Offending Conduct: Russian fashion designer and editor-in-chief of Garage magazine Dasha Zhukova willfully and deliberately demonstrated a willingness to participate in action and speech to maintain the practice of White Supremacy (Racism) in the area of Entertainment by publishing a photo of herself sitting on a chair made from the mannequin of a tied-up, half-naked black woman on the website, Buro 24/7. The picture attracted condemnation and accusations of racism, particularly as the photograph was uploaded on America’s Martin Luther King Day.[HERE]  Such "entertainment" supports the use of language and/or images in such a manner as to directly or indirectly promote the maintenance, expansion, and/or refinement of the System of White Supremacy (Racism) in the area Entertainment.
