New Study: One-Fifth of Fully Vaxxed (3X) Swedes became Infected with Omicron Within 2 Months

More than one in five people tested positive for the Omicron strain of the COVID-19 virus within two months of receiving their third dose or booster shot, a fresh Swedish study shows.

The study is part of the large COMMUNITY project at Danderyd Hospital aimed at examining and comparing immunity after COVID-19 infection and after vaccination. During this stage of the study, 375 hospital staff were PCR-tested regularly, regardless of symptoms.

“Omicron gets past the antibodies. We see that those who become infected had as high levels of antibodies as those who didn’t become infected”, Charlotte Thålin, assistant chief physician and the study’s research leader, told national broadcaster SVT.Many of those who ultimately tested positive had symptoms ranging from mild to none whatsoever, yet still had high virus levels. Over half of the participants tested positive for 11 days and remained infectious for up to nine days.

“This is the first time that it has been possible to follow the virus levels in the airways during an ongoing Omicron infection, and it was surprising that so many remained positive for so long and had such high virus levels even though they had just received their third dose”, Charlotte Thålin mused.

When asked whether it is still worth vaccinating when the protection levels promised by vaccine producers initially are obviously failing, Thålin remained adamant that the jab still protects against serious illness, whereas Omicron can be dangerous for the unvaccinated as well as for the elderly and risk groups.

“And in the grand scheme of things, we want to reduce the spread of infection because the higher the spread of infection in a well-vaccinated population, the greater the risk that we get new mutations and new virus strains”, Thålin concluded.

Sweden has an overall vaccination rate of over 73 percent, far above the worldwide rate of under 59 percent.

From [HERE] Over the past two years, there has been a fair amount of litigation surrounding the enforceability of force majeure provisions in response to the pandemic. A force majeure clause is a contractual provision that excuses one or both parties’ performance obligations when circumstances beyond the parties’ control arise and make performance impracticable or impossible. Such provisions ordinarily cover natural disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes, and floods. Other circumstances that may trigger force majeure provisions and relieve parties of liability include war, acts of terrorism, labor strikes and epidemics. With respect to COVID-19, courts around the country have generally construed force majeure provisions narrowly to find that, absent specific pandemic-related language, the pandemic does not trigger force majeure provisions. Other courts have decided that the COVID-19 pandemic falls within the more general definitions of “natural disaster.” Last week, a Federal Court of Appeals weighed in for the first time on the issue.

In June 2020, JN Contemporary Art LLC (JN) sued Phillips Auctioneers LLC (Phillips) in the Southern District of New York for breach of a contract which obligated Phillips to sell a painting on behalf of JN at a live auction. Phillips moved to dismiss the complaint, invoking the force majeure clause to terminate its agreement to sell the painting on behalf of JN, citing the COVID-19 pandemic and state government orders requiring nonessential businesses to cease in-person operations. The terms of the force majeure clause contained in the agreement provided: “In the event that the auction is postponed for circumstances beyond our or your reasonable control, including, without limitation, as a result of natural disaster, fire, flood, general strike, war, armed conflict, terrorist attack or nuclear or chemical contamination, we may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect. In such event, our obligation to make payment of the Guaranteed Minimum shall be null and void and we shall have no other liability to you.” Judge Denise Cote of Southern District of New York granted the motion to dismiss filed by Phillips, finding that the COVID-19 pandemic is a “natural disaster” and that the pandemic constituted “a circumstance beyond the parties’ reasonable control” as contemplated by their agreement. JN appealed and just last week the Second Circuit affirmed the dismissal. See JN Contemporary Art LLC sued Phillips Auctioneers LLC, 2022 U.S. App. LEXIS 7652, 2022 WL 852293 (2d Cir. March 23, 2022).

JN first argued on appeal that the district court erred in finding as a matter of law, without the benefit of any discovery, that the COVID-19 pandemic is a natural disaster, as it is debatable whether COVID-19 is a naturally occurring virus or one created by man. JN next argued that Phillips did not have to sell the painting at a live auction, but could have sold it online or delayed a live auction sale to some point in the future. The Second Circuit disagreed. The Second Circuit stated that it did not need to rule on the finding by the district court that the COVID-19 pandemic is a “natural disaster” as it could decide the case on other grounds. The Second Circuit stated that the primary purpose of a force majeure clause is to “relieve a party from its contractual duties when its performance has been prevented by a force beyond its control or when the purpose of the contract has been frustrated.” The Second Circuit held that the COVID-19 pandemic and the orders issued by the government restricting nonessential businesses constituted circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties. In addition, the Second Circuit held that the agreement only required sale at a live auction and that when a defendant is excused from performance by force majeure, a defendant is not required to provide substitute performance.

Much has been written over the last year or two about courts interpreting force majeure clauses narrowly and strictly and not excusing performance due to COVID-19, and many parties are now excluding COVID-19 from their force majeure clauses altogether. The decision last week by Second Circuit in JN Contemporary Art LLC vs. Phillips Auctioneers LLC stands in contrast to many prior court decisions for two reasons. First, the Second Circuit interpreted the force majeure clause at issue more broadly and excused performance due to COVID-19. Second, it appears to be the first decision by a Federal Court of Appeals on this issue.

