Information

Offending Conduct: Don Yelton was a North Carolina Republican Party precinct chair and member of his county’s Republican Party Executive Committee. He willfully and deliberately demonstrated a willingness to participate in action and speech to maintain and/or refine the practice of White Supremacy (Racism) by using words to demean Black people and supported a plan to target non-whites for the purpose of preventing them from voting. Yelton revealed the intent of a NC voting law was never about protecting voter’s access to the polls; it was about taking away non-white people’s right to vote. [MORE]. He referred to Black people as niggers and he said, "if it (the law) hurts a bunch of lazy blacks that wants the government to give them everything, so be it." [MORE]

As such he supports the use of language and conduct to promote the maintenance, expansion, and/or refinement of the System of White Supremacy (Racism) in the areas of Law and Politics.

(In the absence of white supremacy niggers would not exist. A Nigger is any non-white person, who is directly or indirectly subject to the System of White Supremacy (Racism) in any area of activity, including Economics, Education, Entertainment, Labor, law, Politics, Religion, Sex and/or War. A nigger is a victim of white supremacy.[MORE])
