[full boat] Colliding with 90% of the World's Population Maniac Trump Seeks New Slaves to Board his Overloaded Sinking Slaveship [his ego]

"A Campaign in the Ass." No matter what the votary believes about HRC or Trump and their one party politics, it is clear that Trump (or the character he is portraying in election hoax 2016) is what Chuang Tzo would call a Full Boat; filled with an endless supply of opinions, judging the world like it was his beauty pageant, drawing distinctions among people by the second and on an aggressive hunt for others who want to be dominated and who enjoy feeling necessary to his domination. His boat is much too much - it's more like an overloaded bumper car - purposely crashing into most of the world inhabitants on a hurried pace along an ambitous route to nowhere. In what ways is your boat like Trumps or his supporters?

The following is by Osho Rajineesh. From [HERE] and [HERE]

The Empty Boat

HE WHO RULES MEN, LIVES IN CONFUSION;

HE WHO IS RULED BY MEN LIVES IN SORROW.

TAO THEREFORE DESIRED

NEITHER TO INFLUENCE OTHERS

NOR BE INFLUENCED BY THEM.

THE WAY TO GET CLEAR OF CONFUSION AND FREE OF SORROW

IS TO LIVE WITH TAO IN THE LAND OF THE VOID.

IF A MAN IS CROSSING A RIVER

AND AN EMPTY BOAT COLLIDES WITH HIS OWN SKIFF,

EVEN THOUGH HE BE A BAD-TEMPERED MAN

HE WILL NOT BECOME VERY ANGRY.

BUT IF HE SEES A MAN IN THE BOAT,

HE WILL SHOUT TO HIM TO STEER CLEAR.

AND IF THE SHOUT IS NOT HEARD HE WILL SHOUT

AGAIN AND YET AGAIN, AND BEGIN CURSING -

AND ALL BECAUSE THERE IS SOMEBODY IN THAT BOAT

YET IF THE BOAT WERE EMPTY, HE WOULD NOT BE SHOUTING,

AND HE WOULD NOT BE ANGRY

IF YOU CAN EMPTY YOUR OWN BOAT

CROSSING THE RIVER OF THE WORLD,

NO ONE WILL OPPOSE YOU,

NO ONE WILL SEEK TO HARM YOU.

THE STRAIGHT TREE IS THE FIRST TO BE CUT DOWN,

THE SPRING OF CLEAR WATER IS THE FIRST TO BE DRAINED DRY.

IF YOU WISH TO IMPROVE YOUR WISDOM

AND SHAME THE IGNORANT,

TO CULTIVATE YOUR CHARACTER AND OUTSHINE OTHERS,

A LIGHT WILL SHINE AROUND YOU

AS IF YOU HAD SWALLOWED THE SUN AND THE MOON -

AND YOU WILL NOT AVOID CALAMITY.

A WISE MAN HAS SAID:

"HE WHO IS CONTENT WITH HIMSELF

HAS DONE WORTHLESS WORK.

ACHIEVEMENT IS THE BEGINNING OF FAILURE,

FAME IS THE BEGINNING OF DISGRACE."

WHO CAN FREE HIMSELF OF ACHIEVEMENT AND FAME

THEN DESCEND AND BE LOST

AMID THE MASSES OF MEN?

HE WILL FLOW LIKE TAO, UNSEEN,

HE WILL GO ABOUT LIKE LIFE ITSELF

WITH NO NAME AND NO HOME.

SIMPLE IS HE, WITHOUT DISTINCTION.

TO ALL APPEARANCES HE IS A FOOL.

HIS STEPS LEAVE NO TRACE. HE HAS NO POWER.

HE ACHIEVES NOTHING, HE HAS NO REPUTATION.

SINCE HE JUDGES NO ONE,

NO ONE JUDGES HIM.

SUCH IS THE PERFECT MAN -

HIS BOAT IS EMPTY.

You have come to me. You have taken a dangerous step. It is a risk because near me you can be lost forever. To come closer will mean death and cannot mean anything else. I am just like an abyss. Come closer to me and you will fall into me. For this, the invitation has been given to you. You have heard it and you have come.

Be aware that through me you are not going to gain anything. Through me you can only lose all -because unless you are lost, the divine cannot happen; unless you disappear totally, the real cannot arise. You are the barrier.

And you are so much, so stubbornly much, you are so filled with yourself that nothing can penetrate you. Your doors are closed. When you disappear, when you are not, the doors open. Then you become just like the vast, infinite sky.

And that is your nature. That is Tao.

Before I enter into Chuang Tzu's beautiful parable of The Empty Boat, I would like to tell you one other story, because that will set the trend for this meditation camp which you are entering.

I have heard that it happened once, in some ancient time, in some unknown country, that a prince suddenly went mad. The king was desperate - the prince was the only son, the only heir to the kingdom. All the magicians were called, miracle makers, medical men were summoned, every effort was made, but in vain. Nobody could help the young prince, he remained mad.

The day he went crazy he threw off his clothes, became naked, and started to live under a big table. He thought that he had become a rooster. Ultimately the king had to accept the fact that the prince could not be reclaimed. He had gone insane permanently; all the experts had failed.

But one day again hope dawned. A sage - a Sufi, a mystic - knocked on the palace door, and said, "Give me one opportunity to cure the prince."

But the king felt suspicious, because this man looked crazy himself, more crazy than the prince. But the mystic said, "Only I can cure him. To cure a madman a greater madman is needed. And your somebodies, your miracle makers, your medical experts, all have failed because they don't know the abc of madness. They have never traveled the path."

It seemed logical, and the king thought, "There is no harm in it, why not try?" So the opportunity was given to him.

The moment the king said, "Okay, you try," this mystic threw off his clothes, jumped under the table and crowed like a rooster.

The prince became suspicious, and he said, "Who are you? And what do you think you are doing?"

The old man said, "I am a rooster, more experienced than you. You are nothing, you are just a newcomer, at the most an apprentice."

The prince said, "Then it is okay if you are also a rooster, but you look like a human being."

The old man said, "Don't go on appearances, look at my spirit, at my soul. I am a rooster like you."

They became friends. They promised each other that they would always live together and that this whole world was against them.

A few days passed. One day the old man suddenly started dressing. He put on his shirt. The prince said, "What are you doing, have you gone crazy, a rooster trying to put on human dress?"

The old man said, "I am just trying to deceive these fools, these human beings. And remember that even if I am dressed, nothing is changed. My roosterness remains, nobody can change it. Just by dressing like a human being do you think I am changed?" The prince had to concede.

A few days afterwards the old man persuaded the prince to dress because winter was approaching and it was becoming so cold.

Then one day suddenly he ordered food from the palace. The prince became very alert and said, "Wretch, what are you doing? Are you going to eat like those human beings, like them? We are roosters and we have to eat like roosters."

The old man said, "Nothing makes any difference as far as this roos-ter is concerned. You can eat anything and you can enjoy everything. You can live like a human being and remain true to your roosterness.”

By and by the old man persuaded the prince to come back to the world of humanity. He became absolutely normal.

The same is the case with you and me. And remember you are just initiates, beginners. You may think that you are a rooster but you are just learning the alphabet. I am an old hand, and only I can help you. All the experts have failed, that's why you are here. You have knocked on many doors, for many lives you have been in search - nothing has been of help to you.

But I say I can help you because I am not an expert, I am not an outsider. I have traveled the same path, the same insanity, the same madness. I have passed through the same - the same misery, the anguish, the same nightmares. And whatsoever I do is nothing but to persuade - to persuade you to come out of your madness.

To think oneself a rooster is crazy; to think oneself a body is also crazy, even crazier. To think oneself a rooster is madness; to think oneself a human being is a greater madness, because you don't belong to any form. Whether the form is that of a rooster or of a human being is irrelevant -you belong to the formless, you belong to the total, the whole. So whatsoever form you think you are, you are mad. You are formless. You don't belong to any body, you don't belong to any caste, religion, creed; you don't belong to any name. And unless you become formless, nameless, you will never be sane.

Sanity means coming to that which is natural, coming to that which is ultimate in you, coming to that which is hidden behind you. Much effort is needed because to cut form, to drop, eliminate form, is very difficult. You have become so attached and identified with it.

This Samadhi Sadhana Shibir, this meditation camp, is nothing but to persuade you towards the formless - how not to be in the form. Every form means the ego: even a rooster has its ego, and man has his own. Every form is centered in the ego. The formless means egolessness; then you are not centered in the ego, then your center is everywhere or nowhere. This is possible, this which looks almost impossible is possible, because this has happened to me. And when I speak, I speak through experience.

Wherever you are, I was, and wherever I am, you can be. Look at me as deeply as possible and feel me as deeply as possible, because I am your future, I am your possibility.

Whenever I say surrender to me, I mean surrender to this possibility. You can be cured, because your illness is just a thought. The prince went mad because he became identified with the thought that he was a rooster. Everybody is mad unless he comes to understand that he is not identified with any form - only then, sanity.

So a sane person will not be anybody in particular. He cannot be. Only an insane person can be somebody in particular - whether a rooster or a man, a prime minister or a president, or anybody whatsoever. A sane person comes to feel the nobodiness. This is the danger....

You have come to me as somebody, and if you allow me, if you give me the opportunity, this somebodiness can disappear and you can become a nobody. This is the whole effort - to make you a nobody. But why? Why this effort to become a nobody? Because unless you become nobody you cannot be blissful; unless you become nobody you cannot be ecstatic; unless you become nobody the benediction is not for you - you go on missing life.

Really you are not alive, you simply drag, you simply carry yourself like a burden. Much anguish happens, much despair, much sorrow, but not a single ray of bliss - it cannot. If you are somebody, you are like a solid block of stone, nothing can penetrate you. When you are nobody you start to become porous. When you are nobody, really you are an emptiness, transparent, everything can pass through you. There is no hindrance, there is no barrier, no resistance. You become a passivity, a door.

Right now you are like a wall; a wall means somebody. When you become a door you become nobody. A door is just an emptiness, anybody can pass, there is no resistance, no barrier. Somebody...you are mad; nobody..you will become sane for the first time.

But the whole society, education, civilization, culture, all cultivate you and help you to become somebodies. That is why I say: religion is against civilization, religion is against education, religion is against culture - because religion is for nature, for Tao.

All civilizations are against nature, because they want to make you somebody in particular. And the more you are crystallized as somebody, the less and less the divine can penetrate into you.

You go to the temples, to the churches, to the priests, but there too you are searching for a way to become somebody in the other world, for a way to attain something, for a way to succeed. The achieving mind follows you like a shadow. Wherever you go, you go with the idea of profit, achievement, success, attainment. If somebody has come here with this idea he should leave as soon as possible, run as fast as possible from me, because I cannot help you to become somebody.

I am not your enemy. I can only help you to be nobody. I can only push you into the abyss...bottomless. You will never reach anywhere; you will simply dissolve. You will fall and fall and fall and dissolve, and the moment you dissolve the whole existence feels ecstatic. The whole existence celebrates this happening.

Buddha attained this. Because of language I say attained; otherwise the word is ugly, there is no attainment - but you will understand. Buddha attained this emptiness, this nothingness. For two weeks, for fourteen days continuously, he sat in silence, not moving, not saying, not doing anything.

It is said that the deities in heaven became disturbed - rarely it happens that someone becomes such total emptiness. The whole of existence felt a celebration, so deities came. They bowed down before Buddha and they said, "You must say something, you must say what you have attained. Buddha is reported to have laughed and said, "I have not attained anything; rather, because of this mind, which always wants to attain something, I was missing everything. I have not achieved anything, this is not an achievement; rather, on the contrary, the achiever has disappeared. I am no more, and, see the beauty of it - when I was, I was miserable, and when I am no more, everything is blissful, the bliss is showering and showering continuously on me, everywhere. Now there is no misery."