The Italian National Institute of Health Reveals the Fully "Vaccinated" now account for 7 in every 10 COVID Deaths

In all, between 25th Feb and 27th March 22, Italy recorded 1,594,849 Covid-19 infections, and an astounding 1,284,615 of these were among the vaccinated population, meaning the vaccinated accounted for 81% of all Covid-19 cases within one month. 

The unvaccinated accounted for just 310,234 cases, the one-dose vaccinated accounted for 36,199 cases, the two dose vaccinated accounted for 329,016 cases, and the triple vaccinated accounted for a shocking 919,400 cases. A Great Hoax: Multiple Studies Show COVID Injections Don't Stop Infections, Transmissions, Hospitalizations or Deaths. More than 3 Dozen Studies Contradict the Effectiveness of Forced Injections

From [HERE] Studies on the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines found that they do not effectively stop the transmission of the disease, bringing into question the necessity of mandating them.

Epidemiologist Paul Alexander recently published a round-up of some of the newest evidence that calls into question the safety and efficacy of COVID shots.

Among the studies that he summarized was one from Israel that showed vaccinated individuals who have never been previously infected with SARS-CoV-2 had a 13-fold increased risk of getting infected with the delta variant compared to those who have been unvaccinated but have been previously infected, showing that natural immunity is more effective.

Another study from the European Journal of Epidemiology found that there is no significant relationship between COVID-19 cases and the number of people getting vaccinated on a countrywide level. In other words, getting more people injected does not necessarily lower the spread of the virus.

Official data from the United Kingdom also showed that fully vaccinated adults now have a higher risk of COVID-19 infection, hospitalization and death compared to the unvaccinated.

Based on the studies, Alexander concluded that COVID vaccines are not to be expected to contribute to eliminating the communal spread of the virus or reaching herd immunity. Alexander also noted that taking the vaccine escalates the person’s risk of getting infected. This is called negative efficacy, which is jargon for disease-promoting effects in drugs. In the case of a vaccine, this means that the vaccinated person is more likely to get infected compared to the unvaccinated.

This is bad, in particular, because evidence shows that the vaccines are non-sterilizing and that they do not stop infection, transmission, hospitalization or death. They never worked.

For Alexander, what is happening with the COVID vaccines is reminiscent of the negative vaccine efficacy of the dengue vaccines that killed children in the Philippines in 2017, where the shots should not have been used.

Today, the repercussions of COVID vaccines show a massive increase in all-cause mortality numbers reported by insurance companies. Excess deaths are also showing up in almost all age cohorts and cannot be explained away by other causes, and the COVID-19 vaccine is now being referred to as the “greatest fraud” in modern history.

While business continues for Big Pharma companies like Pfizer and Moderna, as word gets out past censors and silencers, it is only a matter of time until the truth about the ineffective vaccines becomes evident to everyone.

Government, Big Pharma gaslighting people

There has also been an interesting change in narrative from medical influencers, public health officials and other mainstream advocates regarding the COVID vaccines. Now, people are supposed to believe that the vaccines were never meant to stop transmission, nor are they supposed to prevent others from getting infected with the disease. Today, vaccines are said to only prevent severe illnesses, hospitalizations and deaths, with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Rochelle Walensky brazenly admitting the injections can no longer prevent transmission.

This move by the government, Big Pharma and other medical “professionals” is called manipulative gaslighting. People were told from the beginning that the rapidly developed vaccines will “end the pandemic” and those who are fully vaccinated are the only ones allowed to have access to their jobs and going to public spaces.

People are also expected to accept the unethical decisions from policymakers regarding their decisions to lift vaccine mandates for professional athletes and performers, but not for police officers or healthcare workers, many of whom already lost their careers because of the mandates that local governments have previously implemented on the guise of public safety.

There’s no other way to describe it: COVID-19 vaccine is the greatest fraud in modern history.

Doctor’s Analysis of Data Obtained on 78 Million People in the US and England Demonstrate that COVID Injections Don't Prevent COVID or its Transmission and Don't Prevent Severe Illness or Death

Walensky may have believed the vaccines prevented severe illness and death then — but she cannot possibly believe that now.

That was eight months ago. The vaccines had barely been rolled out eight months earlier.

Now we have nearly 16 months of observation and what have we found? What has Walensky’s CDC revealed that contradicts her glib patter?

While there are thousands of articles discussing COVID-19 vaccines, I have come to agree with professor Tom Jefferson that in order to arrive at the truth, all we need to look at are epidemiological data of very high quality.

In other words:

• We want raw, official data, before it has been subjected to adjustments or algorithms that “smooth” the data.

• We want large populations.

• We want the most solid endpoints, such as hospitalizations or deaths.

Over the past few days I have identified and analyzed such studies on my blog (here and here) and on Substack. The data are from official sources, published by the U.S. CDC and the UK’s Office of National Statistics.

Information on 30 million adults in California and New York, three-fourths of whom were vaccinated, were used to compare COVID hospitalization and case rates in those who were vaccinated and had no prior COVID illness, with adults who were never vaccinated but had recovered from COVID, and presumably had natural immunity.

The data were collected from June to November 2021, before the Omicron wave appeared.

The Defender reported on this data two months ago:

• Vaccinated Californians and New Yorkers were three times more likely to develop COVID than those who had prior immunity and were unvaccinated.

