothing but tyranny. It is never justified.” ~John W. Parsons. Tyranny Law #1 – Any power that can be abused will be abused. Tyranny Law #2 – Abuse always expands to fill the limits of resistance to it. Tyranny Law #3 – If people don’t resist the abuses of others, they will have no one to resist the abuses of themselves, and tyranny will prevail. The condition upon which God hath given liberty to man is eternal vigilance; which condition if he break, servitude is at once the consequence of his crime, and the punishment of his guilt. ~John Curran.