Buddha had said before: Life is misery, birth is misery, death is misery - everything is miserable. It was miserable because the ego was there. The boat had not been empty. Now the boat was empty; now there was no misery, no sorrow, no sadness. Existence had become a celebration and it would remain a celebration to eternity, for ever and forever.

That's why I say that it is dangerous that you have come to me. You have taken a risky step. If you are courageous, then be ready for the jump.

The whole effort is how to kill you, the whole effort is how to destroy you. Once you are destroyed, the indestructible will come up - it is there, hidden. Once all that which is nonessential is eliminated, the essential will be like a flame - aliveness, total glory.

This parable of Chuang Tzu is beautiful. He says that a wise man is like an empty boat.

SUCH IS THE PERFECT MAN -

HIS BOAT IS EMPTY.

There is nobody inside.

If you meet a Chuang Tzu, or a Lao Tzu, or me, the boat is there, but it is empty, nobody is in it. If you simply look at the surface, then somebody is there, because the boat is there. But if you penetrate deeper, if you really become intimate with me, if you forget the body, the boat, then you come to encounter a nothingness.

Chuang Tzu is a rare flowering, because to become nobody is the most difficult, almost impossible, most extraordinary thing in the world.

The ordinary mind hankers to be extraordinary, that is part of ordinariness; the ordinary mind desires to be somebody in particular, that is part of ordinariness. You may become an Alexander, but you remain ordinary - then who is the extraordinary one? The extraordinariness starts only when you don't hanker after extraordinariness. Then the journey has started, then a new seed has sprouted.

This is what Chuang Tzu means when he says: A perfect man is like an empty boat. Many things are implied in it. First, an empty boat is not going anywhere because there is nobody to direct it, nobody to manipulate it, nobody to drive it somewhere. An empty boat is just there, it is not going anywhere. Even if it is moving it is not going anywhere.

When the mind is not there life will remain a movement, but it will not be directed. You will move, you will change, you will be a riverlike flow, but not going anywhere, with no goal in view. A perfect man lives without any purpose; a perfect man moves but without any motive. If you ask a perfect man, "What are you doing?" he will say, "I don't know, but this is what is happening." If you ask me why I am talking to you, I will say, "Ask the flower why the flower is flowering." This is happening, this is not manipulated. There is no one to manipulate it, the boat is empty. When there is purpose you will always be in misery. Why?

Once a man asked a miser, a great miser, "How did you succeed in accumulating so much wealth?"

The miser said, "This is my motto: whatsoever is to be done tomorrow should be done today, and whatsoever is to be enjoyed today should be enjoyed tomorrow. This has been my motto.” He succeeded in accumulating wealth - and this is how people succeed in accumulating nonsense also!

That miser was also miserable. On one hand he had succeeded in accumulating wealth, on the other hand he had succeeded in accumulating misery. And the motto is the same for accumulating money as it is for accumulating misery: whatsoever is to be done tomorrow do it today, right now, don't postpone it. And whatsoever can be enjoyed right now, never enjoy it right now, postpone it for tomorrow.

This is the way to enter hell. It always succeeds, it has never been a failure. Try it and you will succeed - or, you may have already succeeded. You may have been trying it without knowing. Postpone all that which can be enjoyed, just think of the tomorrow.

Jesus was crucified by the Jews for this reason, not for any other reason. Not that they were against Jesus - Jesus was a perfect man, a beautiful man, why should the Jews have been against him? Rather, on the contrary, they had been waiting for this man. For centuries they had been hoping and waiting: When will the messiah come?

And then suddenly this Jesus declared, "I am the messiah for whom you have been waiting, and I have come now. Now look at me."

They were disturbed - because the mind can wait, it always enjoys waiting, but the mind cannot face the fact, the mind cannot encounter this moment. It can always postpone, it was easy to postpone: The messiah is to come, soon he will be coming.... For centuries the Jews had been thinking and postponing and then suddenly this man destroyed all hope, because he said, "I am here." The mind was disturbed. They had to kill this man, otherwise they would not have been able to live with the hope of the tomorrow.

And not only Jesus, many others have declared since then, "I am here, I am the messiah!" And Jews always deny, because if they don't deny, then how will they be able to hope and how will they be able to postpone? They have lived with this hope with such fervor, with such deep intensity, you can hardly believe it. There have been Jews who would go to bed at night hoping that this would be the last night, that in the morning the messiah would be there....

I have heard about one rabbi who used to say to his wife, "If he comes in the night, don't waste a single minute, wake me up immediately." The messiah is coming and coming, he may come at any moment.

I have heard of another rabbi whose son was going to be married, so he sent invitations to the marriage to friends and he wrote on the invitation, "My son is going to be married in Jerusalem on such-and-such a date, but if the messiah hasn't come by then, my son will be married in this village of Korz." Who knows, by the time the day of the marriage comes, the messiah may have come. Then I will not be here, I will be in Jerusalem, celebrating. So if he has not come by the date of the marriage, only then will it be held here in this village; otherwise, it will be in Jerusalem.

They have been waiting and waiting, dreaming. The whole Jewish mind has been obsessed with the coming messiah. But whenever the messiah comes, they immediately deny him. This has to be understood. This is how the mind functions: you wait for the bliss, for the ecstasy, and whenever it comes you deny it, you just turn your back towards it.

Mind can live in the future, but cannot live in the present. In the present you can simply hope and desire. And that's how you create misery. If you start living this very moment, here and now, misery disappears.

But how is it related to the ego? Ego is the past accumulated. Whatsoever you have known, experienced, read, whatsoever has happened to you in the past, the whole is accumulated there. That whole past is the ego, it is you.

The past can project into the future - the future is nothing but the past extended - but the past cannot face the present. The present is totally different, it has a quality of being here and now. The past is always dead, the present is life, the very source of all aliveness. The past cannot face the present so it moves into the future - but both are dead, both are nonexistential. The present is life; the future cannot encounter the present, nor can the past encounter the present. And your ego, your somebodiness, is your past. Unless you are empty you cannot be here, and unless you are here you cannot be alive.

How can you know the bliss of life? Every moment it is showering on you and you are bypassing it.

Says Chuang Tzu:

SUCH IS THE PERFECT MAN -

HIS BOAT IS EMPTY.

Empty of what? Empty of the I, empty of the ego, empty of somebody there inside.

HE WHO RULES MEN, LIVES IN CONFUSION;

HE WHO IS RULED BY MEN LIVES IN SORROW.

HE WHO RULES MEN, LIVES IN CONFUSION. Why? The desire to rule comes from the ego; the desire to possess, to be powerful, the desire to dominate, comes from the ego. The greater the kingdom you can dominate, the greater the ego you can achieve. With your possessions your inner somebody goes on becoming bigger and bigger and bigger. Sometimes the boat becomes very small because the ego becomes so big....

This is what is happening to politicians, to people obsessed with wealth, prestige, power. Their egos become so big that their boats cannot contain them. Every moment they are on the point of drowning, on the verge, afraid, scared to death. And the more afraid you are the more possessive you become, because you think that through possessions somehow security is achieved. The more afraid you are, the more you think that if your kingdom could be a little greater, you would be more secure.

HE WHO RULES MEN, LIVES IN CONFUSION….

Really, the desire to rule comes out of your confusion; the desire to be leaders of men comes out of your confusion. When you start leading others you forget your confusion - this is a sort of escape, a trick. You are ill, but if somebody is ill and you become interested in curing that man, you forget your illness.

Osho: You Are In Prison and You Think You are Free

George Gurdjieff has said: “You are in prison. If you wish to get out of prison, the first thing you must do is realize that you are in prison. If you think you are free, you can’t escape.”

What are the prisons that I call “home”?

Rama Prem, George Gurdjieff is one of the most significant masters of this age.

He is unique in many ways — nobody has said things in the contemporary world the way Gurdjieff has said them. He is almost like another Bodhidharma or Chuang Tzu, apparently absurd but in reality giving great indications towards the liberation of human consciousness.

You are asking about one of his significant statements. He often used to say, “You are in prison.” Sometimes he was even deeper into the reality, and instead of saying, “You are in prison,” he would say, “You are the prison.” That is more true.

If you wish to get out of prison — or better to say, if you don’t want to be a prison — the first thing you must do is realize that you are in prison… or you are the prison. This is something to be always remembered as one of the first principles for any seeker of truth.

The tendency of the human mind is to deny those things which are ugly, to hide those things which he does not want others to know — to hide in such a way, in such depths of the unconscious that even he himself becomes unaware of them. This way he maintains his superficial personality.

Gurdjieff had a story about it…

There was a magician who used to live in faraway deep forests, and he had many sheep because that was his only food. In those deep forests he was keeping all those sheep just to kill them every day, one by one. Naturally, the sheep were very afraid of the man, and they used to run into the forest being afraid that any day can be their day. Their friends are gone, there is no reliability… tomorrow they may be gone. Out of fear they used to go far away, deep into the forest. And to find them was a tedious job every day.

Finally, the magician did a trick. He hypnotized all the sheep, and told every sheep, “You are an exception; everybody may be killed but you can never be killed. You are no ordinary sheep; you have a divine privilege.” To some he said, “You are not sheep at all; you are lions, you are tigers, you are wolves. Only sheep are killed. You need not hide yourself in the forest; that is very embarrassing, because a lion hiding himself in the forest in the fear that he will be killed… only sheep are killed.” And in this way, he managed to hypnotize all the sheep in different ways.

He even said to a few sheep, “You are men, human beings, and human beings don’t kill each other. You are just like me. Never be afraid and never escape out of fear.” Since that day, no sheep escaped and hid in the forest, although they all saw every day that one sheep was being killed, slaughtered. But naturally everybody thought, That must be a sheep; I am a tiger, a lion, a human being. I am special and exceptional, I have a divine privilege…. So many different stories he put in their minds.

Gurdjieff says that unless you realize the first thing — that you are in prison, that you are the prison — then there is no hope for freedom. If you already believe that you are free, you are a hypnotized sheep which believes himself to be a lion — exceptional, there is no need to be afraid — which even believes he is a human being. He goes on seeing other sheep being killed, and still remains in a hypnotized state, never being aware of his actuality. To be free, if you already know that you are free, there is no problem.

All the religions together, perhaps unintentionally, have created a tremendous hypnotic state. People believe they have immortal souls. I am not saying that they don’t have, I am simply saying that they don’t know what they are believing. And because they believe they have an immortal soul, they never discover that they already have it. They have been told, “You are the very kingdom of God”… and it is so comfortable and so consoling to believe. But then there is no way to seek and search and find whether your hypothetical belief has any truth in it, or is just a hypnotic trick used by the society to keep you unafraid of death, to keep you unafraid of disease, old age, to keep you unafraid of your loneliness.

Your God may be just a psychological hypnosis. It is not your discovery. That is true — that much is absolutely true. It has been implanted in your mind, and because you go on believing in it, your belief prevents any adventure in seeking the truth.

Ordinarily, you have been told continually that unless you believe, you will not find. But the truth is just the contrary. Belief is a barrier, it is not a bridge. Those who believe never find, because they never even begin the search; there is no need.

You are in prison and you think you are free.

You are in chains but you think they are ornaments. You are a slave but you have been told that you are humble, that you are simple, that this is the way a religious person should be. You are surrounded by many hypnotic strategies developed by society down the ages. And those hypnotic strategies are the root cause of your ignorance, of your misery, of your unenlightened state.