• Vaccinated Californians had a higher rate of hospitalizations (severe illness) than those who were unvaccinated but had prior immunity. (New York did not provide hospitalization data.)

• The vaccine failures in this huge study cannot be blamed on Omicron, because the data were collected during Delta.

The UK data from its Office of National Statistics, published March 16, extend from Jan. 1, 2021, through Jan. 31, and include both the Delta and Omicron waves.

The data have been age-standardized. The database includes 86% of all deaths in England (which has a population of 56 million) during the 13 months described.

The graphs reveal that being doubly vaccinated protected the English against death for most of 2021.

However, over last December and January (corresponding to the Omicron wave), COVID death rates in the doubly vaccinated but unboosted were higher than in those who had never been vaccinated. This was true for the population as a whole.

If you break down the deaths by age group, the vast majority of COVID deaths occurred in the over-70 population.

While deaths from COVID in younger people were trending up as the time since vaccination increased, by Jan. 31, 2022, they had not exceeded COVID deaths in the unvaccinated.

Boosters did appear to “top up” COVID immunity for a time in all age groups, reducing death rates. But one wonders how long it will take before this effect wears off?

What is the bottom line?

High-quality, official data obtained on more than 30 million American adults and 48 million residents of England incontrovertibly reveal that:

• Natural immunity was three times better at preventing cases than vaccination alone, even before Omicron.

• Natural immunity was somewhat better at preventing serious illness, measured as hospitalizations, than vaccination alone, even before Omicron.

• Boosters (a third shot) reduced the death rate in England of those vaccinated against Omicron, but the benefit was starting to drop off by January 2022.

• Overall, England’s unvaccinated population had a lower COVID death rate during the Omicron wave than the COVID death rate in its doubly vaccinated population.

• Walensky and the other so-called experts are wrong. Natural immunity provided three times more protection against infection (and therefore against transmission) than did double vaccination, even before Omicron. After Omicron, vaccine efficacy was even worse.

In a previous post, we referred to Worldometer to show not many died of Covid in most countries, even according to the official data.

Corona in Zahlen is a German site that also records Covid cases, and deaths, as well as official vaccination and Covid test numbers.

Corona in Zahlen is run by Dr. M. Siekmann and uses statistics from Johns Hopkins University to report corona infections in over 200 countries worldwide.

Worldwide corona statistics “are accessed via the freely accessible Our World in Data data set,” explains Corona in Zahlen.

Our World in Data is a non-profit organisation made up of researchers from the University of Oxford and the Global Change Data Lab.

Corona in Zahlen also uses data from the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control for European countries and Robert Koch Instituts, R-Welt and DIVI for Germany.

Data Comparison

Of the 227 countries Worldometer have been tracking since the beginning of the pandemic, 9 have recorded zero deaths, 38 have recorded less than 100 deaths, 62 have recorded less than 200 deaths, 80 have recorded less than 500 deaths, and 100 have recorded less than 1000 deaths each.

In fact, 206 countries from the 227 reported less than 50,000 deaths.

Of the 222 countries Corona in Zahlen have been tracking, 8 have recorded zero deaths, 33 have recorded less than 100 deaths, 56 have recorded less than 200 deaths, 78 have recorded less than 500 deaths, and 93 less than 1000 deaths.

Covid in Zahlen reports less than 50,000 deaths for 200 of the 222 countries tracked.

Influenza Comparison

Now consider that during the 2018 flu season, the Office for National Statistics reported just over 50,000 deaths in England and Wales.

This was considered high, yet during the outbreak, Public Health England (PHE) declared that “while flu was rendering the largest number of people seriously unwell since the winter of 2010/11, it was still not an epidemic.”

Although we need to take the total size and population of each country into account, we can at least acknowledge that the population of England and Wales – even combined – is pretty small compared to most countries, say in Africa, for example.

Imagine how relieved and relaxed the global population would be feeling now, instead of stressed and fearful, if mainstream media had reported on the vast number of countries hardly hit with Covid-19 deaths over the last two years instead of reporting recorded Covid cases.

Also note that Covid only deaths are proving to be much smaller than official numbers as data in countries like Australia , New Zealand, the UK and USA now goes public, and the mainstream media like The New York Times, and Spectator are beginning to ask questions.

It is also reassuring to see Covid in Zahlen report official data showing less than 20% of the population went for the Covid vaccine in 30 countries, and less than 50% of the people had the vaccine in 78 countries. Less than 50% have fully vaccinated status in 96 countries (did not go back for more shots), and less than 25% have had a booster in 138 countries.

Of course, that’s not all you could do. $100 billion is enough to wipe out all the medical debt in the United States. Or provide permanent shelter for every homeless person in America. Or buy COVID vaccines for the entire world.

Basically what I’m saying is, $100 billion is a lot of money.

So here’s the big question. Are these centibillionaires so rich because they work two and a half million times harder than the average American? Are they really 100 times smarter than the typical billionaire?

Pfizer Seeks Approval to Inject Infants with its Deadly COVID Gene Therapy Shots

From [HERE] Because some human beings care about their children, VAERS was established in 1990 as an early-warning system to identify negative reactions and side effects of vaccination – which makes sense.

But there a major problems. It is managed by the FDA and the CDC, which explains why the VAERS database requires a class to learn how to find anything.

