In a System of Racism/White Supremacy racial motivation of racist suspects should be legally presumed until rebutted. From [HERE]  and [HERE] A 16-year-old and three others have been charged in the deaths of two black men whose dismembered bodies were found chained to cinder blocks in a Moore, Okla., pond.

Jarron Moreland and Alize Ramon Smith, both 21, were found dead on April 18, four days after they arranged to meet two of the suspects in a Craigslist gun sale that went horribly wrong, authorities said.

While the two victims were black, and all four suspects are white, Cleveland County prosecutor Greg Mashburn  [racist suspect in photo] said "the evidence absolutely shows that this was not racially motivated."

According to Moore police, went missing on April 14 after a shooting in the parking lot of a Crest Foods near 12th Street and Eastern Avenue.

Brett Boettler, 16, now faces two charges of murder, while his brother Kevin Garcia-Boettler, mother Crystal Boettler, and her boyfriend Johnny Barker are charged with being an accessory to murder.

The two brothers arranged a meeting over Craigslist to buy a gun from Smith and Moreland, authorities said. Garcia-Boettler told investigators he was driving a white minivan with his younger brother in the passenger seat when they picked up the two victims.

On April 28, police confirmed that the men's bodies were found in a pond near Northeast 50th Street and Sooner Road, KOCO reports.

According to court documents, detectives found the White Chrysler Town and Country van which was seen during the shooting, at the Boettler home.

After looking inside, they found "cleaning products and a power washer around the vehicle," "dried blood spatter on the ceiling of the van" and "a bucket of water with a chainsaw bar inside and soaking in the water along with several jigsaw blades."

Court documents state after fleeing the scene with the bodies, the brothers headed to their mother's house where her boyfriend, Johnny Shane Barker, allegedly helped them remove the bodies, cover them with tarps, and attached cinder blocks around them with chains before dumping them in a lake.

The probable cause affidavit states that the bodies were also dismembered.

Kevin admitted to disposing of the bodies and Barker admitted that he helped with cleaning the van to prevent any evidence being detected.