Hence the first thing to realize is that you are in prison. The moment you recognize that you are in prison, you cannot tolerate the prison. Nobody can tolerate it; it goes against human dignity. You will start finding ways to get out of it. You will start finding people who have already got out of it. You may start seeking and searching outside help beyond the walls, because there are people beyond the walls ready with every kind of help. But they are absolutely helpless if you believe that you are living in absolute freedom.

[How is it possible a population smaller than a gnat can control the rest of the world?] White People's Dominance Over Blacks Requires Programming that Makes Blacks Feel Inferior, Dependent & Actually Crazy

How can 10% Control 90%?

Amos Wilson explains;

"The power relationship between Blacks and Whites is an interactive one — where White power, to a significant extent, arises out of certain types of social interactions between Whites and Blacks where Blacks unwittingly play a very important role in constituting | and sustaining their powerlessness relative to Whites. White domination of Blacks in our current social context is primarily facilitated by the fact that Blacks think of themselves and of reality in terms created by the self-serving interests and perspectives imposed on them by Whites, and act on the basis of biased and false information provided them by Whites without realizing it. They therefore contribute to their powerlessness and domination by Whites simply by thinking about themselves and reality in a manner that allows them to be subjugated. Thus, White domination of Blacks is, to a significant degree, covered-over by ideology, beliefs which Blacks have been conditioned by Whites to unwittingly accept. To this degree, their domination and powerlessness is self-imposed. Blacks obscure their unnecessary domination by Whites and contribute to that domination by their own gullibility and too-ready acceptance of Eurocentric ideology and their obsequious willingness to think and act only within the confines of White-generated ideas, social definitions, relations and ethics (not often honored by Whites themselves). Hence, the minds of Blacks are Used to forge the links of their own mental chains. [MORE]

Always Comply with a White Maniac Cop? Are You Out of Your Mind Yet?

.easyhtml5video .eh5v_script{display:none}

maniac cop traffic stop

Nothing to Lose But Your Head. Many victims of racism preach that you must always comply with cops. This bullshit will get you killed. A black uncle once explained that late one night while drunk driving - slowly driving down the road deep in southern Virginia he was pulled over by a white cop. During the stop he told the cop, "I've been beat by a white cop before but I've never been beat by a faggot cop like yourself." The white cop just laughed, told him to be safe and let him go home.

You never know who are dealing with in the street. If you are indeed dealing with a psychopathic racist cop it would be stupid to expect him to treat you humanely. Robotic compliance with his incriminating questions and orders would be mindless.

Will you comply with a maniac cop while he is beating your woman or mother on the side of the road? Will you robotically comply with them when you have a good reason to believe that you will be killed? What are you living for? Are you a slave in a prison camp? Do you want to go out like a compliant Jew on his way to the oven during Nazi Germany?

If you are looking for some kind of formula for how to deal with racist police you are lazy or confused. The internet is filled with how to do shit like how to bake pecan cookies, fix your hard drive and whatever. Motherfuckers like the mf's that killed Tamir Rice, Phillandro Castro and Alton Sterling are maniacs – or psychopathic race soldiers. There can be no set plans for dealing with a maniac. It is like making a plan to deal with falling out of a tree.

The problem is not compliance. It is robotic, automatic, "always" compliance - having some set pre-made plan or code and script ready to go. Its not that guides or rules are never useful. They may be but there can be no robotic application of them.

During an encounter with a racist cop your thoughts are swinging back & forth like a monkey. "Why the fuck did this cop stop me? this is some bullshit; I did not do anything wrong, I am sick of this shit, Is there anything wrong with my license, my car? What is this fool going to do now? What the fuck! Why am I still waiting? I have rights!" This deep monologue or "thoughting" prevents you from paying attention to the present moment. You are thinking about the past (why you were stopped) or worried about the future (what will happen). You are really not present in this moment with that maniac cop and you are missing what is happening in front of you. You are split - and you are trying to listen to two people at once - the cop and your own stream of thoughts.

In this state of mind you are an enemy to yourself. There is no such thing as just “be calm” or forcing calmness. That is acting. It is only a mask, soon it will wear off and when you speak you reveal what is really going on inside. You are not really conscious in this state of repression, you are also not alive - you are a walking corpse in a very provocative situation. If you have gotten through these encounters doing shit like this without getting arrested or injured - it had nothing to do with your skills. Consider the following rules:

1. If you are dealing with a white officer presume that you are dealing with a racist cop

2. Assert your rights but comply with cop orders

3. Do not incriminate yourself by word or action [do not respond to statements]

4. Do not consent to any searches.

Overstand that life is not concerned with your logic and generalities - it has its own rules and it cannot be scripted. What is true in one circumstance may be false in another. Legal truths give way to reality on the street. (Magic legal phrases and arguments are only enforceable in a courtroom LATER ON– as in the future, perhaps after you are gone). Life is not a video to pause and rewind. Shit happens quick, your valley of decision will be unique. The misapplication of the above rules could get you killed, injured or placed in greater confinement. So how will you know when and what to do?

The only rule for dealing with cops is awareness. You must be consciously present in the moment, completely aware of what is going on internally and externally. You must be able to think clearly, to spontaneously respond like a windshield to what is in front of you based on a clear unfiltered perception of what's really real, right now  - plans, a set script of what to say and what to do is bullshit. Constitutional scholars and persons who memorize codes also will miss what is present in the moment inside them and also misperceive cop demeanor, tone of voice, body language, communicated words and environment. In fact, unless you are aware, the more knowledge you carry like that will slow you down.

Anything you do or say while you are unconscious will be stupid. Dr. Blynd offers the following definition in the Funktionary:

unconsciousness: "that which lacks any integration within itself - instability; uncertainty and confusion. 2) the rejected suppressed and uncharted part of the ego. It is the unconscious that goads us to most of our activity. A divided mind, with the an unconscious and a conscious one, can never apperceive things as they are. "Truth is adulterated with falsehood in the same proportion to which one is unconscious" -  Osho (See Mind, Truth & Reality Laundering).

If you can be alert, present in the moment when you are dealing with that cop you will be calm. Calmness is a by product of your awareness. This awareness can only be cultivated through meditation. Meditation enables you to be "the center of a cyclone." No matter what chaos is going on externally, you can remain centered. [MORE] Only in a state of mindfulness will you have the wherewithal to correctly apply or evaluate any knowledge. Even still your mindfulness must be strong to deal with racism during a prolonged or intense traffic stop. Otherwise the forms, feelings, perceptions and thoughts that pop up in your mind will take over- making clear thinking or perception of reality impossible.

Meditation is not thinking, concentration or contemplation. Meditation is just silently witnessing what your mind and body is doing, thinking and feeling. Like watching a game on TV, there is nothing to do - just sit and watch your mind and body. Unlike watching a game you must watch without reacting to what you observe; don't judge what you observe, just witness it. Vipassana meditation is such a simple thing that even a small child can do it. Learn about it [HERE

Quite simply, in a state of awareness you will automatically know what to do and do it spontaneously. Whatever you do will be the right thing to do - as it will be a response not a reaction.

Prior to any traffic stop consciously do the following:

Obey traffic laws

Keep the inside of your car and trunk clean

Organize your car papers in a binder. Keep papers up to date.

Organize your wallet so that you can easily pull your license out

Try not to pull over in a poorly lit area

Turn the lights on inside your car when you pull over and make hands visible

Be prepared to die

Be prepared to defend yourself

What to do with all the Niggers Piled Up in Prison from the 90’s by the [White] People's [Revenge] Courts? One Black Man's 3 [three] Life Sentences for Robbery

Nigger is what is being done to you. Nigger means victim of white supremacy. From [HERE] and [HEREThe New York Times tells the story of Lenny Singleton, a Black man who was charged with robbery at the age of 28 and sentenced to 100 years and two life sentences without the possibility of parole.

To fuel his crack habit back in 1995, he walked into 13 stores over eight days and either distracted a clerk or pretended to have a concealed gun before stealing from the cash register. One time, he was armed with a knife with a six-inch blade that he had brought from his kitchen.

Mr. Singleton accepted a plea deal (must have been an outstanding plea offer negotiated by a top notch barrister), fully expecting to receive a long jail sentence. But a confluence of factors worked against him, including the particularly white judge who sentenced him and the zero-tolerance ethos of the time against users of crack cocaine. His sentence was very long: two life sentences. And another 100 years. And no possibility for parole.

No one was harmed in his case. Singleton said, “I was out of my mind on drugs, but I wasn’t going to hurt anybody,” he said. “I was just after the money.”

Mr. Singleton had served in the Navy. Now he works in a furniture plant at the prison and earns 80 cents an hour building furniture used in Virginia’s universities. But a percentage of his pay is subtracted for court costs and fines, and he still owes the state $1,800.

Mr. Singleton’s prison term, which makes it likely that he will die behind bars, attracted little attention in 1996. It was [and is] common for the mostly white judges in Virginia and the mostly white judiciary in the rest of the country to impose long prison terms for crack-related crimes against Black people.

William F. Rutherford, the white judge who sentenced Mr. Singleton, has been retired for years. During a recent series of interviews, he said he had no recollection of the case, but after he reviewed Mr. Singleton’s court files, he said he had no regrets about how he handled it.

“Under the circumstances,” he said, “it would not be unusual for me to give out that kind of sentence.”

As the prison population has increased sharply over the past 30 years, so too has the number of those sentenced to life. Mr. Singleton is among nearly 160,000 prisoners serving life sentences — roughly the population of Eugene, Ore. The number of such inmates has more than quadrupled since 1984, and now about one in nine prison inmates is serving a life term, federal data shows.

According to the New York Times 'there is a growing consensus [among white people] that the criminal justice system has incarcerated too many Americans for too many years, with liberals and conservatives alike denouncing the economic and social costs of holding 2.2 million people in the nation’s prisons and jails.

America imprisons more of its citizens than any other nation on earth by far, including countries with far greater populations. The United States has less than 5% of the world's population. But it has almost a quarter of the world's prisoners. One in four Black men is likely to be imprisoned.  And Congress is currently debating a criminal justice bill that, among other provisions, would reduce mandatory minimum sentences for nonviolent offenders.'

----

[The First Crime is Theirs. Check out when white folks discuss systematic racism they talk about it like it is a thing of the past. White supremacy is based on deception. The refinement of white supremacy requires changes or system updates to occur particularly at times when the victims begin to see their chains - where chains are visible the victims will want to escape from bondage -so this must be prevented. The over-incarceration problem has been obvious to many Blacks for a while. The System of White Supremacy Requires a Substantial Number of Non-Whites to be Incarcerated [more]. All the statistics are necessary for whites. We already know [not believe] what it is. If you are confused about it go to your local courtroom and see for yourself. If you live in an urban, diverse environment the first thing you may ask is where are all the white defendants at? Another subsequent refinement of white supremacy are the addition of many more Black prosecutors, judges and courtroom staff. Think about it, without them present, the courtroom would look racist. Consequently, your belief would be shook; our belief is all that binds the system together. Entirely all white judges, lawyers and courtroom staff are the visible chains of the old model of white supremacy/racism. It had to be updated for Blacks to maintain their belief in the system. The only product the criminal court produces is the appearance of justice. Black persons in the courtroom are filtered in (and out) with the correct programming in service of white domination of course- they, along with most black defense attorneys, are all believers in the court system. Such belief is a pre-requisite for their participation - without it, court would simply not look real to the black public - which would defeat its purpose.

Dr. Blynd explains that "courts mainly exist to put a veneer of legitimacy over crimes against the poor by the rich and to ensure the privilege of private property over personal property."