Taking the time to actually file a report is voluntary and out of fear of losing their jobs or being considered an “anti-vaxxer”, nobody wants to speak ill of the all-holy vaxxine, let alone make an official report.

It is estimated that only 1% of vaccine injuries ever get reported to VAERS. So that means when VAERS reports over 44,000 adverse reactions and 90 deaths, one can expect it to be as much as 4.4 million adverse reactions and 9,000 deaths. And these numbers are only from the age 5-17 group.

Conservative numbers put it at 10%, which is half a million children that have been wounded and killed from an unneeded, unwanted experimental gene therapy shot that we were lied to about, every step of the way.

Thanks to the OpenVAERS project, which is built upon the VAERS data, the public can easily search these reports and see for themselves: people are reporting adverse reactions such as chronic pain, loss of hearing and taste, talking gibberish and acting-out aggressively. And these are the mild cases.

There is a tsunami of major brain damage, major heart disease and fatalities. Edward Dowd has analyzed the data and has reported an 84% increase in deaths among ages 25-44, which is the same amount of lives lost to the Vietnam war.

Toby Rogers estimates that Big Pharma kills twice as many people that died in World War II – every single year.

The press ignores this because it’s not enough. They want your newborn babies, as well. Pfizer is pushing to get children as young as six months old given a shot that we know is potentially fatal, even though children were never at risk and are still not at risk.

The United States has been force-injecting infants and children with experimental vaccines for years and now, they want to this infamous clotshot.

Thanks to virtue-signalling mothers, some children have already been getting it in the womb, which is resulting in miscarriages, stillbirths and deaths from breastfeeding on toxic, genetically-modified mother’s milk.

Pfizer is planning on submitting another application for Emergency Use Authorization in early April. That’s about 18 million children under 5 who could be sacrificed to the altar of Big Pharma and political correctness.

If Pfizer can achieve permanent liability protection from the FDA, who they control, then they can add the mRNA gene therapy shot to the childhood vaccine schedule, where it will enjoy permanent liability protection, under the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act.

These same crooks are putting a judge on the Supreme Court who openly defends leniency towards crimes that involve child rape.

Study in the Journal of Pediatrics Finds a High Percentage of Teens Develop Heart Damage Months after Getting 2nd Pfizer COVID Shot

From [HERE] New research published in the Journal of Pediatrics reveals that more than 66 percent of all adolescents who develop Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccine”-related myopericarditis after the second jab still end up suffering from persistent heart abnormalities months after their initial diagnosis.

This revelation suggests that, contrary to what the government claims, Fauci Flu shot adverse effects can be long term, even in children. And the saddest part is that children have a zero percent risk of dying from the disease in the first place, so what is the rationale behind them getting the shots?

Published on March 25, the study challenges the position held by multiple government agencies in the United States, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) which claims that heart inflammation caused by Pfizer and Moderna mRNA (messenger RNA) injections is always “mild.”

Researchers at Seattle Children’s Hospital looked at cases of younger patients under age 18 who came to the hospital with chest pain and elevated serum troponin levels between April 1, 2021, and Jan. 7, 2022, which covers the height of the Operation Warp Speed mass injection campaign. All of them had received their second dose of Pfizer within the previous week.

Of the 35 patients who fit the criteria, 16 were determined to be suitable for evaluation purposes. All 16 underwent cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) tests three to eight months after their first examination.

Of these, 11 were found to have persistent late gadolinium enhancement (LGE), though levels were lower than in previous months.

“The presence of LGE is an indicator of cardiac injury and fibrosis and has been strongly associated with worse prognosis in patients with classical acute myocarditis,” the study explains.

Fully vaccinated children have troponin levels more than 20 times higher than a heart attack patient

A meta-analysis of eight studies found that LGE is a predictor of all-cause death, cardiovascular death, cardiac transplant, rehospitalizations, recurrent acute myocarditis, and is a requirement for mechanical circulatory support.

Another 11-study meta-analysis found the “presence and extent of LGE to be a significant predictor of adverse cardiac outcomes.”

While some of the child patients in the new study showed symptoms that “were transient and most patients appeared to respond to treatment,” there was still a “persistence of abnormal findings,” the team found.

All of this “rais[es] concerns for potential longer-term effects,” the researchers wrote, adding that they plan to take more MRIs at the one year mark to see whether any of the abnormalities have resolved.

“The paper provides more evidence that myocarditis in adolescents that result from COVID-19 vaccines is very serious,” says Dr. Madhava Setty, the senior science editor for The Defender, a project of Children’s Health Defense (CHD).

“All patients had significantly elevated serum troponin levels indicative of heart damage. And LGE, which is indicative of poor outcome, was present in more than two-thirds of the kids.”

“These young patients had a median troponin level of 9.15 – more than 20 times greater than the levels found in people suffering heart attacks.”

Commenting on the findings on Twitter, Dr. Marty Makary, a surgeon and public policy researcher at Johns Hopkins University, wrote that the CDC has a “civic duty to rigorously study the long-term effects of vaccine-induced myocarditis.”

“New follow-up study 3-8 months after myocarditis shows the MRI heart abnormality of late gadolinium enhancement seen in 63% of children,” he added. “Merits further study.”

According to Dr. Anisha Koka, a cardiologist, the study also suggests that upwards of 70 percent of teenagers who develop myocarditis from covid injections will be left with a scar on their heart.

