The one constant in this ever-changing world is the behavior of the White race in their relationships with Blacks.

Behavioral scientists generally agree that the outstanding characteristics of the psychopathic personality are the almost complete absence of ethical or moral development and an almost total disregard for appropriate patterns of behavior. This characteristic has led to a misunderstanding of the psychopath as someone who does not know the difference between right and wrong. This belief is not true; psychopaths simply ignore the concept of right and wrong. By ignoring this trait in the White race (the lack of ethical and moral development) Blacks have made and are still making a tragic mistake in basing the worldwide Black liberation movement on moral suasion. It is pathological for Blacks to keep attempting to use moral suasion on a people who have no morality where race is the variable.

Because of their lack of ethical or moral development there is no conflict between the Whites religion and racial oppression. The White race has historically oppressed, exploited, and killed Black people, all in the name of their God Jesus Christ and with the sanction of their churches. It is generally overlooked that the Ku Klux Klan is primarily a religious organization. Further, Blacks should never forget the image of the Pope blessing the Italian planes and pilots on their way to bombing Ethiopian men, women, and children who only had spears to defend themselves. This behavior is not surprising since Whites use the scriptures to justify their treatment of Blacks.

Pick a name, any name-negro, colored, black or African American. Call a people by any name and they are still the same people, right? Wrong!

The name that you respond to determines the degree of your self worth. Similarly the way a group of people collectively respond to a name can have devastating effects on their lives, particularly if they did not choose their name.

Asians come from Asia and have pride in the Asian race. Europeans come from Europe and have pride in European accomplishments. Negroes, I am to assume, come from Negroland-a mythical country with an uncertain past and an even more uncertain future. Since Negroland is a myth, where did the myth of the negro originate? The key to understanding what a negro is, is to understand the definition of that word and its origin.

The Portuguese were the first Europeans to enslave Africans, and they were the first to call them negroes. When the Spanish became involved in the slave trade, they also used the word negro to describe Africans. Negro is an adjective which means black in Portuguese and Spanish. But since 1444, and the beginning of the slave trade, the adjective negro became a noun and the legitimate name of a newly enslaved people.

Non-whites comprise 90 percent of the world population, and are collectively identified as minorities, said Welsing. She said if everyone in the world was placed in an eggbeater and sex were added, everyone would be non-white.

Welsing said black, brown, red, and yellow are dominant colors, and whites believe if they are to survive genetically they must retain power.

Welsing cited a recent Time magazine article reporting that by the year 2000, the majority in the United States will be people of color. "They presented this as if it's a problem, saying 'What are we going to do?"

 PEOPLE IN power set the focus, Welsing said. "You must determine how you will behave. You must respect yourself for what you are and know the rules of the game."

White people are a genetic mutation or a genetic deficiency state [which] is what causes skin to be White. Now, the article doesn’t talk about White skin in those terms. It talks about people migrating north and therefore losing color. I maintain that’s not at all what happened. They lost the color through a genetic mutation to albinism, which genetics defines as a genetic deficiency state and they were forced out of Africa into Europe. In other words, the White population on the planet is a tiny minority population, fewer than one-tenth of the people on the planet. They are genetic recessive in terms of skin coloration—meaning, White can be genetically annihilated. White plus Black equals Colored. White plus Brown equals Colored. White plus Yellow equals Colored.

So, the White minority is aware; I would say they have been aware since they circumnavigated the globe, that they were a minority. White males having sexual relations with Non-White women found out that the children all look like the mothers, meaning the White was annihilated.

I say that this is the fundamental motivation of people who classify themselves as White, whether it is conscious and/or subconsciously determined. In other words: what the White Collective is doing on the planet is engaging in behaviors—in economics, education, entertainment, labor, law, politics, religion, sex and more—in order for them to survive on the planet, by any means necessary.

Racism and White Supremacy: fear of white genetic annihilation

Welsing deals with the systematic injustices leveled on non-white people by a system she describes as racism or white supremacy. This practice, according to Dr. Welsing, is the fear of "white genetic annihilation," caused by the recessive genes that would end the white race if intermarriages with non whites, who carry a dominant gene, is allowed to run rampant.  

Welsing, a graduate of Howard University's School of Medicine, first encountered racism in the work place when she interned at a mental health hospital in her home town of Chicago. She was told the Black patients did not have the mental capacity to respond to psychotherapy, therefore, they were only medicated.

According to Welsing, almost thirty years ago a group of Black psychiatrists held a caucus at which time they determined racism was the number one cause of Black mental health problems. "It is a system!," Welsing stated, quoting Dr. Nealy Fuller, who also had researched the subject.

Q: Why is it called “Racism/White Supremacy?”

A: Because this describes exactly WHO is practicing racism. For one group to practice racism that group must have MORE POWER than another group. Since whites control ALL the major areas of human activity in America — housing, education, health, entertainment, economics, politics, law, and religion — it is accurate to define all “racism” as “white supremacy.” We must be accurate so the victims of racism do not become confused. 

Q: Isn’t all racism the same, regardless of who is practicing it?

A: There is only ONE kind of racism: white supremacy. White people are the only group in America with the POWER to discriminate (deprive or punish other ethnic groups), and the systems and institutions to maintain the imbalance of power.

  • People who classify themselves as White, who wish to be taken seriously, and who are righteous and responsible, will only talk about ending White Supremacy (Racism) and replacing it with Justice. Dr. Welsing states that, for the sake of Black mental health and for Black intelligence, all people of color must understand the dynamics of racism/white supremacy, what it is and how it works, so that they can have an appropriate, self-respecting response to racism/ white supremacy. Dr. Welsing further states that, once the collective people (non-white), understand this fundamental issue (racism/ white supremacy), the ultimate organizing of all the appropriate behaviors necessary to neutralize this great injustice of the white supremacy system, it will only be a matter of time.