A story told by Baghwan Rajineesh may help illustrate the above mentioned points;

It happened in China, twenty-five centuries ago...

Lao Tzu became very famous, a wise man, and he was without any doubt one of the wisest men ever. The emperor of China asked him very humbly to become his chief of the supreme court, because nobody could guide the country‘s laws better than him. He tried to persuade the emperor, ”I am not the right man,” but the emperor was insisting.

Lao Tzu said, ”If you don‘t listen to me... Just one day in the court and you will be convinced that I am not the right man – because the system is wrong. Out of humbleness I was not saying the truth to you. Either I can exist or your law and your order and your society can exist. So let us try it.”

The first day a thief was brought into the court who had stolen almost half the treasures of the richest man in the capital. Lao Tzu listened to the case and then he said that the thief and the richest man should both go to jail for six months. The rich man said, ”What are you saying? I have been stolen from, I have been robbed – and what kind of justice is this, that you are sending me to jail for the same time as the thief?”

Lao Tzu said, ”I am certainly being unfair to the thief. Your need to be in jail is more, because you have collected so much money, deprived so many people of money that thousands of people are down and you are collecting and collecting money – for what? Your very greed is creating these thieves. You are responsible. The first crime is yours.”

Lao Tzu’s logic is absolutely clear. If there are going to be too many poor people and only a few rich people, you cannot stop thieves, you cannot stop stealing. The only way to stop it is to have a society where everybody has enough to fulfill his needs, and nobody has unnecessary accumulation just out of greed.

The rich man said, ”Before you send me to jail I want to see the emperor, because this is not according to the constitution; this is not according to the law of the country.” Lao Tzu said, ”That is the fault of the constitution and the fault of the law of the country. I am not responsible for it. You can see the emperor.”

And the rich man said to the emperor, ”Listen, this man should be immediately deposed from his post; he is dangerous. Today I am going into jail, tomorrow you will be in jail. If you want to save yourself, this man has to be thrown out; he is absolutely dangerous. And he is very rational: what he is saying is right – I can understand it – but he will destroy us.”

The king understood it perfectly well. ”If this rich man is a criminal, then I am the greatest criminal in the country. Lao Tzu will not hesitate to send me to jail.”

Lao Tzu was relieved of his post. He said, ”I had told you before, you are unnecessarily wasting my time. I was saying I am not the right man. The reality is, your society, your law, your constitution are not the right constitution, not the right law. You need wrong people to run this whole wrong system.”

The problem is that the forces that we created to keep man from falling apart into chaos are now so powerful that they don’t want to leave you free to grow – because if you are capable of growing, becoming an individual, alert, aware and conscious, there will be no need of all these people. They will lose all their jobs, and with their jobs, their prestige, their power, their leadership, their priesthood, their popehood – everything will be gone. So now those who were in the beginning needed for protection, have turned into the enemies of humanity.

My approach is not to fight against these people, because they are powerful, they have armies, they have money, they have everything. You cannot fight with them, you will be destroyed. The only way out of this mess is to silently start growing your own consciousness, which they cannot prevent by any force. In fact they cannot even know what is going on inside you. [MORE]

While some groups in the criminal justice reform movement have prioritized the release of people convicted of non-violent offenses, other voices — including The Sentencing Project — have maintained that ending mass incarceration will require significant reforms for people convicted of violent offenses, as well.

People convicted of non-violent drug offenses make up only about 17 percent of state prison populations across the country, while people incarcerated for violent offenses make up more than 50 percent.

“People are celebrating the stabilization of the prison population in recent years, but the scale of mass incarceration is so substantial that meaningful reduction is not going to happen by tinkering around the edges,” said Marc Mauer, the executive director of The Sentencing Project, a Washington-based nonprofit that advocates changes in sentencing policy.

But a divide has opened within the reform movement over how to address prisoners who have been convicted of violent crimes, including people like Mr. Singleton, who threatened shop owners but did not harm anyone. Groups like the American Civil Liberties Union favor a swift 50 percent reduction in prison populations, while conservative prison reform organizations like Right on Crime prioritize the release of nonviolent offenders and worry that releasing others could backfire and reduce public support.

Nonviolent drug offenders make up only about 17 percent of all state prison inmates around the nation, while violent offenders make up more than 50 percent, according to federal data.

[reversal of reality] Idiotic White People & their Self Deception: Mainstream Media Moves Quickly to Smear Alton Sterling & Change the Subject

Turn Off that Bullshit. White people get into your mind from the outside - through a thought. It comes to us externally through statements, images and symbols and goes into your mind. This external phenomena act as a seed and then grow when further stimulated. Much of white people's nonsense conditioning come from elite, influential whites who control the media and all other resources in this racist system. The so-called free press and mass media are privately owned, profit-making, White elite-controlled corporations. Although they cannot really tell us what to think, to a large extant they can determine what we will think about. [MORE]

As pointed by Amos Wilson, "the central aim of the ruling elite's ideology process is to define the "domain of discourse." That is, the corporate elite seeks to define the limits of "acceptable ideas" and to define what is worth talking about, worth learning, teaching, promoting, and writing about. Of course, the limits of the "acceptable," the "responsible," are set at those points which support and justify the interests of the elite itself. [MORE]

Predictably, the mainstream media have begun to run news stories blaming the Blacks who were murdered by cops this week (Castille and Sterling). Somehow, it was their fault they were murdered by cops. 'The main function of such explanations is to deny white people's own role in the situation - to obscure the true causes.' Police brutality is an effect of white supremacy [the cause]. If they can describe Alton Sterling as criminal then they can justify treating him criminally. Racists are concerned with deception - never reality. Racists are looking to deceive any unconscious person (white or black) who is filled with enough belief and stupid ass desires. To white believers, these stories are ego satisfying, justifying and self-congratulatory. The whole game is going on in the beliver’s mind, and a mind filled with belief always goes on projecting things in the world, it sees things which are not there. [MORE]

Race is not real but racism is. Race is better understood as the organization of non-white people by white people or organization for white domination. The only purpose of race is to practice racism. Neely Fuller explains that racism/white supremacy is practiced through violence & deception. The substance of racism, deception, is empty or unreal - it is white people's idiocy - imaginary or dream like. Don’t get distracted by the illusion. Do you renounce your dreams and argue about how they are not real? There is no need. Do you have heated debates will small children about cartoons? Of course, you know not to take them seriously. Like so many other things in the media the news stories highlighted above are a distraction from what's really real. The question is not what to do about the deceivers - it is what to do with your mind. Do not become caught up or self identified with white people's madness. [MORE] Don't help to create more deceivers, do not participate in white supremacy [if no one believed, could they still sell it?] "Don't be a participant in any deception, be very, very alert." Learn to meditate. Watch your mind. [MORE

2) The police and whites in general should be given a freer hand in combatting the large criminal element in the United States, using generous applications of force and violence without too much attention to constitutional rights [MORE]

Ego Defense Mechanisms

Denial and distortion are the classical categorical means, commonly referred to as ego defense mechanisms, by which an ego complex avoids unpleasant confrontations with reality, itself, and its own pathological history and current functioning. Through denial and distortion of reality and its concomitant self-deception, the collective White American ego complex rationalizes and repressively ignores its origination and sustenance by means of its enslavement, rape, robbery, and murder of captive peoples; its ruthless, unconscionable, wasteful and toxic exploitation of the land, labor, and resources of other peoples; its unwarranted wars against other nations and cultures, its exploitative instigation of wars among them; its duplicitous diplomacy and propaganda, treachery and deceit, warmongering and incitations to riot; its colonizing, neo-colonizing, terrorizing, starvation, benign and malicious neglect, usurious taxation of captive populations; its segregations, discriminations, dehumanizations, psycho-manipulations of other peoples and nations in flagrant violation of its own vaunted moral preachments; its closing of its ears to the cries of its victims; the sclerotic hardening of its psychic arteries.

By means of defensive denial and distortion, self-deception and reversal of reality, the collective Eurocentric ego complex seeks to resolve its self-created conflicts and contradictions, to avoid feelings of guilt, shame and anxiety, to neutralize negative self-perceptions, and to protect its material advantages. To these ends its victims must be blamed for their own victimization. Their suffering must be seen as reflections of their own inherent deficiencies, of their servile manifest destiny, and of their being short-changed by God and Fate.

Dr. Blynd: freedumb vs. Phfreedom

  • From the book "FUNKTIONARY, THE KEY HOLDERS ENPSYCHLOPEDIA"

Copyright 2004 Chocolate City Press

The Universe of Chocolate City

Resonated & Orchestrated by Dr. Blynd, Ph.F.

freedumb -  the state of unrecognized psychological captivity that sheeple remain in because they don't speak truth to power - and when truth is spoken around them, refrain from being open, or impervious to it. 2) the mindset that proposes "since we are liberated, we are also free." 3) the mindset that operates upon the notion that you can have individuality without accountability or responsibility. 4) the pretence that reality is truth and vice-versa. People cherish and relish their freedumb because they have been socialized into self-censorship along with misidentification with the mind. (See Phreedom).

Freedumb is just a song to lip sync in your underwear. Don’t connect freedom with independence. Freedom from something and the freedom to do anything you want to do is not true freedom. [The powers that control BET have allowed the above Beyonce video [freeing ass] to be widely re-circulated while they are aggressively scrubbing the complete Jesse Williams speech from the internet as copyright infringement. Wonder why?]

Phfreedom- the positive, generative, creative and playful aspect of freedom, i.e., freedom for, not freedom from. 2) the total annihilation of the notion of a phenomenal identity as "self" or "me." 3) the impersonal subjective pronoun "I" (the universal impersonal Consciousness) occupying the position vacated by the notional or illusory personal "me." 4) Consciousness in its unidentified, impersonalized, infinitized universality. 5) the overstanding that there is no universe independent of Consciousness. 6) the feeling of the seamless Unicity of nature. 7) release of the imagined bondage of volition (the feeling of not wanting to make a choice or not having to make a decision). 8) 'Thy Will,' i.e., the expression of the funktioning of the Totality sans a "doer." 'Freedom from' is a form of bondage, 'freedom for' is emancipative but not absolute. Phfreedom can only be the release of one's idea of a separate volitional Self. There is no "me" that can be liberated because there is no objective "me" that is in bondage to begin with—purely a case of mistaken identity. 9) the dawning of a love originating out of a profound depth of realization (anterior to the perceiving mind—from Consciousness itself) that seeks the liberation of the whole—light years beyond the pettiness of the "I am" based personal freedom. Phfreedom is impersonal—the vast impersonal Love for the whole, for all beings and all things. It is the realization that you are the undivided whole. 10) the re-awakening that happens when identification with the body-mind-complex ceases. Phfreedom is not something you possess, but something that possesses you. (See: The Self, Freedom, Disidentification, Entitification, Suddenlightenment, Ego, Shadow, "Me," "I," Supreme Self & I Am).

Phfreedom fighters- men and woman who arm themselves with: greatly increased and applied reading skills, listening skills, bullshit filtering systems, psy-war skills, mentallic skills, knowledge scrolling, truth-editing, organizational skills, reality hacktivism, knowledge of adversaries, truth instead of falsehood, reality instead of truth, library cards, law books, his-story and ourstory books, freedom technology, and firearms training. 2) a martyr who has yet to earn his/her permanent status. (See: Gun Control, Freedom Fighters, Knowledge Scrolling, Trickle-Sell Anemia, Mentallic & Rebellion). [MORE]

Bhagwan on Freedom as Awareness: Each individual has to become a meditator, a silent watcher, so that he can discover himself.