The reasons for the plaintiffs to file this lawsuit are as follows:

1. The Plaintiffs are Residents in Indonesia who are affected by the Government policy during the Covid19 Pandemic, especially related to the vaccine mandate as a requirement to get government administration services and enter public spaces or public transportation as well as facing fines for not being vaccinated.

2. The Plaintiffs are not refusing Covid19 vaccination without valid reasons or “anti-vaccine”. This case is about the right to obtain full, balanced and responsible information about health as guaranteed in Article 7 of Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health (Hereinafter referred to as Law 36/2009) and Informed Consent. In addition, the Plaintiffs are also entitled to obtain SAFE, QUALITY and affordable health services as guaranteed in Article 5 paragraph (2) of Law 36/2009 and lastly, the Plaintiffs have the right to INDEPENDENTLY and RESPONSIBLE DETERMINE THE HEALTH SERVICES NEEDED for themselves as per article 5 paragraph (3) of Law 36/2009. As per the law and the basic principle of Informed Consent in medicine, the Plaintiffs have the right to request and obtain clear and accountable information and data regarding the risks and benefits as well as the effectiveness of vaccines so that the Plaintiffs can independently and responsibly decide about Covid19 vaccination.

3. To determine the effectiveness and safety of vaccines, the Plaintiffs conducted independent research from many global government sources including the Indonesian government and peer reviewed studies from reputable international journals. 4. Based on the results of the research conducted, the Plaintiffs reached the conclusion that the risks of Covid19 vaccination outweigh the benefits for themselves and most other people, while acknowledging that there may be a benefit for specific groups of people. Most importantly, vaccination does not prevent transmission of Covid19, as admitted by the Ministry of Health, making vaccination clearly a matter of individual health decisions, not public health, and cannot be mandated through government policies. All global data and studies demonstrate that Covid19 vaccines do not prevent infection and transmission. By following the narrative and data from the Indonesian government that vaccines only prevent serious illness and death (which the Plaintiffs also object to based on data), not affecting any other person, refusing vaccination has to be considered in the same category as smoking, drinking alcohol or eating an unhealthy diet: a personal choice. There is no law or regulation prohibiting smoking, even though it is proven to be deadly, so why would there be any reason to mandate a highly questionable and experimental vaccine which only maybe provides some health benefit to some individuals while also having many risks and no proven long term safety?

As a consequence, the Plaintiffs filed an Administrative Objection to the Minister of Health as Defendant I demanding that all Covid19 vaccine mandates be stopped, which was received in full by the Ministry of Health on January 31, 2022 and rejected without plausible or legitimate grounds. After that, an Administrative Appeal was filed to the President as Defendant II which was received in full through the State Secretary on 22 February 2022 and also rejected without plausible or legitimate grounds.

5. Before the administrative objections to the government and subsequent lawsuit filing, the Plaintiffs have made various attempts to obtain information and data from the government since September 2021 without any result. Due to the failure of the Ministry of Health to comply with the Freedom of Information Law (UU KIP), a complaint was filed by the Plaintiffs to Ombudsman RI and even an official request from Ombudsman RI to the Ministry of Health to provide the information and data was formally refused. Another official request to BPOM (Indonesian FDA) for the risk-benefit analysis data of Covid19 vaccines was officially denied citing intellectual property rights of the vaccine manufacturer as well as the potential misuse of the information. In summary, every request for data about vaccine safety and effectiveness was either ignored or formally denied, in a blatant violation of freedom of information laws as well as informed consent principle and laws.

No government has the right to mandate the injection of experimental substances into the body of its people, this has already been confirmed by the US Supreme Court and several other high profile cases, for example the New Zeeland High Court has declared the mandatory vaccination for Police officers illegal. In addition to this, the Austrian government has declared their own vaccine mandate as a violation of basic rights which cannot be justified due to the relatively harmless nature of Covid19 and retracted its vaccine mandates.

The Central Role of the Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction Test (RT-PCR)

This misuse of the RT-PCR technique is applied as a relentless and intentional strategy by some governments to justify excessive measures such as the violation of a large number of constitutional rights, … under the pretext of a pandemic based on a number of positive RT-PCR tests, and not on a real number of patients. .

The Entire Data Base of “Covid-19 Confirmed Cases” is Invalid.

Media disinformation has prevailed  for more than two years despite the fact that both the WHO and the CDC (with the usual innuendos) have confirmed what was known from the very outset in January 2020, namely that the RT-PCR test used to justify every single policy mandate including lockdowns, social distancing, the mask, confinement of the labor force, closure of economic activity, etc. was flawed and invalid. 

The WHO issued its Mea Culpa more than a year ago on January 20, 2021. A few months later, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)  (July 21, 2021) called for the withdrawal of the PCR test as a valid method for detecting and identifying SARS-CoV-2.  Moreover, the WHO in January 2020, did not possess an isolate and purified sample of the novel 2019-nCov virus. The Berlin Virology team (headed by Drosten):

“recommended to the WHO, that in the absence of an isolate of the 2019-nCoV virus, a similar 2003-SARS-CoV should be used as a “proxy” (point of reference) of the novel virus” (See Michel Chossudovsky, E-Book, Chapter III)

The CDC has now firmly acknowledged that the PCR test does not effectively differentiate between Covid-19 and Seasonal Influenza. A PCR positive does not imply a “Covid-19 Confirmed Case”. It could be influenza or a corona common cold. The CDC called for its withdrawal effective December 31, 2021.

