Offending Conduct: Frequent talk show guest Frank Taafe willfully and deliberately demonstrated a willingness to participate in speech to establish, maintain, expand, and/or refine the practice of White Supremacy (Racism) by continually making racist and demeaning remarks about Trayvon Martin and his family during the Zimmerman trial. He also consistently makes racist statements designed to provoke anger and to harm Non-white people. Said speech supports the use of language and/or images in such a manner as to directly or indirectly promote the maintenance, expansion, and/or refinement of the System of White Supremacy (Racism) in the area of Law, Entertainment and Politics.