Bhagwan Rajineesh aka Osho

From [HERE] [HERE] [HERE] and [HERE]

Freedom is a three-dimensional phenomenon. The first is the physical dimension: you can be enslaved physically. And for thousands of years man has been sold in the marketplace just like any other commodity. All the Negroes that came to America were purchased like a commodity.

Slaves have existed all over the world. They were not given human rights; they were not really accepted as human beings, they were subhuman. And they are still being treated as subhuman. In India there are sudras, the untouchables. One-fourth of India is still living in slavery: these people cannot be educated, these people cannot move into other professions than those decided by the tradition five thousand years ago, and to think of them as human is impossible... Even to touch them makes you impure: you have to take a bath immediately.

Even if you don’t touch the man, but only his shadow – then too you have to take a bath. So there is physical slavery and there is physical freedom – that your body is not enchained, that it is not categorized as lower than anybody else’s, that there is an equality as far as the body is concerned. But even today this is not true.

The woman’s body is not considered equal to the man’s body. She is not as free as man is. In China for centuries the husband had the right to kill his wife without being punished because the wife was his possession. Just like you can destroy your chair or you can burn your house because it is your chair, it is your house, it is your wife. In Chinese law there was no punishment for the husband if he killed his wife because she was thought to be soulless; she was just a reproductive mechanism, a factory to produce children. Mohammedans marry four wives, which is absolutely ugly because nature keeps a balance in the world. There are an equal number of men and women, and if one man marries four women, then what about the other three men? They are going to become perverts, homosexuals, sodomists, and they will create AIDS and all kinds of diseases. Mohammed himself married nine wives.

But this is nothing! Just forty years ago, when India became free, in one of the Mohammedan states in India, in Hyderabad, the nizam had five hundred wives! But that too is not the limit.

The Hindu incarnation of God, Krishna, had sixteen thousand wives. At least the nizam’s wives were his own – he had married them. Krishna had taken anybody’s wife whom he liked... no consideration that she has children, that she has a husband, that she has to look after them – no consideration.

He had the power. But to have sixteen thousand wives is so stupid – you cannot even remember their names! But it was thought that just because the woman in India is property, the more you have the better.

And of course an incarnation of God has to be allowed So there is a slavery of the body which still continues in different ways. It is becoming less and less but it has not disappeared completely.

Freedom of the body will mean that there is no distinction between black and white, that there is no distinction between man and woman, that there is no distinction of any kind as far as bodies are concerned. Nobody is pure, nobody is impure: all bodies are the same. This is the very basis of freedom.

Then there is the second dimension: psychological freedom. There are very few individuals in the world who are psychologically free... because if you are a Mohammedan you are not psychologically free; if you are a Hindu you are not psychologically free. Our whole way of bringing up children is to make them slaves – slaves of political ideologies, social ideologies, religious ideologies. We don’t give them a chance to think on their own, to search on their own. We force their minds... we stuff their minds with things which we are also not experienced in.

Parents teach children that there is a God – and they know nothing of God. They tell their children that there is heaven and there is hell – and they know nothing of heaven and hell. I have heard: it happened one day in New York, in New York’s biggest church, that as the cardinal came in he found a young man, and he was puzzled whether he was a hippie or Jesus Christ. He looked like Jesus Christ, but you don’t find Jesus Christ like this! He must be a hippie. The cardinal was afraid because Jesus was not his own experience – he could not recognize him.

He went close to him and asked, ”Who are you?” And the young man said, ”You can’t recognize me? And daily you pray to me, ‘My Lord, Jesus Christ,’ and now I have come and you have some nerve to ask me, ‘Who are you?’ ”

The cardinal got really afraid that perhaps he is the Lord, Jesus Christ – he looks exactly like Jesus Christ. But what to do now? He had never been taught in the theological college where he studied and became a cardinal what you are supposed to do if Jesus Christ enters your church. There is no precedent!

He phoned the Vatican and asked the pope, ”Just give me some hints about what to do? A man is here – I thought that he looks like a hippie, but he also looks like Jesus Christ. And I asked him and he said, ‘I am your Lord, Jesus Christ.’ Now what should I do?” And the pope said, ”What? Such a case has never happened before! You do one thing: first, look busy! Second, phone the police!” You are teaching your children things that you don’t know yourself. You are just conditioning their minds, because your minds were conditioned by your parents.

This way the disease goes on from one generation to another generation.

Psychological freedom will be possible when children are allowed to grow, helped to grow to more intellect, more intelligence, more consciousness, more alertness. No belief is given to them. They are not taught any kind of faith, but they are given as much incentive as possible to search for truth. And they have to be reminded from the very beginning: your own truth, your own finding, is going to liberate you; nothing else can do that for you.

Truth cannot be borrowed. It cannot be studied in books. Nobody can inform you about it. You have to sharpen your intelligence yourself, so that you can look into existence and find it.

If a child is left open, receptive, alert, and given the incentive for search, he will have psychological freedom. And with psychological freedom comes tremendous responsibility. You don’t have to teach it to him; it comes like the shadow of psychological freedom. And he will be grateful to you. Otherwise every child is angry at his parents because they spoiled him: they destroyed his freedom, they conditioned his mind. Even before he asked any questions, they filled his mind with answers which are all bogus because they are not based on his own experience.

The world lives in a psychological slavery. And the third dimension is the ultimate of freedom – which is knowing that you are not the body, knowing that you are not the mind, knowing that you are only pure consciousness. That knowledge comes through meditation. It separates you from the body, it separates you from the mind, and ultimately only you are there as pure consciousness, as pure awareness. That is spiritual freedom. These are the three basic dimensions of freedom for the individual. You have asked about both the individual and the collective. For the collective there is no need.

Only all the individuals should be free, and the collective will be free. The collective has no soul, the collective has no mind, the collective has no body even: it is only a name. It is just a word. But we are very much impressed by words, so much so that we forget that words are not substantial. The collective, the society, the community, the religion, the church – they are all words. There is nothing real behind them.

I am reminded of a small story. In ALICE IN WONDERLAND, Alice is coming to the palace of the queen. When she arrives the queen asks her, ”Did you meet a messenger on the way coming towards me?”

And the little girl says, ”Nobody. I met nobody.” And the queen thought ”nobody” is somebody, so she asks, ”But then why has that nobody not reached yet?”

The little girl said, ”Madam, nobody is NOBODY!” And the queen said, ”Don’t be stupid! I understand: nobody must be nobody, but he must have reached before you. It seems nobody walks slower than you.”

And Alice said, ”That is absolutely wrong: nobody walks faster than me!”

And this way the dialogue continues. That ”nobody” becomes somebody in the whole dialogue, and it is impossible for Alice to convince the queen that nobody is nobody. How to convince? She tries hard, and when she hears that the queen is saying, ”Nobody walks slower than you,” then she becomes angry: that is too much! Then she shouts, ”Nobody walks faster than me!”

The queen said, ”If that is the case then he should be here!” The collective, the society – all these are just words. That which really exists is the individual; otherwise the Rotary Club, the Lions Club... then there will be a problem: what is the freedom of a Rotary Club? What is the freedom of the Lions Club? These are just names. The collective is a very dangerous word.

In the name of the collective the individual, the real, has always been sacrificed. I am absolutely against it. Nations have been sacrificing individuals in the name of the nation – and ‘nation’ is just a word. The lines that you have drawn on the map are not anywhere on the earth. They are just your game. But on those lines that you have drawn on the map millions of people have died – real people, dying for unreal lines. And you make them heroes, national heroes!

This idea of the collective has to be destroyed completely; otherwise in some way or other we will continue sacrificing the individual. In the name of religion we have sacrificed him, in religious wars. A Mohammedan dying in a religious war knows that his paradise is certain. He has been told by the priest, ”If you are dying for the religion, Mohammedanism, then your paradise is absolutely certain with all the pleasures you have ever imagined or dreamt of. And the person you have killed will also reach paradise because he has been killed by a Mohammedan. It is a privilege for him, so you need not feel guilty that you have killed a man.”

Christians have crusades – a jihad, a religious war – and kill thousands of people, burn living human beings, for what? For some collectivity... for Christianity, for Buddhism, for Hinduism, for communism, for fascism – anything will do. Any word representing some collectivity, and the individual can be sacrificed. There is no reason for the collectivity even to exist: individuals are enough. And if individuals have freedom, are psychologically free, are spiritually free, then naturally the collective will be spiritually free.

The collective consists of individuals, not vice versa. It has been said that the individual is only a part of the collective; that is not true. The individual is not just a part of the collective; the collective is only a symbolic word for individuals meeting together. They are not parts of anything; they remain independent. They remain organically independent, they don’t become parts. If we really want a world of freedom, then we have to understand that in the name of the collectivity so many massacres have happened that now it is time to stop. All collective names should lose the grandeur that they have had in the past. Individuals should be the highest value.

Jesse Williams' BET Awards complete speech [courageous]

“The Hereafter is a Hustle” [Waiting, Deferring or Hoping for “Freedom/Change” in the Future [politics] or in the Afterlife [religion] is a bullshit mindgame conducted by the vested interests.]

There was a glitch in the matrix last Sunday. It occurred during an awards show on BET, a network controlled by elite whites that usually filters out anything real. [The White elite owned media controls what you consume in order to try to control what you think and do.]

At a high point in his career and with much to lose, Jesse Williams left the shore of safety and talked about confronting white supremacy and changing the way we think about ourselves to a national Black audience. Here, he gambled - or risked the known for the unknown. ["only the gamblers know what life is"]

As I often tell people, the most practical thing you can have is a good theory, is a good concept to guide your behavior, to be used as an instrument, to measure reality, as an instrument, to test reality. A good theory then organizes the world, organizes one’s approach to the world. It permits one to be able to evaluate the world, in terms of where one wants to go, in terms of what one wants to do. To be without theory, is to approach the world on an “ad-hoc” basis, you know just to meet it here and there, and to not approach it in a systematic form, to live “reactionarily,” “always reacting to what other people are doing, always being overwhelmed by events, and overwhelmed by the future, instead of creating events, and creating the future, and making the future.” See when one has then a good theory, and a good concept, one is able to do that. Consciousness… without human consciousness there is no world. It is the presence of human consciousness that brings meaning into the world. Without human beings in this world, conscious human beings in this world, in effect, there would not be a world. We bring the world into being through our consciousness. And through our consciousness, we create the world we live in. Out of the totality of reality our consciousness cuts our world at the fist itself. In other words, the kind of world you exist in reflects the kind of consciousness that you have. And notice if you change your consciousness or values and orientation, you enter into a different world. You interact with different people, people often you didn’t know existed in the world, social situations that you might not have even recognized, until you entered into a new level of consciousness. You see people say for instance, who become addicted, say to crack or something, and now enter into a whole world and enter into a whole social system, that before they became addicted, they hardly noticed, they didn’t know what it was all about, and they picked up new friends, and new relations, hold new ways of acting, hold new purposes in life, they loss with old friends, broke with old families, and all kinds of things, in other words, the consciousness, that addictive consciousness, brought into the world a new foreground, and put other things into the background.

Therefore, man’s consciousness is a creative act, and the kind of consciousness you have, will determine the kind of world you create. And consequently, when you look at the world that we live in African people, we must recognize to a great extent, it is a world of our own creation, it is a world that has been generated with a type of consciousness we’ve been permitted to be instilled in us as a people. As I told you earlier today on the radio, we talked about the white man as having power, and I want you to recognize that power ultimately has to do with a relationship between people, and that the white man’s so-called power, is to a great extent based upon the nature of the relationship he has with the Black man. We empower him by the nature of our own behavior and attitudes as a people. He can not be what he is, as I said earlier, unless we are, what we are, I’m telling you. To a good extent, the European is our creation … yes, un hunh, un hunh. If we look at our behavior, we will see that to a good extent, it is our behavior, our values, our consciousness, the kind of personalities we’ve established in ourselves, our taste, our desires and needs; that maintains the European in its position.