Fake Data: 465 Million So-Called “Confirmed Covid-19 Cases”

If the PCR test is invalid (confirmed by numerous studies as well as WHO, CDC), the 465 Million so-called “Confirmed Covid-19 Cases” (see diagram below, MARCH 18, 2022) collected and tabulated Worldwide since the outset of the Covid-19 crisis are meaningless. Click here to get the latest figures.

The Pandemic Treaty and the QR Verification  Code 

In early March 2022 an Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) was established with a mandate to  create “A Pandemic Treaty”, i.e. a global health governance entity under WHO auspices, which would override the authority of the WHO member states:

, “The INB held its first meeting to draft and negotiate an international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response under the authority of the WHO” (Mercola)

The Pandemic Treaty  is tied into the WHO’s QR Verification Code project, which is intent upon creating a global digital data bank of 7.9 billion people. Both initiatives are to be carried out concurrently by  the WHO in liaison with ID2020 and the Gavi Alliance, both of which are funded by the Gates Foundation.

Peter Koenig describes the QR Code as

“an all-electronic ID – linking everything to everything of each individual (records of health, banking, personal and private, etc.).”

According to David Scripac  “A worldwide digital ID system is in the making. [The aim] of the WEF—and of all the central banks [is] to implement a global system in which everyone’s personal data will be incorporated into the Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) network.”

The QR Verification Code potentially sets the stage for the instatement of “a global police state” controlled by the financial establishment. It’s part of what the late David Rockefeller entitled “the march towards World Government”.

The  legitimacy of both the Pandemic Treaty and the QR Verification Code under WHO auspices rests on the presumption that the alleged “Covid-19 Pandemic is Real” and that the “mRNA vaccine constitutes a SOLUTION to the alleged Covid-19 pandemic.”

Both initiatives are based on outright fraud and corruption. What is the evidence:

1. The Number of  “Covid-19 Cumulative Confirmed Cases” resulting from the RT-PCR test did not  justify the WHO’s decision to officially launch a pandemic on March 11, 2020. The numbers were ridiculously low. There was no evidence that SARS-CoV-2 was spreading nationally or internationally.

2. The Lockdown instructions transmitted in March 2020 to more than 190 member states of the UN are totally invalid.

3. The methodology using the PCR test to detect and identify the SARS-CoV2 and its alleged variants has been acknowledged by the WHO and the CDC as being totally dysfunctional as outlined above.

4. All the data pertaining to Covid-19 Cumulative Confirmed Cases compiled by national governments and tabulated by the WHO since January 2020 are invalid and meaningless.

5. The Covid-19 Vaccine launched in November 2020 has resulted in an upward Worldwide tide of mortality and morbidity

In this article I will distinguish between several phases in the evolution of this crisis.

Phase I: Ridiculously Low Numbers of  “Covid-19 Confirmed Cases” Used to Justify the Launching of the Covid-19 Pandemic

From the very outset, the estimates of “confirmed positive cases” have been part of a “Numbers Game”.

The first stage of this crisis was the launching of a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) by the WHO on January 30th. While officially it was not designated as a “Pandemic”, it nonetheless contributed to spearheading the fear campaign. The number of “confirmed cases” based on faulty estimates (PCR) used to justify this far reaching decision was ridiculously low.

The Worldwide population outside China is of the order of 6.4 billion. On January 30, 2020 outside China there were:

83 cases in 18 countries, and only 7 of them had no history of travel in China. (see WHO, January 30, 2020).

83 Cases outside China: There was no “scientific basis” to justify the launching of a Worldwide Public Health Emergency of International Concern.

AIDS, Cancer from COVID Injections. Wuhan Paper Says People have Shot their Immune Systems to Death with Vaccines

From [HERE] A paper written by scientists from the Wuhan Institute of Virology claimed that many patients who experienced severe SARS-CoV-2 symptoms also had “lymphopenia,” which is the depletion of all the important immune T lymphocyte cells. This depletion was caused by apoptosis, or the cellular suicide, of T cells after infection.

The attraction to T cells and the ability to infect them were unrelated to the usual way that the COVID virus infects other cells, such as lung cells, because T cells do not have the needed receptors.

However, SARS-CoV-2 destroys the immune T cells similar to the way the human immunodeficiency virus does.

]T lymphocytes are the cells responsible for killing infected or cancerous cells. They are a type of white blood cells that protect the body against cancerous cells and those that have become infected by pathogens, such as bacteria and viruses.

These T cell lymphocytes develop from the stem cells in the bone marrow, and they migrate to the thymus via blood. The thymus is part of the lymphatic system that functions mainly to promote the development of mature T cells, which are necessary for cell-mediated immunity. This is a type of response that involves the activation of the immune cells to fight infection. T cells function to actively destroy infected cells and signal others to participate in the immune response.

Research shows dramatic declines in T cells

The paper further showed that there are dramatic declines in T cells as well as CD4 and CD8 cells.

In explaining how they performed genetic tests to make sure that the T cells actually get infected, the researcher said they analyzed the presence of SARS-CoV-2 viral antigens in PBCs using flow cytometry. The results suggested that T lymphocytes were infected, and in a certain patient, T cells also showed high infection rates. The team also confirmed the presence of viral antigen in T lymphocytes from patient blood.

