Two hostages beheaded 'for aiding US'

An al-Qaeda linked group has named a Turkish contractor and an Iraqi Kurdish man shown beheaded on a video posted on the Internet. The Army of Ansar al-Sunna says it's killed Maher Kemal after he confessed to being a contractor for US forces at Al-Bakr airbase, north of Baghdad. The Turk was taken captive on the highway between Mosul and Baghdad on October the 8th. A separate statement by the group posted on the same website identified the beheaded Kurdish translator as Lukman Hussein, a native of Dahuk and member of Massoud Barzani's Kurdistan Democratic Party. It said Hussein, who worked with US forces in the Sunni Muslim rebel bastion of Ramadi, confessed to taking part in the night raids and arrests carried out against women, elderly men and children in Ramadi.