We talk about the Civil Rights Movement, and the Apartheid system of the South, when Blacks decided to just get out of the buses and just walk, the system changed, yeah, when they stop sitting behind the white driver, just changing that relationship, changed the nature of power, in that system. When they decided then to walk side by side, when they decided to walk abreast and line themselves up, because they had not walked that way before … for the ends to be fought, the relationship changed. When they kept their monies in their pockets, when they set on the stools and blocked the other people from them, and change the nature of the interactions between themselves and europeans, the nature of the system changed. So therefore we have tremendous Power. It depends upon how we align ourselves as a people, and how we decide to relate to other people in the world, because they can not have what they have, unless we are who we are. And that is why we don’t have to waste a great deal of time always appealing to them, and analyzing them, because we can better appeal to our own sense of self, and our own consciousness, and we waste a lot of time trying to transform them, when through transforming ourselves, they will be transformed automatically. The Power is in our hands. We are not destined to be the servants of white folk, that is not the destiny of Black folk, no way. And we have to change this idea, because many of us are still operating on that concept, as I said earlier, many of us go to these schools to become what, qualified, to work for whom, them. Why do we assume that their going to have the jobs for us …yes, these people are having difficulty making jobs for themselves. The greatest problem that the european is facing today, and the european economies are facing today, is that they are not even generating enough jobs for their own people. And even though America is bragging about the millions of jobs it’s creating, those jobs are part-time jobs, the bulk of them are part-time jobs, low-wage jobs, and jobs that have little or no future. So when people talk about creating jobs, you have to ask, what kind of jobs are being created. That is why of course the system is not investing in Black education. It no longer needs Black people for its employment structure. You see it bringing in people from outside of the nation to be employed. You see it is even hiring in the world itself in other nations and other places. Already it has reached the point where its need for Black males, is pretty much saturated. And it is literally then warehousing us in the jails and prisons, and provoking us to kill each other and to destroy each other out here in these streets. And yet we are still organizing the education of our children, as if the white man still has jobs waiting for them, in multitudes. [MORE PDF

Can I Coon For You Massah? All day. Coin operated Sniggers dressing like women, jumping, screaming, cooning, crying, shining teeth at us, acting vaginal, cowardly and promoting the ongoing smiling black face. Playing themselves in the white media. Fuck that. Stop supporting White Supremacy.

"Who Is Most To Blame? Black Comics Or The Black Audience? If we did not support black entertainers who degrade black people, they could not make money doing it. When our "comedy" ridicules our heroes, like Martin Luther King and Rosa Parks, our religion, churches, pastors, our beautiful black mommas, and our skin, noses, lips, and hair, WE make it harder for every black man, woman, and child to get respect at home, at work, on the street, in the courts, at the mortgage company, and at the hands of law enforcement.

By supporting and defending black "entertainers" who degrade black people for profit, WE are making life harder for every black male who applies for a job and is denied one because he has been stereotyped as an irresponsible fool before he opens his mouth. WE are making life harder for our black mothers, daughters, wives, and lovers to get the respect they deserve, when they are publicly referred to as "bitches" and "hos" by us. Yet we — black people -- demand respect as "black people" even when it is obvious we DO NOT RESPECT ourselves?" [MORE]

Amos Wilson states:

"Psychic Violence — The most powerful obstacle against the liberation of Afrikan peoples from White domination and exploitation is not the ability of Whites to use superior military or police firepower or their threat to use it against Afrikan insurgency, but is their ability to engage in unrelenting psychopolitical violence against the collective Afrikan psyche. It is the White monopoly on psychic violence and their devastatingly ingenious use of it against the minds of Afrikan peoples which represent the greatest threat to Afrikan survival. Wrong insightfully points out the nature of this form of violence:

What a surprise. A shitty hollywood movie doing shitty. [T]here is a form of conduct, often described as psychic, psychological or moral force or violence, which does not fit readily under the rubrics of any of the other forms of power. If physical violence involves inflicting damages on the body of a person, how is one to classify the deliberate effort to affect adversely a person's emotions or his feelings and ideas about himself by verbally, or in other symbolic ways, insulting or degrading him? If. . . power includes the production of purely mental or emotional effects and is not confined to the eliciting of overt acts, then the psychic assault of, say, a nagging, browbeating spouse or parent, the defamation of the character of a political foe or even of an entire group, constitute exercises of power. .

Damage to the psyche is surely as real as damage to the body . . . It is plainly not true that 'sticks and stones may break my bones but names can never hurt me'. Psychic violence, in which the intended effect of the perpetrator is to inflict mental or emotional harm, is continuous with physical violence.

The ultimate force in the world is the force of mind. When that force is defeated all is lost.

Dominant Whites have used words and symbols to violently and unrelentingly attack oppressed Blacks in a thousand and one nefarious ways, including the projection of dehumanizing stereotypes and caricatures of them; the falsification of their history and culture; the miseducation of Blacks; and the engaging in chronic derisive media attacks on their morals, behavior, intelligence, ways of life, sexuality, physical features, motives and values.

The final end of the violent White-instigated psychic assaults against the collective psyche of Blacks is to induce in them states of false consciousness, self-alienation and self-hatred so as to irreparably impair their capacity to overthrow their White oppressors through the mobilization of their human and material resources.

False consciousness, self-alienation and self-hatred are conjoining states of mind which motivate oppressed Blacks to engage in continuing self-defeating, self-destructive assaults against their own interests and against themselves. Consequently, by these means Blacks are unwittingly manipulated into forming alliances with their oppressors and exploiters in disempowering themselves and in empowering those who dominate and exploit them all the more.

Coercion as Power

The instrumental use of force or the threatened use of force by the power holder to attain the compliance of another is often referred to as coercion. Coercion is therefore a form of power. It is of the utmost importance to note as did Wrong that "a coercer may succeed without possessing either the capability or the intention of using force, so long as the power subject believes he possesses both" [Emphasis added]. That is, the coercive power of the power holder may rest significantly less or not at all on his actual capacity to harm the subject, but may rest more or less completely on the subordinate subject's belief that the power holder can do so. This perspective, commonly referred to as "bluffing," allows us to recognize the fact that in many instances power holders exercise power over their subjects because of the subjects' misperceptions and misunderstandings, or false beliefs about the power holders' ability to restrict their options or possibilities. Wartenberg refers to this situation as the Oz Phenomenon, "for it shows that agents are able to coerce other agents by acting upon their beliefs rather than by controlling their action-environment directly." He further contends

that coercive power relations can be brought into existence by means of the subordinate agent's false understandings about the ability of the dominant agent to harm him. This is an important source of power for a dominant agent so long as her ability to realize her threat is not questioned [and challenged].1 [Emphasis added]

While the ability of the dominant agent to coerce the subordinate subject may rest heavily on the subject's exaggerated misperception of the dominant agent's actual capacity to do him harm, equally and often of greater importance, the ability of the dominant agent to coerce the subject may rest on the subject's misperception and underestimation of his own capacity to successfully thwart the coercive or punitive actions of the dominant agent. The often anemic self-concept of subordinate persons and groups, their low self-esteem, their ignorance of their actual strengths, are more the causes of their subordination than is the actual strength of their oppressors.

The long history of White American domination of Black Americans — which has been enforced and reinforced by the use of physical force and violence, psychic violence and coercive power — has in effect convinced the majority of Blacks that Whites are invincible. Moreover, this history has undermined the self-confidence of most Blacks, narrowed their vision of their possibilities and power, restricted their aspirations to the narrow confines of racial accommodation and assimilation, to being the paternalistic recipients of White sympathy rather than expanding their aspirations to include the overcoming of White power and achieving full, unfettered self-liberation. The unending maintenance of this self-defeating state of mind in Blacks is the fundamental objective of White power and the keystone upon which the infrastructural facade of White power rests.

We are not arguing here that White power is purely delusional or does not contain truly lethal actualities. However, we are arguing that if Black Americans and Afrikans the world-over do not permit themselves to be "psyched out" by White racist propaganda; if they both recognize and actualize their potential to neutralize White power in either its imagined or actual forms, they can by these means neutralize it. 'He Made Me Do It, I was Barely able to get out of the way, blah blah': Video Contradicts [Unconscious] Liar White Cop [Forest Acres] Trying to Kill Black Teen

Drop Your Beliefs. Killer White Cops Also Tell Lies. From [HERE]. In his police report, white police officer Robert Cooper claims he was "barely able to get out of the way" as a Black teen driver tried to run him over, forcing him to shoot into a moving vehicle. But his own dashcam footage made a liar of him. The undidentified teen was shot once and crashed the vehicle further down the road. Apparently, the teen is recovering. The initial traffic stop was for loud music. This is attempt murder - by the white cop.

A police video released Thursday by the State Law Enforcement Division of the May 19 shooting of a motorist by a Forest Acres police officer shows the officer firing seven shots into a slow-moving car as the Black motorist began to drive away.

“Stop! Stop! Do not make me shoot you!” yells the officer, who is on foot in front of the vehicle with his weapon drawn and pointed at the car’s windshield. The driver is inside a small sedan and is the car’s only occupant.

The officer fires seven shots, rapidly and from a close distance – perhaps less than 10 feet away – as the car moves slowly, turns toward the officer and then appears to try to go around the officer. The motorist then pulls away from the scene and moves out of range of the officer’s dash-cam, which recorded the event. [MORE]

After the event the cop says over and over and over for nearly 20 minutes to other white cops '"I was barely able to get out of the way" 'he tried to run me over,' ''there was nothing I could do,' 'I can't believe he made me do that' and blah blah and all contradicted by his own video. No doubt he has probably been lying about what happened from May 19th until today. Or did he really believe this?

Mind is a motherfucker. You can't always trust it. Know that whatever you do, whoever you are, if you do it without awareness or unconsciously it will be stupid. You must watch your own mind - see what it is thinking about and see what it is feeling. If you cannot do this you will be easily blown away by whatever comes your way. Play with the cobra [your mind] at your own risk but if you do so you may open the gates of hell, like cop Cooper did. When you are unconscious and then act out of your unconsciousness you are capable of doing anything, including lying or murdering.

White cop above is unconscious. Why? His mind must have got carried away when he saw a Black teenager. All his thoughts are clouded with smoke and he could no longer physically see things as they are. His mind blocked it. From birth he has been programmed to believe all sorts of idiocy about non-whites [dangerous, inferior beasts doing this and that]. "A mind that is filled with belief is a mind which can project anything according to the belief. When you see things always remember this."  If he is an unaware person, in the presence of non-whites his mind is blown, full of smoke. Anything he does in this sleeping state will be stupid and dangerous b/c he has a belt full of weapons, the power of the state and he is licensed to kill. Here, this dumb mf sees only what his mind allowed him to see. Is he intentionally lying or unconscious? His racist mind has deceived him so badly that he is even out of breath as if he had been running somewhere - yet he had only been driving.