In preparing postmortem lung sections from patients with fatal injections, they were able to analyze T lymphocytes infiltration and virus infection and found that T lymphocytes infiltration in the lung section was also positive for SARS-CoV-2 NP staining, indicating that the virus has infected the lung.

Taken together, it showed the presence of SARS-CoV-2 viral antigen in T lymphocytes either in the blood or in the lungs section of COVID-19 patients.

According to the researchers, HIV also uses the same receptor as SARS-CoV-2 to enter lymphocytes and the same gp120 protein to facilitate its entry into the cells, making their effect on lymphocytes similar in many ways.

AIDS, cancer from vaccines

There had also been reports of the COVID vaccines causing cancer and vaccine-induced AIDS at an alarming rate. Three whistleblowers managed to acquire data from the Department of Justice about the COVID-19 vaccines and their adverse effects.

One of these whistleblowers is physician Ryan Cole, who also spoke at Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson’s COVID panel earlier this year. Cole said he noticed certain viruses increasing, while only a limited number of T cells keep cancers in check. In the 40,000 biopsies that he did in the past year, Cole said he’s seen many types of cancers in vaccinated individuals.

Dr. Zev Zelenko, who speaks of the negative effects of the COVID vaccines, said that a jab could damage the tumor suppressor genes, and people are essentially killing their immune systems.

“And so that’s why there’s a huge spike in cancers. A huge spike in autoimmune diseases, opportunistic infections. Not to mention blood clots, heart attacks, strokes, myocarditis, miscarriages, ovarian testicular dysfunction, most likely infertility and antibody-dependent enhancement,” he said.

Controlling Speech to Control Thought: Police Detain Attorney Working on the Grand Jury Investigating the COVID Eugenocide Conspiracy to Commit Crimes Against Humanity under the Guise of a Plandemic

On Mar. 22, 2022, de Araujo-Rechhia was picked up by police amid her work with three different citizens’ associations in France that are trying to bring criminal charges against politicians who voted for an Aug. 5, 2021, law that brought in a wave of repressive Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) restrictions.

The full circumstances surrounding de Araujo-Rechhia’s arrest remain unknown. Most of the news outlets reporting on it say that her current whereabouts are unknown.

“We don’t fully know the circumstances under which such a measure was decided and what she is being charged with,” one reported explained. “We have been trying since this morning to determine where she has been taken.”

“All our efforts in this regard have so far been in vain. Thanks for circulating this message, without changing a single word. We’ll keep you informed as soon as possible.”

Governments conspire with the media to spread “panic propaganda 24/7,” Fuellmich says

In case you missed it, Fuellmich assembled a coalition of lawyers and judges to prosecute the crimes against humanity that were committed in the name of “public health.”

Dubbed the Peoples’ Court of Public Opinion, this coalition recently gathered in Germany, where Fuellmich is from, to compile all of the details about what corrupt leaders have done under the directive of the World Economic Forum (WEF).

“This case, involving the most heinous crimes against humanity committed under the guise of a corona pandemic, looks complicated only at first glance,” Fuellmich said in his opening statement.

“One, there is no corona pandemic, but only a PCR test ‘plandemic’ fueled by an elaborate psychological operation designed to create a constant state of panic among the world’s population. This agenda has been long planned.”

One of the people who joined Fuellmich was de Araujo-Rechhia, who is now apparently being targeted by the state, potentially in retaliation for her work on the project.

In France, conditions degraded quickly under the authoritarian leadership of Emmanuel Macron, who imposed harsh restrictions on the French people, including Fauci Flu “vaccine passports.”

There were massive protests against Macron’s fascism, but ultimately France was still plunged into a tyrannical nightmare under his directives.

A similar situation occurred in Germany, Fuellmich’s homeland, where leaders similarly imposed harsh measures aimed at stopping society from living any kind of normal life.

Twitter declares telling the truth about COVID deaths to be “unsafe”

From [HERE] To keep people from reading an article about false death count reporting throughout the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) plandemic, social media giant Twitter reportedly plastered a warning across all links to the website hosting it, in this case the DailyMail Online, dubbing it “unsafe.”

Twitter users who attempted to click the article to read more about how untold thousands of deaths were falsely labeled as “COVID” deaths were met with a message explaining that the link could be “malicious” or “spammy.”

“The link you are trying to access has been identified by Twitter or our partners as being potentially spammy or unsafe, in accordance with Twitter’s URL policy,” the prompt read.

The rest of the prompt read: “This link could fall into any of the below categories: malicious links that could steal personal information or harm electronic devices; spammy links that mislead people or disrupt their experience; violent or misleading content that could lead to real-world harm; and certain categories of content that, if posted directly on Twitter, are a violation of the Twitter Rules.

Twitter users were then given the option, in a large blue box, to go “Back to previous page.” Those who chose to read the article anyway were offered a smaller link at the bottom along with the text, “Ignore this warning and continue.”

If Twitter is censoring it, it’s probably true

As of this writing, Twitter stopped blocking links to the DailyMail Online article in question, which was written by the news outlet’s deputy health editor Eve Simmons.