During an interaction with a white cop this is what you may be dealing with. A psychopath where race is the variable - so you must be aware. Guides and codes will be of no help to you in the present moment of such a confrontation. In fact, blind belief in memorized formatted rules may get you killed. You must be aware of what your mind is thinking and feeling before you also act unconsciously. "Heaven and hell are not geographical. If you go in search of them you will never find them anywhere. They are within you, they are psychological. The mind is heaven, the mind is hell, and the mind has the capacity to become either." [MORE]

Dr. Blynd explains, "awareness is the fundamental force of change for the Self and the natural result of abandoning illusion." [MORE

Unfortunately, in a system of white supremacy most judges, jurors, prosecutors, other white police, elected officials and the white mainstream media will believe almost anything a white cop says. Listen to the other white cop in the video - just preaching to the choir - he witnessed nothing and has no first hand knowledge of anything - but he is a ready made and eager believer - having a strong faith in his white supremacy programming; he would be a good witness for the prosecution, believable to white jurors and 'other directed' non-whites. See white Forest Acres police chief's press conference in video below.

Even now after the video is released some unconscious white folks will begin to rationalize what they think they see in the video [think Tamir Rice].

Osho: "Power does not corrupt: it is the corrupted people who become attracted towards power."

Sat Sangha

In spite of dreadful political catastrophes, political action seems to be the only means to fight against injustice in the world. Does the search you are inspiring exclude political action?

Jean-Francois Held, I am in love with life in its totality. My love excludes nothing; it includes all. Yes, political action too is included in it. That’s the worst thing to include, but I can’t help it! But everything that is included in my vision of life is included with a difference.

In the past, man has lived without awareness in all the aspects of life. He has loved without awareness and failed in it, and love has brought only misery and nothing else. He has done all kinds of things in the past, but everything has proved a hell. So has been the case with political action.

Each revolution turns into anti-revolution. It is time we should understand how this happens, why this happens at all — that each revolution, each struggle against injustice, finally turns into injustice itself, becomes anti-revolutionary.

In this century it has happened again and again — I am not talking about a faraway past. It happened in Russia, it happened in China. It is going to happen if we continue to function in the same old way. Unawareness cannot bring more than that.

When you are powerless, it is easy to fight against injustice; the moment you become powerful, you forget all about injustice. Then repressed desires to dominate assert themselves. Then your unconscious takes over, and you start doing the same things that were done before by the enemies against whom you had been struggling. You had staked your very life for it!

Lord Acton says that power corrupts. It is true only in a sense, and in another sense it is absolutely untrue. It is true if you look at the surface of things: power certainly corrupts, whosoever becomes powerful becomes corrupted. Factually it is true, but if you dive deep into the phenomenon then it is not true.

Power does not corrupt: it is the corrupted people who become attracted towards power. It is the people who would like to do things which they cannot do while they are not in power. The moment they are in power, their whole repressed mind asserts itself. Now there is nothing to bar them, nothing to prevent them; they have the power. Power does not corrupt them; it only brings their corruption to the surface. Corruption was there as a seed; now it has sprouted. The power has proved only the right season for it to sprout. Power is only the spring for the poisonous flowers of corruption and injustice in their being.

Power is not the cause of corruption, but only the opportunity for its expression. Hence I say: basically, fundamentally, Lord Acton is wrong.

Who becomes interested in politics? Yes, with beautiful slogans people go into it, but what happens to those people? Joseph Stalin was fighting against the injustice of the czar. What happened? He himself became the greatest czar the world has ever known, worse than Ivan the Terrible! Hitler used to talk about socialism. He had named his party the Nationalist Socialist Party. What happened to socialism when he came into power? All that disappeared.

Bhagwan on Vipassana Meditation

By Osho

From "The Everyday Meditator"

Twenty-five centuries ago Gautam Buddha gave this method of inner witnessing to his thousands of disciples, many of whom became enlightened. Vipassana is simply a way of witnessing.

It is an invitation to watch yourself- your mind, your emotions, your body, your environment -without reacting to what you observe. It is an invitation to get to know yourself honestly and sincerely, to make friends with yourself, and to realize that the witnessing self is not identified with what is being seeing. Success and failure are not part of meditation, and nothing special is supposed to happen. There is nothing to expect.

Mind is tricky, and is not used to being observed at work and play. Excuses not to meditate, not to sit, not to have time, not to be comfortable will arise at first. It helps to meditate at a regular, pre¬selected time and place. But anytime is better than no-time, and anywhere is better than nowhere.

Sitting with a friend makes things easier. Remember that silence does not mean you can't enjoy, and having a group of friends meditate together is a beautiful experience.

Vipassana is the meditation that has made more people in the world enlightened than any other, because it is the very essence. All other meditations have the same essence, but in different forms; something non-essential is also joined with them. But Vipassana is pure essence. You cannot drop anything out of it and you cannot add anything to improve it.

Vipassana is such a simple thing that even a small child can do it. In fact, the smallest child can do it better than you, because he is not yet filled with the garbage of the mind; he is still clean and innocent. Vipassana can be done in three ways - you can choose which one suits you best.

The first is: awareness of your actions, your body, your mind, your heart. Walking, you should walk with awareness. Moving your hand, you should move with awareness, know¬ing perfectly that you are moving the hand. You can move it without any consciousness, like  a  mechanical  thing...   you  are  on  a morning walk; you can go on walking without being aware of your feet.

Be alert of the movements of your body. While eating, be alert to the movements that are needed for eating. Taking a shower, be alert to the coolness that is coming to you, the water falling on you and the tremendous joy of it - just be alert. Any of these activities should not go on happening in an unconsc¬ious state.

And the same about your mind. Whatever thought passes on the screen of your mind, just be a watcher. Whatever emotion passes on the screen of your heart, just remain a witness - don't get involved, don't get identified, don't evaluate what is good, what is bad; that is not part of your meditation.

The second form is breathing, becoming aware of breathing. As the breath goes in, your belly starts rising up, and as the breath goes out, your belly starts settling down again. So the second method is to be aware of the belly: its rising and falling. Just the very aware¬ness of the belly rising and falling... and the belly is very close to the life sources because the child is joined with the mother's life through the navel. Behind the navel is his life's source. So, when the belly rises up, it is really the life energy, the spring of life that is rising up and falling down with each breath. That too is not difficult, and perhaps maybe even easier because it is a single technique.

In the first, you have to be aware of the body, you have to be aware of the mind, you have to be aware of your emotions, moods. So it has three steps. The second approach is a single step: just the belly, moving up and down. And the result is the same. As you become more aware of the belly, the mind becomes silent, the heart becomes silent, the moods disappear.

And the third is to be aware of the breath at the entrance when the breath goes in through your nostrils. Feel it at that extreme - the other polarity from the belly - feel it from the nose. The breath going in gives a certain coolness to your nostrils. Then the breath going out... breath going in, breath going out.

That too is possible. It is easier for men than for women. The woman is more aware of the belly. Most of the men don't even breathe as deep as the belly. Their chest rises up and falls down, because a wrong kind of athletics prevails over the world. Certainly it gives a more beautiful form to the body if your chest is high and your belly is almost non-existent. Man has chosen to breathe only up to the chest, so the chest becomes bigger and bigger and the belly shrinks down. That appears to him to be more athletic.

These are the three forms. Any one will do. And if you want to do two forms together, you can do two forms together; then the effort will become more intense. If you want to do all the three forms together, you can do all three forms together. Then the possibilities will be quicker. But it all depends on you, whatever feels easy. Remember: easy is right.

As meditation becomes settled and mind silent, the ego will disappear. You will be there, but there will be no feeling of "I". Then the doors are open.

Just wait with a loving longing, with . welcome in the heart for that great moment -the greatest moment in anybody's life - I enlightenment.

It comes... it certainly comes. It has neva delayed for a single moment. Once you are i the right tuning, it suddenly explodes in you transforms you. The old man is dead and i new man has arrived.

Sitting meditation

Find a place where you can sit comfortably undisturbed, without sleeping for 40-60 mint Although this is the ideal time you can also ! just 20 minutes - anywhere, anytime. Your and head should be straight. If needed it is fine use a chair. Your eyes are best closed, and your breathing should be as it usually is; easy is right. Stay as still as you can, moving only if it is really necessary. If you move, notice how and why you are moving.

While sitting the primary object of attention is the rise and fall of your belly -just above the navel - caused by breathing in and out. It is not a concentration technique, so when other things come into the field of your awareness, while watching your breath, these too are part of your meditation. Nothing is a distraction in Vipassana. When something takes your attention go with it. Place your whole attention on it, whatever it is. When your attention is free, then go back to your breathing.

It is the process of watching which is the meditation, not what you are watching. Remember not to become identified with, or lost in whatever comes up: thoughts, feelings, judgments, body sensations, impressions from outside, and the whole world which constantly snatches your attention from yourself.

If questions or problems arise which require an answer, let them remain a mystery until your meditation time is over.

Walking meditation

In this technique you bring your whole attention to your feet as they touch the ground. Walk slowly, ordinarily, with your awareness focused on your feet as they touch the earth.

Walk in a circle or a straight line, indoors or outdoors, it doesn't matter. Do whatever you enjoy most. Keep your eyes lowered so that you can only see the ground a few steps ahead. If other things take your attention, notice them, give them all your awareness. When they have lost their attraction return your attention to your feet.

As in sitting, witnessing is the process, but the primary objects are the feet as they walk, not the belly as it breathes. The period for walking should be 20-30 minutes or it can be combined with 45 minutes of sitting followed by 15 minutes of walking.

General awareness meditation

Anything can become your primary object for witnessing. Slowing down, doing one thing at a time you can become aware of what you are doing, while you are doing it. This can include not only actions but intentions too. Everything in your daily routine: eating, washing up, cleaning the house, smoking, telephoning, chatting over a cup a tea, dancing, flirting, reading, everything can become a meditation; all you need is awareness. Meditation can be fun and can enrich the quality of ordinary life.

 Zazen

Zazen is deep unoccupiedness, it is not even meditation, because when YOU meditate you are trying to do something: remembering being God or even remembering yourself. These efforts create ripples.

You can sit anywhere, but whatsoever you are looking at should not be too exciting. For example things should not be moving too much. They become a distraction. You can watch the trees - that is not a problem because they are not moving and the scene remains constant. You can watch the sky or just sit in the corner watching the wall.

The second thing is, don't look at anything in particular - just emptiness, because the eyes are there and one has to look at some¬thing, but you are not looking at anything in particular. Don't focus or concentrate on any¬thing -just a diffuse image. That relaxes very much. And the third thing, relax your breath¬ing. Don't do it, let it happen. Let it be natural and that will relax even more.

The fourth thing is, let your body remain as immobile as possible. First find a good pos¬ture - you can sit on a pillow or mattress or whatsoever you feel, but once you settle, re¬main immobile, because if the body does not move, the mind automatically falls silent. In a moving body,  the mind also continues to move, because body-mind are not two things. They are one... it is one energy.

In the beginning it will seem a little difficult but after a few days you will enjoy it tremen¬dously. You will see, by and by, layer upon layer of the mind starting to drop. A moment comes when you are simply there with no mind.

Bodhidharma sat for nine years just facing the wall, doing nothing -just sitting for nine years. The tradition has it that his legs withered away. To me that is symbolic. It simply means that all movements withered away be¬cause all motivation withered away. He was not going anywhere. There was no desire to move, no goal to achieve - and he achieved the greatest that is possible. He is one of the rarest souls that have ever walked on earth. And just sitting before a wall he achieved everything;  not doing anything,  no  technique, no method, nothing. This was the only technique. When there is nothing to see, by and by your interest in seeing disappears. By just facing a plain wall, inside you a parallel emptiness and plainness arises. Parallel to the wall another wall arises - of no-thought.

Dr. Frances Cress Welsing (3/18/35 to 1/2/16): Black Rebel and Undeceiver. Rest in Peace.

Dr. Frances Cress Welsing was not a Black revolutionary, she was a rebel. And there is a big difference.