The article itself revealed that the COVID death toll in Great Britain (and likely everywhere else) was vastly overestimated by government officials. Simmons called the way mortalities were recorded throughout the plandemic “chaotic,” noting that thousands of deaths in the U.K. were “wrongly” blamed on the virus.”

“The health chiefs admitted, embarrassingly, that the numbers they’d been feeding the Government were only an approximation – provoking fury from Ministers,” Simmons further wrote.

“More recently it was revealed that a quarter of Omicron deaths included in the daily figures did not, in fact, list COVID as a primary cause … More than two years since Covid-19 emerged, many feel they want a simple answer: how many were killed by this virus?”

For daring to publish this, Simmons met the ire of Jack Dorsey’s censorship army, which apparently became extremely triggered by the revelation. This is par for the course on Twitter, of course, which routinely censors the truth, especially when it harms the pharmaceutical industry.

In this case, revealing too much about how government officials lied about the COVID death count threatens to expose other key players, which we can only assume are among the Twitter “partners” that requested the DailyMail Online article be slapped with a warning label.

As someone in the comment section at Reclaim the Net, which reposted part of the DailyMail Online article, pointed out, the Fauci Flu is not a “virus,” but rather a bioweapon.

“This bio-weapon still only amounts to a cold and flu-like symptoms if one is really unhealthy,” this person added. “The real deadly bioweapons are the experimental mRNA bioweapon injections that have the added bonus of changing one’s genetic makeup, rendering the individual non-human.”

Over at Natural News, a reader suggested that Dorsey belongs in prison for his complicity in censoring important truths that could save lives. Perhaps justice will one day come to him and everyone else involved in committing crimes against humanity under the cover of “public health.”

Pfizer, FDA Hid Data Showing Clinical Trials Failed, Says Former BlackRock Advisor

From [CHD] In an interview with Naomi Wolf, of the Daily Clout, investment advisor Edward Dowd discussed why investors are dumping COVID-19 vaccine makers’ stocks.

Dowd, a former managing director with BlackRock from 2002 to 2012, grew BlackRock’s growth strategy from $2 billion-$14 billion over 10 years.

Wolf introduced Dowd:

“He’s the extraordinarily kind of courageous, well-informed whistleblower who has come forward to explain to audiences why in his view, Pfizer has committed a fraud.”

Dowd described how his initial caution about taking the experimental COVID vaccine led him to research data related to Pfizer’s clinical trials.

Dowd told Wolf:

“I learned from a friend in the biotech industry that Pfizer had failed its all-cause mortality endpoint in the initial trial … All-cause mortality is the gold standard in any drug trial at the FDA. When you fail that endpoint, the drug is not approved.”

When Big Pharma and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) were unwilling to release vaccine safety data, Dowd grew even more skeptical about the vaccines, he said, and was compelled to speak out privately and publicly about what he believed was a major deception:

“I got more loud about fraud when the FDA decided to hide the clinical data for 75 years. I’m an investor, so let me just say how I think about the world. I don’t wait for people to tell me what just happened. My job was to come up with an analysis, mosaic and investment thesis, and then over time I’d be proven right.

“So I don’t wait for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal or The Washington Post to tell me anything. Because by the time that happens, the opportunity to make money is lost. So I started screaming fraud as soon as I saw that — because it’s unprecedented to hide data from the public.”

It was a report from the CEO of a major life insurance company that confirmed Dowd’s doubts:

“If this vaccine was as deadly and injurious as we thought, we’d see the insurance companies and the funeral home results. These are databases that aren’t being hidden from us by the government. So, unfortunately, in early January, a signal was launched by One America.

“The CEO didn’t really know what he was saying or the implications of it — because he didn’t think it was the vaccine, but he got on a Chamber of Commerce call in Indiana, and he said that in the second half of 2021, he was seeing a 40% increase in all-cause mortality —  non-COVID. And to put some meat on those bones, a 10% increase he said would be a three-standard deviation [increase], which in math in my world is a big deal.”

Dowd described the impact on the financial world and on his current work:

“Wall Street is listening to me now because they’re nervous and a lot of them are jabbed as well. And if you look at the stocks of Moderna and Pfizer, Moderna is down 70% and Pfizer is down 20 plus percent.

“So my goal has been to raise consciousness across the country and the globe, by pointing out that even though the mainstream media is not going to save us — and it doesn’t seem like the politicians or the regulators are, because they’re in on it — we have to spread the word.”

Wolf asked Dowd about the repercussions of his public position:

“One of the things you’ve said, unequivocally, not mincing words — this is fraud. So if you are not right, that’s actionable, I believe, and Pfizer and Moderna could come at you with a libel suit or a slander suit. But I believe that has not happened yet. Will you speak to that?”

Dowd replied:

“I don’t have a medical license to take away. I don’t have a bar license to take away. I’m an investor. And throughout the history of Wall Street, investors have what we call a thesis. So I present this as a thesis — I’m a hundred percent convinced it’s fraud. I’ve laid out my case and it’s starting to appear, it’s coming to light that it is, but I can say this is freedom of speech. They can sue me if they want. I don’t suspect they will.”

Dowd said he’s been waiting for a “hit piece on me,” but there haven’t been any yet. He said because what he’s presenting is an investment thesis, he’s protected under free speech laws.

“Here’s the problem, Dowd said. “The proof of the fraud is showing up in real-life results. And that is becoming undeniable and impossible to hide.”