Bhagwan Rajineesh explains; “the revolutionary is part of the political world. His approach is through politics. His understanding is that changing the social structure is enough to change the man.

The rebel is a spiritual phenomenon. His approach is absolutely individual. His vision is that if we want to change the society, we have to change the individual. Society in itself does not exist; it is only a word, like ‘crowd’, but if you go to find it, you will not find it anywhere. Wherever you will encounter someone, you will encounter an individual. Society is only a collective name, just a name, not a reality – with no substance. The individual has a soul, has a possibility of evolution, of change, of transformation. Hence the difference is tremendous.

The rebel is the very essence of religion. He brings into the world a change of consciousness – and if the consciousness changes, then the structure of the society is bound to follow it. But vice versa is not right – and it has been proved by all the revolutions, because they have all failed. No revolution has yet succeeded in changing man; but it seems man is not aware of the fact. He still goes on thinking in terms of revolution, of changing society, of changing the government, of changing the bureaucracy, of changing laws, political systems. Feudalism, capitalism, communism, socialism, fascism – they are all in their own way revolutionary. They all have failed, and failed utterly, because man has remained the same.”

The rebel trusts you to create internal change; the revolutionary has no such trust in the individual.

Dr. Welsing's entire effort was internal. She sought to change the way black people thought – to ultimately transform our consciousness. Black people have been conditioned to have the lowest consciousness there is. Black people are easily deceived and will believe almost anything white people tell them to. We are tremendous believers in all sorts of programming such as Christianity, Democracy, Capitalism, fairness, voting, American progress, justice, upward mobility, non-violence, changing white people, color blindness etc. Amos Wilson explains,

"The principal ideological goals of the ruling White male elite in America and of the White American nation taken as a whole relative to its domination of the Afrikan American community, are to legitimate and justify their superordinate position and power; generate the evidence which substantiates their claims to power and legitimacy; have their rule and domination appear inevitable and "natural," i.e., not the result of deliberate, perhaps malicious intentions on their part; gain the "freely given" consent of Afrikan Americans to subordination to White Power; and to continuously reproduce the conditions of Afrikan American community dependency and relative powerless-ness. The "manufacturing of consent" of the Afrikan American community to its own subordination — i.e., the ideological indoctrination of the Afrikan American community in such ways as to neutralize its capacity to realize its potential power, to liberate itself from EuroAmerican domination — is achieved not solely through the White ruling elite's ownership and control over all the major ideological vehicles in the society, e.g., the electronic media, print media, educational and socialization institutions and processes.

The receptivity of the Afrikan American community to White American ideological propaganda is chiefly the result of having been socially and mentally conditioned by the systematic control of its concrete living conditions by the White American nation. The sustenance, control and organization of Afrikan American life by EuroAmericans permit them to significantly shape the perceptions, experiences, capacities, expectations and interests of Afrikan Americans so that justification for the rules of White power appear credible. EuroAmerican control of the Afrikan American historical and contemporary social and experiential context is such that it is extremely difficult for many Afrikan Americans to mentally position themselves outside that context so as to compare EuroAmerican propaganda and rules of power with alternative ideologies (specifically Afrikan ideologies) and rules of power and challenge their apparent plausibility and credibility." Also from birth we have been programmed to hate ourselves and to aggressively work against our own interests. We are programmed to think of ourselves in the same way that white people think about us; with hatred and contempt. Many of us look at our selves with the same venom that white people have when they look at us. Eyes filled with thoughts that prevent us from seeing reality as it is. Dr. Welsing wrote that 'black people must understand that that they are being led by the dynamic of white supremacy to inflict extreme damage upon themselves and the Black race.' How else could 10% (white people) of the world's population control the remaining 90% (non-whites)? Then and now, we are programmed to serve white folks and their interests. There is a “Matrix” is in your mind - it is control of your mind with stupid beliefs – it is your prison. There is no need for chains, whips, coercion or surveillance.

Like Amos Wilson, Welsing believed if a Black individual could change his consciousness that that person would have a new awareness and understanding of reality and subsequently change his relationship with white people. Once enough Black people similarly changed their consciousness, Black people's relationship with white people would never be the same. Such individual changes would terminate the societal master-servant relationship that presently exists between white and non-whites across the globe. Eventually, a new society would exist.

Welsing explained, 'once non-white people understand the fundamental reality that they are in a global power system of mass oppression (racism/white supremacy), the ultimate organizing of all the appropriate behaviors necessary to neutralize the great injustice of the white supremacy power system will only be a matter of time. The length of time required to neutralize global white supremacy will be inversely proportional to 1) the level of understanding of the phenomenon; plus 2) the evolution of self- and group-respect, the will, determination and discipline to practice the appropriate counter-racist behaviors–on the part of the non-white victims of white supremacy.'

Rajineesh told a story about sheep that is analogous to Black people and the condition that we are in. BW doesn't know if Dr. Welsing ever heard the story but she probably would have appreciated it.

George Gurdjieff says that unless you realize the first thing — that you are in prison, that you are the prison — then there is no hope for freedom. If you already believe that you are free, you are a hypnotized sheep which believes himself to be a lion — exceptional, there is no need to be afraid — which even believes he is a human being. He goes on seeing other sheep being killed, and still remains in a hypnotized state, never being aware of his actuality. To be free, if you already know that you are free, there is no problem.”

Like the sheep, non-white people, especially Black people are in a hypnotized state in this system of white supremacy. Dr. Welsing dedicated her life's work trying to undeceive Black people. Thus far, all the Black revolutionaries with all their great external, courageous efforts, including Malcolm, MLK, Marcus Garvey and the BPP have utterly failed. Dr. Welsing explained in a system of white domination non-white people “are in a continuous state of checkmate” and Black people are currently in a “losing streak that is centuries long.” The magician [operating system of white supremacy] goes on hyptnotizing the sheep [Blacks] - programming our minds continuously with new stories [beliefs, personalities and desires in support of white domination/control]– such is the refinement of white supremacy/racism.

So Far, the Beggar/Prayer Protests Have Not Worked: National Guard Called in Baltimore as Violent Protests Ignite after Funeral for Black Man Murdered by White Cops [again]

Challenging the Baltimore Boss [expressing anger is more real than wearing a mask]. From [HERE] and [HERE] Black rioters in northwest Baltimore looted stores and pelted riot-gear-clad police with rocks on Monday, hours after Freddie Gray, the 25-year-old black man who has become the nation’s latest symbol of police brutality, was laid to rest amid emotional calls for justice and peace. [expressing anger is more real than wearing a mask].

At least seven officers were injured and one was “unresponsive,” Capt. J. Eric Kowalczyk of the Baltimore police told reporters. On Saturday evening Police made 34 arrests after protests turned violent as some protesters damaged several police cars and broke windows at a number of downtown businesses, officials said.

In response to the violence, Gov. Larry Hogan [white] declared a state of emergency in Baltimore and activated the National Guard. Additional state police were sent to the scene, and officers from surrounding counties were also brought in to respond.

Angry youths could be seen surrounding a police cruiser and smashing its windows in what police described as an organized attack [on property] by criminals — not demonstrators. Cars were set on fire, and stores’ windows were smashed in. Heavy smoke poured out of a CVS drugstore, which had earlier been overrun by looters. Several other businesses, including a liquor store and a check-cashing shop, were also looted.[MORE]

On Saturday authorities briefly held [mostly white] baseball fans at nearby Camden Yards, where the Baltimore Orioles and Boston Red Sox were playing. [MORE] Today, the Orioles postponed Monday night’s home game against the Chicago White Sox as violence spread through the city. The white media does not keep track of how many [Black] civilians have been injured, b/c that's not their thing. Their focus is on victim-cops and making white dominance and control over everything seem natural. [MORE]

Troopers Advance! 'I had toothbrush and toothpaste. Then I got my ass whipped for my benefit and yours. I learned about non-violence from comic books about Gandhi. It makes me feel morally superior. We need to teach our racist police to love us. Whites in government must lead the way.' - John Lewis on TV last month. [MORE

Anon asks, 'If marching, picketing, and protesting was an effective strategy to achieve justice — why are we still marching, picketing, and protesting FOUR DECADES later? Why is there MORE police brutality, MORE violence, MORE drugs, MORE guns in our communities, MORE black men and women in prison, MORE black children at risk, MORE family instability, MORE out-of-wedlock births, MORE single mothers, and MORE black children dropping out of high school now than before the civil rights era?'  MORE]

No Effect on White Supremacy. Raul Hilberberg notes that prior to the Nazi extermination of the Jews, the Jews made various "alleviation attempts" in their failed resistance to white supremacy. Under the heading of alleviation are included petitions, protection payments, ransom arrangements, anticipatory compliance, relief, rescue, salvage, reconstruction-- in short, all those activities which are designed to avert danger, or, in the event that force has already been used, to diminish its effects.

The Jewish posture in the face of destruction [during the Holocaust] was not shaped on the spur of the moment. The Jews of Europe had been confronted by force many times in their history, and during these encounters they had evolved a set of reactions that were to remain remarkably constant over the centuries. "Preventive attack, armed resistance, and revenge were almost completely absent in Jewish exilic history." [MORE]

Sound familar - reminding you about Blacks and Latinos in the U.S.? Of course, there will be no armed revolution with racists. Armed conflict with the billion dollar white supremacy/racism war machine is the stuff of imagined fantasy [suicide] - or yet another way to avoid really dealing with white supremacy [your problems]. A violent reaction is still just a reaction and that is the problem.

"You are powerless so anything can overpower you." [Non-violence has made Black people just like butter]

Instead of responding to racism Black people simply react to it. 'To react means you are acting unconsciously. Somebody is manipulating you. Somebody says something, does something, and you react. The real master of the situation is somebody else. Somebody comes and insults you and you react, you become angry. Somebody comes and praises you and you smile and you become happy. Both are the same. You are a slave and the other knows how to push your buttons. You are behaving like a machine. You are an automaton, not a human being yet. A plaything in the hands of others.' [MORE] and [MORE].

Whatsoever happens around you, catches you. You are not powerful. Everything else is more powerful than you. Anything changes you. Your mood, your being, your mind, depend on other things. Objects influence you. [MORE]. Non-white people cannot possibly neutralize white supremacy in this constant state of reaction. [MORE].

A new consciousness is needed to create a new culture. Your consciousness can become an instrument of power. Really, you are politically powerless to do anything about this situation - this White over Black system of domination and control.  Your consciousness is the only real power non-whites can presently obtain. But right now your consciousness is a utility of white supremacy/racism and it works in service of white domination. With this collective 'reality-avoidance' consciousness, self preservation tactics such as boycotts against white supremacy or the collective power of withdrawal are not viable at all.

It is true that "racism is a power group dynamic." And this is a two way street. Amos Wilson explained, "power ultimately has to do with a relationship between people, and the white man’s so-called power, is to a great extent based upon the nature of the relationship he has with the Black man. We empower him by the nature of our own behavior and attitudes as a people. He cannot be what he is unless we are, what we are. To a good extent, the European is our creation. If we look at our behavior, we will see that to a good extent, it is our behavior, our values, our consciousness, the kind of personalities we’ve established in ourselves, our taste, our desires and needs; that maintains the European in its position."

You cannot change this situation but you can change yourself. If we change our consciousness then our relationship with white people will never be the same. One by one, this situation must change if we change - if we become non participants in the system of white supremacy. It will be another Rosa Parks moment. Her mental participation with racism/white supremacy stopped, she dropped out - in order for this racist power relationship to work it required her voluntary compliance or belief in it or programmed mind to accept, to do this and that. This confrontation is mental. The revolution is in your mind, against your own mind. How can you change your consciousness?
